We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. De sfeer was gemoedelijk. De gerechten zijn vers en het ziet er verzorgd uit. Smaken zijn heerlijk en niet allemaal hetzelfde. We namen de ‘vegetarische Teller’, genoeg om samen te delen als voorgerecht. Daarna nog beiden een hoofdgerecht. En we kregen achteraf nog een glaasje muntthee van het huis. Prijs kwaliteit prima in orde.

I ordered from there and the delivery arrived very quickly. The food in my case (lentil soup and shish taok sandwich) tasted pretty tasty. The only small detail that could be changed is that you label the sauces (dip) that come with the Lebanese flatbread. Because the dip was damn spicy and Some people don't like spicy, but everything else is good

The staff and service were very friendly and good. Starters are ok. The main course with chicken was not edible for us. The lamb was barely seasoned.

The grill plates were excellent. The food palette is similar to that of Turkey.

The shawarma tastes very good, but some ingredients are always missing, each time different from the last time. The falafel sandwich also tastes good, but is very dry.

Unfriendly reception, dirty tables and overwhelmed staff (French fries instead of rice with the dish was categorically not possible). The fact that only the snack bar and not the restaurant is open at lunchtime is not mentioned anywhere here. We left again.

A great restaurant for Arabic food. Very suitable if you don't want to eat meat because of the variety of dishes in the salads, vegetables, etc. Very courteous staff. Here the guest is still king and feels that way.

Went there for lunch with two children. Service extremely courteous and considerate. For example, the waiter brought glasses, noticed a barely visible stain on one of them and they immediately replaced them. Our daughter dropped a fork - it was replaced immediately. Without having to ask, without even looking at him. Really really good! The food was great, the price is almost a little too low for what is on offer. We just felt comfortable. Will definitely be one of our go-to stores in Oberbilk!

I didn't eat in the restaurant, but used the snack bar on the right. The shawarma sandwich I ordered was OK, not the best but definitely not bad BUT the gentleman behind the counter was by far the unfriendly person I have ever encountered in service. Condescending, rude, bad-tempered and unfortunately also unkempt. Unfortunately, people are the reason never to go there again.

Hardly disappointed. Food just arrives in 1 hour. too late. Then I open my shawarma. Simply drier than the Sahara. I've never experienced such a poorly topped shawarma, it's just a shame. There was nothing at the ends, the thing was half empty, but okay, not a thing. Then I call to complain, they just tell me yes, come by the store, I'll do a new one, the driver was from Lieferando blablaa... but I'm not interested, dude, I'm at work, as if I'm going to your place now Come to the store and show your bad work in front of your face. I ordered and paid and expect to get what I want. Worst service ever. Never again! Absolutely not recommended. Maybe it's good locally, but I'll never order again >.<

Top top top Falafel so cheap and delicious, a dream

Customer for 13 years. The food is of consistent quality. With high usage, the deep fryer fat should be changed more often, as it tastes rancid from time to time. What makes Byblos very unattractive is that Arab people are extremely taken advantage of. You stand in line forever and the door opens behind you and people shout "Habibi,..." over your heads and systematically push forward. Not a one-time experience, but over a long period of time. Happened to me and the neighborhood dozens of times.

Lebanese food at top prices. The menus at the beginning of the menu in particular are a good introduction to Lebanese cuisine. For just over €20 you can get starters and main courses that offer a large selection but also a large quantity. The dishes are authentic, fresh and delivered quickly. The lamb dishes are intense and may not be for everyone. The selection invites you to share and try, the atmosphere is pleasant. The tables are a bit small for the amount of plates and bowls. The service was quick and friendly, and everyone got a black tea with mint after their meal.

My go-to place for shawarma, I go there several times every week because the quality is top. At just over €4 for a shawarma, the price is unbeatable and much healthier than kebab, for example, making it the perfect quick meal after the gym. The team always tries hard to look after their guests, which is a clear recommendation for me!

Took chicken shawarma and french fries. Absolutely world class: double fried fries like in Belgium and a shawarma to add to it. Shawarma wrapped very professionally, never eaten such a mess-free wrapped thing. The Byblos sets the new record for snack standards! Thank you and please keep it up. Ambiance in a snack bar is one thing, but in comparison it also has full stars.

Table ordered 10 days in advance, when we arrived more than half of the restaurant was empty, but a table definitely for us had not been reserved (we have known the boss for several decades). It was all awkward and unpleasant, so we didn't know the place and that's why it's not only very unfortunate but also annoying. We were given a table that didn't have space for the dishes we ordered, so it was too small, so he was a little ashamed and gave us a larger place. The food is still good.

Restaurant and fast food restaurant with seating are next to each other. You should make a reservation in the restaurant by phone in advance. When it's full, very loud. We've been eating here for 30 years. Our favorite restaurant for Libyan cuisine. Price-performance was always good. The food was never objectionable. Already on our penultimate visit we noticed the unfriendliness of the owner. On the last reserved visit, it was only when we arrived that only 5 of 7 people had arrived and we were asked to move to another table, which wasn't enough for 4 people, considering how much food had to fit on the table. We therefore spoke to the owner, who rudely said that there was no other way because he needed the large table for other guests. We left and won't be coming back.

There were 9 of us there and we were well served. The food was absolutely delicious and we were still raving about it after the restaurant visit. At the end there was tea and a small dessert on the house. The waiters were very friendly and authentic. It definitely wasn't the last time there for us!

The shawarmas were tasty but simple. Lettuce, 2 slices of tomatoes, a little sauce and meat - nothing more - in wraps. Hygiene rather bad than good. Exhibition lunch in the morning counter. Very impolite. The food is thrown at you like that.

Super delicious dinner at Byblos!! My sister recommended coming here for high quality but down to earth Lebanese food and she was completely right. The service was so friendly, everyone was very welcoming and attentive. Shared plenty of warm and cold appetizers w our friends, had tea on the house and some classic Lebanese pastries as dessert. So so good! Will definitely come back 👍🏻

I liked going to the snack bar. I was in Lebanon for a long time and the food here is really good and authentic. The service is also ok. Except for one employee. He is a bit fuller with a beard and little hair. At some point I stopped going because he verbally harassed me. Yesterday I was there with a friend and she was also asked strange personal questions. So it's a shame I won't go there again even though the food is good. I just find that embarrassing and I'm sorry. Please be respectful of single women

Excellent food and not too expensive. Even though we had not made a reservation, a table for 4 people on Saturday was no problem. Friendly service and afterwards a delicious cup of mint tea on the house. In short, highly recommended.

Been here several times to eat. There is always a small appetizer. The main courses are usually very tasty. My favorites are the falafel and the appetizers. It is always very crowded and therefore loud. The outside area is a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Von aussehen habe ich mir was anderes vorgestellt. Ich habe gedacht es sei ein Restaurant und nicht fast-food also Service null. Das Personal hat mich am Anfang voll ignoriert und sind nicht besonders nett. Wenigstens war das Essen in Ordnung. Also nichts für mich.

The service was wonderful and very friendly. We had a large group celebrating a product release and the staff really added to the fun! The food was good, but modified for the German palate, so rather plain. Overall, a nice place with nice people.

Leider wurden wir mit dem kinderwagen schon förmlich rausgeschmissen. Wir hatten für einen Tisch für vier Personen gebeten. Antwort vom Service mit vielen freien Tischen: " Schwer und mit Kinderwagen erst Recht nicht" Leider sehr schwer enttäuscht vom Service.

Wir haben sehr schlechte Erfahrung hier , insbesonders Bzgl. Service , wir würden in einer Ecke mit 2 Kinder geworfen trotz das ganze Restaurant war leer und wir wurden so unhöflich behandelt weil wir ein Kinderstuhl für unser Baby haben wollten und wurde mir gesagt das ich Kindertasche und unsere Jacken auf dem Boden lassen und nicht auf freien Stuhl neben mir. Sofort danach sind wir weg gegangen ohne zu bestellen . Einfach unmöglich
