Waren gestern im Deutzer Brauhaus und es hat uns wieder gut gefallen.Der Service von Christos war super, immer kaltes Bier und danke an den WC Service von Heidi die immer total freundlich und sehr sauber ist,wir kommen wieder🙋

Were there with our club. Even when it suddenly started to rain heavily, we got a new table inside straight away. The service was really good. Thank you.

Food was very tasty. Unfortunately only one service person for the guests. She was friendly but overloaded. It was difficult to get drinks.

Modernly designed brewery with really tasty dishes. Big advantage: You can easily reach it from all directions by bus and train and therefore it's easy to meet up with friends from all over the place. In the Bauhaus style, the Kölsch continues to flow unbidden until the lid is on the glass. It's better to reserve in advance, especially on trade fair days.

Nice restaurant, right next to the train station with a cozy atmosphere, very friendly staff and really tasty food. The menu has enough choice for every hunger. The price is also right, considering the portions. Definitely worth a visit!

The food there is simply excellent, especially the “Heaven and Earth” dish. I can only warmly recommend it. Furthermore, the service from the employees is excellent. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer, but that's completely normal for an establishment with such a high number of guests. All in all, the stay was worth the money and I would go there again at any time.

Also perfect for celebrations! We celebrated our wedding at the Deutzer Brauhaus and were able to get an entire area for ourselves. The day was really perfect, not least thanks to the great work of the entire Deutzer Brauhaus team! Really everyone pitched in, even though the brewery was at full capacity that day, even outside of us. Our guests are still raving about the service and the great food! A very clear recommendation, no matter what the occasion!

The food in the brewery was very good, we all enjoyed it. However, we were unfortunately very disappointed with the service. We had to wait over an hour before we even had a chance to order our food. The waiter rarely showed up, and when we were able to speak to him, he was unfortunately not very friendly and gave the impression that our orders were rather annoying. This significantly dampened the mood at the table. Overall, the visit was unfortunately not as pleasant as we had hoped. We hope that the service will improve in the future, because unfortunately the good food alone is not enough to convince us to visit again.

And looked after by their extremely friendly service team throughout the evening. I am very pleased to see that you have such a dynamic team. Practical, comfortable, hygienic. Something expensive for what they serve to eat and drink. I didn't like that they allow dogs. I had two bulldogs from the next diner surrounding my table.

Amount of food could be expanded somewhat, great service, glass empty and full again, great. Ambience could be a little more rustic. But always worth a visit.

Nice staff and good ambience, although the beer garden is quite noisy due to street noise and train traffic. The food left a lot to be desired. I cannot recommend the vegan Bolognese under any circumstances. The noodles were too soft and had a watery taste. The vegan Bolognese was almost inedibly sour which completely dominated the taste.

Nice brewery, although of course not as rustic as in the old town. But centrally located if you want to go to the Lanxess Arena or the Musical Dome.

It was really loud outside and we could hardly have a conversation because motorcyclists were constantly driving past with their engines roaring. You are simply surrounded by market value and exhaust fumes. Never again.

We have never experienced such poor service! We asked three times for a menu and for more than 40 minutes we didn’t manage to get one. All we wanted to do is to order food and the waiters kept moving us around from table to table saying that “this” and “that” section are not for food. We were told three different things from three different waiters and at the end we were yelled at for being at the wrong table. Extremely bad service!

The food was good and arrived very quickly. It's not cheap, but it's ok. The service isn't great, right at the entrance you're either greeted with looks, ignored or asked where you want to go. Depending on who you meet. When asked, I mentioned that I was not satisfied with the service, but the answer was that it couldn't be. Kitchen ok, service unfortunately worse.

The food was very good and the atmosphere was as befits a brewery. The Köbes (waiter) was very nice and accommodating.

Yesterday evening, after a long day, my friend and I drank 2 Kölsch and 1 Hefeweizen for 10 euros, because I'm nice, gave 12, but could only pay with 20. But I simply didn't get 8 euros back because the waiter had no change left and I simply disappeared. I was shocked. We were there around 8 p.m. and the two of us sat outside. That the waiter can reconcile this with his conscience??? Don't come back

Food was delicious, (schnitzel with champion sauce) there should have been more sauce! Service was friendly and amusing. The ambience in the restaurant itself is great, you can just keep an eye on what's around it but you can't change it.

Overall an average experience. The food was too expensive for what was on the plate. The waiter greeted me with an inappropriate greeting that suited my appearance instead of "Good evening," but served us quickly. Due to the location, it is constantly loud there. Not good, not bad, you can do it, but you don't have to. You have to know.

Very centrally located brewery directly at/in the Cologne-Deutz train station. Well frequented, reservations highly recommended. Price/performance ratio ok.

The price-performance ratio doesn't fit... decent food, but nothing more... at absolutely exorbitant prices... a classic tourist tasting. It's better to go to Haus Zeyen, 500 m away...great food at fair prices.

Nice location but the food was simply overpriced. In other words, not enough for this price. The burger e.g. B. Was not seasoned in any way and was clearly a frozen paddy. I've eaten better ones. So it's better to eat somewhere else

Unfortunately we ate poorly there. Mushroom schnitzel with fries for €20. There was neither a side salad or garnish, nor a lemon or anything like that. Food came to me lukewarm after about 5 minutes (it was probably already pre-cooked), fries were definitely old and dry. Unfortunately really disappointing this time.

Top, Köbes and Zappes did a great job!

A nice place to wait for trains, treat yourself to a beer after work or simply have a nice evening. A little break in the middle of everyday life :-)

Haven't eaten anything. Simply enjoyed a delicious, cool Gaffel Kölsch.

Today we ate two schnitzels and drank some Gaffel Kölsch in this brewery with a larger outdoor area located in the Deutz train station. We really enjoyed both the tender, juicy schnitzels and the well-fried fried potatoes, and the two sauces and the colorful side salad were also delicious. We can therefore imagine coming back here again in the future and testing other dishes. Overall, the chic and modern brewery offers plenty of seating, the menu includes a good, large selection of different Cologne brewery dishes, and we find the prices to be okay. The staff were very friendly and our food was served to us quickly. We can therefore currently recommend this restaurant for a stopover.

This restaurant made our impression of Germany very bad! First of all, when we first entered the restaurant, we had to wait for a long time before being assigned a seat, even though we had made a reservation in advance. The waiter was very impatient when we asked for the English menu. We had a long wait while ordering and being served. The worst thing was when we ordered dessert very early, when we finished our main course and asked for dessert, the waiter said he forgot to order it for us and the kitchen was closed and couldn't serve it. The most egregious thing is that after I clearly told him that today is my friend's birthday, he accused us of eating too slowly and forgot to order dessert for us. However, we were just at the same speed as other tables than other people who had been sitting there for a long time. Much faster. When he learned that I refused to tip him because of his poor service, he left very dissatisfied. All in all, this is one of the worst restaurants I've ever seen! ! ! ! Please don’t come because of its reputation, and don’t come if you see recommendations from Xiaohongshu! ! ! If you want to try the German specialty pork knuckle, there are other better options! ! ! ! ! !

The Brauhaus pan is reminiscent of a children's or senior citizen's plate and is not what you would expect for the price. There are two points deducted for this. Service, ambience and quality of the food are otherwise very good.

I have never been to a restaurant where the service was so disorganized, terrible, indifferent and rude! We ordered dessert and were informed that it would be served after the meal. We waited for a long time before calling the waiter to ask for dessert, but were told that the kitchen was closed and there would be no dessert because we were eating too slowly. This is the first time I have seen a restaurant blaming customers for eating too slowly. It’s so ridiculous! And today is my birthday. We asked if there were fairy candles to celebrate. The waiter said no and called another waitress next to us to further explain to us (with a stiff and cold expression on her face) that they would not provide any candles here. Cakes and decorations. We politely asked if we could help light the small candles on the table. They agreed, and then no one paid attention to us. It wasn't until we asked again that we remembered to order... Although this is not your service scope, this attitude is really bad! When we asked if we could see the English menu, we were greeted with eye rolls. We seriously doubted the waiter's education level. I don’t know if it’s because we’re not white that we’re treated like this. But after observing, except for our restaurant, the other customers are locals. Rubbish restaurant, if you are a polite and well-educated person, please don't come here to be polluted and bullied

Food good, service good despite the packed shop, pleasant atmosphere despite the large restaurant. Vegetarian and vegan dishes and not geared towards “riot Kölsch”. Relaxed and modern, keep it up!

Went for a quick coffee at 12, but everything seemed like a chore: getting a seat, taking order, paying. Oh well. Tea and coffee were just fine and it service was quite quick, even though we were not wanted

Good brewery with good cuisine without a lot of frills

Great brewery, delicious food and nice service. It was very full (I wish it was from the heart), but also very loud. Unfortunately the nice service staff couldn't keep up with the drinks, you can complain, but I don't.

I think the brewery is a really great place to eat and relax.

OK, at the train station there is mass processing for guests who usually only come once. There are better ones in Cologne

Perfect stop if you're on the way to the Tanzbrunnen or Lanxess Arena. It is advisable to do this early enough because others have the same idea

Everything was great, if you haven't been there yet you have to go, everything is great, just if you order side salads but they don't come, that's not a good thing, the waitress can't help it.

We met in a group. It's going great here. The restaurant is basically located inside the Deutz train station and can therefore be easily reached by public transport. The restaurant is large and can accommodate large and small groups. There is a large terrace for summer days. The service was very friendly. The food portions are large. There are typical Cologne dishes and hearty brewery fare. Prices 16.7.24 between 15€ and 30€, 2.30€ for 0.2 glass of Kölsch. There is also a toilet for people who cannot climb the stairs.

Nice restaurant with a large terrace. Inside in brewery style, outside modern and simple with beer benches and beer tables, a bit uncomfortable in the long run. Service top, prices high, heaven and earth went like that🤔.

Watched a few European Championship games. From the reservation to the end everything went smoothly. The Köbesse were direct and on their toes, as they should be. The only point deduction: The food was good, but the snacks such as Halve Hahn or especially the Metthappen were too small, which made the price even higher.

Great brewery. But actually extremely loud inside, even for a brewery. If necessary, retrofit some sound insulation 😉

After all, Germany is a sausage! It’s plentiful and delicious!! The outdoor terrace is cool.

A great brewery, right by the train station - you might think that this wouldn't be so great... you'd be very wrong! I've been there several times and can't believe how friendly and relaxed the people there are! Even at the German European Championship game, where it was really crowded and hustle and bustle, everyone kept their nerve and was very friendly! The food, in this case, a salad with chicken… a dream. There was no ready-made dressing here, everything was freshly prepared! We were a group of 8 people and had our food quickly. Conclusion: Highly recommended!!! We will be back!

I visited the Deutzer Brauhaus yesterday and was unfortunately very disappointed by the rude behavior of the staff. From the start I felt unwanted and mistreated. The staff seemed annoyed and showed little interest in being friendly or professional. Our questions were answered with impatient and sometimes condescending comments. This made our stay very unpleasant. It was so unpleasant that we finally decided to leave the brewery early. It's a shame that such a beautiful brewery is overshadowed by such poor customer service. I hope that management recognizes the problem and takes appropriate measures to improve the service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this brewery at the moment.

Apparately, you are only welcome here as a blonde German but " Ausländer bleiben draußen". I normally never leave a negative comment for any place I go to, but racism - I can not tolerate!! A group of friends (7 people) came here to watch football match Germany vs. Spain yesterday shortly before 6pm. We saw they had still several tables empty so we asked nicely if we could get a table. One of the service staff ( already very unfriendly) directed us to a corner table on the Terrasse. We went there, but we realized we could not see anything from there so I asked again if we could change to any other table which had a better view at the screen. They told us it was not possible because all the tables were reserved. For transparency, some tables really had reservation signs but not all and they refused to give them so we took their word for it that they were all indeed reserved. We stayed but some of us were still standing by the fence and next to the table to be able to see the match and hoping to get a better spot. Suddenly I see and hear that a new group of young Germans came and asked for the table and they were given the exact table we were waiting for so it turns out the reservation stuff was a lie. To make sure I am not blaming the service staff something for no reason, I again asked one of the German guys that just had sit down if they had reserved the table prior or not and he confirmed that they did not have a reservation and that just walked in then. I could not believe the audacity that they just had ignored us and the new group was prioritized over us even though we got there and had been waiting for the table before. We of course raised the issue and were literally kicked out. Based on how rude the whole staff was to us from the first minute we entered there, it must have been because we were foreigners? Please explain!! I have been living in Germany for 7 years now and this was the first time I experienced something like this. Shameful, really!! Of course we left and one of the service person even called at us while walking out "Gott sei Dank geht ihr" Disgusting!

Were there on June 10th, 2024. With my visit for lunch. Good food and ambience. Unfortunately, when we paid we were robbed of 50 euros in a very clever way by a female waitress. I'm sorry but I realized it way too late. She took 100 euros and immediately put it in the cashier's wallet and only then gave change back. And that's when it happened. Please take care.

At the front of the station area: I got a coffee with oat milk there. It was ok and I received friendly service. Unfortunately we had to wait 1 hour for our train. We grabbed a coffee there. The waitress then told me that I couldn't get coffee with oatmeal. I would then have to order it differently. I told her that her colleague did that earlier. Got no answer and just put down a black coffee. She then charged the customer in front of us for my friend’s coffee. Instead of apologizing, she charged the coffee again. My friend then gave the customer the money like that. No good day, please, thank you, goodbye! Not even an apology to us or the other customers. And what's the problem with pouring a sip of oat milk into a cup of coffee???? I would have paid extra for that too. That worked for the colleague before too! Then we didn't feel like going in and eating inside anymore. They should really train their staff, especially when it comes to customer service!

We had a wonderful EM evening with the company in the “Wintergarten”. Fixed operation. With 40 people, we were provided with everything we ordered very quickly. Gladly again.

Although the weather was passable, the outside terrace was not served. You could get the drink yourself at the bar. That changed when 5 guests, who were obviously well known, sat outside. But only for her. I was allowed to walk up to the counter again... Good service can be done differently! Terrible service. When the waitress was asked to put away the dirty dishes, she began throwing all the cutlery onto the plate with such force that everything fell onto the table, the floor and the people sitting next to her. The food does not correspond to the price.
