By far the best fish sandwiches ever. We even postponed our departure for this – the cherry matjes is highly recommended!

A small fisherman's hut. Located right on the promenade, with plenty of seating. We enjoyed a nice cold beer here and the peace and quiet.

Super delicious fried herring roll. Crispy roll. It was really tasty, and the seller was very nice. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo.

Quaint little fisherman's shop with the best fish sandwiches in Trassenheide. Not open every day during the off-season. This is understandable, given the average age of the private owners. Nevertheless, it's always friendly and extremely fast. All sandwiches are made to order, so the fried fish takes just the right amount of time, which is reflected in the taste. Even the rolls are baked fresh from raw fish. A real treat for a reasonable price.

The taste was okay. But €15 is too much for three fish sandwiches. Because one of the staff members had to walk two steps toward me to give me my fried fish, I was then confronted with the aggressive remark, "This isn't a restaurant, you won't be served here!" Unbelievable...

No stars at all! The owner, the epitome of unfriendliness, is unacceptable!! This is the worst place!

Delicious fish and super friendly staff and service. A must-visit if you want to eat delicious fish sandwiches and freshly smoked fish in Trassenheide. You can also eat outside. It's right near the beach and the lovely playground. Afterwards, you can enjoy delicious ice cream at one of the nearby ice cream parlors.

We also come to Trassenheide every year, and we, too, have found that the price-performance ratio is no longer justified. Unfortunately, they've lost us as customers there. What a pity!

We have enjoyed eating fish sandwiches and fresh smoked fish here for years. The price of 5 euros for a fried fish in a roll has remained the same, but the size of the fried fish has been halved. We are really disappointed, but we learn from it and luckily we know a few other fish stalls nearby.

Brilliant fish sandwiches, incredibly tasty and super cheap. A must for everyone. Smoked and fresh.
