Great pizza – almost like in Napoli! Anyone who has ever had a real pizza there will be really happy here. The shop is small, but has style. Only one thing is annoying: Speci only in the 0.33? Come on, where is the good old 0.5 Bayern Edition? You don't even really wake up! 😬✌️

I almost didn't have time to order before the pizza arrived on the table. The pizza gave us the feeling of being in Italy. Definitely Munich's best pizza sauce!

We were there for the second time after about 4 weeks. The pizza was great. I would never have thought of such a combination in my life (Ziegelberry). The liquid chocolate cake at the end was also so delicious. Top service. Always my pleasure.

Very tasty, good quality pizzas. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the ambience because we had the food delivered. The delivery took place on a Saturday evening and took about 30 minutes.

Just had it delivered to Flaucher River Bay… really damn good pizza! Dough super fluffy, yet perfectly crunchy and not soggy, the inflatable cloud is really heavenly soft and the bubbles are evidence of really cool and long dough stirring with good 00 flour (do you make Biga dough with Caputo?), the leopard pattern is perfect, hardly any burns at the bottom... just perfect 😊 This is exactly how it should look, feel and taste 🙏🏻 Thank you so much We'll be ordering from you again very soon 💚🤍❤️

We came across this place because of the many good reviews and had the best time! The pizza was a 10/10 (especially the burrata) and the guys who work there are super nice. The shop is small & only has 5 tables but is very cute and there is just a relaxed, good atmosphere. Many people also come for take away, we can understand it 100%! Parking is also super easy. We'll be back!

4 of us left Vienna after breakfast, heading to Munich after a stop in Linz. We stopped at Ciao Napoli for an early dinner. The place didn’t disappoint. Fantastic Neapolitan pizzas. Crust was one of the best we have had, and we have had some great pizzas including in Napoli. We ordered Margherita, Burrata, Patata Tartufo and Pesto. All were delicious. Topped it off with a shared Nutella Dolce pizza.

What can I say that hasn't already been written here several times: The pizzas are fantastic. And cheap too, where can you get something like that? Probably only here. So go there and try it out for yourself!

As an Asian, my comments may not be of much value, but when traveling to Munich, I think this pizza is delicious! Generally speaking, tourists will not live in this area, but when I ate pizza, I was very lucky that I lived nearby and could eat such delicious pizza! I've given the Patata Tartufo pizza a chance at your place in Berg am Laim twice now. Unfortunately you forgot the truffle twice. If the pizza is called that, the truffle should also be there, especially since the pizza is the most expensive on your menu. Unfortunately only noticed after delivery. Potato pizza without truffles is pretty lame.

The reviews are 100% bought - the pizza is probably a finished product with the cheapest things on top. In addition, a Parma pizza was ordered incorrectly and Magharita arrived. After one slice we had to throw the pizza in the trash.

There was even a small dessert for free in the evening! The atmosphere is great, a small shop, super cozy there! You can park in front of the restaurant. We will go there again in a few days! We spontaneously went out for dinner on Saturday evening without an appointment. Simply furnished restaurant. Very pleasant atmosphere and very nice service. We waited about 15 minutes for the pizzas. They were ultra delicious, well topped, the thickness was just right and nice and fluffy on the edge. I will definitely visit the store again and eat the delicious pizza again. Unfortunately, parking is a little difficult. It's pretty much in a residential area.

Hello! Me and my friend went to your fancy restaurant this evening. Really an insider tip. The Neapolitan style pizza was really quite remarkable. However, the waiting time left something to be desired because we were the only ones in the restaurant. The olive oil had a very good taste and we would be happy that the price of the water would be reduced. For €2, 0.25l of water is extortionate. That's why I'm changing my rating and deducting half a star. In addition, the journey was a bit long and that's why I ask myself why the restaurant is so remote. But overall a good experience. We look forward to returning. Your test team.

My girlfriend and I went there 2 days ago and ordered the 2 pizzas shown in the pictures. They both were great, super tasty, and served to our table after 2 minutes max. The service was great with a lovely lady at the counter, who also gave us a great recommendation for amazing ice cream near the old town. Next time I'm in Munich, I'll be back in Ciao Napoli for sure!

Really good and reasonably priced, the treatment of the staff is top notch.

Criticisms first, but be sure to read the positives too: Ciao Napoli is more of a delivery restaurant. No guest toilet and anything but a showpiece area. No real service as you have to come to the checkout to order and also to get the cutlery you need. A very friendly gentleman is on site, but does not provide these usual services. Still: It was probably the best pizza I've ever eaten. If you mainly pay attention to food, you shouldn't let yourself be put off and definitely stop by. Everything was perfect and is actually almost too good to have delivered to your home. I hope they decide to stop putting money into the location/adjacent room and instead use it to look for a better location. If the food model can be scaled to higher throughput with the same quality, the store can only go through the roof in a better location. Despite the outstanding food, I unfortunately "only" give it 4 stars because there really isn't anything more possible at this location. If, like me, you're just a guest in Munich and actually wanted to go out for a nice meal, you'll be very disappointed by the atmosphere. When I visited, another family of four was also debating whether to even stay and give the food a chance... They would have missed out if they had actually gone. However, it would have been understandable. So again: If the operators aren't already thinking about another restaurant, they should definitely start. There's so much potential behind it and it's really a shame. And please go the extra mile and offer normal table service if at all possible... To the readers: definitely give Ciao Napoli a try. At least in terms of taste you will be amazed.

The pizza is amazing. I was able to pick up the Parma pizza in just 10 minutes. Fresh ingredients, great Neapolitan dough and full of flavor. In addition to Pizza Nutella, you can also buy pasta and pesto in the restaurant. Highly recommended!

We didn't have to wait long for it to be ready which was good, but what we observed was that both of them were a little bit salty (from the cheese maybe) and the dough was too thin. We liked the tomatos on the pesto pizza but it would've been better if they had added more because it would've helped with the queasiness. The tomato sauce was really good tho.

The pizza is amazing! I couldn't even get it in Italy. Totally small shop. Many people order take-away, but it's best to eat a pizza like this straight out of the oven. There are only a few seats inside, but if the weather is good you can sit outside. It's a quiet, inconspicuous side street in a residential area, so everything is relaxed. I'll be back.

Went here because we were staying close to this place and was really impressed by the 4.9 rating. And it didn't disappoint at all. Hands down, best best pizza I've had outside Italy. Tried the pesto one and I had happy tears from the first bite on! It's a really small outlet with unbelievably delicious food. 100% recommend. Will be back whenever I'm back in Munich!

It's a shame, I had high hopes for a Neapolitan pizza, but after three attempts I was just disappointed. Hardly any choice, quite expensive and extremely poor filling. Tuna quality is simply subterranean, the smell speaks for itself.

Things need to be put into context: we always do the gag of eating Italian abroad while travelling, and it doesn't always go well. This pizza, for being in Bavaria, was good. The cornice high and well seasoned. The staff is friendly and the prices are good, the products are quality. Is this the pizza you eat in Naples? Of course not, just as you wouldn't eat it in Treviso. Why do I say this? Because a guy complained that he hadn't eaten better pizzas, but I would like to understand where (he wasn't Italian but he fits). Hats off, there was even research into the ingredients, well done! Advised!

This people know how to make pizza! Margherita was excellent. Could have been better only if had been eaten there right after taken out of oven instead of delivered by Wolt.

Ordered through wolt, expensive, yet the pizza size is extremely small, it is the size of my hand basically (attached photograph). They compensated me with a whoppimg 2 euros, what a joke.

Good flavour but the dough needs to be baked more and a bit thinner. Otherwise, great.

Very tasty food like in a real Italian restaurant

There are no words to describe the poor service they provide. I placed the order by phone, they ask me when I am going to pick it up instead of telling me when I can pick it up, so I tell them that I will pick it up in 30 minutes. When it arrived they were not ready and on top of that they were burned. I ordered tonno and proscuito. You just have to see the photos. First and last time I'm going to go.
