My husband and I spontaneously visited Peter Pan two weeks ago and were warmly welcomed by Julia. From the very beginning, she was very friendly, open, and attentive. Right from the start, she pointed out the evening's cocktails and took her time with our orders. Throughout the evening, Julia repeatedly and discreetly asked if everything was okay or if we had any requests. We felt completely at ease, well looked after, and appreciated. Her commitment and warm manner made the evening special for us. A huge compliment to Julia – service like this is something you can't take for granted these days! We would definitely be happy to come back.

Unfortunately, this was both a disappointing and expensive visit. If you're not greeted and looked at when the waiter comes to your table, I'm already disappointed. When you greet them yourself and they look annoyed, you know it's simply not their job to deal with customers. I ate a mediocre Double Smashburger with rather lukewarm patties. The sweet fries were crispy. Including a draft beer, I spent a little over €27 without a tip. I know that's normal for a burger menu these days, you just accept it, but I recommend better options in Winterhude, like Dulf's or Hensel.

The burgers were as expected, but Julia's service made me feel like I was at home. Awesome experience, a huge thank you!

Picked up a burger, folks. The burger costs €15.90, and what a sad imitation! The tomato (yes, one) is wafer-thin, the lettuce leaf (yes, one, quartered too) is a dark green mush. I could have gotten several good burgers from Burger King via Lieferando for that, and I'll keep it that way in the future.

Charming place with a very special atmosphere inside, top-notch food!! And very friendly and kind service. The vegetarian burgers are highly recommended.

Super fun experience to visit a Row-Thru, and Peter Pane burgers are always excellent.

We saw that Peter Pane (as well as other similar restaurants) had a lunch special for €10. So we thought we'd take advantage of the Water Drive-In offer. When we arrived by boat, the bell didn't work; instead, you had to order via the QR code. You can't select the menu there, so I asked inside, and the server also said you can only take the lunch special if you're seated inside. So we got off the boat and abandoned our original plan to eat inside. When we sat down inside in the empty restaurant (we were the only customers!!), we were told we had to sit somewhere else, otherwise he wouldn't be able to keep track. Then we ordered what we thought was the lunch special (a burger and fries). These arrived very quickly. When we got the bill, however, it was €26 per person (I've never had such an expensive burger for lunch haha) instead of €10, making the bill almost three times as high as expected. When we asked about it, the waiter said that if we asked for the lunch menu, we would get an expensive menu; we should have asked for "Peter's Break." I think a note when ordering would have been helpful. Since our order was suitable for both, I think a note about it would have been appropriate and helpful. Anyway, the visit was disappointing from start to finish (apart from the quick delivery of the dishes) – once and never again.

Love this chain. Really good burgers, lots of vegetarian and vegan options and yummy cocktails to go with it. Not cheap, but especially if your in a group with mixed diets, it's a really good option. Only downside is the small seating (little elbow room) but it does lend it a lot of metropolitan flair I guess. Update: We went again today and the waitress serving us was absolutely amazing. Huge plus for the service! 🤩

Our visit to Peter Pane was a very positive experience overall. Upon entering, the cozy, modern atmosphere is striking, appealing to both adults and children. The child-friendliness is particularly noteworthy: There's a dedicated children's menu, little surprises, and activities like painting activities, which make the visit enjoyable for the little ones. The staff was also very attentive and catered to the children individually – we really appreciated that. The selection of burgers, side dishes, and vegetarian and vegan alternatives is large and varied. The quality and taste were impressive, and the portions were plentiful and lovingly prepared. Peter Pane's prices are in the mid-to-slightly high range, but this is understandable given the ambiance and concept. One small drawback: Depending on occupancy, waiting times can be a bit longer. Therefore, if you have children, it's advisable to make a reservation in advance or be patient. Conclusion: A very family-friendly restaurant that impresses with its varied cuisine, modern ambiance, and child-oriented extras. Definitely a recommended address for families with children.

2 stars only for the Updated " Burger to Boat". Before there was a bell and a server would bring the menus and take your order. Which was really nice and you could place your order in less than 5 min. Now they changed it and put a big QR scan code to order online... The site /app is really annoying and takes like 15 min to place an order. No person comes out. No customer service. Before it was 5 star service and now with the changes downgraded to 2 star. Very sad as we actually really love this location and the really cool "boat-through". We hope you put it back to the old way with good customer service :)

The Peter Pane in Winterhuder is in a great location; you can reach the restaurant from both the water and the street. The staff (Louis and Philippe) are super friendly and accommodating. Plus, the food is delicious.

At the Peter Pane on Goldbekplatz, we were treated extremely rudely by an Asian, heavily tattooed employee. He simply handed us glasses instead of placing them on the table, addressed us informally without asking, and spoke in a tone as if he were giving orders. This made you feel completely unwelcome as a guest.

Today, we had a very disappointing experience at Peter Pane. The waiter (name: Lee) was unfriendly, unaccommodating, and arrogant from the start. He interrupted us several times and spoke in a disrespectful tone—not just to me, but to our entire group of eight. This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate and seriously spoiled our visit.

One of the nicest Peter Panes I've seen so far. The service was super friendly! The food arrived in under 10 minutes. Even the BBQ sauce for the nachos was warm. The only thing that usually bothers me about Peter Panes is the lack of backrests on the benches. Even that was a few of them here.

Great! We rode up by pedal boat and ordered. We waited 10 minutes, and a delicious burger and sweet potato fries were delivered right to our boat. Absolutely recommended.

This was our first time at this branch. The atmosphere was very nice; we were quickly checked in, and despite arriving early, we were assigned a table without any hassle. Cleanliness was good, and service was attentive. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to our expectations. The burgers were only lukewarm; they were certainly tasty, but it was a bit disappointing. Furthermore, the notice about omitting an ingredient seemed to have been forgotten. To make mistakes is human, which is why we would give this branch another chance. Submitting a review was charmingly advertised with a free drink. We declined this offer due to time constraints.

Burger, fries, and lemonade (0.4L) €32 Not something that would have made a particularly positive impression on the public. The pastries on my Double Peter were so-so... You'll probably find something more exciting elsewhere at that price point.

We couldn't find a parking lot and had to order to take away. The hamburger was very tasty. Juicy. They made it the way we wanted. The chips were also delicious! The place is beautiful, atmospheric. We waited a little long to be served. But when they took the order, it was brought in 10 minutes. We will definitely try it again when we are in this area.

We ordered through peter-bringts. They recently started to send out orders through Uber Eats, and after my Uber delivery driver picked up the food he had to do other stops on the way. He essentialy drove to the other side of the alster and back leading to a delivery time of 49 minutes. Compared to the 13 minutes a drive usually takes from Peter Pane to my place. I ordered the food at 16:00 o clock. The website told me it will be at my place at 16:30. Uber eats told me it will be here at 17:50. I can't tell about the indoor dining experience but getting food delivered is a gamble. You might get it in 30 minutes but you also might get it in 2 hours. One thing is sure though: Its apparently possible for Peter Brings estimated delivery info to be off over 1 1/2 hours. What kind of service is that? This is also not the first time. The delivery estimates have been off for ages.

Everything was fantastic! The burgers tasted amazing, and the sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy 😋 And the atmosphere is amazing. It feels like you're in the jungle. The service was also very good. We were served by Sophia today, and she was extremely accommodating. We were completely satisfied 😁

Unfortunately, my visit to Peter Pane wasn't particularly pleasant. I had ordered something to pick up. The pickup time was given as 7:08 p.m. I arrived in the entrance area along with several delivery services and waited about 10 minutes until the employee had time for me. He checked my order and disappeared. Five minutes later, he came back to check again and went on to deal with the delivery people. Another 10 minutes later, he silently handed me my food. I then asked him about the almost half-hour wait. He halfheartedly apologized for taking longer. I think it was simply forgotten. Anyway, the burger was at least OK for the price.

The restaurant is located right on Goldbekplatz with a beautiful view of the Mühlenkamp Canal! We had very friendly and quick service, who brought us delicious food and drinks. Insider tip: The vegan burgers are cheaper on Mondays ;)

The Peter Pane on Goldbekplatz has a wonderful ambiance. We sat toward the back of the shop, where we could watch the kayakers paddling on the Mühlenkamp Canal through a large open window. The food was delicious, and the drinks and food were generally served quickly. The service staff was very friendly and accommodating. All in all, a very relaxed, delicious visit. I will definitely be back!

Great service, I was there every day, and for good reason. I recommend the Peters Pause for €10 from 12-5 pm, which includes a 500ml drink, fries, and a burger. Great deal and always delicious. Since I've never been disappointed, this is a clear 5-star rating!

We've always been very impressed with Peter Pane. But this branch today was a negative surprise, as we received extremely unfriendly service. We were standing at the boat dock and unfortunately couldn't order online. So we went into the branch to order on site. The server was extremely rude and didn't give us the 20% discount we were entitled to, since we weren't eating in. The bag was simply handed to us, and we didn't even say "bye" or "thank you." Pure disappointment! We won't be doing that again.

Overall, the waitresses seemed very inexperienced, which was also evident in the fact that they tasted our drinks before giving them to us. That was very strange. They were also very watery. I hope you don't have to experience the same thing as my girlfriend and I did. Go next door for a pizza instead.

Mit meinem Sohn war ich im Peter Pane Goldbekplatz. An Getränken hatte ich eine selbstgemachte Limo und zum Abschluss einen alkoholfreien Cocktail, mein Sohn 2 Cocktails. Als Vorspeise hatten wir einen kleinen Salat und Zwiebelringe. Wir haben uns dann für jeweils einen Irish Prime Burger entschieden. Der kostet stolze € 18,90, ohne Pommes. Dazu 2x Pommes, einmal mit einem speziellen Dip. Das Essen war tadellos, der Service freundlich und aufmerksam.
