Very different experiences with the store, but tended to be a lot less. This time we ordered several hours in advance for 6:30 p.m., arrived at 7:03 p.m., but I had to run down to the street and intercept the lost driver. It would have been manageable if the pizzas hadn't been cold and the iceberg lettuce on the chicken kebab pizza hadn't had noticeable brown spots. Of course, when you order from Domino's, you don't expect culinary delights like those from an Italian stone oven. But at up to 15 euros per pizza, you can expect that they will at least be hot, well topped and, above all, on time. After I had already had the second snotty employee on the phone (in the meantime I could hear amused chatting over the receiver and a shrugging "I don't know, screw it" - no idea who that was for), we were at least able to agree on a 10 euro waiver (although I had to negotiate up from 8 euros). Whether and how it will be paid out remains to be seen.

The pizzas are great, Diavolo is Diavolo, BBQ is BBQ. And chicken broccoli :P. The pizzas are hot and tasty, the wings are not that great. But all in all highly recommended. Price is also on the verge of “OK”.

We ordered two pizzas on January 1st, 2025 at 7:10 p.m. After we waited until 8:30 p.m., the app showed us that we had already been delivered, even though we hadn't had anything yet. On the one hand, we didn't know where to call and on the other hand, no one answered the phone. We were lucky that we met a Dominos delivery driver outside the door who, purely by chance, had our pizzas in his car, but they were squashed. Of course, the pizza tasted cold and soggy after 2 hours. I won't be ordering anything from here again for a while...

Ordered pizza and pizza rolls for 8:15 p.m. in the afternoon. Delivery didn't arrive until 9:20 p.m. and of course the food was cold. Will not order there again.

I actually didn't like the pizzas that much, BUT lately they've been getting really good stuffed pizzas delivered. When I asked, it turned out that there is a new baker and I hope that if I order again, he will bake my pizza. The other bucks should learn from him. Cheers 💯

The place is of course designed primarily for ordering. The employees are friendly, the food is of regular Dominos quality and is prepared quickly depending on the volume.

Delicious pizza, decent price, I recommend it

simply rejoicing. Dry pasta, no sauce for €10 per portion. It used to be better. Would give 0 stars if I could. 90% was thrown away

I ordered at 6:50 p.m. and the food is still not here. It is btw. 8:21 p.m. called 5 times until someone answered. It finally arrived at 8:30 p.m., the delivery person was friendly and apologized. I asked if the pizzas were still fresh, he said of course. The sight when I opened the packaging was a big disappointment... cheese completely solid and lukewarm... I pay €30 for 2 pizzas, I have to wait 1.5 hours for my food and then the worst quality... You're forcing you to open the box like a philistine next time to check... it's a real shame!

I don't know this pizzaria. That's why there are 5 stars. Maybe I'll take a look! Maps keeps asking me!

So in the kitchen the employees should wear hairnets, that's actually mandatory and then it's sad that you find hair on the pizza. Just disgusting

Called 3 times and no one answered at 10:20 p.m. and nothing ever arrived

At 7:15 p.m. two pizzas were ordered for 8:30 p.m. At 8:30 p.m. the website said we would be half an hour late. At 9:30 p.m. the online pizza tracker also gave up the ghost and, even after reloading the page several times, pointed to the late delivery at 9:00 p.m. It is usually said that hope dies last, but at this branch hope seems to leave us early.

Unfortunately, this is no more than standard and overpriced. The suppliers are fast and friendly. It's not their fault.

We no longer order anything when the one particular employee (black hair) is there. Every time he's there he gets a pizza that consists mostly of bread and hardly any toppings on it. When this was mentioned he became rude several times.

After we were rejected by every pizzeria in the area because the kitchen was already closed, Dominos was our savior in our time of need. The staff was super friendly, the food came quickly, fresh and was very tasty. Thanks so much!

I have ordered from Domino's with friends and family several times over the years. Unfortunately, the quality, as well as the internal hygiene standards, have decreased significantly. I don't know whether it's due to the owners' lack of competence or whether there's a lack of enthusiasm in the store. However, I would recommend that anyone with common sense order their pizza elsewhere. The last few times I ordered there I always had gastrointestinal problems and hair on the pizza. Some orders were incorrect and the delivery time was not met. When you picked something up in the store, the cobwebs smiled at you from the ceiling or ants walked across the counter. All in all, a poor result.

Nothing special, everything was done quickly. Significant loss of quality in recent years.

Unfortunately very poor delivery service. This is the third time we have ordered here and EVERY TIME something was missing or something was wrong. We just had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. The status "In Delivery" has been displayed for half an hour. We were just about to call when we saw the delivery man on his bike out the window. No wonder it took him so long. I can't understand that at all because the Dominos branch is quite far away from us. Why send someone on a bike? And as already mentioned, something was missing this time too. The delivery person forgot to pack it. When asked, they said that they didn't know if anyone else would deliver it, but at least they got the money back for the forgotten wrap. The rest of the food was of course cold due to the bike ride through the snow. Thanks for nothing. We are always happy to tip, but today we were able to save it with a clear conscience. We won't be ordering there anymore in the future.

In the last 4 orders, 3 times the wrong item or NOTHING at all arrived. I waited 1 1/2 hours for the food only to be told that the wrap was missing. This doesn't have Dominos quality, every village pizzaria does it better...

The food is good but something is always forgotten (3 out of 4 orders something was forgotten). Finally we had to wait an extra hour for a hot sleigh. Total waiting time ~2.5 hours

Pizza rolls with cheese were all completely dry and tiny for the price, that was different... some were just leftover dough without cheese in them, the garlic dip wasn't expired yet but definitely sour/tilted and therefore inedible. A pity! Delivery time was okay.

Bestellung um 16:45 Uhr aufgegeben und zu 19:00 Uhr terminiert. Bestellung kam nach telefonischer Rückfrage um 20:05 Uhr kalt und unvollständig an. Der Lieferant hatte zudem ein unfreundliches und „angekotztes“ Auftreten.

Preis /Leistung ist sehr gut und die Pizza schmeckt super.

Sehr leckere, frisch zubereitete Pizza, sehr gutes Bestellsystem, pünktlich bereit zur Abholung.

Preise meines Erachtens mittlerweile zu hoch...Qualität und Leistung stimmen.

Essen ist super, nur glotzen die männlichen Mitarbeiter einen oft permanent an. Die Wohnung wird auch gerne begutachtet. Fühle mich da immer sehr unwohl und bin entspannter wenn Frauen das Essen liefern.

Lieferung ging zwar schnell, aber wie in letzter Zeit öfter vorgekommen ist fehlte zum wiederholten Male etwas aus der Bestellung und meine Pizza war nicht mit den veränderten Belägen belegt. Es wird immer unzuverlässiger…

Schnell, zuverlässig. Pizza ist sehr lecker, Personal nett, Bedienung und Bestellung leicht. Große Empfehlungen!!!

Perfekt, wenn man schnelles und leckeres Essen will. Die Lieferung erfolgt zügig.

Na gut Leute das Angebot ist vielseitig und die Pizza gut ,aber beim Wrap müßten sie nochmal arbeiten meiner war furztrocken so wenig Sauce hab ich selten erlebt !!!

Lieferung war schrecklich. Ich komme jedesmal dem Lieferanten entgegen, weil ich im 5. Stock wohne. Eigentlich sind immer alle freundlich aber dieses Mal war ich schockiert. Erstens war der Lieferant mega unfreundlich und zweitens hatte er nicht genügend Trinkgeld dabei bzw. konnte er gar nicht wechseln & ist wieder gegangen. Mein Essen wird jetzt bestimmt kalt ankommen was mich noch mehr verärgert. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vor allen, weil ich in der App angegeben habe, dass ich mit 50€ bezahlen werde.

Als Gast in Greifswald plagte mich ein Hüngerchen im Wohnmobil am Parkplatz Salinenstrasse. Da der Ort bei der Online Bestellung nicht verfügbar war habe ich angerufen. Der Schichtleiter dort hat die Lage sofort begriffen und 20 Minuten später kam die Ware mit einem Ebike und freundlichem Herrn an. Leute so stelle ich mir das Vor ich bin happy und da gibt man gerne Trinkgeld. Macht weiter so !

Etwas versteckt hinter Netto aber wenn man es findet bekommt man nen netten Service mit ner flotter Bedienung und dee Geschmack war auch dabei. Immer wieder gern

Die Auswahl und der Geschmack der Pizzen sind super. Vorausgesetzt man bekommt das, was man bestellt hat. Leider ist es schon des öfteren passiert, dass eine Zutat vergessen wurde. Natürlich nur bei der Bestellung, nicht auf der Rechnung. Da ich nicht in Greifswald wohne wird zu mir nicht geliefert. Habe ich etwas zu beanstanden darf ich mein Auto bemühen und bin je nach verkehrslage pro Richtung 15-20 Minuten unterwegs. Ein mal habe ich mir dann doch die Mühe gemacht. Vom Mitarbeiter kam nicht mal ein kurzes "sorry" oder eine kleine Entschuldigung. Eher genervt kam man meiner Bitte nach die Pizza neu zu machen. Das hat mich besonders enttäuscht.

Immer wieder gerne! Gleichbleibende gute Qualität, ob geliefert oder abgeholt. Immer schnell und freundlich im Service, so wie man es sich wünscht. Ein gutes Beispiel wie Systemgastro optimal laufen kann. Würde sogar sagen, dass Optimum wenn man mal pünktlich was für die Mittagspause auf der Arbeit benötigt. Macht weiter so!

Haben schon öfters mit der Firma hier Pizza bestellt. Kann nur positives berichten. Pizzen waren immer lecker und die Lieferung auch immer pünktlich.

Schnelle und gute Lieferung, Pizza ist eigentlich immer heiß. Schade ist, dass wünsche bei der Bestellung schnell untergehen und hier und da sie Pizza dann fast ungenießbar wird. Als Beispiel „weniger Knoblauch“. Wird nicht beachtet und die Pizza so vollgehauen, dass es ungenießbar ist. Sollte man Standard Pizzen bestellen, sind die immer Super.

Laden einfach geil. Preis Leistung voll ok. Die Wraps sind ein Gedicht. Ich war nur von den chilli chees Nuggets etwas enttäuscht weil ich die anders kenne! Sonst Mega

Schlechteste Pizza in Greifswald, ich empfehle jedem sich irgendwo anders nach Pizza umzugucken. Lieferzeiten waren meistens ok.

Sehr leckere Pizzen, mit Angeboten (2te Pizza 2€ und Lunchdeals) preislich noch gut im Rahmen. War bisher immer pünktlich und lecker, keine Probleme bei der Lieferung und immer warm angekommen nach ca 20-30 Minuten maximal. Dauert nur selten länger, wenn zu viel los ist, was aber normal ist, wenn man zu Stoßzeiten bestellt. Cinnamon Bread ist das beste Dessert. Kann ich nur empfehlen :)

Pizza soweit top. Aber leider wieder nur lauwarm gewesen.

Sehr schnell Lieferung. Alles auf sehr gutem Niveau. Deswegen ist der höhere Preis aus meiner Sicht gerechtfertigt.

Grundsätzlich finde ich Dominos ganz ok . Mit den Gutscheinaktionen eingerechnet ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis wesentlich besser, als es zunächst anmuten mag. In punkto Schnelligkeit ist Dominos meiner Meinung nach on top in Greifswald. Ich bestelle etwa 40-50 mal im Jahr und selten war eine Bestellung später als 20 Min bei mir.

Gute Pizza, liefern immer zuverlässig, nette Fahrer leckerer Knoblauchdrip.

Hatte mir Vorort ne Pizza bestellt. Sehr freundlich und ging auch echt schnell.. Aber gut, für ne fertige Pizza von transgourmet, sollte es so sein. Traurig. Und dafür so viel Geld kassieren. Hat geschmeckt aber enttäuschend. Daher nur 3*
