I called through and spoke to M. because unfortunately you can't order the breadless burgers online. Since my wife, who has celiac disease, has a severe allergy to gluten, other products are not an option for her. But they didn't want to take our order over the phone if we didn't show up. Now I'm there with a sick child and I don't even get the 20% discount for pickup because I didn't order online?! I would say that as an allergy sufferer I was very discriminated against. Thank you for this incredibly bad experience. Next time I'll go to the nearest burger joint that offers customer-oriented service in this regard. I would have liked to have had the difference refunded in principle.

Actually everything was great. Friendly service, delicious fries with even tastier dips. Drinks good too... They both had a beef burger, looked great, everything was good except for the meat. They were very dry and not particularly tasty. Was very disappointed, I thought you could eat well there.

Very tasty, quick service, a bit noisy and not quite as comfortable due to the large open space. But I would still like to go here again.

For a franchise chain, Peter Pane is definitely a number in itself. This branch is one of my favorites that I have visited to date. The selection is quite extensive, with additional apps you can get good prices through coupons. Service is polite and courteous. Also prepare the food earlier for pickup. The only drawback is that once the restaurant is full, the waiting time can sometimes be quite long. Otherwise recommendation.

Super delicious food, large selection and everything can be put together flexibly. Service very friendly, courteous, helpful and attentive. Had dinner here two evenings. If I were to be in Hamburg again, I would always be happy to do so.

Was in the almost empty restaurant at lunchtime. Friendly service, burgers lukewarm to cold. Fries freshly prepared and hot. All in all, unfortunately only enough from me.

After we got our food, the waitress didn't pay any attention to us even though the restaurant was only 1/4 full. For further orders or later to request the bill, we had to go to the counter and ask several times to get the bill. The food was ok but the portion was way too big on the plates that were way too small. We could no longer see our food under the mountain of Rocula and had no way of putting the saltat anywhere, so we picked around blindly on the plate. Table neighbors sometimes waited in vain for service. After we paid without a tip we were bullied, never again

We ate there before going to a musical and it actually tasted great. With emphasis on actually. Some of the food, probably the BBQ beef, was not entirely hygienic and left my mother with terrible stomach pains and diarrhea for the whole next day. But the service was good.

Unfortunately the air conditioning/fan is so annoying and therefore cold and uncomfortable in December. The service tried to get this sorted out, but unfortunately it didn't achieve much… Price for burgers borderline, especially since side dishes come on top...

Just now, in the suburbs, two citizens ordered take-away. Unfortunately the service staff was very confused. At first she wanted to make citizens that we didn't want and it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that the extra double jalapenos weren't on the citizens but had been accounted for. But then they didn't go back. Otherwise we like to order there.

The food was bomb! However, the cocktails were mixed too strongly (at least Caipirinha and Mojito). The service dropped off completely after 8:30 p.m., so we were left stranded for a long time. If we are in Hamburg again, we would be happy to come back to give the service another chance 😉👍

Just great. Land of Cockaigne is my absolute recommendation. Service is on point, they serve you there and also make your own drinks, confidently and totally personal and friendly! We'll be back 🍺🍔

The vegetarian burgers I ate were once quite good, but have deteriorated. unfortunately way too overpriced...

Small Christmas party with eight people. Nice table in the back. Delicious food. Great employee. Was fun. It was my first time at Peter Pane. We will now try Travemünde or Timmendorf.

Unfortunately the food was really inedible, the fries were sticky, the burger had little sauce and the bread wasn't fluffy. The cocktail and sauces were the only thing that was tasty. Our service was extremely friendly, helpful and incredibly nice.

On Saturday (November 23rd, 2024) we wanted to have lunch at this Peter Pane before our musical visit. We have been to various restaurants in this chain several times and have always been very satisfied. We were even more disappointed with this visit. The service in particular was just total incompetence. After we sat down, several more tables next to us filled up. The waiter then took all the other orders and only took ours last. Quote: "I'll just work through the series from the beginning." When he arrived at our place, we emphasized that we were in a hurry and whether it was worth ordering the food. Otherwise we would have just left it and been fine with it. But he insisted that they get it done quickly. We then had to wait much longer for the food than expected. First we were brought wrong drinks. On the second attempt, a drink was still missing. During the course of the restaurant visit we ordered the missing drink three times and did not receive it until the end. At some point our time buffer was exhausted and we still had no food. That's why we said we didn't want to eat. We wanted to quickly pay for the drinks we had consumed and then urgently leave. Again we said that we are in a very, very hurry. The waiter then came past us with the EC machine and billed another table again. Another quote similar to the one at the beginning: "I'll just start here." While we were waiting for the bill, our food suddenly arrived. However, not to our table, but was brought to three (!!!) other tables. Conclusion: The employees were all very slow, unfriendly, incompetent and listless. There is nothing wrong with the restaurant chain itself and all previous visits to other cities have always been very good. However, this branch is not recommended at all. Or we were very unlucky with the service staff deployed.

We were there at lunchtime and actually only wanted twice the 10 euro menu (simple burger, small fries, house drink) that was advertised at the entrance. Unfortunately, the waitress had no knowledge of this at all and instead referred us to the lunch menu on the menu, which is much more extensive and of course more expensive. In the end it was 50 instead of 20 euros. Already annoying. Nevertheless, the food was good and plentiful and served quickly!!

Delicious food, great location and especially our personal waiter Mirko aka Modus was simply brilliant!

We ordered online though Peter bringt’s, one and a half hour later we call to see what’s up: the branch was closed on the day, even though our order went through and got confirmation. So you can imagine the HANGRY=(angry+hungry) state we were in. It could have helped in the situation, if they get the next available branch to do the delivery or not let the order go through on their website, so that people do not wait and end up disappointed and hungry. No compensation for the mistake was offered. This is my cue to find another burger place, and not order or eat there anymore after enough experiences. This is the last straw that broke the camel’s back.

The service is underground. A confirmed reservation will be canceled and the email will be written as if I had canceled. No excuse, no sorry. Never again!

Still one of the best burger chains in Germany. And when we are in Hamburg a must!

All Peter Pane restaurants have beautiful interiors. The radio play in the toilet is damn cool 😎. The prices are okay too. Drinks are partly made in-house and are very refreshing. I had a plate of fries with champions and the portion was enough for me. I am a very good eater. I didn't think it would be enough for me.😁 My wife had a very tasty vegetarian burger, simply recommended!

A very nice restaurant with many interesting food options and also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. However, the location is not that suitable for drivers as there is hardly any parking space and the cars driving past are a bit annoying, but it is still a wonderful place.

When visiting Hamburg - not far from the Stage Theater Neue Flora you can enjoy the delicious dishes here. Shortly before the visit to Hercules we were able to fortify ourselves here. Service was super fast, very accommodating and typical of Peter Pane - very loving! We think a you/you is great. The food came less than 10 minutes after ordering - great! Everything tasted great - as always. No matter whether in HH, SH or NRW - we are happy to come, even if the prices seem quite high. Quality is always there. Thanks to the team here in HH! Once again had a relaxing visit to the restaurant.

It was way too warm in the store. Everything took a long time. Frozen yogurt was already liquid. Child wanted without sauce, the other without salad, both were delivered incorrectly.

The food was okay but the service was absolutely bad the system was not understandable I wanted a menu instead I got a dirty single castle that I could have made at home so that was really a bad decision not to eat there NEVER AGAIN! !!

We went to the Peter Pane Altona on Saturday afternoon after going to the theater without a reservation. We were warmly welcomed, served very kindly and competently and the food was very tasty. It was really exceptionally nice and good.

Have tested 3 Peter Pane in Hamburg, and this one has my absolute "I have to go there" from ordering to paying - a pleasure like no other before. The service was very friendly and in a good mood, the legend was very tasty and the best we ate. The macaroni cheese patty is supposed to be crispy and an absolute dream. The order was delivered to the table quickly, but apart from us there were only two other guests in the restaurant. Nevertheless, if Hamburg has Peter Pane then definitely this one again. Thank you again.

When the staff asked us to turn down music that was too loud, there was a lack of understanding. One followed our request, the others then made it even louder than before. Never again.

As always at Peter Pane, great cuisine, nice staff and a great atmosphere. Despite the location next to the large intersection, you don't notice the traffic much and can have a lot of fun watching what's going on while eating the delicious burger.

The Peter Pane in Hamburg was world class. Everyone got their money's worth, the toilets were clean and the food was just great. We were served by Michi and can only give huge praise. He was friendly with a nice smile and we would like to have him again next time :) 10 out of 10.

The food was top quality, 10/10! I would definetely recommend this dining inn for everyone. Atmosphere is amazing as it has got a stylish, rustic look and there also even was a very nice, lovely scent in the air. Service was perfect! You feel the 'The customer is the king' motto especially because of the waiter (named 'Michi') was very friendly and cared for us very well.

The Peter Pane restaurant in Hamburg is an absolute delight! The atmosphere and furnishings are appealing and invite you to relax. The food is incredible, especially the burgers, which you can thoroughly enjoy here. What's particularly impressive is the option to order vegan bacon - perfect for anyone who wants to avoid meat but doesn't want to miss out on the taste. A particular highlight was the Peter Pan audio book that was played in the toilets - an unexpected but fun surprise. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was far too little for that money. Service - bad. There were maybe a few people there. Our request to turn down the music was ignored several times. The waitresses loudly gossiped about us. Have a nice evening

The Peter Pane was really great. The service was great and the food was fantastic. Unfortunately there are only five stars, the team there definitely deserved more. The ambience is really nice and everything was clean and tidy.

Probably the best Peter Pane in Hamburg, as some of the others can be very crowded and loud. Food was great as always! One of us got the food a bit later than the rest but we were a big group, so that wasn't much of an issue.

Great place to eat with awesome burgers! A lot of vegetarian choice. Loved Alixia the waitress - she was very kind!
