The old store (City House) had a different place in my heart. But the new City chicken shop makes me forget about the taste of the chicken. You have to try it once.

On the recommendation of some influencers, we ordered the menu twice with half chicken, fries, salad, hummus and bread as well as two Fritz Cola and came to €28. Payment possible with credit card The chicken was okay but the salad seemed very bland. Unfortunately, the fries weren't the strongest either and overall the food was rather disappointing.

No longer the old good half chicken with lots of fries. Unfortunately the portions have become smaller. I would recommend the special menu nice on the grill with special sauce. Bon appetit.

We were there because of the internet hype, unfortunately the Sonnenallee branch doesn't have the Buffalo or Garlic Wings, but the half chicken special is definitely the best chicken because it's juicy, smoky and simply special. The toilets are okay and so is the ambience. You should definitely try it out, as the chicken is convincing, but unfortunately the salad isn't at all.

That's ok. What I don't like at all and I criticize a lot is the owner's acting in front of the camera. There's always something on the house but it's only in front of the camera for the videos... and the WORST OF ALL. But then it hit me...Menu 2 (WHICH CANNOT BE ORDERED - see screenshot) contains the following things: 1x half chicken 1x fries 1x garlic sauce 1x hummus and bread So I opened the lovingly stapled bag and was already missing something...the smell of the chicken...I took the box out of the bag and opened it...and lo and behold...there were only cold, limp fries with no salt in them...is it really that difficult to pack this couple of ingredients into the box? I tried SEVERAL times to reach someone in the restaurant WITHOUT success. NEVER AGAIN!

Were visiting Berlin from Düsseldorf and when I saw photos of the chicken online, I said every day we have to go to City Chicken 😂 The shop simply has its own flair, the staff was correct and the chicken was too good. We will come again!

I discovered this dining spot through TikTok and it comes highly recommended! The food was delicious and the portions are generous; you really get value for your money. The atmosphere and service were also great, which completed the experience. The only small downside is parking in the area, which can sometimes be a challenge. But it's absolutely worth it – highly recommended for anyone who likes good (chicken) food!

The chicken is absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. I always recommend taking the special menu because it comes with this fantastically good garlic sauce. Ordered food via Wolt. Ordered 6 chicken menus but only got half chicken 6 times. No fries, no sauces and no salad. Thanks to Wolt Support, I received Wolt Credit as an apology, but we had to eat half chicken without any side dishes or other food. The driver who delivered with a car (probably his own employee) said he would bring everything because we checked it before him. Nothing happened. Chicken was tasty but service was a 0 for me.

I imagined it differently. Relatively lengthy ordering process, the colleague writes small square pieces of paper in Arabic. Then a relatively long waiting time. Fries coleslaw, chicken burger, a Diet Coke for €17. Fries are good, the American coleslaw is made with too much mayonnaise, the chicken burger is deep fried and tolerably crispy. I didn't like the structure of the meat, no nice bite, long fibers. This has even more room for improvement. The chickens look much better and come out of the kitchen quicker

Now the price has risen sharply (above average despite inflation), there is less on the plate and instead we woke up with diarrhea and a stomach ache from eating today! Saftig und kross wird bei Menü 2 Spezial das Brathähnchen vom Spieß genommen, halbiert und sodann auf den Grill gepackt. Während das Hähnchen bereits exzellent geröstet wurde und dabei außergewöhnlich saftig bleibt, passiert hier die Magie, die City Chicken an der Fuldastr. So besonders macht: eine große Kelle voller Marinade ruff uf dat Teil. Und damit nicht genug - die Brote ebenfalls mariniert, gebraten und das Hühnchen in die Brote eingewickelt. Dazu krosse, gut gewürzte Pommes und zwei ordentliche Schläge Thumi und Humus. Zuhause ausgepackt ist es nur noch eine Frage von Minuten, bevor man sich ins kulinarische Koma schießt. Wöchentliche Stippvisite absoluter Standard und bisher kein einziges Mal schlechte Qualität. Die Belegschaft ist super freundlich, die Atmosphäre herzlich und familiär. Die Wartezeiten sind absolut human (zwischen 5 - 15 Minuten je nach Andrang). Das traurige ist eigentlich nur: Wer einmal hier war, kann nie wieder guten Gewissens woanders Broiler essen. Aber damit kann ich leben Disclaimer: ich bewerte ausdrücklich City chicken an der Fuldastr (ehemaliges City House). Nicht das an der Weichselstraße
