Friendly and courteous service, reasonable waiting time and a very tasty burger that was served with a paper surround so nothing falls out. Fine!

Very tasty burger “Rösti Burger” and the chilli cheese fries are tastier than at the big fast food chain with the B. Cocktail “Moscow Mule” was less successful, the cucumber was completely missing and unfortunately the mixture wasn't really right either. Improvements should follow, it was said in response to feedback. The ambience is nice on the terrace when the weather is nice. All in all, recommended! Thank you very much

Super nice service and good food

The best American burgers and fries in the wider area in my opinion! Price-performance, quality and service are top and you can also sit comfortably outside when the weather is good. I'm not sure, but if parking at the train station next door is free, I would recommend parking there, because unfortunately there aren't many parking spaces in front of the restaurant.

Delicious (vegan) dishes! 🌱 vegan brioche burger buns. Unfortunately, the fries were very, very salty. On the next visit, the request to use less salt was taken into account. Large selection of vegetarian dishes! There are two vegan burgers and a vegan bowl. Large selection of drinks (cocktails, lemonades, soft drinks, coffee, etc.). The topic of sustainability can be expanded: burgers are in a bag and the fries are also on paper. Toilets are clean and accessible via stairs on the 1st floor. Friendly and fast service. Seating inside and outside (there are blankets and seat cushions outside).

I've been there several times. The burgers, bowls and fries were visually appealing, but unfortunately the quality, especially the burger, deteriorated significantly. Unfortunately the taste is just mediocre. I personally find the price performance (e.g. the “Chickenfingers”) to be below average, especially in relation to the portion size. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. The ambience itself is pleasant. You can have a good time there and feel comfortable. Unfortunately, I haven't been happy with the quality of the cocktails so far, especially since the mojitos were very tasteless. Unfortunately, the red wine served there is also not convincing. There are sufficient parking spaces available. PS: I contacted you by email about your “offer” in the comment regarding the cocktails, but unfortunately I never received a reply…

Fabulous. It was really a great taste experience. The fries in particular are super delicious, really great with the special mayo. Great shop! It's worth going there.

The four of us just had dinner and left full and happy. We had, among other things, the goat cheese burger and the cheeseburger. Don't understand the good reviews. Both burgers and fries were extremely soggy and also tasted unreasonable. The burger patties are frozen and have a strange aftertaste. Never again!

My partner and I were there yesterday, early afternoon. The restaurant was very busy and advance reservations are recommended. This can be done online (very uncomplicated). The burgers are really tasty and you'll be completely full. The sauces for the fries are varied and also very tasty. The waitresses were very friendly, attentive and quick. Even though I don't have children myself, I liked the fact that children are very welcome there. We'll definitely be back.

Service is great, great ambience, unfortunately there are hardly any sauces available (only mayo and special mayo) as I am not a mayo eater Not particularly great.

We ordered for delivery. The delivery was 15 minutes late, lukewarm and 4 ordered and paid for dishes were missing. When we called we were told everything had been packed up, which obviously wasn't the case. The only excuse was that we could pick it up ourselves or they would give us a voucher. Since we ordered and paid the delivery fees, we wanted to have it delivered, which, according to the employee, is not possible because the driver is already on his way elsewhere. When we asked to refund the money, we were told that this was not possible because the checkout would not be correct, but it also cannot be correct if products were paid for but not delivered. Unfortunately, service is not available here.

I ordered with a few friends and 4 meals worth around €30 were not delivered. The ordering period was set for 7:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the food came lukewarm and 15 minutes later. As an apology we could have picked up the food or a voucher. This is not possible, it was a mistake on the part of the restaurant and the driver was still on the way. It was the first time that I ate food from this restaurant and I was not impressed by the service. I won't order from there again in the future.

Very pleasant atmosphere, very clean. The furnishings fit well with the charm of the old building. The staff is very nice and attentive! The menu offers a good selection, there is something for every taste. The food and drinks are homemade and very tasty. All in all, it was another very nice visit.

Delicious! The cheese sauce for the fries is even homemade. Tastes incredibly delicious. The homemade ice teas are awesome! I can only recommend. The atmosphere is also very cozy. The service is good, but unfortunately you have to wait quite a long time before you can pay. There is more emphasis on cleaning up for the next day than taking care of the current clientele. But otherwise the service is very nice.

The food is freshly prepared and the ingredients are of very good quality. We enjoyed it very much. The service was mostly attentive and very friendly. There was a misunderstanding when ordering at the table next door. The service solved everything well.

I am extremely shocked by my experience, so I would like to share it. I was absolutely dissatisfied with my last order, something like that has never happened to me before. It smelled very unpleasant, I have no idea what happened to the meat, unfortunately no one answered a call or responded to the advertisement. I was interested to know whether something went wrong or whether something like that should be expected. This was like really sad microwaved “meat” a disgrace to the rest of the fresh ingredients.

It's quite nice. The burgers are frozen. The cocktails are very, very light, if it's so tight, it's better to take an extra EUR or no happy hour.

Let's start with the fact that I don't understand many of the negative reviews, especially when it comes to service. You might think after I've been there now that they're not entirely justified. Like someone just had a bad day and let it out there. We were there on a Friday evening with just 2 girls. The store was quite busy that evening. The welcome was very nice and when she showed us the table where I unfortunately had something against it because it was right at the entrance and I had 3 weeks of flu behind me, she immediately showed us another table, gun so that I didn't get any more drafts. First of all, thank you for that. Our drink order arrived quickly and we regularly asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. The other drink orders were also very quick because we didn't have to wait long to order. So everything is great. Our food was there 15 minutes after we ordered, so we can't complain. I timed it because so many people complained about the reviews. The only thing that was really good is that they are ready-made patties but they are of quite good quality. Better than many other burger joints. All in all we thought it was very good there, everything tasted very good and we will definitely be back. Our recommendation is that if you don't want it to be quite so fancy, it's definitely worth a visit.

Full marks from us. We were with you for the first time today, the burgers are delicious, they're actually enough, we each had fries/special. Delicious. The only thing that wasn't my thing, I hardly like meat anymore, next time I'll definitely not eat beef anymore, but that has nothing to do with you. You're great, keep it up. I know when we were asked if it was tasty, we were behaving, our euphoria has suffered in recent years compared to other restaurants. Nothing else.

The fries variants are great and delicious. Burgers are delicious but unfortunately I imagine a burger shop also includes homemade meat patties. These are far from it. Drinks take time to arrive. 4 drinks (no cocktails) on average 10 minutes. (high level whining) The ambience is great and invites you to stay longer. If the patties were made in-house, it would be a highlight and there would be nothing wrong with the food.

The food was very tasty and the portions were also good. Sometimes you had to wait a little long for drinks.

Die Burger sind wirklich sehr lecker und die Portionen ausreichend. Auch das Personal ist freundlich, leider ist der Service weniger gut. Wir haben lange auf unsere Getränke gewartet und als diese endlich kamen waren es mehr Eiswürfel als Getränk. Auch das nachbestellen dauert immer ziemlich lange. Schade finde ich auch das es keine Süßkartoffelpommes gibt!! Aber wenn man Zeit hat und leckere Burger essen möchte kann ich es wirklich weiterempfehlen!!

Burgerwerk, am Busbahnhof in Wiehl kann ich empfehlen. Die Burger sind super. Es gibt sogar zwei vegane Burger auf der Karte. Pommes richtig frisch. Allerdings liegen die Burger preislich bei knapp 10 Euro. Wer keine Burger möchte findet auch noch andere Gerichte auf der Karte. Getränke auch etwas hochpreisig. Ein Minuspunkt gibt es für den größeren Speiseraum. Gegenüber den anderen wirkt er ungemütlich. Aber trotzdem kommen wir wieder.

Von außen sieht es sehr freundlich aus .Das Ambiente war hervorragend 👍.Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber .Das Kartendisigne war außergewöhnliche ansprechend und es gab sogar eine online Karte.Die Auswahl war groß und sehr lecker .Zur Kinderfreundlichkeit: Zum warten gab es für die Kinder Außmalbilder und Stifte außerdem gab es Selbstgemachte Limo und Alkoholfreie Cocktails welche sehr gut waren .Die Bedienung war außergewöhnliche nett, aufmerksam und Preis-Leistung ist bombastisch gut

Bester Burger weit und breit. Ich esse hier ab und zu den Spicy BBQ Bacon Burger wenn ich auf der Durchreise bin. Geht zügig, schmeckt top und die Leute sind klasse. Immer wieder gerne 👍

Preisleistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Ich war sehr überrascht wie schön das Essen angerichtet war. Hat auch meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Burger u. Pommes super lecker. Nur zu empfehlen.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und auch das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Portionen sind ebenfalls sehr üppig und gerade die Pommes mit unterschiedlichen Zugaben haben mich überzeugt.

Gutes Beispiel dafür, das bei der Jugend nicht immer Hopfen und Malz verloren sind. Hier findet man eine Handvoll junger Leute die angepackt haben, einen hübschen Laden auf die Beine gestellt und nicht Tiktokend in der Nase bohren und aufs Bürgergeld warten. Ihr Burgerwerk ist jung und dennoch gemütlich. Die Farbe Orange hat hier das Sagen. Kommt gut rüber, man ist freundlich und kundenorientiert, der Gast merkt, das die Leute hier Bock haben sich einen guten Namen in der Gastro zu erwerben. Die Gerichte simpel und ohne nutzlosen Schnickschnack...aber dafür lecker. Preis/Leistung geht in Ordnung. Karte überschaubar auf das gesetzt, was man in einer gescheiten Burgerbude erwartet. An den aktuell hohen Rohstoffpreisen ist nie der Unternehmer Schuld, sondern die Politik. Preismässig liegt man hier knapp über dem, was die Kette mit dem großen "M" dem Kunden auch abknöpft. Aber dafür gibts hier Qualität in die braune Tüte. Man kann nicht nur gescheit was essen, sondern auch einfach mal sitzen, quatschen, schocken und ein oder sechs Bierchen geniessen. Die Truppe hier versucht mal wieder ein wenig Kneipenkultur unters Volk zu mogeln...etwas, das leider total ausstirbt. Also, statt in der Driveschleife seine Kohle zu verbrennen, lieber mal mit der lustigen Runde hier hin und jungen Leuten aus der Region ein paar Dollar auf die Theke hauen, die sich Mühe geben und was draus machen. Is ja grad Zeit für die Weihnachtsfeier.Und bei Bedarf kommen die sogar zu euch und grillen auf Ommas neunzigstem die Bulleten in der Einfahrt. Einfach mal ausprobieren, statt immer nur Döner.

Fertig Tiefkühlpattys in einem Burgerrestaurant??? Sowas erwarte ich von der Currywurst Bude um die Ecke, aber nicht in so einem Laden. Sehr enttäuschend und für die Fleischqualität überteuert

Wir kommen extra aus einem fast 20km entfernten Nachbarort, um im Burgerwerk zu Essen oder von dort Essen zu holen! Es ist die Fahrt immer Wert. Wir waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden, definitiv eins der besten Burger Restaurants in der Gegend und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch. Besonders erwähnenswert auch das System, dass man "online" bestellen und bezahlen kann und nur noch zum Abholen vorbei kommt - auch das Gutschein-System für einen kostenlosen Burger ist klasse.

Wir waren heute hier, sehr spontan, mit guten Freunden essen. 3 Burger und 1 Veggieburger. Alle waren super Lecker und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Am Anfang wollten wir hier nicht rein, da die Bewertungen eher Negativ waren, aber zum Glück haben wir uns unsere eigene Meinung gebildet. Alles sehr positiv!

Eigentlich hatte ich mich auf meinen Hamburger gefreut, aber als ich das Essen bestellen wollte (Hamburger und Bacon Cheese Pommes) wurde mir gesagt, dass es keine Pommskies Bacon Cheese mehr gäbe. Also habe ich nach Spicy BBQ Pommskies gefragt, diese gab es dann auch nicht. Als ich den Burger bekommen hatte, war das Patty kalt und hat sehr aufgetaut geschmeckt. Ich hoffe wirklich das dies verbessert wurde. Die Webseite ist sehr gut und übersichtlich.
