We had a great pre-Christmas evening at Peter Pane. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the super attentive service from Marvin was great

We were once again very satisfied and happy with the service and the quality of the food. It was our daughter's birthday and loves the lumberjack burger with a veggie beef patty. We have been here for the third time this year. The portions are large and very filling. The cole slaw as a side dish is highly recommended, nice and juicy and delicate in taste. We love coming here and will definitely be back! Thank you again for the beautiful table with a canal view. We had a full program with swans and standup paddlers swimming by :)

The food was good as always at Peter Pane! Unfortunately the service wasn't that good. We wanted to order dessert at 9:10 p.m. We were told that the kitchen had been closed for a long time and that the only thing available was alcohol?! According to Peter Pane, the hot kitchen is open until 9:30 p.m. We were then offered free shots. Provided that we leave 2 positive reviews. I find that very questionable! Unfortunately, the behavior of the two service staff this time was anything but convincing. Will go to another Peter Pane next time.

At Peter Pane you get what you expect. Good standard burgers, great fries and good drinks for a fairly high price. Unfortunately, with the service team you always have to hope that you get someone who is interested in your work. I can't confirm it for today. As a guest with children, you have rarely felt so unwelcome and treated as you do today. Too bad. But there are other and better burger shops that we will visit.

The restaurant has a super cozy vibe and is lovingly decorated :) the burgers are super tasty and there is a really large selection with something for everyone. The service rounds off the whole ambience (LG to Marvin🥰). really big recommendation!

The “Berry Hunger” salad is great, one of my favorites. Basically you can find everything you can imagine in the menu. The ambience is extremely imaginative and is really comfortably furnished. The service is top - thank you Marvin for the nice service.

Unfortunately the behavior of the staff, particularly one particular waiter a man with glasses, was not at all professional and respectful. First of all, the coffee was served to me contrary to the order in the menu and before the meal. When I asked the waiter to bring the coffee after the meal, he replied in a sharp tone, "That's just the way it is." Later, instead of lemonade, he brought a drink with a completely different taste. When I pointed out that this was a mistake, he replied in a rude and condescending tone, "That's exactly what you ordered". We had been to this restaurant before, but after that experience I would no longer recommend it, at least not this branch.

Last night we had a somewhat unpleasant experience on site. As soon as we arrived at the table, we told the service staff that we would like to take advantage of the offer via the Neotaste app. The waitress then asked us to take a seat first and promised that everything would be sorted out later. We then ordered and ate as usual and finally wanted to pay with the Neotaste app to take advantage of the offer. To our regret, however, we were then informed that this was no longer possible as the app would have had to be used when ordering. This was a bit confusing as it was the same waiter we had already told about using the app when we came in. Unfortunately, after the waiter consulted with a colleague, he was told rather abruptly that this was no longer possible. I contacted the Peter Pane team by email, but they don't offer any compensation, instead they welcome us to eat with them again and then pay with the voucher. Huh? So unfortunately not a positive experience.

Saturday evening for dinner! Cozy atmosphere with music (but at the right volume for a good conversation!) I liked the food and there was a lot of choice and design options! Maybe I'm too old, but the benches are uncomfortable! Food came relatively quickly - the drinks were too late (both came at the same time). I would have liked to have had an additional drink during the meal, but I wasn't asked.

Ordered food, the order wasn't complete and the rest was ice cold. Several calls were responded to aggressively and the driver was accused of embezzlement, without any concrete evidence from the deputy restaurant manager. When asked repeatedly to speak to the boss (any kind of availability), a name was given which was almost certainly an alias. There was no goodwill or interest from the restaurant to fix this problem. Management from October 30th is absolutely incompetent and overwhelmed to run such a store. It's a shame for a restaurant like this when the customer is left empty-handed because of such bad staff.

A beautifully decorated restaurant. You immediately think you are in the real Peter Pan movie. We found the food really tasty. The burgers are especially great. Our other recommendation are the sweet potato fries with truffle mayo. The waiters are very helpful and entertaining. Jonas and Marvin always have something to laugh about.
