Ich war beruflich mit einem Kollegen in der Stadt. Wir sind hier auf gut Glück gelandet, und hatten ein wunderbares Abendessen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, und die Speisen (Spare Ribs und Pulled Pork Burger) waren hervorragend! Das Preisniveau haben wir auch als fair empfunden. Wir würden beide wieder kommen.

Nettes Ambiente, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Urige Einrichtung, passend dunkel. Nette Dekoration und reichlich Plätze.

Mit eine kühlen Guinness hat der Abend begonnen und wurde mit netter Bedienung fortgeführt. Nach dem perfekten Burger mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat mich der Laden endgültig überzeugt. Auch zu dem Zeitpunkt wo wir gegessen haben wurden wir höflich nach unserer Zufriedenheit gefragt (sehr zuvorkommend). Ich werde mich auf jeden Fall wieder bei euch blicken lassen.👍✅

Das Ambiente ist ein klassisch Irish Pub, die Bedienung auf Zack und die Karte umfangreich und bietet neben klassischen irischen Gerichten auch vegetarische Küche an. Die Preise sind etwas höher, vielleicht lag das an der Messezeit, das Essen war jedenfalls lecker und auch hübsch angerichtet. Der Laden war rappelvoll, man sollte reservieren.

Excellent service! I was walking through town and it was open so I sat down for lunch. I chose to stay outside because it was full as there was a big football game going on. I was surprised by the portion size. Is very large. The flavor, exquisite. The presentation, excellent. The service in general was very good, friendly and fast. The menu has a variety of options.

The service in the right entrance area is extremely unfriendly, she takes the order, brings the drinks and then says: "These seats are occupied, you have to stand down or leave." Not recommended!

Delicious pub food, live sport, sensationally good house beer and friendly, fast staff.

Authentic Irish cuisine. The portions are very large. The service was very friendly. There is a very large selection of different beers. Everything as you would expect in a good Irish pub. The food really stands out.

Fun Irish bar. Thursday nights are pub quiz nights and we had a great time and lovely food. Quiz had a slight transatlantic edge and I'm not sure that Irish Stew has quite as much paprika (it was lovely, though) but that's nitpicking. If we were staying longer in the city we'd certainly go back and our German friend who lives in the city is already planning another visit with her gang from Leipzig.

Big and tasty burgers, were there on Tuesday, are everything!

We ordered the Irish breakfast and the Hop House 13 beer. The food was delicious and the beer was cold. I would only recommend it.

Tonight was supposed to be a very happy day for me, but it didn't happen! I ordered a plate of grilled ribs and a plate of chicken wings, but she brought out two plates of grilled ribs. I told her again that I only ordered a plate of grilled ribs, but she had a very good attitude and behaved rudely towards me, and some people around saw it (she had curly hair and was wearing earrings). Fried chicken wings are very bad! I cannot accept this attitude towards customers here. I will never come back a second time!

Original review: My favorite pub in Leipzig for business lunches. So far it hasn't been so loud each time, so it's easy to talk, the food is good to very good, the service has always been quick and super friendly, the atmosphere is cozy. Addendum: I have revised the review because I have been there four times on business trips, the last time it was very crowded, loud and unfortunately the food was only mediocre.

Nice location. But waitresses were consistently unfriendly. We felt absolutely unwelcome and didn't even get around to making a second order for drinks because our table was ignored for the rest of the evening. Not recommended.

Nice pub in the heart of Leipzig.

Finger food platter is not recommended. It tastes good in itself, but it's mainly a huge bucket of different fries (fries, wedges, sweet potato fries). There were only 2 chicken wings, 2 tiny chicken sticks and 4 pieces of cheese on it. The whole thing is available for a whopping €22. Disappointing if you're looking forward to a varied finger food platter. Unfortunately no longer recommended. A few years ago it was still mega.

There are different beers (Irish but also German), good food and many different whiskeys (Scotch, Irish and even two Japanese Nikka and Hibiki). Nice atmosphere, I would like to go there again.

The pub is very cozy. We were disappointed with our waitress Josie - at first she gave us incorrect information about the dishes we ordered. Afterwards she didn't make us feel welcome. Unfortunately, this unfriendliness in the service was the low light of our stay.

A truly excellent Irish restaurant with the typical feel-good flair. We will definitely come back when we are in Leipzig.

Nice pub in the middle of Leipzig city center. We always enjoy meeting here as a small group. The staff is attentive and takes care of problems quickly. Even if they are not always 100% fluent in German. But you can get along well with English and so there have never been any problems. I love the food and am always trying something new. The menu is really extensive.

We came here for a lunch on Wednesday, so you can imagine it wasn’t very full. But we enjoyed that as we got the chance to connect with the staff (which is wonderful by the way!) and felt like we sort of had the place to ourselves. We ordered as a starter to share the sweet potato fries. They were soooo good! And then the pies. Oooh my god, divinity in a plate! The smell of those mashed potatoes was out of this world! We’d return to Leipzig just for this dish, for sure! The place was clean, well looked after and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. They would easily switch from German to English with customers, keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable. Thank you, we’d definitely return here!

Good atmosphere of a typical Irish pub, the perfect Guinness, we watched the Superbowl until it ended up being closing time much earlier, smoking room with all the comforts of the non-smoking room including a large screen TV

We have been going there regularly for 6 years now. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. The food is solid for a pub. Certainly not the best food in Leipzig, but tasty and, above all, the portions are huge. Beer is delicious and Guinness is really poured. There is often live music and there is an English-language quiz every two weeks. The staff speaks English and most of them also speak German.

Cannot go wrong with Irish food and beers.

A very nice and great restaurant. Food was very tasty and plentiful. Great price-performance ratio. The conditions were a bit mixed up but OK.😏. I would still recommend it and come back myself. 😏👍 Visit 2.0. It was again very great and also damn tasty. I wasn't particularly hungry and "only" had a baguette with pulled pork. I was really full afterwards. Went here with friends and they were both really excited and also thought the food was great. We also had a live Irish band. What can I say. The food was once again really tasty and with good live music, trying the many types of beer was twice as much fun. The great atmosphere is always a highlight of our visits to Leipzig.

There was live music, which I think was great. The Guinness was surprisingly good and there were a few pale ales too. Good selection of drinks. The only drawback may be the price. 6.40 for a beer is a bit too much for me, otherwise great and would happily again.

Immer wieder schön. Angenehmes Ambiente, schnelles Personal und super leckeres Essen (vor allem die Burger). Preise sind meiner Meinung nach auch in der heutigen Zeit noch absolut OK!

Atmosphäre ist top. Bedienung ist super freundlich und schnell. Zum Essen kann ich nicht viel sagen, da wir Snacks wie Nachos und Zwiebelringe hatten, diese waren aber schnell da und die hausgemachten Zwiebelringe waren lecker. Die bestellten Biere waren sehr lecker. Beim nächsten Besuch in Leipzig kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Eine Kellnerin, die drei Ohrringe auf der Linkeseite und einen auf der Rechteseite, war einfach unhöflich (kurze Haare). Wenn arbeiten kein Spaß macht, warum arbeiten die Leute dann 🤨😐

Ich hätte Colaweizen bestellt und nur Weizen bekommen. Dann habe ich Chicken Burger bestellt und habe Rindfleisch Burger bekommen. Später entschuldigte Kellner und bringte wieder Rindfleisch Burger 🤦🤦🤦 Später wurde mir Bier kostenlos angeboten. Bin trotzdem unzufrieden

I can say we love good food and if you want that, here is the right place to be! -Service 5*+ Teddy is the best waiter we had in a long time, he brought us more sorts of bier samples to try to decide which is better, a really nice guy. -Food 5*+ (we had cottage pie with homemade mushed potatoes, like from real potatoes, not powder, grilled liver, house burger, nachos with ceddar cheese) and i have to say: all of them were very good. And they also have a smoking lounge 😍. Thanks guys, thanks Teddy!

Nettes Pub aber das Essen war nicht der Hit ... Die Burger waren absolut nicht saftig der käse fehlte ganz ... Das Guinness und das Ale war wässrig aber das IPA war ok

Wenn man nicht in den Stoßzeiten erscheint, kann man richtig gut abschalten. Toller Service, Klasse Ambiente, gute Musik, man fühlt sich einfach wohl.

Wir waren abends hier um etwas zu trinken. Da uns die Atmosphäre und der sehr aufmerksame Service gut gefallen hat, sind wir am nächsten Morgen zum Frühstücken nochmals her gekommen. Das Irish Breakfast ist der absolute Hammer, man sollte allerdings guten Appetit mitbringen. Als wir am Abend des gleichen Tages in einem anderen Irish Pub ganz in der Nähe nichtmal beachtet wurden, sind wir wieder hierher um ein paar Drinks zu nehmen.

Der geschminkte Raster Typ ist extrem aufmerksam und freundlich und schnell an der Theke. Top Mann.

This is easily the best pub in Leipzig. We got in on New Year's Eve, trying to find something quick to eat and we ended up staying the whole night. The food was delicious and super affordable (highly recommend the fish & chips and the bangers & mash) and the service was simply out of this world. The staff is super nice and happy and they turned a quick stop to eat into a full blown party night. Highly recommend!

Mein Lieblingslokal inzwischen, die Bedienungen sind immer gut drauf, außerdem kann man mal gut englisch sprechen. Wer irische Biere und Getränke liebt, kommt hier voll zum Genuss. Die Bürger sind auch toll, wir wollen jedes Mal etwas anderes von der Karte probieren und bleiben doch immer bei den Bürgern hängen. Die Preise sind okay, würde hier aber nicht jeden Abend hingehen. Wir gehen trotzdem gerne alle paar Wochen hier her. Achja, das Ambiente ist auch super. EDIT: Inzwischen konnten ich doch etwas anderes probieren, sehr zu empfehlen ist das Sea Food Pie, Cotton Pie, Guinness Gulasch und das Irish Lamb Stow sowie die tollen Ribschen vor allem zum Ribwoch.

Es war sehr kalt im Dhillons, dadurch haben wir uns nicht lange aufhalten können, selbst warmer Tee und das gute Essen halten nicht. Ansonsten schon empfehlenswert.
