If you want to have very delicious, very healthy very cosy food this is the right place. The service was amazing. Because I do not prefer eating dairy, they changed the milk cream with coconut. Thank you so much for the experience.

Om in Berlin Moabit is an absolute gem! My wife and I had the Om-Platte, and it was simply outstanding. Each dish on the platter was packed with authentic Indian and Nepalese flavors that left us wanting more. From the perfectly spiced curries to the tender, succulent meats, everything was cooked to perfection. The balance of spices was spot on—rich, flavorful, and never overpowering. The naan was fluffy, and the sides complemented the main dishes beautifully. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was warm and attentive. If you’re in Berlin and craving top-notch Indian and Nepalese food, Om is a must-visit!

Excellent price-performance ratio, friendly service, well-chilled white wine, Batura to the point, spicy paneer tikka as a sizzler can only be recommended.

Delicious food! Came here for momos and got what I was craving. Juicy, flavorful, and a good size. Mango lassi was a great complement to the meal. Got complimentary papadam with sauces as an appetizer and sikharni for dessert. Highly recommend.

The food is always great. We also tried the chicken soup which was really nice. We usually get the Dal Bhat, which is rice, lentils and two extra dishes (lamb+paneer palak or paneer palak+vegetable balls in cream sauce). There is some outdoor seating. We have always gotten free poppadoms and a small dessert, which is really nice. i highly recommend this place.

We liked it so much that we went back the next evening. The food is so delicious and special, these spices, phenomenal. And very digestible. The service was totally friendly. So we really enjoyed it and left full and happy, and it wasn't expensive.

The service is very friendly and gives very nice and good advice. And the food tastes great, much better than many "standard restaurants". I had the vegetarian momos here and they tasted extremely delicious. You can also get them with authentic hot sauce upon request. The service was really nice and the ambience was absolutely fine. You can sit well both inside and outside. The cocktails also tasted pretty good by restaurant standards. I can definitely recommend it.

OM-MAZING food! Serendipitously stopped by today with a friend and had the most delicious meal and experience! The atmosphere is so warm and calm and the owner(?) is genuinely friendly. Will 100% be coming back. So so so grateful to have found this place!

The food was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We ordered the spinach and paneer momo and the chicken momo as well as the samosa and two curry dishes. I had the chilli paneer which was incredibly flavorful and delicious and came with a generous portion of rice. As someone who has eaten at hundreds of Indian restaurants around North America and the UK, and lived with Indian roommates for years, I can attest to the fact that the food at Om is the real deal. The staff are also some of the friendliest around, and even brought us a free yoghurt dessert with cinnamon at the end to help us digest the food. I cannot recommend this place enough. The prices are also very reasonable and the decor and style of the restaurant is perfect for everything from a date to a casual dinner with friends.

Five of us ate here today, one person eats here every now and then. The other 4 of us were here for the first time and were just as excited. It is very rare to experience such good service. Super attentive and friendly. The food was incredibly delicious, even one person who we thought Nepalese food wasn't for them thought it was great. We had different meals with duck, chicken, lamb and shrimp. Every meal was super delicious. The notes on the starter and Nan bread were worth their weight in gold, so everyone was happy. The initial question about how we feel about sharpness was also great. The price for 5 people and the food was very good. Absolute recommendation!

Inexpensive, exceptional in taste but tasty. I had cream cheese with raisins and cinnamon, it was something completely different and really good. We had seats in front of the restaurant and looked at the street, I can't say anything about the interior design. Just saying, I would want to eat there again.

Weekly changing lunch menu (vegetarian, vegan, normal) including dessert at more than fair prices. If you can't decide: There are always combination plates 😉 my tip: lamb broccoli & spinach. (Always ask for hot sauce, separately!) But even so, the menu has great dishes that can't be found everywhere and also no run-of-the-mill typical cream Indian dishes. Interior is rather simple, don't let that put you off. Often very crowded at lunchtime, in addition to local and local court clientele there are also a lot of Indian/Nepalese visitors! The waitresses are super nice, friendly and always smiling.

The extremely delicious food and the extremely friendly service made our trip to Indian cuisine a taste experience with a feel-good factor! The rather simple ambience allows the cuisine to come into its own even better. For us, one of the best Indian restaurants we have eaten in so far!

We stopped by spontaneously and left pleasantly surprised. The highlight was a mixed platter as the main course, which was offered as a special and was therefore not on the menu. The dessert of fried cheese balls in yogurt with a little honey was also fantastic. Service was very nice, gave good advice and always asked us about our well-being. The only negative point is the sparse ambience inside, although we are already looking forward to the summer, when we can eat outside at sunset on Kirchstr. to be able to enjoy.

Very nice atmosphere. As a large group we felt very comfortable. Large menu and choice and all dishes were of the best quality! Very good price-performance ratio. Various meat dishes, but also vegetarian and vegan and are individually adapted from mild to spicy. We were particularly impressed by the nut yoghurt at the end. Very friendly service - a very special evening. Can only be recommended.

Looks unremarkable from the outside, but is much better than expected. Nepal lies between India and China, which is why Nepalese cuisine has strong Indian as well as Tibetan and Chinese influences. There are, for example, momo - Tibetan dumplings with Nepalese spices - or typical Indian naan bread with spicy chutneys. The service is unusually friendly. Overall I can only recommend it.

The recommended foods from the staffs are as authentic and flavorful as back home. Very rich in flavor and the spice level is matched as per the personal preferences. The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. Very recommended to try MoMos, Special Chicken Thali, Special Chicken Biryani and more. Loved it and coming back again.

Very friendly and helpful service. Spice level adjusted to personal preference. Went for lunch and had great Momos and Thukpa. Taste was as good and authentic as in Nepal. Chiya (Nepali tea) was best! Looking forward to eating there again when back in Berlin.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Kellner fragt viel zu oft nach „ob alles gut ist“ und stört Gespräche, man kriegt kein Leitungswasser und darf keinen Schluck aus der eigenen Flasche zwischendurch trinken, auch wenn man schon super viel bestellt hat. Unsympathisch. Mittagsmenü oft kalt.

I love the elegant simplicity and the cozy family atmosphere of this restaurant. Excellent food! Besides, we were asked to specify the precise degree of spiciness we preferred and offered condiments to modify it. I just moved into the neighborhood and was looking forward to having a Nepalese-Indian restaurant around the corner. The service is incredibly friendly and the food is super tasty and, above all, authentic!!! Tastes like in India. So good!!! And there are always vegan offerings or options.

I recently visited a fantastic Indian restaurant that left me thoroughly impressed. The Murgh Jahangiri, Chicken Biryani, paneer tika masala and chapati with desi ghee were absolute standouts, bursting with authentic flavors. The complementary dessert was the perfect sweet note to end the meal, truly awesome. The attentive service and delightful ambiance made the dining experience memorable. Highly recommend trying these dishes!

Ein von außen eher unscheinbares Restaurant, das aber durch sein leckeres Essen und den sehr freundlichen Service überzeugt. Besonders positiv empfand ich die Anpassung des Essens bzgl. der Schärfe - es wird ganz individuell auf den Gast eingegangen. Gerne wieder!

Wirklich unglaublich lecker. Hatte die Hühnercremesuppe als Vorspeise und Lamm Korma als Hauptspeise. Beides super lecker. Ausserdem fühlt man sich hier als willkommener Gast und wird top bewirtet.

Ich mag das OM. Spartanisch, aber doch gemütlich eingerichtet, und er bietet Dinge wie die Momos, die es nicht überall gibt. Kritik möchte ich aber auch üben - die vegetarische Platte ist einfach nicht individuell genug gewürzt / zubereitet. Man hat zwei Schüsseln mit fast identischer Soße, das ist einfach schade.

Sehr leckeres Essen, aus meiner Sicht authentischer als die meisten anderen Restaurants. Einzig die Akustik war nicht schön. Obwohl wenig Gäste da waren (es war schon spät), war es vergleichsweise laut. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Food is delicious! We arrived in Berlin late afternoon on a Sunday with not a lot of options for a nice meal when we came across Om and decided to give it a try because the food looked and smelled really good. The curry plates we ordered were flavour explosions in our mouth! We returned the next day because the food was so good and tried the mixed dumplings which were also delicious. To top it off you are given a small amount of yoghurt with cinnamon and almond flakes to cleanse your palate. Highly recommended, I'm still thinking of the food a week later
