Came across it spontaneously and was greeted warmly. Location perfect in the old town and a little quieter than "in the middle of the noise" Were very positively surprised by the food! It was really delicious!

You couldn't complain about the food. Very very tasty! Relaxed atmosphere. Actually very quiet (there was no background music), which I personally found very pleasant. Unfortunately, no card payment was possible on site. This was not pointed out at the entrance or when ordering.

Excellent food and wine. Really reasonably priced and lovely decor. Really pleased we went in here on our visit to Dusseldorf. The thai red curry is amazing!

Excellent and authentic. The papaya salad, wonderful and spicy like in Thailand. The coconut soup was also a poem. Very attentive and friendly service. The outdoor area was equipped with heaters so that you could easily sit outside even in cold, rainy weather. The lemongrass lemonade with honey is an absolute tip! As usual, vegetarians will also have no problem finding something in Asian restaurants. Almost every dish can also be ordered with vegetables and/or tofu instead of meat. Will definitely come back. Update: during the last visit we immediately noticed that renovations had been going on. The interior is now very attractive and the sanitary area is also new and very clean. However, there was one downer: card payment was not possible, I hope that was only temporary. But if necessary, there are two Sparda and Euronet machines around the corner.

The snack bar is newly renovated and was already our favorite snack bar, The dishes are fresh and very attractively presented, the service is fast and super friendly, there is not only Vietnamese food, but also a cross-section of Asian dishes, always happy...

Okay, I might have given 2 stars if I hadn't gotten to know the old, good kitchen from the previous owner. Bottles of beer at room temperature can sometimes happen. But the amount of duck has decreased by 50 percent The otherwise great Thai sauce like it comes straight out of the bag. It's so sad when good things go and mediocre ones follow. It used to be always full, but now I was almost the only one. Dear host, you can definitely do better if you want.

We ended up here spontaneously because shopping made us hungry. At first we were skeptical as to whether you could eat well in the tourist area. You can! Everything with fresh, crunchy vegetables, spicy and tasty sauces. Unfortunately I only took a photo of the dessert. The service was very friendly and flexible with meal requests. We'd love to come back.

One of my pleasures is Vietnamese food! they are just awesome! the food here was great! The ingredients were so fresh and it was full of vegetables, just perfect. only one thing was a problem to us, the waiter couldn’t speak English, so we mentioned that we want fried rice and asked him twice and he said yes!! but when the food arrived it was noodles 😂!! to us loving Vietnamese food the noodle was also great and delicious. so we didn’t complain I should say the waiter was so kind and polite, but in a big city and also in a crowded place like the restaurant is located, we expected that they could communicate in english. all in all I would highly recommend this place

Tofu, Reisnudeln, Papayasalat, Edamame war alles super frisch und wirklich lecker. Sieht von außen nicht so aus aber es schmeckt erdtklassig. Lediglich der Papayasalt war etwas klein.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und an einen gemütlichen Tisch, etwas abseits, geleitet. Dort konnte unsere Begleiterin mit ihrem Rollator gemütlich platz nehmen. Die Speisenkarte ist überladen, auf den ersten Blick, aber das Angebot ist ordentlich. Unser Highlight war der kleine Kellner (Sohn der Besitzer) der sehr freundlich und mit viel Spass bei der Sache bedient hat. Lieber Junge, hat sich n euro verdient, als er meinen Kumpel auf den Arm genommen hat Gern wieder. Einziges Manko: Damentoiletten sind widerlich

NACHTRAG: Es ist nun ein Vietnamese namens Pho Chop. Mein Curry war sehr lecker, und auch an den Nachbar-Tischen sah es sehr gut aus, also weiterhin 5 Sterne :-) Mein Pad Thai war wirklich hervorragend. Definitiv ein gastronomischer Lichtblick auf der Bolker.

Absolutely fantastic. The prices are more than reasonable considering how much food you are getting. 16 euros for fried duck with noodles and salad. The quality of the food is just tremendous. After I finished my plate I was upset because I couldn’t start eating again. Highly recommend this place.

Früher hat es dort noch beim alten Besitzer sehr gut geschmeckt. Heute ist es ungenießbar.

Der Besitzer hat gewechselt und auf der Karte steht gebackenes Hähnchen und bekommen habe ich gekochtes Hähnchen ohne Pannade...der Männliche Kellner sprach kein Wort Deutsch..also beim Vorbesitzer hat es besser geschmeckt...werden wir nicht mehr besuchen

New owner now. It specialises in Vietnamese food and it is very authentic!! Great service by the Vietnamese team too! I had the beef pho (ie pho ga) and the broth is full of flavour yet very very clear! The slice beef is blanched just right, tender and juicy! My mates have other dishes too and the portions are generous. They are so well done that no one’s talking.. we just yummy munch away!

Ich war vor dem Besitzerwechsel Stammgast. Seit dem Besitzerwechsel ist die Qualität des Essens deutlich schlechter geworden. Viel zu viel Öl, falsche Gewürze, keine Soße. Ich werde nicht wieder kommen.

Oh wie schade der Inhaber ist nach vielen Jahren raus Und was soll ich sagen, das scmeckt man leider auch ich war einer der grössten chop chop Fans habe jedesmal davon geschwärmt und mit grosser Vorfreude waren wir heute auch dort und mir fiel sofort der veränderte geschmack auf kein zitronengras kein ingwer, einfach nicht das selbe. Und leider so ger nicht mein geschmack Das ist meine alte Bewertung : Mmh einfach nur lecker. Preis Leistung stimmt kann mit jedem Thai mithalten. Ich liebe es

Freundliche Bedienung, aber das Essen, Pad Thai, hat uns Bauchschmerzen bereitet. Viel zu ölig. Für 15€ habe ich etwas besseres erwartet.

Das erste Mal hier gewesen und garantiert nicht das letzte Mal! Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und das Phat King mit knuspriger Ente ist äußerst lecker. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir waren zu zweit spontan dort essen, hatten ein sensationelles Phad Thai und ein sehr gutes vegetarisches Gemüsegericht mit Tofu, wir fanden es super lecker, faire Preise (knapp 30 Euro mit Getränk). Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich, nix auszusetzen, gern wieder!

Das Hähnchen war leider nicht nur trocken, sondern man konnte es nicht einmal auf die Gabel bekommen. Schien mir als altes und „frisches“ Hähnchen vermischt wurden. Das gleiche beim angerichtete meiner Freundin. Ich habe 5 später immer noch Bauchschmerzen und muss ständig auf Toilette. Bedienung war nett.

Al zeer veel Thais gegeten maar dit is echt top. Prijzen en porties zoals vroeger in Belgisch thais restaurant maar deze met meer smaak 👌

Obwohl es auf der Bolkerstrasse ist und wir nicht jede Woche dort sind, erinnert man sich an Gäste und bedient immer höflich und schnell. Für uns ist die Qualität in Ordnung und es schmeckt uns.

Talking price, I had on two occasions different vegetarian options, each one was 8 euros, i.e. really low priced, and just great. However, if you simply want a fancy restaurant and pay for the building, then this is probably not the best place for you.

Probably the best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand and I've tried a few. Lovely little authentic restaurant in the middle of Dusseldorf old town. Like Thai food? You'll love it here.

Ein seit vielen jahren bestehendes asiatisches Restaurant, da ich es gerne recht scharf mag kam ich das essen dort sehr empfehlen. Leider ist die Küche direkt im lokal so das die Klamotten stark nach essen richen. Aber egal es ist so lecker da.

Super Essen. Wir waren bereits häufiger vor Ort und gehen nun regelmäßig hin. Man wird nie enttäuscht.

Wir waren hier zu 6. Essen und haben ohne Reservierung einen Platz bekommen. Das Restaurant ist recht klein, die Bedienung aber aufmerksam und flott. Das Essen war gut und schnell da, die Preise sind für die Lage auch angemessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

So glad we visited this place! Affordable prices, huge portion, and the food is delicious! Thanks to sauces on the table I had even better experience because I like my food more spicy than Germans😅. The staff is friendly and and view is nice, you can seat next to the window and watch central streets and people. The only negative thing is the smell from the kitchen that your clothes will absorb.

Really good food, staff is diligent and the prices are crazy low.

Ente mittelscharf: War ok, allerdings gar nicht scharf, fast ohne Gemüse und etwas wenig Reis. Es gibt einen Platz mit Blick auf den Rathausturm! Nach dem Besuch muss die Kleidung gelüftet/gewaschen werden. Funktioniert die Abluft in der Küche?

Leider sehr enttäuscht vom Essen - schmeckte überhaupt nicht ( verschiedene Gerichte ) - es war früher mal viel besser - wir kommen nicht mehr wieder

Gute zentrale Lage in der Düsseldorfer Altstadt. Eine geräumige Gastronomie mit Aussenterrasse, welche im Winter beheizt ist. Service stimmt. Sympathisch und gastfreundlich. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Sehr authentisch und die Portionen sind gut.

Fine restaurant, not great. Prices are low but that is a bit reflected in the quality of the food. Very oily and one-dimensional taste. My wife liked it better though, so I guess it is also a bit personal.
