The food was really a joke, we ordered "pizza". After a 40 minute wait they came, all three of our pizzas were soggy and the toppings were raw and the cheese far from melted. It could hardly have been rushed, we were only 1 of 3 occupied tables. When we reported this interpretation of a pizza to the staff, the staff took the pizzas away after saying "sorry" without communicating anything. After waiting half an hour, we returned to the apartment with two crying children. It's a shame that such a beautiful park cannot offer more than this in terms of food (the Brauhaus was also not good, but it was well cooked). You expect "a little more" from pizzas costing 17 euros. After returning, I quickly ordered pizzas from the nearby Rursee Grill, despite the 5 km distance, they were delivered faster and much better.

The food at Casa Ruscello rounded off our stay at the Dormio Resort Eifler Tor, delicious food and fantastic service from Larissa.

A large part of the order was not completely delivered. Drinks were delivered 15 minutes apart, the starter was delivered at the same time as the pizza, the pizza was rock hard and seemed like a frozen pizza that had been baked for too long.

The pizza was doughy and had no flavor at all. I have no idea where they get the dough from, but they prefer a Ristaurante frozen pizza. At least it tastes like something. And it only costs a quarter of what was asked for. 12€ for this is a disgrace. At least the waitress was nice. I can't say anything about the ambience. Looks 0 Italian, but I think 2 of the screaming kids running around our table at least spoke Italian.

Keine Ahnung warum man 2024 immer noch Fertigböden nimmt und die mit Billigzutaten belegt und dann 17,00€ kosten lässt..... Leute ,schaut doch einfach mal Rach der Restauranttester oder geht in einer italienischen Pizzaria vorbei. Das was ihr da abliefert ist absolut mangelhaft und überteuert ! Das Resort ist echt OK , aber der Pizzaabend hat es echt vermasselt.

Italiaans restaurant op dormio eifelertor resort. Openingstijden zijn erg onduidelijk, het lijkt alsof ze per dag besluiten of ze open gaan, waarschijnlijk door personeelsgebrek. De kaart had ik online bekeken maar bleek inmiddels erg ingekort op een a4tje uitgeprint. Soep was vergeten en kwam nog snel voor de pizza. Pizza's waren redelijk van kwaliteit maar de maker van de salade caprese was nog nooit in Italië geweest. Tiramisu was helaas op(??) Personeel deed wel hun best en bleef vriendelijk ondanks de drukte.

Tijdens een vakantie in Mont Royal zijn we naar Alf gereden om in dit restaurant te eten. We hebben buiten op het terras gezeten, genietend van het prachtige uitzicht. De bediening was supervriendelijk en het eten voortreffelijk. Ik had een pizza funghi en mijn partner koos voor een wiener schnitzel. Dit is absoluut een aanrader !!!

Essen war gut jedoch total überteuert. Personal war freundlich jedoch total überfordert.

Een Duitse interpretatie van Italiaans eten. De passie en smaken ontbreken. Daarmee is alles gezegd. In een woord matig.

Einfache italienische Küche, Pizza gut, antipasti ok und carpaccio ebenfalls eine 2. Service war schnell und freundlich. Ganz ordentliche Weinkarte, Ambiente gemütlich modern. Kinderfreundlich auch mit Kleinkindern gut besuchbar.

Wir waren am Samstag, 18.02.2023 dort. Ich persönlich war enttäuscht . Preise zu hoch, die Atmosphäre fand ich jetzt sehr kalt, überhaupt nicht Italienisch, außer die Musik von Eros Ramazzotti die im Hintergrund lief. Man hatte auch Teilweise lange Wartezeiten. Eine Kugel Eis für unseren Sohn, 25 min. Direkt Nebenan gibt es das Brauhaus. Was mir aufgefallen ist, dass es fast die selbe Speisekarte ist. Und ich vermute, dass es die selben Köche sind . Nunja. Ich kann das Casa Ruscello nicht empfehlen. Wenn dann ab ins Brauhaus .

Super leckere Pizza! Bier ist super und einzigartig. Das Personal weiß was es tut und ist sehr zuvorkommend! Kinderstühle gab es ebenfalls. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!

Der Kibbeling war sehr lecker und das Bier ist köstlich.

Hoe krijg je het voor elkaar om je primaire gerecht wat tientallen mensen dagelijks komen afhalen zo slecht te maken? De pizza’s zijn klein, nat en met een kartonnen bodem. De ingrediënten absoluut niet vers. Alles komt uit de magnetron, vandaar ook het kleine formaat, precies de maat van de magnetronschaal.

Het eten was lekker, maar de porties zijn niet zo groot.

Pizza war jetzt nicht schlecht. Aber gut definitiv auch nicht. Auf jeden Fall den Preis nicht wert, denn übertrieben teuer

Lekker en verrassend gegeten. Een heerlijk afwisselend menu met een eigen twist van verduitste Italiaanse gerechten. Een prima al dente spaghetti met een runder goulash die je niet verwacht. Heerlijk zacht en smaakvol. Ook de tomatensoep was uitstekend van smaak. Heel vriendelijke bediening waardoor het zeer gastvrij was.

Vriendelijke en snelle bediening. De Kids menu (frietjes met nuggets) was helemaal in orde. Het kostte geen moeite om extra ketchup te verkrijgen. Spijtig genoeg was de bodem van de 4 kazen pizza van mijn man aangebrand. Mijn pizza mozzarella was echt niet lekker. Ajuin nog rauw en bolognese saus was niet vers. Jammer en hiervoor te duur.

Lokal war nicht voll , haben 1 1/2 std auf 2 Pizzen gewartet ( Küche war wohl Schuld , der Koch Paul dachte er hätte die schon fertig u rausgegeben ans Personal . Wir waren nicht die einzigen denen das an dem Abend passiert ist . Bedienung hat sich freundlich entschuldigt u Kaffee u Nachtisch auf Kosten des Hauses angeboten . Pizza war lecker aber teuer 12-15€ , dieses Heimbacher Pils schmeckt nur nach Wasser . Wer auf Kinderlärm und rum gerenne zwischen u vor den Tischen steht , ist hier richtig , es ist laut u rüsselig. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier fehl am Platze .

Lekker gegeten, vriendelijk personeel, is echt een goed en volwaardig Italiaans restaurant. De klachten die ik hier lees kloppen niet. Wij waren super tevreden.
