What kind of world do we live in when I call Domino's Pizza am Templargraben in Aachen and I want to order something and they tell me that I should call the other branch where I don't want to eat because I don't like the other branch. I offered them that I pay more money if they accept my order but they turned me away with a smile. I start with the person who pays who can also decide where they can eat but I think things work a little differently at Dominos

I recently ordered from Domino’s and am absolutely thrilled! Ordering was quick and easy via the app, and delivery was on time. The pizza was hot and fresh, the base was nice and crispy and the toppings were spread just right. I particularly like the selection of different pizzas and the ability to add your own ingredients. The price-performance ratio is also right for me. Overall a very positive experience – will definitely order again!

I haven't been to Dominos for a while because one of the branches in Cologne disappointed me. Now I was hungry and wanted to give Dominos another chance. I ordered Sucuk pizza rolls. It was once again a disappointment. The dough was ok. But calling that a "filling"...? A mini slice of sucuk per roll. Really mini. And cheese was hardly visible either. It's a shame, I've learned from it again. Won't come back.

As a student if you are planning to work here, I would never recommend you to work here. The store manager named Amir is the rudest person you will meet, as he yells at his employees, no respect whatsoever, never considers safety of delivery riders because he wants max orders to be delivered in very short amount of time. This stresses you most of the time which might lead to accident situations on roads when you are delivering the orders. All these to get fame and rewards for being the best productive store manager. I was glad to quit on the first day itself. For the people eating here, the pizza dough from the night leftovers are used to make pizza next morning.

I'm a Domino's fan and have to admit that these are the best pizzas in Germany. I often ordered from the Rothe Erde branch, but the quality was not comparable. I particularly like the chicken kebab pizza here.

Overall pizza was ok/not bad. The taste was bland, you could almost only taste the oil and the sweet tomato sauce. Dough was crispy, but there was barely any crust. The mozzarella was also tasteless and a bit overcooked. Salami had no taste. You can choose between 25, 28 and 32 cm pizzas, the price for a 28 cm is around €10-13. There are other better alternatives here in Aachen. But the waiter was very nice!

Do you want a pizza? Get a frozen one which is quicker and tastes better than Domino's. I think they get the worst quality frozen pizza, just bake it and send it away.

Bei dieser Filiale muss man aufpassen. Wir waren mit einem mobilen Gutschein hier, den wir direkt vor dem Besuch gekauft hatten. Vor Ort gab es dann bei der Abholung immense Probleme. Der Mitarbeiter wollte den Gutschein nicht akzeptieren, hielt zwei Mal Rücksprache mit dem Chef und beharrte auf dem falschen Preis. Das Essen wanderte dann in den Müll und wir gingen hungrig wieder nach Hause.

In Bezug auf den Preis sind die Pizzen bei Domino's möglicherweise etwas teurer als bei anderen Pizzalieferdiensten, aber sie bieten oft Rabattaktionen und Coupons an, die die Kosten senken können. Insgesamt denke ich, dass Domino's Pizza eine gute Option ist, wenn Sie nach einer schnellen und zuverlässigen Pizza-Lieferkette suchen, die eine gute Auswahl an Belägen und Kräutern bietet.

Überteuert, besonders schlecht ist die Wrap, der 10cm ist und fast aus Salat und 2 kalte Chickenstraps besteht. Lohnt sich nicht, für diese Preisen gar nicht

Sehr cool, dass es hier auch vegane Pizzen gibt!! Leider ist alles aber sehr teuer. Momentan gibt es jedoch ein gutes online Angebot, bei dem man 2 vegane Pizzen, 2 Snacks, 2 Dips und 1 Nachtisch für 28€ bekommt. Leider wurde bei uns 1 Bestellung vergessen, jedoch war der Service sehr nett und wir haben die Pizza daraufhin noch günstiger bekommen!

Einfach nur eine Katastrophe. Lieferung 60 Minuten zu spät, die Hälfte fehlte und es sollte an 2 verschiedene Anschriften geliefert werden. Fehlanzeige!!!Pizzakartons waren offen und die Pizza kalt. Und das bei 7 Pizza ... NIE WIEDER!! Und den Gutschein den wir für die letzte nicht funktionierte Bestellung erhalten haben, konnten wir nicht einlösen.

Habe Salat ohne Käse bestellt. Was bekomme ich? Genau. Salat mit Käse. Selbst auf der Quittung steht noch extra drauf: „Salat bitte ohne Käse“ Dafür hat der Fahrer 2€ Trinkgeld bekommen. Also 10€ umsonst bezahlt. Schade

Zum Mittag 2 Pizzen bestellt. Leider kam nach 1 Stunde immer noch nichts an. Nachdem ich dann dort angerufen habe, wurde mir erzählt die Pizzen wären in 10 Minuten da. Nach 30 Minuten warten habe ich noch 3 mal angerufen, jedoch hat niemand die Anrufe angenommen. Um 11:45 sollten die Pizzen da sein und sie Waren um 12:50 endlich da. Das schlimmste daran war, eine der Pizzen war auch noch falsch. Gerade wenn man Fleisch bekommt obwohl die Pizza für einen Vegetarier gedacht war

erwartungsgemäß beste Qualität heiss und lecker angekommen Fahrer sehr freundlich (Pizza Funghi ).

Ich hatte ein sehr langen Arbeitstag und habe mich auf die Pizzabrötchen gefreut mit Spinat und Käse. Gott sei Dank habe ich aioli dazu bestellt sonst hätte ich einfach trockenes Brot gegessen! Das Käse wurde komplett vergessen in der Füllung und die Pizzabrötchen waren extrem klein verformt. 2-3 hatten garkeine Füllung (sieht Foto!) egal wie viel los ist, es sollte nicht schwer sein einfache Pizzabrötchen zu befüllen, es sind nur zwei Zutaten!!!! 6€ für Brot ausgegeben und lange drauf gewartet. Danke für nichts

Habe Pasta bestellt, die noch nicht mal richtig gekocht waren. Die klebten an den Zähnen und Haare hab ich auch dort drin gefunden also da bestelle ich nie wieder

Schnelle Lieferung aber überteuerte (trotz 50% Gutschein) schlechte Pizza. Habe eine große Salamipizza bestellt und der Boden war dünn wie Papier, wodurch die Pizza so gut wie gar nicht stabil war. Hinzu kam, dass es sehr fettig/ölig war (mehr als normal). Da gehe ich lieber zur 5€ Pizza hinterm Haus.

Es gibt wirklich keine schlechtere Pizza. Jeder 3,50€ Pizzaladen ist besser.

Ich bin zwiegespalten... Wir bestellen so einmal die Woche und jedes mal ist etwas. Entweder ist die Bestellung nicht vollständig oder die Lieferung dauert definitiv länger als 30 Minuten - sorry das Versprechen geben sie selber. Oder so wie gestern: Online ging nicht, also telefonisch die Bestellung aufgegeben. Als ich nach einer Stunde nachgefragt habe, war die Bestellung nicht auffindbar. Ob ich denn die richtige Nummer gewählt habe, ich denke schon, wenn ich die Wahlwiederholung nutze - und diese Erklärung insgesamt 3 Mal bis sie am anderen Ende verstanden wurde.

Am liebend kein Stern 1,5 std aufs Essen warten .. so das man dann 5mal da anrufen musst bis die dran gehen, und sagen in dem Gebiet liefern wir nicht trotz Körper Bestätigung! Drecks Laden ! Kann ich nicht empfehlen!

The pizza bread was kind of not so fresh but the sauces and toppings were yummy. The place is not so busy and is small but can be easily reached when trolling in and around aachener dome region.

Ich habe ja für vieles Verständnis. Ich weiß, dass der Job hart ist, v.a. zu den entsprechenden Stoßzeiten. Wofür ich jedoch kein Verständnis habe, ist respektlos und unfreundlich am Telefon abgespeist zu werden mit einem genervten "ja, kommt noch". Ein einfaches "Entschuldigen Sie bitte die Verzögerung, aktuell haben wir viele Bestellungen zu bearbeiten" hatte es getan. Und ich halte es nicht für verwerflich oder gar aufdringlich, wenn man sich nach mehr als einer Stunde um den Verbleib seiner Bestellung erkundigt. Besonders dann nicht, wenn man keine 2 km entfernt wohnt.

Ich liebe die Gyros Pizza aber die sind nicht mehr da... Wir kommen aus die Niederlanden und wir kommen allein für die Gyros pizza :(

Lange, wirklich sehr lange habe ich nicht soooo schlechte Pizza geliefert bekommen. Trockene Pappa in Mini Portoion an Auflage die man mit der Lupe suchen muss. Leider geht nicht weniger als ungenügend.

Eine 1+ mit Sternchen. Habe bisher dort 3 mal bestellt. 1 Mal über Lieferando und 2 mal auf der Website. Da gibt es eine Leiste, in dem die Bearbeitungsschritte der Bestellung zu sehen sind. Bestellung kam immer nach ca 30 Min an. Heute war mal was besonderes. Habe zu viel Geld gegeben und der Liefermann hat mir es auch zurückgegeben. Super! Immer gerne
