Amazing place; really friendly and genuine. It is clear that the people working there are proud of the place and happy to be there. Food is great! Didn't know what to order, but there is no bad choice. My mum is still talking about the samosa's. Price/quality is also off the charts.

Friendly staff, food came quickly, good value for money. Bit disappointing that curries labeled "spicy" and "very spicy" weren't spicy at all - even to the extent where my friend who hates spice was fine with it, but the flavour was still good.

Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The Momo were a huge hit, perfectly steamed and juicy, and the Chicken Curry was rich and aromatic. The staff also deserves a special mention. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. They were patient with the kids and made sure our grandparents were comfortable, which we really appreciated. Overall, Der Everest provided the perfect setting for our family get-together. Great food, a lovely ambiance, and outstanding service. We'll definitely be back for our next celebration!

Eating this chowmein ( noodles )made me feel like I was back Nepal, sitting with friends and sharing laughs over plates of hot, spicy noodles. The smoky wok taste, crunchy veggies and onions and just the right amount of spice brought back so many memories. Thank you to whoever made this you brought a piece of Nepal to my plate❤️❤️

We recently celebrated my husband’s birthday at this lovely Indian-Nepali restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They even went the extra mile to make the evening feel special for him — decorating our table a little and surprising us with a birthday dessert! The food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavors. We ordered a mix of Indian and Nepali dishes, and everything was freshly made and beautifully presented. The momos were a big hit with everyone, and the butter chicken was the best we’ve had in Berlin. The atmosphere was warm and festive, perfect for a small celebration. Our friends and family all commented on how much they enjoyed the food and service. Thank you to the amazing team for making my husband’s birthday so memorable. We will definitely be back!

The food just wasn't authentic enough. Momos were pre-fabricated which is sad given the place advertises to be Nepali. We decided to try Indian for the main course but found it lacking in taste as well. The service and vibe was really nice, but I wouldn't visit again.

Best Asian restaurant in Germany

Very nice restaurant near U Bahn Turmstr. You can also sit outside. The food tasted very good, there were potatoes with curry sauce for the meal, there was also salad. I also ordered Reita and Bathura bread, which was available in small pieces upon request Afterwards I had a Yogi tea, very nice service

The food was great but it was very cold there when we went. I don't know that they even had the heat turned on. They had a television broadcasting, a fireplace, which I guess would mentally think that you're warm, but physically we were frozen. I will go back but definitely only during warmer situations I know times are hard but you still have to make your customers comfortable

Had Chicken Biryani , chicken tikka , veg thali, papad and drunks. Too much bell pepper in chicken biryani . Never have i ever had bell peppers in biryani before but its theirs recipe anyway the biryani was too bland for me. Chicken tikka was just average, raita with no kick, veg thali was just average . Overall below average experience. Had hight expectations because of all the reviews. Dissatisfied

Unser 2.Besuch...beim 1.Mal war das Essen ok. deshalb heute ein 2. allerdings auch definitiv letzter Besuch. Wir hatten 2 vegetarische Gerichte aus der Tagesempfehlung. Optisch wie auch geschmacklich schlicht grauenvoll. Auf Nachfrage der Bedienung ob es schmeckt sagte ich; leider gar NICHT und bekam als Reaktion ein fröhliches Lächeln. Keine Ahnung was passiert wäre hätten wir die 2 Gerichte direkt abgelehnt. Ich bereue es jedenfalls sehr !

Had a delicious Chicken Tikka Masala here. Service was nice, fast and spoke English. The only downside was that the restaurant itself could actually use a little makeover. Furthermore, it was all very clean and tidy.

The best Indian and Nepalese restaurant in the area. Most Indian restaurants that you can order from in the area are, on average, a little more expensive than other cuisines (in the affordable price segment). In many cases this is not necessarily justified. The dishes are usually not bad but not necessarily outstanding either. Things are different with Everest. The prices are fair and the quality of the food is simply on a completely different level. The sauces here are interesting and complexly seasoned and always have their own flavor profile (unlike some other restaurants where basically every dish has a mildly seasoned tomato sauce). The other ingredients are also always of high quality. The only exception is perhaps the duck, although it isn't necessarily bad either. Overall, The Everest is definitely recommended and, at least in terms of restaurants that offer a delivery service, is absolutely top. The best dish in my opinion is the lamb masala.

Beautiful restaurant. I had veg chowmein, it was really good, just like street style, oily and spicy. Chicken jalfrezi was good as well. Nepalese tea was unique and nice.

We had a great evening! There is a huge selection of great dishes and the drinks menu is also very extensive. We were there in a large group to celebrate a birthday and we all tried different dishes. Everything was tasty and well seasoned, I especially liked the lamb tikka and the momas for starters. At the end there was mango liqueur and a cocktail for the "birthday child" on the house - thank you for the lovely evening and the very attentive and outstanding service! We'll be back 🙏💕

The food was very tasty, the pasta that we specially ordered was very spicy, unfortunately it wasn't on the menu, but the cocktails were inedible. There were 4 of us and we drank 3 Calpis and a Sex on the Beach and no one liked it, it was inedible. When we asked that we pay half price for the cocktails, we unfortunately said no. Unfortunately, it's a shame. The ambience was okay.

Garlic Naan is the best in the city, Chicken Tikka Masala as well! Service is great, but 4 stars for atmosphere (but 5 overall) because of the toilets) Was here several times and will visit again definitely.

Very good Nepalese a little off the tourist routes, in Moabit. We had four meals, all of them were good, including very good wine, the price was right. Lots of take away customers.

Great food and there was nothing to complain about in terms of service and atmosphere. As everywhere in Germany, you can sense that English is not exactly a second language, but they can easily understand what you say.

Went here via Groupon and were very enthusiastic, super delicious food. Always my pleasure.

We live around the corner and eat here maybe 4 times a year. The food is reliability delicious (my order is the fish chili) always hot and well portioned, very flavourful. The spiciest of the dishes is still quite mild, and the garlic naan isn't very garlicky. The meat is always tender, fish is so well marinated, and the veg is cut into nice big chunks and is a little al dente. Really nice spot and nice guys working there.

The staff is friendly, I have eaten everything they recommended, delicious, especially the dessert. It is a nice, economical and clean place, I recommend it.

Well deserved 5star restaurant!

This is the last time I'm visiting this terrible restaurant with unpleasant service. After asking for hot water, the bill came from the server and I and my friend were charged almost 3 euro each for a glass of hot water from the coffee machine. The server did not tell us in advance and seemingly this is a trap for guests. Very sorry that they did this to the ONLY customers they had at the time.

It was a nice place and all, but the service person was not that nice. He did not know to communicate well, did not make sense of what he was trying to say when we asked him why we were charged for tap water which was heated up in the espresso machine! He could have been clear in the beginning. But, he kept saying had you asked for tap water, we wouldn’t charge, but anywhere in Berlin when you ask for a glass of hot water, they never really charge. It was sad to let go to of 6 euros, unnecessarily.

I am in Berlin for vacation and have been going to this restaurant almost on a daily basis. They have authentic taste and every dish we have tasted is delicious. I’ve tried their samosas, momos, chicken tikka masala, biryani, chciken thukpa and drinks like pinacolada and white lotus. I highly recommend this to everyone who wants to try Indian/Nepalese food.

Leider eine Enttäuschung. Von den guten Bewertungen geblendet haben wir dieses Restaurant ausgewählt. Das Ambiente war leider nicht sehr einladend, dazu wirklich schmutzig. Fleisch war zäh, sehr fettdurchzogen und alles etwas fad. Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, aber das hat es auch nicht wieder wett gemacht. Schade.
