Mein „heißes“ Avocado Flatbread war komplett kalt und hatte eine Scheibe steinharte Avocado. Eine Frechheit bei dem Preis.

Ich möchte Ihnen erneut eine Rückmeldung zu Ihren Bowls und Salaten geben. Leider habe ich inzwischen mehrfach die gleiche schlechte Erfahrung gemacht: Oben sieht der Salat frisch und appetitlich aus, aber darunter ist er häufig schwarz, matschig oder bereits schimmlig. Bereits vor etwa einem halben Jahr habe ich dies angesprochen. Damals wurde mir gesagt, dass das eigentlich nicht sein könne. Allerdings ist mir das nicht nur einmal passiert, sondern inzwischen mehrfach. Ich komme ja weiterhin zu Ihnen, weil ich Ihr Angebot grundsätzlich gerne mag – gerade deshalb enttäuscht mich die wiederkehrende Qualität umso mehr. Ich wünsche mir, dass dieses Problem ernst genommen und die Qualität der Produkte besser kontrolliert wird. So wie es aktuell ist, kann ich die Salate und Bowls leider nicht mehr mit gutem Gefühl kaufen.

Extrem teuer und geschmacklos. Ein Wrap schmeckt hier meist nur nach eingewickeltem und langweiligem Gemüse, an den leckeren Zutaten wird offensichtlich gespart. Nur das Personal ist freundlich.

Hafermilch vorhanden, aber Herausgabe verweigert Besuch am 28.04.2026 um 13:40 Uhr, Filiale Stuttgart Hbf, Arnulf-Klett-Platz. Ich habe einen Kaffee bestellt und um Hafermilch gebeten. Die Mitarbeiterin teilte mir mit, dass Hafermilch zwar vorrätig sei, aber nicht ausgegeben werden dürfe. Auf meine Nachfrage erklärte sie, dass die Geschäftsleitung dies untersagt habe, weil sonst zu viel Hafermilch ausgegeben werde und dies die Marge schmälere. Selbst mein Angebot, einen Aufpreis zu zahlen, wurde abgelehnt. Das Ergebnis: 7,15 Euro für einen kleinen Kaffee und ein 0,2 Liter Wasser, ohne dass eine simple Kundenanfrage erfüllt wurde, obwohl das Produkt physisch verfügbar war. In einer Zeit, in der pflanzliche Alternativen längst Standard in jedem Café sind und viele Gäste aus gesundheitlichen oder ethischen Gründen darauf angewiesen sind, ist diese Praxis nicht nachvollziehbar. Sie ist weder kundenfreundlich noch zeitgemäß. Empfehlung: Diese Filiale und die Kette Dean & David in dieser Form meiden, bis hier ein kundenorientiertes Umdenken stattfindet. Wer Wert auf pflanzliche Milchalternativen legt, ist in den zahlreichen anderen Cafés am Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof deutlich besser aufgehoben.

Extrem unfreundliches Personal. Mehrere KundInnen wurden heute durch die Verkäuferin angebrüllt, ob sie mit Karte oder Bar zahlen möchten. Diese Frage ist aber Standard an einem Imbiss, und kein Grund laut und unfreundlich zu sein.

Service war nett aber der Falafel wrap hat nach garnichts geschmeckt. Enttäuschend wenn Für 8.50 nur 2 kleine falafeln enthalten sind und sonst nur viel eisbergsalat und wenig andere Füllung vorhanden ist

Die Preise werden schleichend erhöht, die Salate sind selten wirklich frisch und der Flat White ist viel zu klein (nur 1/4 des Bechers war gefüllt!). Nicht zu empfehlen, qualitativ leider weit unter dem Durchschnitt von Dean & David…

Es ist essbar, aber der Falafel-Wrap enthielt gar keine Falafel.

Warum ist hier alles so viel teurer als anderswo? Edit: Die Antwort erklärt nicht, warum alles 2 - 3 Euro mehr kostet als in anderen Dean & David Filialen. Oder ist dort etwas die Qualität der Zutaten schlechter?

Ich hole hier regelmäßig Pakete von der Lebensmittelrettung. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und ich habe schon sehr viele verschiedene Brote, Wraps, Salate und Bowls dort gegessen und ich hatte immer gesundes und leckeres Essen für den Tag in Stuttgart. Für mich ein Lichtblick am Stuttgarter Hbf

Unterirdisch! Der Wrap war bereits so alt, dass der Reis bereits hart war.

Der Teriyaki-Hähnchen-Wrap bestand hauptsächlich aus Reis und Brot, war kaum geschmacksintensiv und war trotz der Bestellung warm noch kalt. Der Kaffee war in Ordnung.

Fallafel Wrap: sehr fade und für ca 8 Euro überteuert. Habe Dean and David eigentlich positiv im Gedächtnis. Dies hat sich nun verändert. Never ever again.

Ich habe es zum Essen am Bahnhof gekauft, und das Personal war freundlich. Das Essen war in Ordnung.

4,75 € für einen Cappuccino, der weder nach Kaffee noch nach Cappuccino schmeckte und auch keine aufgeschäumte Milch hatte. Ich habe ihn einfach weggeschüttet. Was für eine Verschwendung und Abzocke!

Achtung: Inhalt der Tasche prüfen, ob was fehlt! Ich pendel regelmäßig via Stuttgart Hbf und Dean&David verspricht eine gesunde Variante für die schnelle Mahlzeit unterwegs. Heute hab ich eine Bowl, einen Mago-Kokosmilchreis und einen Eistee gekauft. In der Tüte fehlte aber der Eistee, für den ich bezahlt hatte. Ich hatte früher schonmal weniger in der Tasche gefunden als gedacht, deswegen hab ich diesmalndie Rechnung aufbewahrt und siehe da, ich habs bezahlt aber nicht bekommen. Gekaufte Ware einfach unterschlagen ist ein echt mieser Trick um sich an Kunden zu bereichern. Das war es dann mit Dean&David für mich. Schade.

Die Bedienung war nett, aber der Kaffee war ungenießbar. Update zur Antwort von Dean&David: Sie kennen sicher den Standort. Man kauft, geht zum Bahnsteig und fährt mit dem Zug fort. Ich kann also nicht mit dem Personal sprechen.

2x da gewesen. Der erste Wrap war okay, auch wenn sie leider nur kalt angeboten werden. Heute waren wir nochmal da und da hatten wir 2x Falafel bestellt und eins davon war falsch. Wir bekamen irgendwas mit japanischen Fisch. Was echt nicht klar geht. Leider nicht empfehlenswert

I have never seen such an unfriendly staff member in my whole life... 8 o'clock in the morning with such behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. J'ai jamais croisé un employé assez impoli.. le caffé était rien que de l'eau noire chaude. Sehr unfreundlich, sehr arroganter Mitarbeiter... ich werde nichts mehr bei Dean & David kaufen.

Ich wollte heute einen veganen Wrap kaufen. Der Falafelwrap, den ich normalerweise kaufe, war ausverkauft. Daher habe ich nach einem anderen veganen Wrap gekauft. Die Verkäuferin hat mir dann einen anderen vorgeschlagen. Ich habe zur Sicherheit nochmal nachgefragt, ob der Wrap vegan ist und sie hat abermals bejaht. Der Wrap den ich bekommen habe war mit Ziegenkäse und Honig. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, dass den Verkäufern anscheinend der Unterschied zwischen vegetarisch (,,veggie" sehr missdeutlich) und vegan nicht bewusst ist. Besonders bei Allergien kann das wirklich fatal sein. Keine Empfehlung.

Ich schreibe ja nie Rezensionen. Aber das was da als Bowl verkauft wird ist wirklich eine Frechheit. Ein Blatt Spinat und drei Stückchen Möhre. Besteht quasi nur aus Bulgur. Dafür 12,95 ist wirklich total daneben.

Überteuerte Bowl für 17€! …dann auch noch abgelaufen und die Bandage natürlich über das Ablaufdatum geklebt. Absolute abzocke.

Incredibly unfriendly employee. The wrap I bought at Cologne train station a few weeks earlier cost more at Stuttgart train station and was less than a third the size! How is that possible? I feel ripped off.

Super rude service and attitude - really damaging brand reputation

I have bought here a sandwich and a water on the 6th of October, waiting for my train. I paid by card, but they had some issue with the terminal, so they could not print a receipt. Even I showed that in the Revolut application can be seen that my payment was successful and the next customer also confirmed, that he saw on the terminal, it was accepted, they took it from my card again. They promised, will relelase one of it, but haven't done. So they took 2 times the same amount from me, not refund....for a sandwich which was not even goog.

The bag was supposed to contain banana bread for €4.50, but instead there were two dry slices of baguette 😅 The vegan tahini bowl for €14.50 is 70% green salad. It's the only healthy option at the station, but it's a real joke.

I got a Black Rice Avocado Bowl. Unfortunately, there was no avocado at all. They could have done without the avocado in the name. I'm used to a different quality from Dean & David.

I got a wrap (thought I would get the whole thing but it was only half), the bread was extremely soaked and everything wasn't fresh, the paper stuck to the bread and you couldn't eat it

Incredibly poor quality. I just had to throw away two wraps I bought for over €12 because they were completely spoiled. Unbelievable. The Food Control Authority should shut it down immediately.

The food is good and freshly prepared. Unfortunately, I find the prices far too high for everything at the to-go stand at the main station.

The Vitality salad was bitter, the lettuce was mushy, and the avocado dip was extremely watered down. This isn't the quality I'm used to from Dean and David. Next time, go to BK.

I saved a bag of "to good to go" around 8pm and everything was still really fresh and super delicious. I got a whole couscous bowl and a wrap for 5€*, mega😋❤️

My first time trying the chain in Stuttgart Central Station. I bought a Paris Salad to take on the train at around 9 p.m. The salad had a lot of mushy leaves, and the red peppers were covered in a white slime and were no longer edible without risking health problems. Very annoying and disappointing. When the salad costs 13 euros, you should expect something different.

I like to get breakfast from Dean & David at the Express counter on the platform because they have different options than the neighboring bakeries. Unfortunately, card payments are often not possible, and change also seems to be scarce in the morning. That's a real shame.

I ordered a Caesar wrap. It was just chicken. It barely tasted like anything, was pretty slimy, and didn't have any sauce. I wouldn't recommend warm wraps. It also cost €6.75.

Unfortunately, the vegan options leave a lot to be desired; only falafel options, and then dry with little sauce. What a pity.

I wish I had read the reviews beforehand... Half a wrap with the paper wrapped inside the wrap, half a sandwich, and a 0.5l Coke for over 16 euros raise high expectations. Unfortunately, these expectations weren't even remotely met. I find it difficult to assess the quality of the ring-roasted goods due to the processing. The taste was definitely a failure! I could have eaten paper or wood. It would have definitely had more flavor. It should have been a warning to me that all the other snack bars were almost sold out and only here was everything still available at the counter... Absolutely not recommended.

If you get something with toogoodtogo it's absolutely worth it! There are 3-4 items for around €5.00. Great deal!

Ordered 3 dishes. 2 not available. Ordered 2 drinks. 1 not available. The main ingredients "forgotten" avocado salmon bowl without anything. Very unfriendly and completely unmotivated employee. Tables totally dirty. Absolutely not again.

Otherwise I'm always very happy with Dean & David. It wasn't me here. The wrap came out very soggy and not fresh. Also stuck to the paper. In my opinion, the high prices do not match the offer. I won't buy here again.

The salad is not fresh, the falafel is wet, the avocado has long since rotted.

We have done take-away from from Dean & David branches in several places across Germany over the years. Food is usually pretty good and locations are often convenient if you are seeking something light and healthy. Grabbed a falafel wrap and falafel salad from this branch in Stuttgart Hbf recently. Salad was fine, wrap moist and soggy at the bottom, not nice. Had to toss away a fair portion of the wrap and eat the filling out of the salad bowl instead so not the best D&D experience this time around.

Large coffee 4.25 euros. No wonder there's nothing going on at rush hour... There are alternatives!

The bowl is delicious, at €15 it's quite an announcement. I'm close, love no other choice. That's why there is a star deduction.

I have been buying bowls from Dean & David in Munich for years and appreciate the great quality, freshness, vegan options and the good value for money. Unfortunately I was disappointed this time. 🤩The best thing about the falafel bowl with bulgur was the falafel with spinach - tasty and not dry - BUT the bulgur content was far too high compared to the other ingredients, which makes the bowl unbalanced and too carbohydrate-heavy. More spinach, dressing and hummus would make the whole thing much more balanced and filling - and above all less dry. 🙋‍♀️Service: Two friendly girls who do their best for satisfied customers 💳Payment: Only cash payment possible today. 💶Price vs. Quality: Not satisfactory. The saleswoman simply took an item out of the too-good-to-go bag. I guess she didn't like it ;) Ridiculous. My dessert had also already expired - the date was removed!!

I purchased a Caesar chicken salad to take home while passing through. The price can certainly be described as proud. While I've always gotten good quality from the chain, this time I was disappointed. The fact that the meat was not freshly grilled as usual can be understood in connection with the ambience of the train station and the requirement to provide travelers with quick supplies. But the meat wasn't cross at all. Everything was thrown together very carelessly and way too cold.

Unfortunately the salad wasn't fresh. If you look at the other reviews, unfortunately this is not an isolated case. Most of the lettuce leaves were completely oxidized. The chicken also needs to be fried more. If important, I bought the salad at 1:38 p.m.

I didn't buy anything to eat here. I ordered it, but after a closer look I decided against it. There seems to be no cold chain. A salad shouldn't look like this. I preferred to buy a sandwich. My tip to everyone: look at the food before you pay!

Don't buy the wraps. Even in the morning they're soggy and wet.Couldn't eat the Caesar wrap at all as it tasted like fridge and the wrap was mush. 1 star for the muffin.

So in other Dean & David branches I always get a whole wrap. Unfortunately here only half a warp for just under 7€. According to the employee's statement, the other half was not missing. Something is strange about it 😂

I bought a wrap and a black rice salmon avocado bowl at Dean&David at Stuttgart main station. Unfortunately, neither was fresh at all, especially the salmon and the avocado were probably expired. I ate both on the train and was promptly rewarded with nausea. Looking at the other reviews, this branch seems to have a fundamental freshness problem. For 20 euros this is not acceptable at all. So it's better to stay away and eat a burger!

We grabbed two cappucini with Hafermilch each à 4.25€ thinking that the oat milk they are using must be good for the price. Very disappointing- they are using the cheapest. We could have gotten a better coffee from the train restaurant. I am giving 2 stars instead of one because of the fast service.

I find over 5 euros for half of a small wrap to be a very steep price. Especially since the wrap was also soggy and the contents were of questionable quality. In terms of taste, it also looked like a complete mess with sauce. But the service was friendly.

I haven't taken the train for thirty years. Today for the first time again. Of course I got hungry. The blonde 👱 young lady with the black glasses behind the counter was polite and gave me expert advice. Since I'm not vegan I took 🐓 and salad 🥗. Chicken 🐔 was juicy and delicious. Salad was also good. In my opinion the menu could have been a little spicier. I love chili. I can't understand how some people gossip like that. You should just put something real between your gills.

I forgot to put the dressing in the bag for my salad :-/ I only discovered this when I was already sitting on the train. It's a shame, the salad was totally dry and didn't taste much.

Under no circumstances should you get food here! Unfortunately, I didn't see the reviews beforehand and, like my predecessors, I received a product that was already spoiled - at 11 a.m. in the morning. Really disgusting! Unfortunately you can't bring it back because you have to get your train. Lousy scam, even nice employees don't help. The owners don't care about customer satisfaction (& safety!), they're just pretending.

Absolutely disgusting. We got 2 different wraps and both were absolutely inedible. The Cesars wrap is completely soggy and tasteless and the falafel wrap already smelled sour and went straight into the trash can. The whole thing for almost €6 per piece. Do yourself a favor and get a pretzel from one of the other local suppliers.

Vegan falafel wrap is inedible. Since I don't want to throw away any food, I choked down half of it and threw the rest away. If I had eaten more of it, I probably would have upset my stomach from the moldy cabbage or avocado. Unfortunately, the portion size was also ridiculous for €5.45 (basically just half a wrap). Only the person behind the counter was “normally” friendly, for that I still get 1 star. Addendum: I got gastroenteritis from the bad food and took sick leave for a week. I honestly wonder why the health department hasn't closed this branch yet when I read the other reviews here!

Hopefully I don't have to explain to you what food poisoning or salmonella can do in such a condition! I hope you can understand my displeasure about this a little better now! It seems that passing customers don't place too much value on your company's philosophy - fresh, healthy, natural and still fast... It happened quickly, but the rest doesn't apply! Most disgusting Caesar wrap in human history: 1. He was cold 2. There was no sauce 3. The salad was not fresh 4. Also the chicken (hello sarmonella) 5. Wrap and paper are completely stuck together 6. There were eggshells inside Really shameless. I bought the wrap for €5.50 and threw it away the first time I got an egg shell in my mouth.

It's not often that I leave a review like this, but the vegan wrap was old and bad. the cooked salad, the bad avocado…. I could only take 3 bites and didn't finish it for fear of getting sick.

Mold on the beetroot! He provided us with enough cutlery upon request, but still an annoyed look and checking the food is probably not an option either. I would have liked to have given no star. Unfortunately the bowls were disappointing. The rice was hard and some of the ingredients weren't fresh. A pity!

I bought a falafel wrap. The employee was very polite and tried hard, but that doesn't make up for the food. In my opinion you could have had the wrap. No longer allowed to offer it, not fresh at all and I had a hard time eating it. The flat white was with oat milk, which tasted rancid. It was also ready in under 1 minute, very suspicious if you ask me. For just over 10 euros it's an absolute flop, someone should check...

It's your best bet if you're looking for vegetarian options in the main train station, but the salads 1) could be tastier 2) could be larger and c) could certainly be cheaper. 12-16€ for a packaged salad bowl from a kiosk cannot be justified.

Vegan Fallalfel Wrap consisted almost entirely of iceberg lettuce and was totally dry. Unfortunately not again, what a shame. Not recommendable

Salad is brown, with too little dressing. In addition, there is so much lettuce in the box that you can't even shake it to distribute the little dressing that is in there. Bread is tasty, but little. Price performance is incomprehensible, I could pick my lettuce myself in the field and put it together and it wouldn't even cost me a third of what I spent. It doesn't taste like anything because there's not enough dressing, but at least there's a big cherry tomato.
