Very tasty burgers at a price like those at McDonald's these days. But the burgers here are much tastier and the fries are also super fresh. The service is always polite and I think the system with the streets is cool. The ambience is great, but could still use some finishing touches here and there.

Ordered burgers with pumpkin chia seed patties here. However, pumpkin seed-chia seed-vegetable mix patty’s arrived. There is a world of difference between the foods specified and those delivered! Uber Eats contacted the restaurant and found no discrepancies in the information or products! Really very questionable when it comes to food safety, including those with allergies. Wouldn't eat here again!

We eat at Jim Block's Jungfernstieg branch at least twice a month with the whole family. Yesterday we spontaneously went to Altona. The citizens came cold. The bread was cold. The meat is not fresh hot but lukewarm - as if it had just been warmed up... Please avoid this branch. The food is not up to Jim Block's standard. The shop was also almost empty, the staff had enough time to prepare it properly.

Review for the store “Jim Block” I paid a visit to “Jim Block” and felt like I had made a culinary mistake in a class of its own – unfortunately not in a good way. With great anticipation I ordered a “Jb Hot Cheeseburger Menu”, but what awaited me was more of a “Jb Miss”. The burger was inedible, the consistency reminded me of a damp sponge from an abandoned basement. The Fanta that was served with it was so fizzless that I thought I was drinking stale water from an old watering can. In short: it was just disgusting. The burger – more horror than hot Imagine going to the cinema expecting a blockbuster and seeing a bad amateur film that makes you want to leave within the first 10 minutes. That's exactly what this cheeseburger felt like. The meat had the charm of cardboard, the cheese was as slow as the plot of a bad novel, and the roll was so limp that I wondered whether it was intended as decoration for a papier-mâché model building. I've enjoyed felt tip caps with more spice. The Fanta – bubble-free through the night “Fanta is fun!” – Not here. The fizz was completely missing. The drink was so lifeless that I wondered if I had accidentally entered a museum to sample an exhibit. It was like fireworks without a bang, a concert without music - simply disappointing. If I had wanted a glass of tap water, I would have tapped it at home. At least it would have been fresh there. Conclusion – more block than enjoyment “am block”? More like “I’m shocked”. My money didn't buy me a meal, but rather a mixture of frustration and disappointment. If this were a film, I would give it zero stars - unfortunately Google doesn't allow that. Here you don't get "fast food", but rather "past food" that you would like to send back in time. I recommend anyone who wants good food to avoid this place. Unless you want to tell a humorous story about the worst cheeseburger of your life. Then you've come to the right place!

Well, what can I say? My visit to Jim Block was like a bad movie: you stay until the end, even though after five minutes you're wondering why you're doing this to yourself. I had the hot cheese menu. Sounds like a hot number at first, but what happened? A patty that tasted so vegan that even the salad next to it was embarrassing. The cheese sauce? I have no idea what went wrong, but she had a mix of “What’s that supposed to be?” and “Please never again!” in taste. Then I thought a cappuccino might save the day. Puppy cake! It was so lukewarm that I briefly considered putting it straight in the microwave. In terms of taste? Plump like rainwater filtered through an old sock. And the Fanta? Oh yes, the good Fanta. It was so stale that I briefly considered whether I was in the Museum of Fossil Beverages. Conclusion: Jim Block, you really did it – that was a culinary adventure that I would rather avoid in the future. One star for the effort, but honestly: that's actually too much.

We visited at 19:00 on a Saturday. It was not crowded and we could easily find a place for ourselves. The place was spacious and quiet. Our order was prepared very quickly, we appreciate that. We ordered the mini cheeseburger menu. The drink is served in a glass, but the acid level was good, no problem. The burger is the best burger I've ever tried in HH. The meat tastes very good, it integrates well with the cheese. It would be better if there was plenty of sesame seeds on the bread instead of poppy seeds. The potatoes are crispy and delicious, some say they are too little, but I think the amount is sufficient. Their sauces come in really big packages, they are enough. Prices are quite good, we paid 19 EUR for the menu for 2 people. We will definitely visit again, thank you.

Advice from Jim Block Altona. Meat is tasteless full of fat, not enjoyable bar. Please stay away. Otherwise you have to pay for the bad food.

Always expensive, always worse. There are fewer fries and the rolls no longer taste good. Years ago there were the best citizens, then came the strange stone oven roll and now potatoes and you have no choice. There are plenty of other shops.

Great store… friendly staff, chic atmosphere and great food. One of the cleanest Jim Block locals in HH.

The PhillyCheese was drowned in yellow sauce. This meant that the taste of the sauce was very dominant. The ColeSlaw was very neutral and bland, a shame. I was looking forward to a delicious meal. The chain was great 10 years ago...the burgers are no longer good and the bread is no good either...they even managed to make the garlic bread worse...sad to be honest

Like everywhere else, portions are getting smaller and smaller. But I still really enjoy eating there. The burgers are good, the prices are relatively high.

Jim Block always stands for delicious burgers and fries. This time too, but the burgers have become smaller and the prices are more expensive. 2 menus for 30 euros... I thought it was great

Das Restaurant war voll. Die Bedienung nett aber schien manchmal etwas überfordert. Auf das Essen musste viel zu lange gewartet werden.

Wie immer bei Jim Block, leckere Burger, deutlich besser als McDonald's und co. Esse ich immer wieder sehr gerne wenn ich in Hamburg bin, hat mich noch nie enttäuscht.

Ist ein Schicker laden, war schon mehrere Jahre nicht mehr in einem Jim Block. Essen hat zwar geschmeckt, die Größe und der Geschmack waren im Vergleich zu damals schon weniger aber immer noch gut. In dem Moment war eine Person, welche kognitiv eingeschränkt war vor uns und ganz ehrlich so wie die Mitarbeiterin in diesem Moment, mit dieser Kundin umgegangen ist, einfach Klasse und leider nicht selbstverständlich, das habe ich so noch nie erlebt und das sind Ereignisse die man sich merkt und mit der Marke verbindet. Wirklich toll

Pommes total versalzen.. Serviette schon am Tresen mit Kola zugekleistert.. Burger 0.8.15… dann bei 17€ noch selber Tisch abräumen?.. hm…

Nach mehreren Jahren war ich heute zum ersten Mal wieder bei Jim Block. Da ich früher dort häufiger und gerne gegessen habe, habe ich mich auf dem Weg zu Ikea gefreut, dass dort ein Jim Block ist. Leider war die erste Überraschung bereits beim bezahlen. Es ist deutlich teurer geworden. Da alles teurer geworden ist, ist dies nicht negativ zu bewerten. Jedoch ist zusätzlich das Essen deutlich schlechter geworden. Wir hatten zwei Burger-Menüs, einmal Chicken und einmal BBQ. Beide Burger-Brötchen wirkten so, als wären sie unbearbeitet aus der Verpackung direkt zum Burger verarbeitet worden. Sie waren weich, kalt und fade. Zudem war das Hähnchenfleisch sehr trocken (zu lange gebraten) und kaum Sauce auf dem Chickenburger. Auf dem BBQ-Burger waren mehrere sehr dicke Scheiben Bacon der so zäh war, dass man den nicht kauen konnte. Schade, dass die Qualität in den letzten Jahren scheinbar sehr stark nachgelassen hat.

Bin leider enttäuscht. Kalte und weiche Pommes und das Patty war zwei mal tot gebraten. Kein Wunder, es ging mega schnell. Leider werde ich viel länger brauchen bis ich wieder komme.

Wer Lust auf einen qualitativ guten Burger in einem Schnelltestaurant hat, ist hier genau richtig. Im Vergleich zu den beiden anderen großen Ketten um 40%teurer, dafür aber von der Qualität her dann auch um einiges besser. Wir haben die anderen Burgerketten hinter uns gelassen und gehen nur noch hierher. Nettes Personal, gute Burger und es ist immer ein Tisch frei.

Heute zum ersten mal Jim Block. Bin voll begeistert, das essen war voll 😋 lecker. Komme wieder. SERVICE Top. Preisleistungsverhältnis voll kommen Okay. Daumen hoch für die FILIALE 👍👍👍

Virkeligt lækkert burgersted til en fair pris. Og så ligger den lidt uden for hamborg centrum nemlig i Ottense. Det er måske mere et rigtigt Hamborg hvor Hamborgenserne bor du oplever her.

Essen und Service sind meist super. Leider schallt zu oft Musik auch aus der Küche. Zwei Schallquellen gleichzeitig sind nichts für mich.

Leider nur mittelmäßiges Erlebnis. Beide Burger eher kalt, Brötchen wurden nicht getoastet und sind dadurch beim Essen auseinander gefallen. Der Käse ist auch nicht wirklich geschmolzen. Geschmacklich noch einigermaßen okay aber das ging schon besser bei Jim Block. Auch bei Selbstbedienung könnten die Tische sauberer sein, es war sehr leer im Laden daher sollte ein Kontrollgang bestimmt möglich sein. Die Mitarbeiterin war aber sehr freundlich.

Ich wünschte, ich könnte in Othmarschen bestellen, da gab es noch nie Probleme. Aus Altona heute einen Burger mit rohem Hack erhalten - widerlich und unhygienisch. Danke!

Bei einem Menü Preis von 14.50 € ( Burger, Pommes, Getränk ) Selbstbedienung.Ein Erwachsener Man, kann mit diesem Menü nicht satt werden. Der Burger war extrem geizig belegt ! 4 oder 5 Maiskörner, eine Mini Scheibe Tomate, 2 Mini Scheibchen Zwiebel und ganze 3 Scheiben Jalapenos. Das Essen Entspricht nicht den Werbebilder. Wenn man nur einen kleinen Snack möchte ist es ok. Fazit : überteuert.

Wow wirklich fabelhaft sauber, sieht man leider nicht oft in anderen Läden wie mc Donalds oder so echt super Leistung!!!!!

Der Laden ist sehr schön leider nur immer Recht gefüllt da es ein Jim Block ist, die Bürger sind immer sehr lecker und der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam

Aufgrund der Falschinformation das dass hier dargestellte Restaurant bis 00 auf hat bin ich hier her gefahren und sehe das dies garnicht stimmt. Die Fahrt und Laune war für umsonst und das ist eine Frechheit

Wir hatten einen Burger der zurzeit als Limited Edition angeboten wird: Chakalata Burger mit pikanter Soße. Sehr lecker! Preis mit 6,40 € angemessen. Normale Größe , macht einen frischen Eindruck. Das Ganze im Selfservice, man wartet etwas, ist aber alles gut organisiert. Sehr schön , ansprechend und modern eingerichtet.

Mein Lieblingsburger-Restaurant, weil es diese ganz besondere Burger-Sauce gibt, nicht Ketchup und Senf, sondern dieser Traum von Burger-Sauce. Zudem stehen die Burger Variationen bereits auch ohne Brötchen auf der Karte. Sehr, sehr lecker und auch ein schickes Ambiente.

Geschmacklich sind die Burger ganz gut, aber nichts besonderes, hierfür aber vergleichsweise teuer. Bei allen drei Besuchen wurde bei unseren Bestellungen immer etwas vergessen. Auch die unterschiedlichen Portionen was Pommes angeht waren irritierend, da ist der Service suboptimal.

Como cualquier restaurante de la cadena las hamburguesas están bastante buenas y el servicio es muy rápido. Tampoco nada especial.

Schnelles Abendessen mit der Familie. Frisch zubereitet, die Pommes waren nicht der Bringer, aber die Qualität der Burger lässt FastFood deutlich hinter sich.

Det er burger i bad og kvalitet og som ikke smager noget i forhold til vagterne og så lidt med igen. Steakhouse kan jeg som har en burgerkæde ved siden af. Absolut anbefalelsesværdig. Det er hurtigt træt lide og som en pris Messi fornuftig med deres restaurant

Die Beratung und der Service waren sehr gut. Als ich 2 Bestellungen abholen wollte, bot man mir an ein Tablett zu bringen. Der Hamburger war sehr gut, genau wie das frisch gebratene Gemüse. Es hat uns gefallen.

Essen lecker, Service n bisschen verplant, aber nett, sehr preiswert! Preis/Leistung stimmt! Gemütlicher laden!!!
