PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar in Hamburg

The restaurant is chic. The staff does their job in a friendly manner, but seemed a bit unmotivated. The portions are small, the meatballs are cheap frozen goods. They really didn't taste good. The bread isn't tasty either. Definitely not worth a visit for the price. There are better burger shops in Hamburg!

So one of my favorite restaurants! Really so great. A very nice service, and ultra beautiful decoration so you can't beat that. In the toilet you can hear a very interesting radio play and the toilets are also very clean. You don't have to talk much about the food: really great, high quality and super tasty and creative. There really is something for everyone, including vegans! I had a very great experience there! The price is around 20€-25€ for menus, as usual in restaurants. Good burgers from €8-15. Very happy to recommend what I already do. Toppppppppp!

Great burger specialist! Here you can eat good burgers, had a burger with bacon and barbeque sauce, with sweet potato 🍟 fries and coleslaw, and a nice 🍻 beer. Great service, pleasant atmosphere and nice seating inside and outside.

Whenever I'm in the area, I look forward to Peter Pane. It's a typical chain restaurant, except that it's nice and quiet here, especially at lunchtime, due to its size. You even have the opportunity to sit right by the water inside 😊

I think Peter Pane will disappear if they don't focus on better quality as soon as possible. - Price: Burger, fries, beer - 23.80 - very expensive - Bun: Sourdough was dry/hard - tasty - Patty: cheap quality. - Fries: not tasty - Beer: not tasty - Ambiance: very good So I wouldn't go there again for food. I would for a drink, though. The burgers at Jim Block are light years better.

I absolutely love this burger joint! As soon as you enter, you immediately feel welcome thanks to the modern ambience and friendly atmosphere. The staff are extremely attentive and courteous, which makes the stay even more pleasant. But the best part is definitely the burgers themselves – incredibly juicy, perfectly seasoned and made with high-quality ingredients. You can immediately tell that they work here with a lot of passion and fresh products. The homemade brioche bun in particular deserves special praise: fluffy, slightly sweet and simply delicious! I had the “Signature Burger” and was absolutely thrilled by the harmonious combination of melt-in-your-mouth cheese, crisp lettuce and the perfectly cooked patty. The side dishes such as the crispy sweet potato fries and the homemade dips are also a real highlight. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. Overall, a burger experience that is second to none! I'm already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend this shop - definitely a must for every burger lover!

Bad experience across the board. The waitress spoke poor German, so communication was quite difficult. He asked several times and still got the wrong answer several times. He completely forgot about one meal and only came when the others were already finished. All food was almost cold. Finally, have coffee from paper cups! In the restaurant, not for takeaway! There wasn't an apology once. Never again!

We had specially reserved a table. Unfortunately, despite several free tables, we only got one high table directly at the drinks counter. Hence no backrest. Relatively impractical with a small child. Service was sober and friendly, the order was taken and no one was asked how you would like your food. Extra requests were immediately answered with the additional charge, I find it unpleasant to assume that you want something for free. The food itself, my wife had the Fig Goat and I had the Holly Molly, was very tasty and contrary to expectations, the side dishes were not portioned so sparingly, so that everyone was full. After reminding us twice, payment was made cashless and tips could also be given. I always don't like it when restaurants only want this in cash :( This Peter Pane branch is located in Winterhude near the canal. This is definitely nice when the weather is good. Of course you have to like the clientele in Winterhude. If in doubt, sit at the next table ;)

Very nice stay at Peter Pane. Great service from waitress M. All special requests were fulfilled with a smile. Very friendly service, attentive but not intrusive :) Food came quickly, there were three of us, all dishes were very tasty, plentiful and nicely presented. We'd love to come back!

Here, emphasis is not only placed on excellent burgers, but also on first-class service. The team is attentive, friendly and ensures an all-round pleasant atmosphere. The beautiful ambience is particularly impressive - anyone sitting at the window front can enjoy a wonderful view of the stream, which perfectly reflects the Hamburg idyll. Regardless of whether it's typical northern German bad weather or on clear days, you just feel good here. The burgers are uniquely tasty, juicy and creatively put together. The soda-based cocktails are also a real recommendation - refreshing, sophisticated and perfect and creative

We ordered burgers and immediately after eating our two children threw up. I called Peter Pane and reported the incident and asked that the components be inspected before further sale to ensure that none of them were spoiled. The only thing I was told by an employee on the phone was an unfriendly response: he wasn't working when we ordered and he said he "couldn't do anything with it" and couldn't check the food either. Another shift manager told me that he had not had any other cases of this, so there was no connection to the food and there was nothing he could do. I expect a report like this to be taken seriously and I definitely won't be ordering anything from here in the future.

We waited a very long time; The music was definitely too loud and the prices for burgers and salads are not for those on a tight budget. However, the food itself is really good.

The service is very attentive and frequent. The burgers are generally very good and there are a lot of alternatives. It is also worth mentioning that there is a lunch menu and an evening menu where there are usually various combinations at very good prices. At lunchtime there is also a simple but also very good menu for little money. There are also vegan options. The atmosphere is very nice and very clean.

Ordered there for just under €50. The food was only delivered after 2 hours, was completely cold and 2 burgers were forgotten. The first call was answered (probably accidentally) and hung up immediately, the following calls were skillfully ignored.
