Das Chiba fällt einem nicht direkt ins Auge. Durchaus muss man suchen bevor man das kleine, sehr schön eingerichtet Lokal findet. Beim Durchstöbern der Karte fällt sofort auf das es hier neben vielen bekannten chinesischen Gerichten auch echt Hausmannskost gibt. Kutteln, Blut und Schweinedarm findet man hier genauso wie Ente, Rind und co. Mein ehr konventionelles Gericht mit Schweinebauch war immer noch in allen Belangen besser als das Gewohnte. Die dunkle Soße hatte eine immense Tiefe und Dichte. Das Gericht ist mit einer Chili markiert was ich als sehr angenehme Schärfe empfand. Das Fleisch war unvergleichbar zart und aromatisch. Sicher war das nicht unser letzter Besuch! Was mir heute ebenfalls auffiel ist das das Lokal nahezu vollständig mit chinesischen Gästen besetzt war. Das ist für mich immer ein gutes Zeichen.

We (2 people) visited this restaurant about 2 weeks ago and were immediately assigned a seat even without a reservation. We were given menus and our drink requests were taken. The drinks were served after a short time. The menu is extensive, but differs significantly from most Chinese restaurants in Germany, which almost all have an almost identical range of dishes (Chop-Soey, the 7 delicacies, ... sweet and sour, crispy duck, ...). You can also see offal that you rarely see on menus, such as: tripe, stomach, diaphragm. The spiciness is symbolized by chilly symbols. Chinese guests sit at most of the tables, which speaks for the authenticity. It is usually eaten with chopsticks, but you can also get a knife and fork if you wish. The food tastes very good and you will be more than full. Desserts are not offered anyway. All in all a visit worth it. We will definitely come here more often. The prices are not excessively high, between €10 and €30, everyone will find something here.

The best Chinese food I have tasted. Quite simple surroundings but lovely staff. The food was delightful l, full of flavour, fresh and tasty. Really must try it. We did not book but luckily they fitted us in. It is usually fully booked.

Fourth visit in one month. It's so delicious that I always forget to take a picture. My favorite menu item is Z4. In fact, all the menu items I've ordered so far have been delicious. Even if all the restaurants in Nuremberg disappear, I hope this place will always remain the same. Innerhalb eines Monats schon mein vierter Besuch. Es schmeckt einfach so gut, dass ich jedes Mal vergesse, ein Foto zu machen. Mein Lieblingsgericht ist Z4, aber ehrlich gesagt waren alle Gerichte, die ich bisher probiert habe, fantastisch. Selbst wenn alle anderen Restaurants in Nürnberg verschwinden würden, hoffe ich, dass dieses hier für immer so bleibt, wie es jetzt ist.

It was my second visit to this restaurant. I came back because I loved the service and tasted the food. Well, that's it then!!!! Everything seems to have changed in just 3 months. About the service: 0 stars Service has changed 180 degrees. Ordered 4 dishes on the first visit. On the second visit only 1 dish. Does it matter? Guests are guests no matter how much you order!!! The waitress (older lady) was terrible! Her expression changed within seconds because we didn't order 100 dishes. Only provided us with a bowl, a plate and a pair of chopsticks even though there were two of us. I asked for another place setting. Then she looked at us even more grimly. I watched her and this waitress was very friendly at other tables. Her smile stretched from ear to ear! She only has money signs in her eyes, there is no hospitality here! I'm Asian myself and I know that service and friendliness are very important in this profession. But apparently she doesn't want guests to come back. To eat: Zero stars Food was served in a smaller portion than back then! It was also very salty! We wanted to take the rest with us and asked them to pack it. She cheekily peppered these with a bag on the table for us! What's more, we both had stomach ache afterwards! I'll NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! I will spread the word and advise everyone not to visit this restaurant!!!!

This small, authentic-looking, very well-attended restaurant is certainly rightly praised. Unfortunately, I was unlucky with the dish “You-Men-Daxia King Prawns”. It is served completely differently than shown on the menu and the prawns were practically impossible to cut with the dull knife. - When paying, the innkeeper and I agreed that I shouldn't have ordered this dish.

Authentic Sichuan cuisine, very spicy, very fresh and wonderfully aromatic. We tried cloud ear salad, fried rice, soup with beef and vegetables and soup with egg and spicy pork with vegetables. We enjoyed everything very much. There were only some gristly pieces in the pork, which detracted from the enjoyment a bit. We got some extra rice for our baby. The service was very friendly and quick, even though it was busy at lunchtime.

Tried Sichuan food for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I got the chance to try many new and different dishes. Every thing was really delicious. But the best part was the service. The waiter was extremely helpful and he guided us about the food. Which dish would go with what. Special mention to him as he made the whole experience so much better. We arrived at 7pm. The waiter told us there is one place which has been reserved at 7.30, but you could sit here since they will not come immediately. We just sit and is ready that we may change a table at 7.30. The guys who has reserved came at 7.33, which is < 5min error bars with the time they planned. As for us they are normal good people who reserved then came which can be interpreted as- quite on time. However, the waiter told them because you are late, so that your table is not available for now. And, then, stand right behind us, told these guys - just wait for a moment they will finish and leave. That is not polite from the below two points: 1. It’s the waiter’s fault who gave the reserved table out at 7pm, but instead he start to blame others. It’s ridiculous if someone can finish a Saturday big dinner within half an hour. 2. The waiter pushed his customers to finish their eating. I will never go there again, and will try my best to tell everyone I know what happened to us and the poor reserved guys, who received random blaming.

Nach Verlaut wird schnell gekommen, gegessen und wieder gegangen : die Fluktuation sehr hoch. So auch hier : nichts für einen romantischen Abend, perfekt für den speed dating. Die Gastgeber sind so effizient wie sie freundlich und sympathisch sind, die Küche überraschend anders, köstlich und sehr sättigend. Auch das Bier ist exotisch : eins aus Asien u. mehrere aus Ingolstadt. Nur Kinderflaschen.

The best and most authentic Chinese food I've ever eaten, the good reviews don't exaggerate one bit. Meat and fish at just the right point, spicy, full-bodied, rich sauces and vegetables that were nicely seared but still crisp and fresh, and our dishes were served in a small heated pan, which meant that everything was still nice and hot, it was really everything perfect. The staff is also very friendly! I don't understand the bad reviews, why would you go to a traditional restaurant from another culture and then complain when the food tastes different than what you're used to, unbelievable. Will definitely come more often!

Aktuelle Preise plus >5€ pro Gericht als Online-Karte, dazu noch die kleine Portion und die überteuere Getränke, mit schlechter Lüftung, sehr engem Sitz, schlechter Sauberkeit. Bestellst du „günstige“ Gerichte, musst danach noch „Reisaufpreis“ bezahlen. Welches Gericht ein Schnäppchen ist, liegt es an die Chefin spontan zu entscheiden... Echt geldgierig

Es wird im Sichuanstil gekocht, daher eher scharf. Ziemlich authentisch, für das, was mit den in Deutschland erhältlichen Zutaten möglich ist. MuErr Koriander Salat, Kartoffelstreifen, Fu Qi Fei Pian, Mao Xue Wang waren sehr gut. Hui guo rou nicht saftig, Yu Xiang Qieze war eher uninteressant.

Habe dieses Restaurant von einer chinesischen Kollegin empfohlen bekommen und bin nicht enttäuscht worden. Authentisch chinesisches Essen mit leichtem Szechuan Einschlag. Neben den normaleren Gerichten auch exotischere Dinge wie Innereien auf der Karte. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist gut und Service freundlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

The best Sichuan restaurant in Germany, definitely the top 5 in Europe. So so so good. We ordered spicy soupy beef, and pan fried green bean, top notch. The flavours are very very authentic and lecker!

This restaurant is located right behind Lorenzkirche. Having previously lived in China I can say this is the most authentic we have found in the city or surrounding area. We really can’t recommend it enough if you are craving Sichuan cuisine!

Das Essen war leider nicht wirklich genießbar. Es hat überwiegend nach Szechuan Pfeffer geschmeckt, man hat leider nichts mehr anderes geschmeckt. Sehr schade, die Bewertungen waren vielversprechend, deswegen hat uns über die Qualität des Essens doch sehr gewundert.

Wir hatten einmal Mittagsmenü und einmal normale Karte, auch die Mu’er mit Koriander und Knoblauch sehr lecker. Sehr gutes Essen und faire Portionen beim Mittagsmenü.

Nice local spot for Chinese food. The price vs quality is good and there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from. All dishes are served with rice. Didn’t have any issues getting a table but seemed to get quite busy. The owners didn’t speak English so you might struggle with communication but with the rest of the staff, it was fine. It’s helpful that all dishes have a picture and you simply just need to say which number you want. Definitely recommend coming here if you like Chinese food (and spicy Chinese food)

Sehr authentische Chinesische Küche, so wie ich es noch aus meiner China Zeit kenne und nach wie vor sehr vermisse. Eine Freundin zeigte mir dieses Restaurant und ich gehe immer wieder sehr gerne hin. Mein Freund und ich finden es sehr lecker und das kalte scharfe Hähnchen Gericht ist mein Favorit.
