Ciao Napoli in München

Yesterday, the four of us had a truly lovely evening at the pizzeria – two adults and two children! The entire team was very friendly, and the service was attentive and warm. You feel valued and appreciated as a customer. We particularly like the pizza dough – simply incredibly delicious, fluffy and crispy at the same time. The price/performance ratio is right. You can tell that a lot of love and skill goes into making it here. We felt completely at home and would definitely come back.

I don’t understand the good reviews. our pizzas were soggy and super thin. Very small. Left hungry. Not crispy at all on the bottom not even slightly - just very very very soggy. For the price definitely not worth it. Expected much more!!

The pizza was delicious, the staff friendly, but the place was extremely unkempt and unhygienic. They really need a proper clean!

Service was quick. Don't think twice about not coming to this place. As an American, you can only taste this kind of quality mostly in New York. Just a quick tip, if you are staying at the Holiday Inn Hotel. It's a 15 min walk from there.

Delicious pizza, but too much cheese and sometimes too greasy. The ones at Münchner Freiheit aren't as greasy. But the prices are really great.

Wow! We called to order the pizza for pickup. We arrived at the stated time (20 minutes). We had to wait a few more minutes for our pizza, but that wasn't a problem for us. The wait was so worth it. This pizza was one of the best I've ever eaten. It was almost perfect. We only had one problem: it wasn't sliced, which presented us with another challenge on the way. But it was still incredibly delicious. The shop is small but nicely decorated and nicely furnished, with friendly staff. Only card payments might not be a good option for some, but I think it's great! The prices are also reasonable for what you get. Overall, a really, really good pizza, definitely recommended!

The pizzas were quite good, but I found it a shame that the menu on the website didn't match what you'd find on-site. Unfortunately, there wasn't a single vegan pizza, even though several options are offered online. Furthermore, the ambiance was only moderately inviting, especially for groups (there were six of us). Personally, I wouldn't go back.

The pizza was some of the best pizza I've had in Germany and I would highly recommend coming here, there aren't as many different options for pizza as in other places but the ones they have are amazing!

Very nice pizza, it’s a place mainly for take away but there are a few tables. The place is quite small but cozy and it sells also Italian delicatessen (pasta, sauces, wines).

This small pizza shop is very inconspicuous and located on a quiet side street. It's generally more of a takeaway option. There are a few seats inside and, in the summer, a few tables outside. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They sliced ​​the pizza upon request. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to top the pizza half and half. That wasn't too bad, but the taste experience was unfortunately a long way off. The pizza wasn't anything special; in fact, it wasn't really enjoyable. I really hope that was an exception, but I won't be getting pizza from there again.

We often order from here. For me, the best pizza in Munich at the moment. Very good dough, short menu that evidently allows you to always have fresh ingredients. Ingredients that are really excellent quality.

Good is something else entirely. We ordered a pizza with ham, paid for it, and when we got home, there was no ham on it. The tomato sauce was overdone and very bland. Once, never again. Unfortunately, it was also overpriced for the size.

At first we wanted to turn back because the surroundings weren't quite right - but when we saw the pizzas and the casually furnished establishment we stayed - and didn't regret it! Super tasty and very relaxed atmosphere. Keep it up!

I'm very sorry that everything that was perfect before is being changed. I have refused to eat pizza anywhere else for 2 years since I discovered this place. I introduced this pizzeria to all my friends and acquaintances who visit Munich, and after hearing them dream about this pizza a week later... But today proved that this is just another average German pizzeria. I can eat the same thing for less than 17 euros anywhere else in Munich. I still can't say it's bad, because it's not. But it's forgettable and too expensive in comparison.

A great shop. Mega delicious pizza. Garlic and chilli oil are served with it. At the end there was a delicious Nutella pizza. There is nothing negative to say here and I ate here two days in a row. The price is also really good for the top quality.

Great pizza – almost like in Napoli! Anyone who has ever had a real pizza there will be really happy here. The shop is small, but has style. Only one thing is annoying: Speci only in the 0.33? Come on, where is the good old 0.5 Bayern Edition? You don't even really wake up! 😬✌️

We were there for the second time after about 4 weeks. The pizza was great. I would never have thought of such a combination in my life (Ziegelberry). The liquid chocolate cake at the end was also so delicious. Top service. Always my pleasure.

Unfortunately the pizza was really very oily (burrata), but otherwise tasted good. The whole box was soaked. My friend had an upset stomach eating the Salsiccha pizza.

Very tasty, good quality pizzas. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the ambience because we had the food delivered. The delivery took place on a Saturday evening and took about 30 minutes.

Just had it delivered to Flaucher River Bay… really damn good pizza! Dough super fluffy, yet perfectly crunchy and not soggy, the inflatable cloud is really heavenly soft and the bubbles are evidence of really cool and long dough stirring with good 00 flour (do you make Biga dough with Caputo?), the leopard pattern is perfect, hardly any burns at the bottom... just perfect 😊 This is exactly how it should look, feel and taste 🙏🏻 Thank you so much We'll be ordering from you again very soon 💚🤍❤️

We came across this place because of the many good reviews and had the best time! The pizza was a 10/10 (especially the burrata) and the guys who work there are super nice. The shop is small & only has 5 tables but is very cute and there is just a relaxed, good atmosphere. Many people also come for take away, we can understand it 100%! Parking is also super easy. We'll be back!

4 of us left Vienna after breakfast, heading to Munich after a stop in Linz. We stopped at Ciao Napoli for an early dinner. The place didn’t disappoint. Fantastic Neapolitan pizzas. Crust was one of the best we have had, and we have had some great pizzas including in Napoli. We ordered Margherita, Burrata, Patata Tartufo and Pesto. All were delicious. Topped it off with a shared Nutella Dolce pizza.

What can I say that hasn't already been written here several times: The pizzas are fantastic. And cheap too, where can you get something like that? Probably only here. So go there and try it out for yourself!

I've given the Patata Tartufo pizza a chance at your place in Berg am Laim twice now. Unfortunately you forgot the truffle twice. If the pizza is called that, the truffle should also be there, especially since the pizza is the most expensive on your menu. Unfortunately only noticed after delivery. We waited about 15 minutes for the pizzas. They were ultra delicious, well topped, the thickness was just right and nice and fluffy on the edge. I will definitely visit the store again and eat the delicious pizza again. Unfortunately, parking is a little difficult. It's pretty much in a residential area.
