The food is highly recommended. We had the "Gold Rush" and "Cowardly Goat" burgers. They were incredibly delicious. The service was first-class. Yannick, our waitress, was there for the first time. He was already very competent, helpful, and dedicated. We'd love to come back!

Many choices of burgers also vegan. Food came quickly and well matched. The plate was warmer than the burger. The fries were also cold quickly due to a draft or air conditioning. We sat all the way in the back and had a good view of everything. Atmospheric but very small tables for two people and hard chairs. Service friendly. But hanging on the phone while serving should not be.

Peter Pane – surprisingly high-quality and very family-friendly After a long time, we returned to Peter Pane – and were truly pleasantly surprised. The food is high-quality and beautifully presented. The selection of cocktails and drinks is also well-thought-out and tasteful. A particularly nice touch: children are also catered for. There are crayons at the table so they can keep themselves occupied until dinner – a small gesture with a big impact. The atmosphere is overall relaxed, the service attentive, and the food impressive.

Overall the burger was great! Justyna helped explain the menu to us as it was only in German and Translate missed some details. You can also choose a different bun for the burger which is awesome! An English menu is in my opinion a nice thing to add but otherwise the food and service is great!

Highly recommended! We ate here during our trip to Hamburg and were thrilled. Great burgers that you can customize – super delicious! The prices aren't cheap, but they're absolutely reasonable for the quality. We'll definitely be back when we're back in town!

The burger was delicious, as well as the mix of fries and onion rings. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the customer service: - I had to decline the premium beef three times before they accepted my choice. - When I refused to leave a tip, which is completely not mandatory in Germany, and only for good service, the staff member reacted with visible and explicit irritation. Your prices are already above average, so please, not try to beg for 2 euros tip.

Peter Pane definitely a lovely shop. You feel comfortable when you're there and so far you've always been treated nicely. However, I unfortunately have to say that given the prices, pressed meat from the frozen isn't really possible. Unfortunately, the quality of the food barely gets the 3rd star.

Too few employees that evening. Unfortunately, we arrived too late for the performance. Because there was no employee there to ask us to please pay.

We were served by Justyna: she was consistently attentive, warm and courteous. When she noticed that our small table for two was getting a bit too cramped with all the food, she naturally offered us a larger table - without us having to say anything. Her friendly and warm manner made the entire visit special for us. Employees like this make the difference! 10 out of 10 stars for Justyna – thanks for the great service!

The food was excellent. The breadless burger is a delight. A real recommendation is the Desert White Cookie. Perhaps the best desert I've ever had the pleasure of eating. However, Gerolsteiner is served as water. It's a mystery to me why anyone would want to drink this water urgh...

Very cool location and very friendly staff. The burger and sweet potato fries with the truffle sauce were very tasty, unfortunately there was no room for dessert but they looked very good at the neighboring tables.

I called through and spoke to M. because unfortunately you can't order the breadless burgers online. Since my wife, who has celiac disease, has a severe allergy to gluten, other products are not an option for her. But they didn't want to take our order over the phone if we didn't show up. Now I'm there with a sick child and I don't even get the 20% discount for pickup because I didn't order online?! I would say that as an allergy sufferer I was very discriminated against. Thank you for this incredibly bad experience. Next time I'll go to the nearest burger joint that offers customer-oriented service in this regard. I would have liked to have had the difference refunded in principle.

Actually everything was great. Friendly service, delicious fries with even tastier dips. Drinks good too... They both had a beef burger, looked great, everything was good except for the meat. They were very dry and not particularly tasty. Was very disappointed, I thought you could eat well there.

For a franchise chain, Peter Pane is definitely a number in itself. This branch is one of my favorites that I have visited to date. The selection is quite extensive, with additional apps you can get good prices through coupons. Service is polite and courteous. Also prepare the food earlier for pickup. The only drawback is that once the restaurant is full, the waiting time can sometimes be quite long. Otherwise recommendation.

Was in the almost empty restaurant at lunchtime. Friendly service, burgers lukewarm to cold. Fries freshly prepared and hot. All in all, unfortunately only enough from me.

After we got our food, the waitress didn't pay any attention to us even though the restaurant was only 1/4 full. For further orders or later to request the bill, we had to go to the counter and ask several times to get the bill. The food was ok but the portion was way too big on the plates that were way too small. We could no longer see our food under the mountain of Rocula and had no way of putting the saltat anywhere, so we picked around blindly on the plate. Table neighbors sometimes waited in vain for service. After we paid without a tip we were bullied, never again

We ate there before going to a musical and it actually tasted great. With emphasis on actually. Some of the food, probably the BBQ beef, was not entirely hygienic and left my mother with terrible stomach pains and diarrhea for the whole next day. But the service was good.

Unfortunately the air conditioning/fan is so annoying and therefore cold and uncomfortable in December. The service tried to get this sorted out, but unfortunately it didn't achieve much… Price for burgers borderline, especially since side dishes come on top...
