The drinks offered in the evening when the place becomes a bar are nothing very original, they are classics that are well done. I tried a delicious espresso martini. The atmosphere is very festive and the music loud, if that's not your style then I don't recommend it otherwise it's pretty cool!

Chic restobar with delicious antipasti and drinks. Ambience was great, music outside was really fun. The outdoor area is beautifully sunny and centrally located in Freiburg. It was extremely busy, but the service was quick and very friendly! We'd love to come back!

Auswahl an Getränken (Apero, Bier und Wein) hervorragend. Die frisch zubereiteten Aufschnitt-Käse-Teller lecker und reichhaltig. Kleine Auswahl an warmen Speisen. Dafür qualitativ hochwertig und geschmacklich lecker. Die Produkte allgemein eher teuer dafür hochwertig/Feinkost. Serviceschichtleiterin top, der Rest des Servicepersonal angelernt nach dem Motto „gibt sich Mühe und hat manchmal Mühe“.

Ich hatte extra einen Tisch reserviert und als ich kam musste ich 10 Minuten warten, bis ich einen Tisch bekomme, da man mich vergessen hatte ! Also ein Witz, dass wir dauernd gebeten werden, die Reservierung zu bestätigen und dann ist doch kein Tisch für uns parat !

We ate the house platter - for a whopping €45. Since the few slices of baguette were far too few for two people, we ordered more - paid another €3.50. Absurdly overpriced. No dip on the plate, no salami on it. Only 2 small pieces of cheese, 3 shrimps (for 2 people...) sausage, ham + olives etc. were there. For the flagship plate of the house and what was on it - ridiculous for the price.

Wir haben die Platte des Hauses - für satte 45 € - gegessen. Da die wenigen Scheiben Baguette für 2 Personen viel zu wenig waren haben wir noch nachbestellt - nochmal 3,50 € bezahlt. Absurd überteuert. Kein Dipp auf der Platte, keine Salami drauf. Nur 2 kleine Stücke Käse, 3 Garnelen (für 2 Personen...) Wurst, Schinken + Oliven usw. waren da. Für das Aushängeschild - Platte des Hauses und dem was da drauf war - lächerlich für den Preis.

Unfortunately disappointing. Very smiling from the outside, the food selection and the ambience are great. However, Degusto lost all points with the service. More sympathy and guest communication should be better for an 'I want to appear upscale as a restaurant'. At least a 'hello' when you come in or forwarding the request for payment would be enough.

Previously I only knew Degusto as a delicatessen in Freiburg main station where you could also eat delicious snacks. During my visit to Freiburg this year, I discovered that Degusto had moved to Martinstor and now operates a so-called restobar there. The ambience is more than dignified and invites you to linger. The menu offers various small dishes and there is also a lunch menu and an evening menu. As usual, the food itself is of top quality and taste. Friendly and attentive staff round off my more than positive overall impression, so it's definitely not the last time I'll be here.

Ausgesuchte Speisen, interessante Weinkarte, erfrischende Getränke und ansprechende Location in der Freiburger City. Für Stadtbesucher und Einheimische eine gute Wahl, wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Dafür stimmen jedoch Leistungen und Portionen, was gerne weiterhin so bleiben darf. Wir kommen wieder.

Were there on Saturday at 11:15 a.m. and wanted an antipasti plate. The service person must first ask whether this is possible. We ordered 3 drinks here and my partner went into the bathroom across the street and they took our chairs away and tried to kick us out. We didn’t know where the bathroom was as we were sitting outside and made a simple mistake and they were very nasty to us.

I haven't rated a single restaurant yet, but I just have to say this: I've never experienced such unfriendly service. We were here at the European Championship game and our neighbors' chair was taken away because they hadn't ordered enough, so the three of us sat down on two chairs so that the father next door with his baby could sit down again. Overall, there are far too beautiful places in Freiburg to feel unwelcome here :) Unfortunately too much money invested in the wrong place for the wrong people...

Very good food and great service, five of us went there for lunch, but we didn't wait longer than 15 minutes for our food.

We shared spanische Tapasteller and it was very tasty and it was big enough for two people. The pricing is little bit higher than the other restaurants in Freiburg, but the atmosphere and the architecture of the place was giving the luxury vibes.

Sensational restobar in Freiburg. Here the guest experiences a great ambience, super-friendly service and excellent culinary delights. We were there two days in a row and had a lovely time in the outdoor area. Thanks to the entire DEGUSTO team as well as the friendly gentlemen at the regulars' table outside who, when the weather was nice, did their work with wine and cell phones and also had a friendly chat with us as guests. Reservations recommended! We'd love to come back! It's great!

Were in Freiburg at the beginning of September, came across the Degusto by chance, had a nice spontaneous conversation with the boss, got a table reserved for the next day, and it was simply a brilliant evening. Good delicatessen with great products and very good wines. We spent lunch comfortably with friendly service. We drank the open wines and ordered the Spanish tapa plate. Delicious products of high quality. For dessert we had the chocolate banana tart and we were more than satisfied. Price performance fits.

On a weekend trip to Freiburg we discovered this restaurant in the city and ate there at lunchtime. The selection of dishes is great, typical Italian delicatessen, different types of ham and cheese. A lot of things are suitable to take with you. There is no doubt about the quality, we found it excellent. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Unfortunately, the service wasn't that good during our visit, but on a Saturday lunchtime, you can be patient. It is well known that finding good service employees has become very difficult. Kudos at this point for the boss who took a little care of us. I can highly recommend the restaurant.

Really cute little place with a great ambience. We sat outside in the shop window and watched the hustle and bustle of Freiburg. The focaccia of the day was particularly recommended, for us with salmon. The portions are huge and the price is therefore completely reasonable. Coup de heart!

I'm disappointed that I went to your place with a friend on a Thursday evening. We weren't served for 20 minutes, probably because we sat outside. It was still covered outside. I then found out whether we had to/should get the drinks ourselves. The employees informed me that they were coming out to us. 30 minutes and still no one came. Given the price and presentation, I don't think that's right.

I'm half-Italian and I just don't see any reason to sell antipasti (nothing special about it) for €18 and pay €11 (!) for a spritz. Unfortunately, the Germans still like to be tempted with truffles, etc., but it is still absolutely overpriced because the food is simply standard by Italian standards. But everyone has to decide for themselves what they are willing to pay. I think it's quite a rip-off under the guise of delicatessen.

For a snack after a stroll through the city, come here. Service was friendly and quick. When checking out, I rounded up very generously and assumed that an 8€ tip would be okay for a 12€ tip. The panini was fresh and very tasty - the coffee was really good and the homemade iced tea wasn't as standard as everywhere else. You can sit nicely and have a nice atmosphere and feel comfortable. Really beautiful and particularly decorated.

Trendy restaurant for young and old. Mediterranean foods for snacking or normal meals. But there is also a nice selection to take home from the counter. Very friendly staff. There is still room for improvement when it comes to putting together the menu, but all in all it's worth a visit.

Eine sehr schöne Location im Herzen von Freiburg.

Dieser Laden ist so schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, das alleine reicht schon für einen Besuch. Wir waren kurz nach Weihnachten hier und wollten eigentlich nur etwas kleines süßes zum Dessert. Die Vitrinen sind allerdings so einladend das man fast alles möchte. Wir aßen ein Schokoladen Soufflé mit köstlichen Sorbet und eine Torte de la Nonna. Dazu tranken wir zwei offene Weine (weiß und rot) beide perfekt temperiert und sehr gut. Ergänzt haben wir dann nach dem Dessert den Hunger mit Schinken und Oliven. Hier lebt jemand Gastronomie in Perfektion. Vielen Dank für die tolle Bedienung wir kommen wieder.

Abends leider werden die Bedingungen sehr unangenehm ca ab 18 Uhr wenn sie etwas in Streß geraten verlieren sie die Kontrolle, die Gäste am Tisch müssen sehr lange warten auf ihre Bestellung. Ach ja und der Neue Leiter heute Abend da ist sollte der Chef bald entlassen der tut sich gerate nicht beliebt machen, und ist unfreundlich auch zu meinem Vierbeiner ( Sie Charles ) dem Chef bitte ich such dir was mit einem freundlichen Gesicht , das wirkt wunder ☝️ Naja wenn Chef selbst die Mitarbeiter lange allein lässt fangen die Mäuse an zu tanzen Der Chef selbst sehr freundlich 👍 Und fünf Sterne gibt man nur kastro oder Restaurants mit einem oder drei Sternen köche zu Info ☝️

Spontan am späteren Abend einen schönen Platz bekommen, aufmerksamer freundlicher Service und feine Köstlichkeiten, sehr zu empfehlen
