The meat of the burgers is not great. They try to hide It with many sauces and stuff, which make Up for a bad taste. I had a neotaste discount and they wouldnt take It.

I ordered food 1.5 hours ago, deliberately looking for something with a short delivery time. The delivery time was 20 to max. 40 minutes. It's now 10 p.m., tomorrow is a business day, and I haven't received anything yet. When I called, they lied and said no order had been received (after I was assigned an order number and the money had already been debited 😉). A minute after the call, they called me back and said it had suddenly appeared—or better yet, that the order would be with me in 20 minutes. Aha, so it's already been prepared somehow? 🫨 I've been waiting here ever since, with constant delays in the app, always saying "only 10 more minutes." The most brazen lie, though, is this: Once and never again. And at that price. Brave. So I advise against ordering from them; totally unreliable. There are plenty of alternatives in Hamburg.

Burnt food or waffles tasted burnt because the waffle machine was apparently not clean but nice staff

We received a warm welcome, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The burger selection was excellent. Whether meat, chicken, vegan, or vegetarian, there was something for everyone. Our server, Justyna, was always available and gave us excellent advice. We'll definitely be back.

Friendly and attentive service - but be careful when ordering to go: We looked at the menu online and chose something... which wasn't available when we ordered online. Since the child wouldn't be dissuaded from the original plan and didn't want to understand the marketing concept, I went there pragmatically: They did have the children's menu they wanted - but at twice the price, and the adult evening menu with a cocktail or long drink (no soft drinks) was the only option, which made it €20 more expensive than if we had ordered online 🤷🏻‍♀️... At this point, I didn't understand the concept anymore, but I was very hungry and willing. Unfortunately, one of the fries was missing - or it was two side dishes in one - I don't know... If you're looking for meaning, you won't find it at Peter Pane... and the half-liter raspberry mojito was unfortunately not good and not strong enough to console me for this confusing experience. Because of the value for money, I recommend supporting a local burger joint that invests its budget in fresh patties (which can also be cooked medium-rare) and not in overly complex marketing strategies…

Peter Pane has unfortunately declined significantly in quality in recent years. The burger patties looked like frozen goods and were completely overcooked. The so-called "Smash" burger was particularly disappointing. Instead of a crispy, signature smash patty, they simply served a slightly thinner standard patty – the concept was completely misguided and seemed more like a half-hearted attempt to capitalize on a trend. There are so many burger joints these days that offer more flavor and are better priced. For me, the Peter Pane hype is definitely over.

The selection is excellent, there's something for everyone. The portion sizes are also perfect. All the dishes were hot and simply delicious. The value for money is excellent, and the shop is unique, clean, and cozy. We were also impressed with the service; our trusted employee is called Laura, and she is incredibly attentive and friendly. All in all, highly recommended!

It's only giving one star because you can't give negative stars. We reserved a table a day in advance, and it was confirmed, only to then find ourselves standing in front of this dump and realize it was closed, ruining our entire plans. A very bad experience. I will never go to a restaurant from this chain again (if one ever opens).

Many choices of burgers also vegan. Food came quickly and well matched. The plate was warmer than the burger. The fries were also cold quickly due to a draft or air conditioning. We sat all the way in the back and had a good view of everything. Atmospheric but very small tables for two people and hard chairs. Service friendly. But hanging on the phone while serving should not be.

Peter Pane – surprisingly high-quality and very family-friendly After a long time, we returned to Peter Pane – and were truly pleasantly surprised. The food is high-quality and beautifully presented. The selection of cocktails and drinks is also well-thought-out and tasteful. A particularly nice touch: children are also catered for. There are crayons at the table so they can keep themselves occupied until dinner – a small gesture with a big impact. The atmosphere is overall relaxed, the service attentive, and the food impressive.

Overall the burger was great! Justyna helped explain the menu to us as it was only in German and Translate missed some details. You can also choose a different bun for the burger which is awesome! An English menu is in my opinion a nice thing to add but otherwise the food and service is great!

The burger was delicious, as well as the mix of fries and onion rings. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the customer service: - I had to decline the premium beef three times before they accepted my choice. - When I refused to leave a tip, which is completely not mandatory in Germany, and only for good service, the staff member reacted with visible and explicit irritation. Your prices are already above average, so please, not try to beg for 2 euros tip.

Peter Pane definitely a lovely shop. You feel comfortable when you're there and so far you've always been treated nicely. However, I unfortunately have to say that given the prices, pressed meat from the frozen isn't really possible. Unfortunately, the quality of the food barely gets the 3rd star.
