We found this restaurant near our hotel and decided to go in.. Very delicious food Regular service

We got a table quickly. Unfortunately, this was in the covered and heated outdoor area, where there was actually a bit of a draft on the window. Upon request, the nice waiter gave us another table straight away. Where I am at the service. Without any objections, an absolutely capable and extremely friendly staff. Drinks and non-alcoholic cocktails were delicious. And now the most important thing… The food was a 1 with 5 stars. Absolutely delicious and very inexpensive for Berlin standards! We would 1000 percent like to come back!!!

Very nice Indian restaurant. It might not have the very spicy and strong flavors, but it was OK for our family. Service was excellent as well!

A feast of flavors. Perfectly prepared, fast, tasty. My Chicken tikka has a balanced taste, the bread is simply perfect, crunchy and delicate at the same time. The butter chicken that my son ate was amazing. Everyone was happy and full. The only small minus is probably 🤔 tapioca to start.... too spicy for young people 💥

For starters we chose Garlic Naan and Bhatura, both of which were freshly made, still hot and incredibly tasty. For the main courses we chose Butter Chicken, Chicken Curry, Chicken Korma and Lamb Korma. While the Butter Chicken was unfortunately a bit too sweet in our opinion and didn't convince us, the Lamb Korma and Chicken Korma in particular were extremely aromatic and perfectly seasoned. At the end there was an espresso on the house, which we were very happy about and rounded off the evening perfectly. Overall, a recommended restaurant, especially for fans of Indian cuisine. The service, the freshly prepared food and the nice gesture at the end make the visit a completely successful experience. We'd love to come back!

Good food at good prices. Good Indian, limited menu with great, well-made dishes. We were sitting in the annex of the shop and unfortunately it was a bit droopy. The food came quickly, everything was reasonably priced and the service was very nice and accommodating.

The food was compared to other Indian restaurants "okay". The service, due to my opinion, was partly unfriendly and unflexible. Due to a misunderstanding some bread was delivered and not taken back.

A bit pricey, and didn't fill me completely, but good quality. The service were a bit annoying though by constantly asking if 'everything is alright' in the worst possible moments.

One of the worst indian restaurants, i have visited in berlin. We ordered tandoori chicken and Chicken Biryani, they were absolutely worst. In the name of tandoori it looked like 3 chicken pieces taken out from some chicken curry put on a sizzler plate thats it, it did not like or taste like tandoori at all. Coming to chicken biryani, it was more like pulav rather than biryani and was served with achaar.

Fantastic food and excellent service, the waiter helped us order as it was our first time. Cheap restaurant.

The food and service were good. I only give it 4 stars because the packaging for takeaway food is no longer up to date. It is currently made of aluminum and Styrofoam, which is extremely bad for the environment. I would like to see people switch to more environmentally friendly packaging materials like other restaurants in the future. Thank you! 🙏🏼

I finally got to enjoy the experience of an authentic Indian restaurant and it more than lived up to my expectations! The menu was full of tempting dishes that all sounded exciting. The portions were generous, especially when combined with fresh naan, and the taste was simply outstanding! There was also attentive and friendly service, which rounded off the evening perfectly. A truly fantastic experience!

Authentic Indian cuisine, pleasant spiciness.

Was there for dinner with colleagues. The atmosphere is really nice, cozy, but that's about it. The service was grumpy, unfriendly and slow. After we had to wait half an eternity for our food, it was still really cold. We wanted to have it returned, which initially led to discussions from the staff. They reluctantly took the cold food with them, obviously just put it in the microwave briefly and brought it back to the table after 5 minutes. The prices were rather exorbitant for this poor service. My conclusion: there are plenty of Indian restaurants in Berlin that are 1000x better.

This Delhi6 Special Thali was one of the best, if not the best, Indian dishes I had in my entire life. Such a pity we don't have anything on this level in Stockholm. I could go back to Berlin simply for this dish - I don't have any words to explain this plate other than that it was amazing!!! THANK YOU!!

This place has good vegetarian gravies food like paneer, thali, dal makhani however, chicken briyani wasn’t worth it! It was very dry and for 18.90€ quantity was too less! I am not sure why they named as briyani of the day! Go for the veg options, you won’t regret it! They have good garlic naan too!

I had gone for lunch to the restaurant. The food was amazing really like it , I recommend it !

Very good food, Affordable Price

It used to be a great restaurant, but a recent visit this week made me realise that has changed. The food was bad, the prices were almost double and the service was also bad. Somewhat racist towards us, because we are Indians and didn’t have a large order for just two people. If you can avoid this restaurant, then please do. Don’t get fooled by its 3.5k reviews- the good ones are from the older one where prices were low and the food was great.

We went there on a weekday, the restaurant was completely empty. The waitress taking the order was not very welcoming from the beginning. We ordered some veg and chicken dishes, the chicken dish was horrible. And then the waitress behaved like they have the most unique chicken tikka masala on the planet, she even said “I do not recommend chicken tikka masala to Indians”, wow, seriously? The dish was completely sour and had too much salt, they changed the dish in the end but it was such a bad experience. Wouldn’t go there ever again. Please consider changing your staff if you read this review.

Si usted está cerca de Checkpoint Charlie y quiere una gran cena, tome el paseo de 10 minutos directamente al sur - fuera de la "central turística" a este gran lugar de reunión local. EXCEPTIONAL!! Last dinner of a 15 day German vacation, and this was our favorite meal. Rolled in with a group of 10 and they juggled a few tables to get us a seat. The food was authentic Indian, on par with the restaurants I've had in the Middle East and London. If you're near Checkpoint Charlie and want a great dinner, take the 10 minute walk straight South - out of the 'tourist central' to this great local hangout. Thank you for your hospitality, Mamta, you were the highlight of our vacation :).

Large restaurant with excellent Indian food. I called ahead and it was no longer possible to reserve a table online. Friendly service and nice decoration. This is my second time here and the first time was also very good.

Absolutely not happy with the service. The staff was not happy to serve the guests which made the experience really bad. The vegetarian food was good. The short waitress with the straight, highlighted hair was rude and even yelled at the fellow waitress/bartender, which was really disrespectful to her. Although the skinny waitress/bartender was super friendly and nice to us and others. The owner should pay attention to the working environment of the restaurant.

We ordered 2 chicken dishes and 1 veg dish. The taste is really horrible, sorry to say this. Chicken didn't cook properly and taste is not great too. Palak panner paste is really bad without any texture.

We ordered these two things, in the delhi 6 special thali mix, the lamb was the best, the chicken was ok, the cream sauce, let's just say, is very thin and tasteless, this green sauce is very spicy, I didn't like the tuna, although it was ok roast.

I had my dinner and lunch but found naans and rice to be not fresh and tested not fresh. I also ordered Thali on the second day for lunch and wanted to take away the left overs, but she denied straight away. However upon several requests and offering to give extra money for this she agreed to pack the left overs for me. She didn't charge for this but I was reminded that she will not do this again. Having said that, there were very limited options for vegetarians. I felt this restaurant was overly hyped.

Their food is not good at all. Specially their thali. Mix veg and chick pea curry were stale. They also charge $3 euro for 250ml water because they don’t have free water, Adding 2 rotis on top of it bill comes more then $20 euro and their thali price listed for $8.90. Definitely not the worth what you are paying.

We had lunch at Delhi 6 Restaurant on our final day in Berlin, and it was a fantastic experience! We ordered the Veg Thali, which came with three curry dishes—Paneer Korma, Mixed Veg, and Chole—and added a Paneer Onion Kulcha as an extra. All the dishes were absolutely amazing, bursting with authentic flavors and rich taste. I must say, the Paneer Onion Kulcha was one of the best I’ve had outside India in many years—perfectly prepared and truly delicious. Thank you for such a delightful meal. We highly recommend Delhi 6 to anyone looking for an authentic Indian dining experience in Berlin!

The butter chicken was tasty and plentiful for the price. Compared to other statements, we weren't so convinced of the vegan offering, and it wasn't plentiful either. I chose the thali from the lunch menu. Dishes on the lunch menu would always be served with soup and bread. We asked for a vegan starter like pakora or something similar. There was nothing. I was only able to order a small starter salad when I asked. When I asked further what the soup and bread would be like, I was told that it wasn't vegan, which is why my small salad wouldn't be charged; a small salad that was simply served with the butter chicken without asking or ordering. The thali itself was very tasty (except for the spicy paste), although a smaller bowl of rice than the butter chicken and the three vegetable bowls were small and not well filled. Due to the lack of soup and bread and other offerings, I left the store somewhat dissatisfied and, above all, hungry.

Rarely eaten so badly. the starter was colder than it should be. The drink was different than what was ordered. and then the cherry on top: the food was extremely hard. My meat was probably from the day before. This is absolutely unacceptable and an absolute no go. The waiter took away my full plate without saying a word. He didn't use a syllable to ask if it was tasty. Well... he could have guessed the answer. The tables and seats were estimated to be 60% dirty. There were crumbs and fat everywhere. also on the menus🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮 Unfortunately, I don't understand recessions. There's absolutely nothing wrong here. the dishes are not exactly cheap. This is difficult if you have nutritional intolerances. The dishes are all already ready. once and never again.

For me best authentic Indian food in Berlin. The food is little expensive compared to other famous Indian restaurants here but it is worth paying for.

To be very honest its the most closest indian food I have eaten in a foreign land. The ambience, service and the food all just amazing. A must try is the “Veg thali” Take it from a person who has tried all indian food over berlin, this one is just wow. Talking about the cost its a little high but its worth thr price, one must try the food here once for sure.👌

The food was outstanding—each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. They use fresh, high-quality ingredients. The portions were just right, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. This is the kind of place where every bite makes you want to come back for more. Indians would love this place. Costly but cherishable. A true delight!

Food was great. I had the non veg thali. Just that the quantity of rice should have been a little more. The yummiest in the thali was the lamb portion if you like it spicy.

The restaurant is beautiful. The service is very formal, not too friendly. The food is very average, not spicy at all even if I asked to have my dish very spicy. But it's fresh and well cooked. Vegetable curry was too oily but the bean dishes in the lunch thali were nice. Not mind blowing or something exceptional but basic nice food.

Went here on our citytrip to Berlin. It was the best indian food we have ever eaten! We can really recommend it! The service was also 10/10!!
