But if I pay €14 for a salad or just want to take something away quickly from the counter and I'm not served for 10 minutes because the weekly changing staff hasn't had anyone there who knows what they're doing and hasn't been served for 12 months, it's easy to hear it on. Don't eat it, it drips from the ceiling and very often they don't check the cash register and you are asked to pay with your card if possible. The one at the main train station is quick and good, please hire staff with at least one who understands how to work in places like arachnid. I can now settle for a greasy burger since I'm the first in line and don't even get a glance

Bought chicken wrap, first bite just cold, pale tortilla bread that really sticks to the roof of your mouth. The second bite was all green salad. After that the warp got slightly better, but still not really tasty. Edit: I'm changing my rating from two stars to one star after Dean and David tried to have the review removed from Google, claiming it wasn't real. Really bad number! You probably can't deal with criticism, and obviously you can't deal with dissatisfied customers either.

Bei freundlicher Frage um Aufwärmung der Speise, wird abgewiesen ohne die Speise zu prüfen und behauptet, dass es wohl warm genug sei und eine Mikrowelle eh nicht da sei. Das Gericht hatte Geschmack und war, wenn man es lauwarm bis kalt genießen mag, relativ frisch. Preise verstehen sich "münchnerisch" teuer. Größe normal.

Nettes Restaurant und eigentlich gutes Essen. Ich war mit meinen Freuden schon öfters beim Dean und Davids aber noch nie war es so enttäuschend. Wir haben eine Avocado Bowl bestellt. Die Bowl kam ohne Avocado. Ich hoffe in Zukunft wird sich das ändern das wichtige Bestandteile der Bowl nicht vergessen werden.

Leider heute eine enttäuschende Erfahrung machen müssen! Bestelle einen Green Machine Smoothie zum vor Ort trinken, bekomme kommentarlos ein kleines GLAS 0,3 l unter dem Eichstrich, war höchstens 0,25 l, das schlimme bzw.die große Täuschung ist, habe offiziell und wie es auf der Tafel steht für 0,4 l bezahlt! Das ist auch mittlerweile sehr teuer geworden für das bisschen Smoothie..... Natürlich habe ich das bei dem jungen Mädchen angesprochen, die ganz kühl meinte, es gab kein gr. Glas mehr! Wie bitte? Ja dann fülle es doch in einen gr. To go Becher zur Not oder das Glas wenigstens richtig voll bw. den Rest in eine Tasse, wie auch immer, es gibt bestimmt immer eine Lösung dafür, die Leute nicht zu verarschen! Das ist mir jetzt schon das 2mal passiert und das ist wirklich absolut Betrug! Ansonsten muss die Angabe auf der Tafel entsprechend korrigiert werden! Aber so geht das gar nicht und ihr verliert damit immer mehr Kunden! Leider wurde der Rest vom Saft auch weggeschüttet, also das was ich bezahlt hatte!. Das einzige Positive, ich habe als Entschuldigung für das Desaster einen Shot vom Chef aufs Haus erhalten, das war dann fast 0.4 l ;) Danke!

Liebe das Essen von dean & david und gönne es mir ab und zu mal, es ist ja leider nicht ganz billig. Heute wurde ich leider enttäuscht. Die kleine blonde Frau mit Piercing am Mund hat mich bedient und die Portion sehr klein gehalten, es waren vllt 2/3 der sonstigen Menge drin. Für den Preis echt schade. Sie war sehr abweisend und auf meine freundliche Nachfrage, ob man denn eine 2. Soße bekommen könnte antwortete sie nur knapp und ohne mich anzusehen „kostet extra“. Ich war schon in verschiedenen Filialen, noch nie musste ich was extra zahlen für die Soße. Und selbst wenn, kann man mir das auch ordentlich sagen. Schade!

Heute kurz nach der Mittagszeit dort gegessen. Service war schnell und freundlich. Die Menge der Toppings (in meinem Fall grilled Beef) auf dem Salat hat deutlich nachgelassen, dafür sind die Preise seit meinem letzten Besuch deutlich gestiegen. Damit ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt deutlich schlechter geworden. Geschmacklich war mein Salat gut und mit frischen Zutaten wie z.B. Avocado und Tomate. Es gab ausreichend Sitzplätze und die Sauberkeit war absolut in Ordnung. Zwei Dinge sind mir aufgefallen, die erwähnenswert sind: Während meiner Anwesenheit wurde ein Salat nicht abgeholt (bzw. zu viel vorbereitet), dieser wurde dann kurzerhand "umgebaut" zum hier essen und weiterverkauft. Das finde ich prinzipiell gut, weil somit kein Essen verschwendet wird. Das zweite war, dass mein Getränk sehr abgestanden geschmeckt hat. Ich habe daraufhin festgestellt, dass das Getränk seit etwa einem Jahr abgelaufen war. Darauf angesprochen hat das Personal direkt reagiert und zumindest die anderen Flaschen im Kühlschrank überprüft. 3 Sterne hauptsächlich wegen dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis und dem abgelaufenen Getränk.
