Am liebsten 0 Sterne, unzuverlässiger Service Pizza roh, ungewürzt und viel kleiner als die sein soll. Bauchschmerzen nach dem Essen. Nudeln noch hart und nicht so wie auf der Karte. Nicht hingehen!

ALLES TOP. Uns ist wichtig, das glutenfreie Kost verfügbar ist... und es ist alles so lecker.

Wir haben uns spontan entschieden dort Essen zu gehen. Pizza und Mac and Cheese mit Avocado ranch war sehr lecker. Auch der Nachtisch war gut. Würde dort wieder Essen gehen.

Ich habe das Essen über die Website bestellt, aber kein Essen erhalten. Über die angegebenen Telefonnummern ist niemand zu erreichen und die Email Adresse, ist nicht vergeben. Da man keine Barzahlung auswählen kann, hoffe ich, dass ich das Geld zurück bekomme. Absolute Frechheit.

Eine absolute Frechheit. Ich kann niemandem empfehlen über die Website des Restaurants zu bestellen. Wir warten mittlerweile seit über zwei Stunden auf under Essen, in 30 Minuten schließt das Restaurant und niemand geht ans Telefon! Absoluter Scam und eine unfassbare Frechheit!!!!

Das Essen bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, besonders der Nachtisch. Der Service ist ebenfalls in Ordnung. Allerdings wurde pausenlos Taylor Swift gespielt, was ich nach dem vierten Song als sehr störend empfand.

Ein riesen Restaurant über 2 Etagen. Dennoch gemütlich und auch optisch ein Highlight. Wir hatten eine Vorspeisen Variation auf Empfehlung, super lecker und für uns beide eine sehr großzügige Portion 😅🤤 J hatte eine Pasta Variante, ungewöhnlich aber lecker. Ich habe mich an einer Pizza versucht, super lecker aber für mich zu viel. Also mitgenommen und den nächsten Tag aufgegessen. 😍 Die Bedienung waren sehr nett, fix und haben sehr gut für uns gesorgt. Und der Inhaber Oliver ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Abends war im Obergeschoss eine Party, gut organisiert, tolle Menschen und gute Musik. Ein perfekter Abend für mich und meine Verlobte! Der Weg ( ca. 50km einfache Fahrt ) hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Vielen Dank noch einmal.🫶🏼 Auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen! M&J

Essen verspätet erhalten und Pizza war kalt. Zudem klebte der Belag am Karton. Auf eine Beschwerde-Mail wird nicht reagiert. Vorher regelmäßig dort gegessen, so sicher nicht mehr.

Sehr leckere und außergewöhnliche Pizza- und Panuozzokreationen, schnelle Bedienung und stylisches Ambiente.

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von meinem Besuch heute in diesem Restaurant. Meine Schwester und ich waren dort essen und haben Pasta sowie jeweils eine Cola Zero bestellt. Schon bei der Bestellung hat der Kellner sehr respektlos reagiert, als wir „Cola Zero“ gesagt haben, hat er sichtbar geschmunzelt bzw. uns ausgelacht. Das war nicht einmal subtil, sondern offensichtlich und sehr unangenehm. Nach dem Essen habe ich an der Kasse bezahlt. Erst später zu Hause, als ich mein Konto überprüft habe, ist mir aufgefallen, dass mir 5 € mehr berechnet wurden, als eigentlich auf der Rechnung stand. Unser Essen hat 44,99 € gekostet, aber von meinem Konto wurden 49,99 € abgebucht. Ich habe danach versucht, das Restaurant telefonisch zu erreichen, um das zu klären, ich kann gut auf 5€ verzichten aber weil ich mich im großen und Ganzen einfach dort nicht wohl gefühlt habe, wollte ich dieses Telefonat tätigen. Allerdings ist dort niemand erreichbar, das Telefon scheint dauerhaft ausgeschaltet zu sein. So ein Verhalten ist absolut unprofessionell und inakzeptabel. Erst respektloses Verhalten gegenüber Gästen und dann auch noch eine falsche Abbuchung ohne Möglichkeit, jemanden zu erreichen. Ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen und kann dieses Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen.

Über eine Stunde vor Schließung bekamen wir bei der Frage, ob wir noch Essen serviert bekommen können, die Antwort "Wir schließen gleich." Zumindest wurde uns etwas zum Mitnehmen angeboten. Während wir uns also etwas in den (leider klebrigen) Karten aussuchten, rief die Kellnerin den Koch an (obwohl die Küche scheinbar 2m entfernt war). Ende vom Lied: Mitnahme ging auch nicht. Noch einmal: über eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss. Schade, denn die Gestaltung des Restaurants und die Karte waren interessant.

Das Essen war nicht besonders lecker. Die Nudeln keiner Tochter und meine Pizza waren sehr geschmacksneutral. Es war dort sehr kalt , wir waren danach richtig durchgefroren. Ich würde nicht nochmal dorthin gehen.

Sehr lecker! Die Pizza hat wirklich super geschmeckt. Außerdem ist das Ambiente sehr schön. Kann ich aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Sehr leckeres Essen in guter Portionsgröße.

Wir haben eine halbe Stunde gewartet auf einen Kaffee und wurden vergessen. Dann hatten wir auch keine Lust mehr.

Lieferdienst?!? Wer seine bestellten Speisen nicht erhalten möchte, ist hier genau richtig.!!!

Ich würde wirklich gerne 5 Sterne geben, und vor ort ist das Essen auch sehr gut. Aber telefonisch ist niemand zu erreichen und auch nach 1,5 Stunden vorher bestellen wahr mein Essen nicht nur zu spät, es ist nie angekommen. Der Lieferservice lässt definitiv zu wünschen übrig. Nichts desto trotz solides essen wenn man vor Ort isst.

Essen okay. Alles gut. ABER WARUM ZUR HÖLLE SPIELT MAN DREIMAL „HALLELUJAH“?? Der Song ist schon beim ersten Mal schlimm genug. Beim zweiten aggressiv. Beim dritten möchte ich Dinge werfen. Es ist der 29. Weihnachten ist vorbei. Lass mich los. Ich geh kaputt.

Death by Pizza kombiniert das Prinzip von Vapiano mit dem Stil von 60 Seconds to Napoli – modern, schnell und ziemlich unkompliziert. Das Konzept funktioniert und hebt sich angenehm von klassischen Pizzerien ab. Der Service ist gut und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich gut betreut, auch wenn es mal voller ist. Das Ambiente ist kreativ gestaltet: offener Raum, offene Küche und überwiegend Hocker sorgen für eine lebendige, fast urbane Atmosphäre. Geschmacklich sind die Pizzen gut, ordentlich belegt und mit kreativen Kombinationen, die neugierig machen. Wirklich solide, auch wenn geschmacklich noch etwas mehr drin wäre. Insgesamt ein guter Laden, den man gerne besucht – mit Potenzial nach oben.

Vegane Optionen gibt es nicht sooo viele auf der Karte , also hatten wir die BBQ Jackfruit Pizza. Die war auch ganz lecker, wenn man noch einmal ordentlich Salz und etwas Pfeffer nachlegte. Das Ambiente ist fancy, allerdings sind die Hochtische natürlich nicht auf Gemütlichkeit ausgelegt und ich fand es bei der Sitzhöhe etwas schwierig, die Pizza zu schneiden. 😄 Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam - also alles im allem ein gutes Esserlebnis im Vapiano-Stil.

Pizza war lecker, die Bedienung wirkte allerdings sehr gelangweilt und chillte am Handy anstatt mal zu fragen, ob alles okay ist. Es zieht mich kein zweites Mal da hin.

Hatte mich spontan entschlossen das Restaurant an einem Sonntag Mittag mal auszuprobieren. Ich war der einzige Gast in der Zeit meines Aufenthaltes im Restaurant. Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen kam zügig. Bestellt hatte ich Spagetti Carbonara. Aussehen und Geschmack waren ziemlich unspektakulär, kenne das eher anders von dem Gericht. Preislich in der heutigen Zeit durchaus akzeptabel.

Never again! The service was unfriendly and disrespectful! Far too expensive for what you get. You have to approach the "staff" yourself; there's no such thing as table service. Not recommended!

We arrived as a couple wanting to have a hot tea and share a pizza. The staff seemed bored. They took our order and brought two glasses of tea. No spoons, and no one even asked if we wanted sugar. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he rudely replied, "Do you need two spoons, or will one be enough?" The pizza arrived and looked good. No second plate. No fork, just one large knife. Again, when we asked for plates and cutlery, there was no friendliness. I felt sick that evening, and my companion did too, after eating the pizza. It's a shame, because the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice. The staff seemed bored and unfriendly. But food that gives you stomach cramps can't be good. My conclusion: No thanks, and I won't be back.

Phew, I almost wanted to apologize for being a guest... The food looked good... unfortunately, it was tasteless. The service was almost aggressive. There were four of us. I will definitely avoid this place and won't recommend it. It's a shame when a restaurant in such a location can't be run with a little care for its guests and a focus on quality.

The very friendly and attentive staff complete the restaurant experience! We've been eating here since it opened and have never been disappointed. The food always came out of the kitchen quickly and hot. The pizza dough is simply delicious! If we don't order pizza, we at least have to have pizza bread as a side order!

Super quality if we are in town again we will gladly come back

First of all, I can only review my own dish (avocado ranch). I had a pan of baked pasta with fresh spring onions, chicken strips, avocado, and a nice fried egg. So far so good, it sounded great, if the whole pan hadn't been drenched in some kind of cream sauce. Apart from the fried egg, everything tasted of this not-so-good sauce. The chicken strips were also only 30 grams in size. Apart from the fried egg, it was really inedible for me. Unfortunately, I only tried two for €14.90. The 0.3 liter Coke Zero also costs a good €4.30. The atmosphere and service were fine; I could have done without the rest.

Very tasty food, but poor service/concept. We've come again and again, and until now we've had to order from a menu, like at Vapiano. First we had to wait ages at the entrance for a menu until we were told the menu was no longer available. From now on, table service. We sat upstairs because the downstairs was pretty full, and we waited forever. Nobody came. Then we went downstairs, asked, and were told, no, it's self-service upstairs. Dude. So either you decide on a uniform concept, or you say it up front, or your staff shouldn't be too lazy to climb a few stairs if your restaurant has two floors.

Gluten-free is not gluten-free, and by the time we realized it, it was too late—my friend had eaten some of the pizza. Unfortunately, the staff was unaccommodating. The server didn't even apologize, and my friend only received a small discount on the pizza—but instead, she had a stomachache. The staff didn't offer any accommodations of their own accord—we had to request them. We cannot recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. Even though the place was almost empty, we waited over 40 minutes for our food (lunchtime). The cutlery was dirty. The service was unfriendly.

I ordered four pizzas for delivery and was definitely disappointed. The pizzas were only lukewarm upon delivery, the toppings were sparse, and the crust was as tough as chewing gum. At over €60 for four pizzas, I definitely expected more. This was my first and last order. Even the kebab shop around the corner offers better quality.

The service was friendly and our food was good. Two stars deducted because they served a different water than the one listed on the menu, and it tasted like tap water. Despite my complaint, the water was billed. If this water had been listed on the menu or labeled as table water, I wouldn't have ordered it. That's one way to rip off guests...

The food was excellent! However, the service left a lot to be desired. At times, it was unfriendly and inattentive. They didn't ask how the food was or if we wanted anything to drink. There were two of us, and the food arrived five minutes apart. The restaurant was almost empty (about 10 guests). It's a shame when the service ruins the overall experience like that.

Super delicious food and a wide selection! Very large portions, but the children's dishes were adapted to the size, so they even finished them. The service was very attentive and friendly. A little suggestion: If you offer vegan dishes (the vegan BBQ jackfruit pizza is amazing!), it might be worth considering offering your coffee specialties with a milk alternative.

I ate there. I was absolutely thrilled; it was super delicious and the presentation was great. Everything was harmonious and well-balanced. The service and staff were super friendly and created a great atmosphere!

The pasta was delicious, and special requests were immediately accommodated – unfortunately, there are few vegan dishes directly on the menu. The olive tree at our table appeared to have aphids – not a pretty sight, please take care of them 🙃 Overall, though, it's worth a visit for any group size and for many occasions 👍🏼

We've eaten there before. It was fine. Today we went again, but the male waitress was a disaster. The pizza was a total disaster. The eggs—which we got raw—weren't listed on the menu. And when you pay, you have absolutely no idea how much something like that costs. A no-go.

Whenever I'm in Hildesheim, I always look forward to Mac & Cheese. It's simply fantastic. The atmosphere is great and the quality is top-notch.

You die waiting for the pizza. I've gone twice and both times it was empty. We sat, ordered and then waited, but last time it took more than 1:30 for them to even notice they had not placed our order. I don't get the hype.

We always enjoy going to Death by Pizza or ordering pizzas to our house. Yesterday, for example, we ordered shortly before closing time and were really impressed by how perfectly the eggs on the pizzas were cooked. We also have to emphasize how well tolerated the super tasty sourdough base of the pizzas is.

Nice atmosphere, and the service team is attentive. We weren't that impressed with the food. The pizzas were okay, but the pasta was less so. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

The person taking the order kept making mistakes because he was a beginner. In the end, I ate a pizza without cheese crust, but it tasted good.

We ate here today, the food was delicious, but the music was a mix of kebab shop and 70s Italian wedding. Everyone has to know for themselves whether they can sit there for a long time :)

Delicious food, great ambience. There's nothing more you can say about Death Pizza. When I'm back in Hildesheim, I'll be happy to come back.

We placed a large order today, only pizzas and one gluten-free pizza. The pizzas themselves were okay. Unfortunately, the gluten-free pizza was not edible. The dough of the gluten-free pizza was completely soggy, as if this pizza had never been in the oven and there was a raw egg on top... as a gluten allergy sufferer you are already in trouble, then the pizza costs even more and is smaller. Before the goods are sent to the customer, an inspection would have been appropriate.

From my visit there I can say the following: Eat: I bought a salami pizza for €11.90. This was very fresh and delicious. Inexpensive. However, the 0.33l cola for €4.20 is not. Service: I was warmly welcomed and tried to explain everything to us, how it works there. Still you had to run after the staff. Ambience: It was very nice and pleasant to eat there. Relaxed music in the background.

The restaurant decoration and paintings hanging on the walls are eye-catching. And of course the pizza dough was delicious.

I sat downstairs. The waitresses were friendly, but they often gave preference to other guests. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the card. The pizza was good and the price is fair.

Dangerous "printing errors" on the map... Death by Pizza has a pleasant atmosphere with relaxed Italian music. When ordering, I chose what was described as a vegan pizza, my partner chose penne arrabiata with mushrooms. When I ordered, I noticed that mozzarella was listed as an ingredient and I checked again whether the pizza was really vegan, I was assured of it (vegan mozzarella alternatives are becoming more and more common, so I didn't think anything of it). The penne was very tasty, the pizza was okay, but the cheese was suspect. Because of my lactose intolerance, we swapped dishes to be on the safe side... Before paying, I asked another employee if the pizza was really vegan and he said no, that was a misprint... My stomach didn't like it... I wanted to give at least 2 stars because of the nice ambience and the penne (who knows if they are really vegan), but now that I see that this "misprint" was mentioned in a review over 3 months ago, I have to say: fingers away! A mistake like that can happen, but it can't be the case that the problem has existed for so long, is apparently known and then employees assure you that there is no dairy product in the dish and then something like that. I very much hope that the error will be corrected quickly and that employees will be made aware before there is a lawsuit and the store is closed. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. There are better restaurants in town, e.g. Pinseria has lots of really vegan options.

20250201 There are salad pasta cheese macaroni and pizza each with the same topping e.g. surf and turf or avocado ranch etc. The taste is quite ok Somewhat simply furnished and toilets, well You can do it every now and then

Unfortunately we were very dissatisfied with our order. First of all, the delivery took significantly longer than announced, without us being informed about the delay. When the pizza finally arrived, it was undercooked, only lukewarm and extremely disappointing in taste. The dough was soggy and undercooked, which gave the impression that care and quality had been skimped on. In addition, the pizza tasted almost like nothing - neither the toppings nor the tomato sauce nor the cheese had any flavor. We were looking forward to a delicious meal, but were bitterly disappointed. Given the price and the wait, we would have at least expected the pizza to be warm and well prepared. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. It's a shame we had to have this experience - we won't order here again.

I wanted to drink hot chocolate and eat a cheese cake. You are sent through the store 3 times before you can order and have to come 3 times to carry your food and drinks to the table yourself on a tray. In addition, the hot chocolate is just brown water and the store offers almost no service.

The delivery time was over an hour, even though the restaurant is just 10 minutes away by car. Of course, the wrong dish was delivered, a plate of pasta that was completely soft and mushy, in ready-made packaging like from the frozen food department in the supermarket. To make matters worse, it's also cold. No way to contact anyone to clarify this But the cheesecake was really good

Pizza is very tasty, service is only in the lower area, the upper area is self-service. I find the high tables and bar stools uncomfortable, so don't stay longer than you have to.

Delivery was supposed to be here at 8pm, an hour and 40 minutes later still nothing. They cannot be reached by phone and they have not responded to our email either. We hope to get the money back via Paypal. I have never experienced such bad service. Never again…

My food and that of my children were very heavy on onions. Not so great, especially with children's menus. The service was very friendly. We only waited a long time to pay because the employees still had something to discuss. The portions were good. I found the price rather too high. But you have to take everything into account. I'm currently reading the selection below... Wheelchair accessible. Yes, it is, but downstairs there are almost only tables that are high. There are low tables at the top of the floor, but you can't get there if you're in a wheelchair. So it's just not really suitable for multiple people.
