I don't recommend this place. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be delivered 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, after two hours, I called and was told they wouldn't deliver because I have a Polish number. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have received my money, as I paid immediately, and I wouldn't have received the pizza. Avoid them.

They refused to let us eat on site.

One of the WORST DOMINOS where i have ever eaten, food is disgusting. Very bad experience and really disappointed I spent 30€ for a Pizza and Pizza Bread which was not eatable. DONT EAT AT THIS PLACE

We ordered from Domino's and are unfortunately very disappointed with the service, especially from Mr. Hoffmann. Our pizza was either not delivered at all or we weren't even aware of it; in any case, we never received our order. When we inquired about it, there was no assistance or understanding, which we found very unfriendly. A truly disappointing experience for us, one we hadn't expected.

Absolutely NOT recommended! Ordered at 10:40 PM and was assured by phone that delivery would be within 40 minutes at the latest. Now we're sitting here at 11:45 PM without any food. No one can be reached by phone. The least they could do would be to get the money they paid for the food that wasn't delivered. However, when I look at the reviews, they fob off with a simple apology, probably captured by CHATGPT.

I would never order from this place again! Unfriendly staff! Pizzas aren't cooked halfway through, and the vegetables aren't fresh enough. Delivery was too late. I had to wait three hours for my pizza, and it was cold, too! A disgrace... I'll never order from there again, I'd rather order a burger than a pizza.

We ordered pizza "burgers" and wraps for the first time. Very tasty, everything was fresh, even the lettuce leaf was crunchy. Delivery was literally in 10 minutes. Thank you very much!

Ordered pizza there for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. The guy on the phone spoke real German, pizza was here with me on the fourth floor within 36 minutes and it tasted really good. Props go out, I would say more and more like that.

The delivery took 1.30, so I could have picked it up myself. On top of that, the driver wasn't polite and, despite tipping, couldn't say thank you.

Generally speaking, there's no need to give a detailed review of Dominos. Most people know it, and the food tastes equally good everywhere. But the service on the phone was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately (but that can happen sometimes) I got a pizza that was almost cold. As I've been a restaurateur and also worked as a pizza delivery person myself, I felt uncomfortable calling and complaining. I did it anyway and was treated very kindly and received a replacement delivery within 20 minutes. That should be a given, but I've experienced other things too. Top notch. PS: for me, Dominos is still simply the best pizza. Great dough, great tomato sauce, and quality flavor, and above all, always very quick!

It's a disgrace that you have different coupons on the website and app. I can understand that they offer more special coupons for loyal customers, but getting better deals via the website that are then loaded into the app is just a rip-off!

Discount voucher order apparently does not exist on site, after presenting the order confirmation the boss is called. Then statement orders with this voucher were canceled today. Ok, possible to understandable but then at least some information has to come via phone call or email that you don't have to take an extra 30 minute detour for nothing.

Best store with the best employees

I have no idea how they manage it, but my pizza is with me 13 (!!) minutes after ordering, even though the bike path is still about 4 minutes away. Nice service and good pizza every time!

Currently lying in the AKHarburg, I had a pizza delivered to the hospital and it worked wonderfully.

Ordered pizza with hollandaise and salad on Thursday 02/22/24. Afterwards I had severe stomach cramps with diarrhea and vomiting. I won't be ordering there anymore for now.

We ordered 4 wraps there today. All were super stuffed and juicy. Always happy

Predicted delivery time exceeded many times over.

I've ordered from this store for several years and everything was usually fine. However, the last two orders have made me not order anything here anymore. Both times the crucial ingredient in a pizza was forgotten. On the second order, 2 out of 3 pizzas arrived incorrectly. In addition, the pizzas tasted somehow different than usual, not quite as good. The new creation wasn't that great in terms of taste either.

Ordered at 9:05 p.m. The driver was there at 10:28 p.m.... Disaster, waiting time for over an hour and on the phone they only said that the driver had been on the road for 10 minutes... 20 minutes later there was still no pizza.. .no apology or anything like that...we sent the pizza back...

The food came relatively quickly. Pizza was ok, not great, but hot and the taste is just a matter of taste. The cheesebits were definitely not the freshest anymore, the cheese was hard and came right off the breading when you bit into it. The pasta was still almost raw, so I called and answered, "That's how we make pasta." When I said again that I had nothing against al dente, but that they were still really hard, they said, "They're ready, we'll just warm them up," and then silence, no apology or anything. After a long time back and forth, the gentleman on the phone asked me to bring new ones (but I have to give the pasta back with me). I agreed, what can I say, the "new pasta" is just as hard.

Heute war es leider nicht so gut. Thunfischpizza lauwarm und nicht richtig durch. Pizza Crazy Dog war auch nicht so toll, es waren mehr Röstzwiebeln drauf als alles andere. Angeblich wegen einer neuen Grammatur von Dominos.... mein Knobi Dip wurde kaputt geliefert. Neulieferung angefordert, der Fahrer war sehr bemüht und entschuldigte sich mehrmals.

Bestelle hier gerne. Leider gibt es in der App keine Auswahl für Schafskäse/ feta.

Pizza ist top. 👌🏼 Aber jetzt mal ernsthaft, warum nehmt ihr nicht am "Duoooo" coupon teil? Und ungefuellte Pizzabroetchen mit knoblauch Dip. Ein Genuss 👌🏼

I love dominos Klar diese Filiale hat ihre Ecken und Kanten jedoch sind die Mitarbeiter dort echt lieb! Ich hatte gestern Abend was bestellt und eine Sache hat gefehlt jedoch habe ich heute Morgen dort angerufen und Sie haben es direkt geliefert. (Jetzt fragen sich bestimmt Personen warum erst ein Tag später?)ich hatte zwar in der Öffnungszeit bestellt jedoch war alles erst später fertig daher danke das ihr überstunden gemacht habt und es heute noch zusätzlich nachgeliefert habt

Um 19.42 habe ich Pizza bestellt. Es ist jetzt 21.50 Uhr. Ich bedauere, schon Geld überwiesen zu haben. Das habe ich echt noch nicht erlebt. Telefonisch läuft ein Band, keine Möglichkeit, nachzufragen. Heute hat es mir echt die Petersilie verhagelt. 22.00 Uhr kam an, hat geschmeckt. Bitte besseres Zeitmanagement oder Anruf, dass es später wird.

Ich habe diese Woche das erste Mal in diesem Store bestellt und bin ein großer Fan. Super fix und beide Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Besser kann man das alles einfach nicht machen. Ein mega Team 👍

The best Pizza Funghi ever! But was quite dissappointed with Pizza when it was delivered. Difference in size and taste are noticable when it’s a takeway with that of Delivery.

Ungefähr nur 10 Minuten gebraucht um die Pizza zu liefern. Und die Pizza schmeckt auch gut.

Wirklich ein toller Laden! Immer alles heiß geliefert. Die Zutaten sichtbar frisch und auf den Punkt. Auch Extrawünsche werden immer berücksichtigt. Auch kleinere, lustige wie "Bitte malt meiner Frau ein Herz auf den Karton". Absolute Empfehlung für diese Filiale!

Im Allgemeinen gut ! Immer wieder gerne :) Sehr schnelle Lieferung (immer ca. 15 Minuten oder weniger), schmeckt meistens gut (oder perfekt), ist aber manchmal zu ölig.

Den Stern Abzug gibt's dafür, dass unser Pizzen (vor Ort bestellt und mitgenommen) nicht so gut waren wie bei den online bestellten Pizzen. Ich hoffe das war eine Ausnahme, denn sonst sind eure Pizzen mit Abstand .. Spitze !

Leider musste Ich 30 minuten auf meine Pizza warten obwohl ich Selbstabholer war denn der Pizzabäcker hat vergessen meine Pizza zu machen als es endlich aufgefallen ist wurde sie dann doch noch gemacht und ich konnte nach 34 Minuten endlich mit meiner classic Pizza und meinen Pizzabrötchen nach Hause gehen und essen

Pizza wird geschmacklich schlechter und schon öfters falsche Pizza bekommen

Die Auswahl an Snackrolls ist hier am besten. Es gibt eine größere Anzahl an Füllung und auch verschiedene Dip's.

Beste Pizza, wenn man den amerikanischen Stil mag und ich rede vom Teig nicht vom Käserand xD
