Klar, hier ist eine lange 5-Sterne Rezension: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesem Laden! Schon beim Reinkommen merkt man sofort, wie viel Mühe sich hier gegeben wird. Der Laden ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und nehmen sich Zeit für die Kunden. Egal welche Frage man hat – man wird immer nett beraten und nicht einfach schnell abgefertigt wie in vielen anderen Geschäften. Die Auswahl an Produkten ist auch richtig gut. Es gibt viele verschiedene Sachen und man findet eigentlich immer genau das, was man sucht. Besonders gefallen hat mir die hohe Qualität der Produkte und dass alles ordentlich sortiert ist. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Wert auf gute Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit gelegt wird. Außerdem finde ich die Atmosphäre im Laden sehr angenehm. Man kann entspannt schauen ohne Druck und fühlt sich einfach wohl. Die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach auch fair für das, was man bekommt. Ich war jetzt schon mehrmals dort und hatte jedes Mal eine positive Erfahrung. So einen guten Service findet man heutzutage wirklich selten. Ich kann diesen Laden nur weiterempfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall weiterhin dort einkaufen. Definitiv verdient 5 Sterne!

Bowls sind hier immer frisch und toll abgestimmt. Bedienung ist entspannt.

I now eat at Dean & David on Schönhauser Allee almost three times a week – and this shop is truly a blessing! 🙌 Especially in our hectic daily lives, being able to eat healthy and fresh food here is worth its weight in gold. The service is exceptionally friendly and customer-focused – you feel welcome every time. I'd especially like to mention Dominique, who always prepares my bowls and salads with love and a smile and presents them professionally to Dean & David. How nice it is to receive proactive recommendations, and these recommendations are 100% in tune with your taste. Currently, they're serving the pumpkin and goat cheese salad – highly recommended! The shop, Domi, the food simply puts you in a good mood; other branches could really learn a thing or two from that. 👏

We had a delicious dinner. They have a variety of options, including meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes. They are flexible in their dealings. We asked to replace the chicken with salmon in the curry meal, and the taste was delicious and appetizing. We also enjoyed the salads. The salmon and avocado salad was rich in quinoa and lettuce, of course, with salmon and avocado. The portions were excellent. I recommend it.

Good food, but despite 5 years of complaining, this place still very often forget to read the (wolt) order notes. Good thing I don't have any allergies as otherwise this place can become fatal :)

The extra dressing I ordered and paid for is constantly missing, even for the simplest orders. Uber Eats does refund, but that doesn't make the salad any less dry. You had one job, read the order. Edit: 1. According to the Uber Eats receipts, this is at least the third time at this branch, and each time is one too many. 2. This has also happened several times at Dean & David Marienkirche and Friedrichstraße. 3. I'm not the only one who orders here in the office. 4. Of course, I've been there before.

And regardless a nice word can go far. It's ok, we like to order it as healthy lunch option. Be vary about rush hours, I guess they have more work and salats are then usually subpair, to what you normally get (smaller, unbalanced ingredients, extras forgotten and wrong dressings). Please try to improve on that and keep the quality consistent - it's so important to keep recurring customers.

The food is as usual from this chain, healthy and tasty, but the fact that yesterday at 7 p.m. sharp they said that you can no longer eat on site, even though the store is open until 8 p.m., shows me that Schönhauser is one of the least good in terms of service and david branches is. I was there today on January 7th, 2025 with a friend and was very surprised at the poor selection of music. Very edgy techno. What we found worse was that there was a person sitting on their butt on the worktop. I've never seen that anywhere before. Unpleasant. You can do this at home if you don't have chairs, but not in a place where people want to grab a salad or something similar. Unpleasant.

Actually 5 stars always fresh and tasty but what is absolutely not possible is that the dish is different every time I order, I really like to eat one dish that tastes great when everything is on it but it is almost never like that, once the peanuts are missing then they are missing the cream cheese next time it's the sesame...it's a shame otherwise 5 stars would be justified. (I sent a detailed email to this address and didn't even get a reply, but the main thing is to write how to get her happy again...Yeah, definitely) ordered from Uber again today, something was missing again. Order was cold and the bag wasn't there tacked up, now they have really lost a regular customer)…

I eat at Dean & David a lot because I have some food allergy and they’re good at communicating their ingredients well. There is some magic in this specific branch - you get quick service, and they are very attentive. The food is always tasty and the price is fair.

I have been living in this area for about six months now, and I often visit Schönhauser Allee. I've never had any issues before, but today I walked in, in a great mood, ready to order my favorite salad. Unfortunately, I was met with such rudeness at the checkout that I just walked out. I don't speak German fluently, but I can usually understand the gist of what’s being said. From what I gathered, there was an issue with the cash register, but I wasn’t completely sure, so I asked if they could explain it to me in English. The only response I received was "no." Up until now, there have never been problems communicating in English, but even if someone doesn't feel comfortable speaking it, a smile and some effort to help would go a long way.

I'm a little frightened after my visit today. I love D&D salads, they are among my favorit however when you start paying attention to the fashion the food is prepared in the open kitchen, this is when the issue arises for me. As I stood waiting for my salad to be prepared today at this D&D location, the man creating my order wore 1 hygene glow. He proceeded touching the food and then turned around and touched everything else with this glove on his right hand, including the bin when he trashed the plastic from the new salad bag he refilled. I'm disgusted and I urge D&D to increase their hygen practices mainly when you show the open kitchen. One would think that after Covid we all pay a bit more attention but it seems that only the customres might. This is not okay for me and while I took my order and left which is on me, I will open my mouth and request the man to put a new glow on when prepping my order next time. It begs the question - do they ever change that glow or it is considered an accessory for the meal prepper only to "not soil his own right hand" instead of keeping the food he serves clean? I unfortunately see it's the former, not the later.

Tipping at the automatic vending machine? Seriously? We do almost everything by ourselves here. How about a cleaning the cutlery holder that was disgusting?? Answer to reply: tiping is not mandatory but it automatically pops up with a value that is not 0. There was no disrespectful comments on my evaluation. Please clean the place.

Yesterday I rescued food on Schönhauser Allee and only got two wraps. I ate them, but I suddenly felt sick and vomited. They were probably too old. 😢

Got the Avocado Chicken, which I ate this week at a dean&david in Frankfurt. I really liked the Frankfurt made one very much so wanted to order it again. This one made in this Schonhauser Allee branch is very dry, tasteless and much less delicious. One of the worst, most expensive and unharmonious bowls I ever had.

Be careful!!! the self-service machine is not working properly, it will eat up your money and NO REFUND!!!!!! we are still waiting for the answer(refund?) from the company! the cashier should warn us about the machine problem, but insteat they were just watching us...felt like a fool. we do like the food though, such a shame!

I'm a frequent visitor to Dean & David, and I have to honestly say that I've never been disappointed in either Steglitz or Schönhauser Allee. The food was always fresh and tasty, and the staff is very nice, especially in Steglitz. I will definitely come back.

The food itself is okay, but I wouldn't save anything here over too good to go. The value of the goods is probably not even close, we only had some rice with cooked vegetables (mainly cabbage and carrots, some broccoli, probably in a curry sauce). It's a shame, as there are still a lot of wraps etc. There were. I wonder what will happen to these... the food was very bland and we were quite disappointed. Edit: I'm familiar with Dean&David's dishes and the bowl didn't match any of the dishes on the menu. It was just something carelessly thrown together, which might have been okay if the taste wasn't so bland. Much of the cup was rice and it's certainly not that expensive. It's a shame that the app states a much higher value of goods, otherwise it might not have mattered.

Habe gerade das teuerste Stück Kuchen meines Lebens gekauft: Carrot Cake, 5 mal 5cm groß für 4 Euro. Das sind New York Preise, komplett überzogen. Wahrscheinlich muss die neue Sylt-Villa der Besitzer finanziert werden, anders sind solche überzogenen Preise nicht zu erklären.
