It wasn't our first time here and we'll definitely be back. A huge selection of beers on tap. A little more variety in the food would be desirable.

Mega unfriendly service. The waiter at the counter sends people away in an unfriendly tone. Food is more so-so

I find the concept of placing your orders yourself at the counter super practical for staff and guests. The extremely delicious food is then delivered to the table, and drinks are usually available to take away.

Good beer in a variety. If there is a lot going on, there should be more staff at the bar. Otherwise it just takes too long. Otherwise there is a nice atmosphere whether inside or outside in the beer garden

Very nice service in a large location that is not too loud due to the different areas. Beers are good and food is tasty. Just outside the city (10-15 minutes on foot from the Gewandhaus/Opera). The Goosebier (specialty, originally from the Harz Mountains) is very tangy and tastes almost like Bremer or Berliner Weisse with woodruff or raspberries.

Was a guest at the European Championship final as part of the company. Food & drink simply fantastic. Praise also to the staff who were quick. I will definitely come back as a private person at the next opportunity.

The large restaurant, reminiscent of a brewery, offers a huge selection of our own and foreign beers on tap. You can sit outside, inside or in the beer garden. The gastronomy is very diverse and the service is great. Definitely worth a visit.

As an alternative to the crowded Bayr.Bahnhof right next door with the same types of beer and food!!!

When it's open it's okay. The problem is that they shut often and unexpectedly. I've visited 4 times this year and they've been randomly shut every time.

The knuckle was what you would rightly expect in a brewery...

Nice outdoor space and good interior design. The food, at least those who had it said, was good. Huge beer selection. However, it was too expensive for self-service drinks (only food was brought) and you had to queue for a long time, even though there wasn't much going on. How long do you wait on the weekend? Unfortunately that doesn't fit.

Location is really nice and food was good too. But it's super uncomfortable when you want to have a nice evening with friends and then you have to wait in line for 5 minutes like in a canteen to get drinks. It ruins the mood when someone constantly has to get up from the table. Then I'd rather pay more money and be served at my seat.

Our service was very quick and attentive and the food was very tasty. I ordered the pork knuckle with dumplings and the portion was very decent. The Mai Tai was also super tasty. Unfortunately, this cocktail is often mixed very poorly, but here it was simply perfect. Therefore a full 5 stars in this regard. The only thing I found a bit annoying was the volume in the restaurant, as normal conversation was hardly possible. But due to the large number of people, this was normal.

Drinks and food great. Starters and the main dish came to the table at the same time, which is not ideal. Unfortunately the ordering system is a disaster. I had to queue for over 20 minutes to order drinks and food. You actually forget everything! My recommendation. Either two points for ordering (drinks and food separately) or, best of all, simply an ordering system with your cell phone. That would be more contemporary and relaxed for the guests if you want to save on staff.

An absolute must for every visit to Leipzig. Lots of draft beers and a chilled atmosphere. The food is super tasty and everyone is cool.

We visited this restaurant while visiting Leipzig. Food delicious. The homemade beer board is particularly great. Inside like a brewery. Nice beer garden outside. Easy access by public transport. SUBWAY and tram. Staff friendly. There are beautiful things to buy

Great grilled knuckle and very nice atmosphere

Nice restaurant, with nice service staff and, above all, with lots of seats. Some of them are a bit tight. Drinks and food can be ordered directly at the counter. You are then served food and you usually take your drinks with you to your seat. The food itself was tasty, the chicken was a bit dry, but otherwise tasty. Lemonade Helga is very tasty, but unfortunately the straws become soft so quickly that you can no longer drink afterwards.

We go to the book fair every year and the evening always ends here. The food is simply unbeatable and the cocktails are to die for. The service is always nice, friendly and polite and always ready to joke.

A really nice restaurant I,ll be back

Their system of no table service does not work at peak times. I am not going to wait in a queue of twenty people for two bar staff to pour beer. Despite the good choice I would rather go somewhere else and get served quicker. I want to spend time with my friends, not stood at the bar!

We were guests here with a larger group at the weekend and are absolutely satisfied! The atmosphere is very stylish. The waiters are super friendly, attentive and very fast! The menu offers a good variety of German-Bavarian dishes that taste very good and are also offered at a fair price. Highly recommended, especially if there are few spaces in the neighboring Bavarian train station and you want something a little more stylish and not like a train station.

We sat very comfortably by the fireplace. Unfortunately we had to eat separately because one meal was served earlier. After an hour the other 3 meals were served. It's a shame. The Ochsenbäckchen were also more of an "old ox". Price-performance ratio was rather poor.

The food is great, 🍻 it doesn't get any better than that, if you're a beer lover you have to come here. You can try all the varieties.

A visit to Leipzig certainly includes a visit to the Bavarian Train Station and/or the Doldenmädel. In addition to at least 4 types of home-brewed beer, there are also over 14 other special draft beers on offer, so you can get your money's worth. But the knuckle (from 6 p.m.) is also the best you can eat. Of course, you can take home freshly baked bread, your own Longhorn gin or other spirits. You can also have the beer bottled in a mug to take home. A great restaurant with friendly staff!

Class. The ambience is similar to that of the Altes Mädchen brewery inn in Hamburg. You can also buy delicious bread here. Original Ratsherren beer including a huge selection of guest beers. And anyway, there's Gose on tap here. I like the principle of paying directly at the counter, as we know it from pubs. When you're done, you can just leave. No waiting for the bill. Definitely come back!

If you can no longer serve knuckles on Friday evening, 2 hours after the start of sales, i.e. 8 p.m., the chef has failed in his calculations. It's better to have than to have. Otherwise everything was fine.

Super Weihnachtsbrunch heute! Kalt warm lecker..Brötchen ,Wurstplatte am Tisch sowie Orangensaft und Apfelsaft ,Kaffee und Wasser..kleines Vorspiel mit Salaten,Kartoffelsuppe ,Obstsalat ,Müsli,später deftig..Gans..Klöße,Fisch,Rind und Vegan und Nachtisch..gerne wieder,super Bedienung. Der Rest der Wurstplatte und den Brötchen konnte mitgenommen werden.

Außergewöhnlich große Bierauswahl, die meisten vom Fass. Essen war lecker und reichhaltig. Selbstbedienung, aber mit guter Erklärung. Interessantes Ambiente.

Es lohnt sich in diesem wunderbaren Ambiente ! Etwas ungewöhnlich, dieses bezahlen bei der Selbstbestellung, aber es geht ! Mir gefällt es dort immer wieder sehr gut ---> empfehlenswert !!!

Man kann hingehen wann man möchte, es ist immer wieder toll. Was man wissen sollte, aber das wird einem auch gut erklärt, es gibt eine halbe Selbstbedienung. Essen wird gebracht. Bestellen muss man an der Biertheke und Getränke generell selbst holen. Das essen ist super und es wird auf extra Wünsche sehr gut eingegangen.

Der perfekte Ort, um verschiedene frisch gezapfte Biere auszuprobieren. Preislich ist man bei 5-6€ pro Bier, aber gerade aufgrund der großen Auswahl von nicht unbedingt üblichen Bieren ist das vollkommen okay. Das Prinzip basiert auf Selbstbedienung, das Personal bleibt bewusst im Hintergrund und fokussiert sich auf Essens- und Getränkeausgabe.

Für die Essensliebhaber kein passender Ort, die Vielfalt der Biere lässt sich bewundern

Tolles Ambiente, viele verschiedene Biere und das Essen sind der Hammer. Das Konzept mit dem Bier holen und essen bestellen und bezahlen an der Theke ist genial.

Waren zum Abendessen vor Ort. Es gab Haxe und zum trinken ein Dolden Hell. Beides sehr sehr lecker.

Das Essen ist sehr gut, allerdings gibt es zu wenig Auswahl, und der Service ist extrem langsam. Das wir mehr als eine Stunde warten mussten, war ärgerlich. Davon abgesehen aber ist es sehr schön dort, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Ambiente einmalig.

Wir waren das erste Mal dort nach unzähligen Besuchen im Bayerischen Hof. Uns jedenfalls erschließt sich das Konzept vom Dolden Mädel nicht. Gleiche Speisekarte und gleiche Preise aber Selbstbedienung. Wir standen jedesmal an wie früher nach Bananen wenn wir was bestellen wollten. Ambiente o.K. ist Geschmackssache aber die Sitze waren total ungemütlich. Das Personal aber war nett, trotzdem werden wir da nicht nochmal hingehen.

Perfekt für dein Feierabend Bier🍻, welches du aus einer großen Auswahl direkt am Tresen holst. Das Esse🍽 bestellt man auch dort, wenn du dir deine Tischnummer gemerkt hast und wird dann gebracht.

Naja das Anstellen und die lange Schlange an nur einer geöffneten Kasse ist schon etwas merkwürdig, aber die große Auswahl an verschiedenen Bierchen und die gemütliche Ausstattung war echt super

Freundliches Personal, gute Bier- und Essensauswahl, schneller Service und gute Atmosphäre. Etwas umständlich war die Bestellung am Tresen, insbesondere bei größeren Gruppen. Aber wenn man das außen vor lässt, gibt es eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Vorm Lokal gab es ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich, das Personal freundlich und die Begrüßung durch den Biersommelier war herzlich. Wir hatten mit der Familie mehrere Essen und alle waren super lecker. Unser Highlight war die Möglichkeit die verschiedenen Biere zu testen. Man kann sich immer 5x 0,1 Gläser geben lassen und da sind wirklich überraschende Biere dabei. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
