I ordered a salad menu here via Wolt. Salad + fries + drink. The fries were ice cold, the drink was simply not delivered. Thanks for nothing.

We had specially reserved a table. Unfortunately, despite several free tables, we only got one high table directly at the drinks counter. Hence no backrest. Relatively impractical with a small child. Service was sober and friendly, the order was taken and no one was asked how you would like your food. Extra requests were immediately answered with the additional charge, I find it unpleasant to assume that you want something for free. The food itself, my wife had the Fig Goat and I had the Holly Molly, was very tasty and contrary to expectations, the side dishes were not portioned so sparingly, so that everyone was full. After reminding us twice, payment was made cashless and tips could also be given. I always don't like it when restaurants only want this in cash :( This Peter Pane branch is located in Winterhude near the canal. This is definitely nice when the weather is good. Of course you have to like the clientele in Winterhude. If in doubt, sit at the next table ;)

Very nice stay at Peter Pane. Great service from waitress M. All special requests were fulfilled with a smile. Very friendly service, attentive but not intrusive :) Food came quickly, there were three of us, all dishes were very tasty, plentiful and nicely presented. We'd love to come back!

We ordered burgers and immediately after eating our two children threw up. I called Peter Pane and reported the incident and asked that the components be inspected before further sale to ensure that none of them were spoiled. The only thing I was told by an employee on the phone was an unfriendly response: he wasn't working when we ordered and he said he "couldn't do anything with it" and couldn't check the food either. Another shift manager told me that he had not had any other cases of this, so there was no connection to the food and there was nothing he could do. I expect a report like this to be taken seriously and I definitely won't be ordering anything from here in the future.

Excessive delay in order delivery and long waiting times

We waited a very long time; The music was definitely too loud and the prices for burgers and salads are not for those on a tight budget. However, the food itself is really good.

The service is very attentive and frequent. The burgers are generally very good and there are a lot of alternatives. It is also worth mentioning that there is a lunch menu and an evening menu where there are usually various combinations at very good prices. At lunchtime there is also a simple but also very good menu for little money. There are also vegan options. The atmosphere is very nice and very clean.

Everything was perfect. The food was great and you can't go wrong with Peters Pause. The conditions here are super nice. Lam in particular was very nice and accommodating. All in all, it was a very nice evening with many experiences.

Ordered there for just under €50. The food was only delivered after 2 hours, was completely cold and 2 burgers were forgotten. The first call was answered (probably accidentally) and hung up immediately, the following calls were skillfully ignored.

We were once again very satisfied and happy with the service and the quality of the food. It was our daughter's birthday and loves the lumberjack burger with a veggie beef patty. We have been here for the third time this year. The portions are large and very filling. The cole slaw as a side dish is highly recommended, nice and juicy and delicate in taste. We love coming here and will definitely be back! Thank you again for the beautiful table with a canal view. We had a full program with swans and standup paddlers swimming by :)

The food was good as always at Peter Pane! Unfortunately the service wasn't that good. We wanted to order dessert at 9:10 p.m. We were told that the kitchen had been closed for a long time and that the only thing available was alcohol?! According to Peter Pane, the hot kitchen is open until 9:30 p.m. We were then offered free shots. Provided that we leave 2 positive reviews. I find that very questionable! Unfortunately, the behavior of the two service staff this time was anything but convincing. Will go to another Peter Pane next time.

At Peter Pane you get what you expect. Good standard burgers, great fries and good drinks for a fairly high price. Unfortunately, with the service team you always have to hope that you get someone who is interested in your work. I can't confirm it for today. As a guest with children, you have rarely felt so unwelcome and treated as you do today. Too bad. But there are other and better burger shops that we will visit.

The “Berry Hunger” salad is great, one of my favorites. Basically you can find everything you can imagine in the menu. The ambience is extremely imaginative and is really comfortably furnished. The service is top - thank you Marvin for the nice service.

Unfortunately the behavior of the staff, particularly one particular waiter a man with glasses, was not at all professional and respectful. First of all, the coffee was served to me contrary to the order in the menu and before the meal. When I asked the waiter to bring the coffee after the meal, he replied in a sharp tone, "That's just the way it is." Later, instead of lemonade, he brought a drink with a completely different taste. When I pointed out that this was a mistake, he replied in a rude and condescending tone, "That's exactly what you ordered". We had been to this restaurant before, but after that experience I would no longer recommend it, at least not this branch.

Last night we had a somewhat unpleasant experience on site. As soon as we arrived at the table, we told the service staff that we would like to take advantage of the offer via the Neotaste app. The waitress then asked us to take a seat first and promised that everything would be sorted out later. We then ordered and ate as usual and finally wanted to pay with the Neotaste app to take advantage of the offer. To our regret, however, we were then informed that this was no longer possible as the app would have had to be used when ordering. This was a bit confusing as it was the same waiter we had already told about using the app when we came in. Unfortunately, after the waiter consulted with a colleague, he was told rather abruptly that this was no longer possible. I contacted the Peter Pane team by email, but they don't offer any compensation, instead they welcome us to eat with them again and then pay with the voucher. Huh? So unfortunately not a positive experience.

We have been regular and, above all, very satisfied customers for many years. The whole team is very friendly and always in a good mood, the decor is cozy and the burgers are delicious and varied.

The food, the service, the ambience and Marceelo our waitress were, as always, fabulous.
