DIE EISBAR in Konstanz

So etwas wie die Eisbar haben wir zum ersten Mal besucht und der ganze Ablauf ist wie ein kleiner Event für sich. Man sucht sich sein Eis aus einer kleinen aber feinen Auswahl heraus und kann dann komplett frei selbst mit verschiedensten Toppings garnieren/verfeinern. Bezahlt wird dann am Schluss nach Gewicht des zusammen gestellten Bechers. Hier werden wir definitiv wieder aufschlagen!

Something completely different. You draw your own ice cream! There are different varieties, including vegan and lactose-free ones. Afterwards you have the option of adding various toppings (fruits, nuts, sprinkles, cream...) to the ice cream. Billing is based on weight. Price-performance was right. The ice cream was super delicious!

The best ice cream in the world is available at the Eisbar Konstanz! It is incredibly tasty and the toppings and sauces simply blow everyone away. There is something for everyone and we can only recommend it to everyone! 😀

Large selection, delicious and great value for money.

We stayed here a pat months ago and I can really recommend it. You can choose different types of ice cream and the corresponding toppings yourself. This meant you had the perfect ice cream!🍦🍨 There are also cups made from waffle batter. Very good for the environment!

Very tasty frozen yogurt ice cream to put together yourself. 👉🏽 Take a cup, pour some ice cream and sweeten it to your liking. At the end it is weighed and ready. For a large ice cream with a lot of sauce we pay an average of 10 euros per cup. Absolutely fair. My favorite: Yogurt ice cream + salted caramel + Raffaelo sauce + pistachio sauce. 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

5 stars are clearly not enough. Since today I know what ice cream really is, I seem to have only eaten ice cream trimmings before. I have never had such stunning ice cream. Salted caramel, hazelnut and chocolate were on my wish list. All flavors were great, but chocolate made my taste buds explode. So ultra chocolaty, so soft and round in taste, INDESCRIBEABLE. I've never had ice cream like this before and as already mentioned: I don't even know what I always ate before when it was called ice cream. The toppings kicked it up a notch. (Unfortunately I can't remember the name, I think it was Cookie Dough) I was also able to try a café frappé and almost took off from the joy of the taste. Incredible taste experience. Everyone should try it, if not you're really missing out. The store was also well attended, which again speaks for its popularity. As soon as I'm back in Konstanz, the first thing I'll do is head to this ice bar. :)

Lots of choice when it comes to ice cream flavors and toppings. The self-service concept worked wonderfully for us and the prices were also reasonable. Compared to normal ice cream parlors, a very refreshing change and definitely worth the money. Only recommended!

Unfortunately nothing special in terms of taste, just run of the mill. There is no service (self-service). Hardly any seating and no ambience. The numerous positive reviews probably result from the fact that you can create your own ice cream. Unfortunately, it's far too expensive for what's on offer

Really cool concept and super delicious ice cream. We now feel like we've tried the range once and all of the ice cream flavors are really delicious. The opportunity to put together your own ice cream is a real joy, especially for children and older children. We think the concept is really good and the quality you get is also great. The price is also completely okay, we usually end up around €5 for an ice cream (depending on weight) which is completely okay. We would love to come back! :)

I recently went there for ice cream with a 5th grade class. Simply great! Not only is the price-performance ratio right, but also the quality of the ice cream and the service. The guys always have a smile on their faces and are always courteous. There is also a new variety to try every week! I'd better not even start with the toppings - if you don't feast happily here, it's your own fault 🤤 Best ice cream parlor in Konstanz!

Delicious vegan ice cream!! They have three vegan flavors in the range (when we were there: mango, strawberry, passion fruit) and then a range of toppings that you can add of your choice. You pay per weight so you can make it as crazy and as expensive as you want. 😁👍

Grossartige Selbstbedienung und Auswahl. Alles war sauber und nichts vermischt. Die Eissorten sind sehr geschmackvoll und kreativ. Man konnte sein Eis sehr eigenartig dekorieren und die Auswahl an Verzierungen bestens. Ich kann die Eisbar nur weiterempfehlen.

Very cool concept, there are several flavors of ice cream, toppings and sauces that you can portion yourself. All in all, it's a bit expensive, although I think that's due to the beautiful location and the amount of toppings, which are all very fresh.

Fresh fruit, some from the regional market, the owners are super friendly guys, the ice cream is always freshly prepared and not soft ice cream, a bunch of toppings and sauces and the café frappe is also really tasty. I'm always happy here

Be careful, it depends on the employees whether things will be good or bad there. We were there this Sunday at 5:30 p.m. (July 21, 2024) as a family with two children and were insulted stupidly by the younger employee in charge because my daughter dropped a few sprinkles next to it. After I was very careful, as he had asked, to make sure something like that didn't happen again, he actually spoke to us about it again when we were paying and said that there was no kindergarten there and that he would have to wipe it away now (which he did older lady had it done). We left a lot of money there and something so outrageous hasn't happened to me in a long time. He then stopped offering a waffle, which is usually included. I hope that the owner of the business will have a chat with this employee (hence the exact date etc.) and explain to him how to deal with customers. If you offer self-service, which is actually a great idea, especially for children, you have to expect something like this and you can't be so child-unfriendly and rude towards customers. When we were there on Tuesday evening a few days ago, there was another employee there who was very friendly and loved children, so the colleague can learn a lot from that. He also explained everything etc., but the employee in question didn't even bother. Because of this unpleasant experience we will not go there again.

In winter there is the best pizza and in summer there is delicious ice cream. You can put together the ice cream sundae yourself and add many different toppings such as nuts, cookies, chocolate, fruits, etc. Finally, add a delicious sauce and you have the perfect sundae. :) I can also highly recommend the iced coffee! The owners are totally friendly and helpful. A place you absolutely have to visit in Konstanz!

The ice cream is awesome, the concept is brilliant. You can tap your own ice cream, mix it and decorate it with various fruits and chocolates. My nephews got gluten-free ice cream here with strawberries and blueberries on top. The whole thing is then weighed. Plus the owners are really nice. I hope you come to Hamburg🍦

A very original ice cream parlor. Visitors “make” their own ice cream. The establishment is equipped with ice cream machines of different flavors and there is a huge selection of sprinkles, toppings and sauces. Depending on the weight of the dessert, payment is made.

The ice cream is super creamy and you can put together a Baba ice cream sundae to suit your own needs. In winter there are really delicious pizzas prepared by the nicest gentlemen.

We drove from Augsburg to Konstanz just for the ice bar, every meter was worth it. I've never had such delicious ice cream in my entire life. I can only warmly recommend it to everyone.

You can put together your own ice cream sundae of your choice, different types of ice cream, toppings, fruit, sauces, cream, etc. At the end you will be weighed and paid according to weight. Price performance is great and so is the taste

We were there for the second time because we liked it so much on our first visit. The young man at the checkout was super nice. You tap the ice cream you want yourself. The ice cream is homemade, not bagged stuff. The fruit that you can use as a topping is fresh; if you spill it, it is cleaned straight away. There are tons of different sauces, including liquid Nutella, so there is something for all sweet tooth fans. Gummy bears, brittle, brownies, Toffifee... it's all there. The “ball” is charged at €1.60. There are seats.

Super tasty and extremely nice owner (or employee). Our children have celiac disease and unfortunately are not allowed to eat any gluten. The gentleman helped us in an incredibly friendly manner and in the end we had delicious gluten-free ice cream. The allergens are well declared. Thank you very much again!

Einfach nur lecker. Obst war frisch, viel Auswahl. Das Konzept ist klasse, sollte aber ohne Bedienung einen etwas günstigeren Preispunkt ermöglichen. Konstanz als Touristenhochburg hebt natürlich künstlich den Preis an. Produkt klasse, Preis je nach Zusammenstellung der Becher in Ordnung.

Das Eis war wirklich lecker. Es wird pro Gramm bezahlt. Uns haben zwei Becher 13Euro gekostet. Dafür kann man in der Eisdiele Berge Eis essen und das ist genauso gut. Also wie gesagt sehr lecker, aber Preis Leistung stimmt nicht. Leider

Wow, so etwas kannte ich noch nicht, man zapft sein Eis 🍨 selbst und bedient sich bei den Toppings und stellt sich so sein Eis zusammen. Sehr lecker, sehr freundlicher Kassierer, das war klasse, wir kommen wieder

Geniale Idee. Du "zapfst" deine Lieblingseissorten selbst, viele Toppings zur Auswahl, Sahne, Soßen, was das Herz begehrt....Im Endeffekt wird dein fertig befüllter Becher gewogen und das bezahlst du dann. Preis absolut in Ordnung für Konstanz. Sehr leckeres Eis mit regionalen Zutaten. Absolute Empfehlung von mir als Urlaubsgast.

Die Idee ist toll, man kann sich alles so zusammenstellen wie man lustig ist. Die Eiscreme schmeckt sehr gut (besonders das Erdbeereis) Vom Preis her finde ich es absolut fair (die Becher auf den Bildern haben jeweils ca. 6€ gekostet) im Vergleich dazu kosten normale Eisbecher mittlerweile auch so um die 7€ und sind nicht ansatzweise so lecker :)

Super Eis und wirklich nette Leute. Haben uns wie im Paradies gefühlt. Große Auswahl an Toppings und Saucen. Die vorhandenen Eissorten sind super lecker und den Preis auf jeden Fall wert. Können die Eisbar nur weiterempfehlen und werden selbst auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 😊

Le concept est original, l'accueil très sympathique. On est en confiance, car la boutique est très propre. ( pas toujours le cas dans le concept d'un self service). Les prix sont corrects pour la qualité et la diversité des toppings ( fruits frais, gourmandises diverses). Nous nous sommes régalés avec nos glaces sur-mesure.

Pas extrêmement bon marché mais un très grand choix de produits, permettant un dessert à la carte allant de l'indécence à l'obscène tout en pouvant rester presque Light! Régressif et génial.

Gutes Konzept, leckeres Eis und frische Toppings

Nette kleine Eisdiele nach dem „do it yourself“ Prinzip. Wähle Eis, gib Toppings drauf - auch frisches Obst, evtl Sauce, fertig. Verkauf nach Gewicht, wird schnell recht teuer, weil es dazu verleitet, sich jedes Mal einen Eisbecher zu basteln
