Staff doesn't speak German. Ordered a burger with fries and a drink. Didn't receive any fries. Paid €12.06. The burger with fries was on offer for €7.99. Ordered the burger with fries, and the fries were taken back at the curb. First and last time I was a customer here.

The delivery via UberEats took almost 2 hours and in the end we found that the same burger was delivered twice. The fries in the menu were extremely soggy and therefore not edible, the burger itself was pretty boring and tasted like one from the microwave. Really not recommended, there are much better and cheaper ones out there.

Really disgusting. Everything is cold, hard and dry. Never again!

There was iceberg lettuce and such small stones in the burger catastrophe

0 stars!!! When I entered the store it smelled like incense sticks (either like it or not) I ordered my meal a Big Angus cheese as a menu - fries - Cola. I wanted to eat the fries on the way home. I paid for my meal and the seller probably wanted to embezzle me by 2 euros, which was a lot for me. I received the correct change without complaining. When I left the store, my child and I were looking forward to the fries. I took out the fries, not hot, not even lukewarm, they felt like they were at room temperature, a shame to serve something like that, we ate a few pieces only to find out that the fries were rock hard, when I caught one that tasted like plastic I threw it away. I thought maybe the burger was tastier, when I got home, of course the burger was already cold at that time, I wanted to give me a chance to taste it, I took a bite and unfortunately the burger was soaked with sauce, so you couldn't taste a bit of the meat. A shame really.

Absolutely ridiculous, the wrong burgers were delivered. They then told me there was no refund. At the same time, I was told not to eat the wrong burgers and to wait 30 minutes. They didn't want to cancel, but offered a €4 voucher. Absolutely ridiculous

Ordered there for the first time today and I wasn't disappointed. Came super on time, was very tasty and there was also a voucher for the next order. What more could you want?

Spontaneously looked for a burger to go and ordered a New York burger and an Angussoucehollondaise burger to take away from this branch. Both burgers were excellent. It couldn't be better. We would be happy to come back.

Delivery didn't arrive despite calling twice.

I'm so glad I gave Burger Me Bahrenfeld another chance almost two months ago. There was a change of ownership and since then the burgers 🍔 and salads 🥗 not only look like the pictures, but the food there also tastes great! I've tried a lot of burgers and there wasn't one that I didn't like. If you order to pick up, the food will be made fresh when you come to the store. Great thing! For me there is no other burger shop anymore.

We usually always ordered from Lurup, it was better there. Now unfortunately the first (& last) time in Bahrenfeld :-( A bitter disappointment! The burgers arrived 20 minutes later than announced (we had pre-ordered). Accordingly, they were only lukewarm (contrary to the driver's assurance). One burger was missing cheese and the other burger was too salty. There's only one line on the phone for minutes... it's a shame, it really seems to make a difference here which branch you order from...

Ordered food, never arrived. impudence

The food was excellent. Everything was freshly prepared and of very good quality. It's also a great restaurant and the service is top. The food arrived quickly and hot. I can only recommend it.

Apart from the delicious food, which the super nice and funny employees only make better, the food was always there quickly. Peaceful place and cool working atmosphere

Die burger waren sehr lecker. Aber es waren so viele Falsche sachen bei der Lieferung. Es waren keine Dips dabei die wir zusätzlich bestellt hatten und auch zusätzlich bezahlt hatten. Auch die Soßen auf sen burgern waren anders als wir es angegeben hatten.

Das ist in erster Linie ein Lieferdienst und kein Restaurant. Es gibt dort aber Stühle und man kann vor Ort essen. Die Patties haben deutlich zu wenig Geschmack. Die Hähnchenteile schmecken, als wären sie von gut und günstig von Edeka. Das Personal war freundlich, aber das reißt es einfach nicht raus. Und günstig ist der Laden ebenfalls nicht. Kann man mal als Notnagel benutzen, aber eine Empfehlung gebe ich dafür nicht.

Sind im Hotel u hatte so Lust auf Burger. Hatte BBQ Burger mit Bacon. Mega lecker yammi u der Lieferant war sehr freundlich!

Essen gut aber ich verstehe nicht wie man eine Bedienung einstellen kann die nicht mal in Hamburg ein alsterwasser kennt. Das Lokal ist nicht schön zum drinnen essen.
