Very good and tasty food can only be recommended

It was very tasty, the service was very friendly and even with the dog we were very welcome, which we are always very happy about. All in all it was very good and we would gladly come again.

We ordered to take away. Everything was delicious and warm. It was almost like eating there. The sauces were even specially packaged, so the fries were fresh and crispy.

We've eaten at Burgerwerk several times and will definitely keep coming back. The best burgers we've had here so far. Simply delicious 🤤

We ordered for delivery. The delivery arrived on time within the specified time frame. However, unfortunately, it was "incomplete." An experience for those who love surprises – unfortunately, not the good ones. Mixed up fries, mistook espresso for macchiato (cold, of course, because why not?), and forks? Probably in the witness protection program. If you like guessing what you're being served, this is the place for you. I, on the other hand, was just hungry.

I find the price/performance ratio a bit too high. The iced tea is okay, but nothing more. We had to wait an hour for our food on a Tuesday (7:30-8:30 p.m.) 3.8 stars from me ;)

We booked Burgerwerk as our wedding caterer, and it was the best decision! The food was amazing; we received so many positive comments from our guests. I recently visited Burgerwerk. What struck me as positive was that everything was clean and I received a friendly welcome and service. The burger tasted good, but nothing special. What I didn't like were the over-salted fries and the inattentiveness of the staff. They brought new drinks, but didn't take away empty bottles or glasses. Furthermore, I don't think the price-performance ratio is good. Even though they use mostly fresh ingredients, I don't think the price of just under €14 for a small burger is justified at all. The fries, again, were a huge portion; the proportions aren't right. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with my second visit to Burgerwerk, which is why it will be my last.

When I was there, there was nothing going on and no menu at the entrance!

We've been to Burgerwerk twice on a whim and will definitely find our way there again. The staff welcomes and serves guests very friendly. The restaurant is cozy, and you just feel at home. And most importantly: the burgers taste fantastic. Fresh and delicious. The menu has something for every taste. Highly recommended 🍔

We spontaneously stopped by Burgerwerk last weekend. The service was excellent, but the food didn't impress us. The fries were extremely oversalted and the brownie was dry. Furthermore, the coffee and latte macchiato were only lukewarm. There's still room for improvement here.

Burgerwerk is our regular burger joint. We're never disappointed; the food is always top-notch, and the service is always friendly. We've eaten there at least 10 times, and whether it's beef or chicken burgers, the quality is always top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys great burgers and side dishes.

After a long wait, we finally managed to pay Burgerwerk a visit. The staff was extremely friendly. The portions are generous, and there's no doubt that the dishes are 100% homemade. The ambiance invites you to linger and highlights its very own style. We're happy to have discovered a good place for burgers in the region. And especially that the restaurant, with its great location, has finally found someone who can realize its potential. We'll be happy to come back and will recommend it to others.

We spontaneously went to Burgerwerk on Saturday afternoon. The beer garden was open and looked very inviting. We were warmly welcomed and “briefed”. Our first impression was very good, we felt very comfortable and welcome. What did we eat: a kids menu with a burger, a bowl with chinoa, feta, salad and a delicious sauce, a cheeseburger with extra bacon, fries and onion rings. Everything was very appetizingly prepared, fresh and tasty. The four of us ate everything down to the last crumb. A highlight was the elderberry mint lemonade 🫶 we really liked it and tasted it. I can also say that we sat outside but also looked around inside. The guest room has retained its old charm but has been beautifully adapted to the new concept. The toilets were also very clean and modern and therefore contribute to the overall feeling of well-being😉We thank you and will definitely come back when we visit Wiehl again 👍🍔🥙🍟

Of course it's not that easy for you hehe ;) In my numerous visits to this restaurant, it has never happened to me that there was no space, regardless of the time of day. We always see if things can work out somehow, in a friendly and solution-oriented manner. You can literally tell that every employee in this store is up for the job. The music is not too quiet, not too loud, creates a relaxed setting and contributes to a nice ambience. It is therefore possible for conversations to take place at any time without feeling disturbed. The drinks are always nice and cold and the cocktails are really tasty too! The bartenders know their stuff and seem as authentic in their manner as you would imagine a real bartender to be. The cocktails are always freshly mixed and you can watch the masters at work behind the counter. This store shows what it takes to be a place where you can simply have a good time. You arrive and just feel good. The idea of ​​offering a regulars' table is also brilliant, it's really fun and ensures that the place grows on you. In times when everything is moving faster and faster and humanity unfortunately all too often falls by the wayside, places like this are what we really need! A place where people come together to do what happens far too rarely these days: chat together, laugh and forget about time for a moment. You have to be prepared for a long search to find a place where the individual things fit together as well as they do here. I'm in love with this store, but you best just see for yourself.

The cheeseburgers, the avocado chicken burger and the chicken fries with curry sauce were really tasty – fresh, juicy and perfectly prepared. We really like the modern furnishings inside, and the beautiful outdoor terrace invites you to linger. Absolute recommendation!

Good evening, what I am about to tell you is just a suggestion that I think every parent needs to say. on the children's burger menu. You need to swap that donut for a fruit or ice cream or something else healthier. There's nothing worse than a donut for kids. I think an apple is much cheaper and healthier or a banana. Otherwise it is the tastiest burger I have ever eaten.

If you like burgers, this is the right place, really tasty and a good selection for vegetarians too. The fries are also very tasty and the portion can easily be shared, at least as a side dish to the burger. We received a very friendly welcome and the layout of the rooms meant that the noise level in the old station building was pleasant. We'd love to come back!

The Burgerwerk in Wiehl scores with a cozy atmosphere and very friendly service. We found the small gesture particularly thoughtful for our 9-year-old daughter - she was given pencils and a sheet of paper to draw on, which was a good way to bridge the "boredom" of waiting for food. Unfortunately, the food itself didn't quite convince us - we found the burger a bit too dry, and my friend didn't particularly like her cheeseburger either. Personally, the nachos were too soggy for me. I also think that chili con carne doesn't really go well with cheese sauce, here you could perhaps consider whether that makes sense (either/or)

Went spontaneously to the Burgerwerk today around 3 p.m. Food was good and tasty. The young waitress was friendly and very accommodating, but the other, slightly older waitress behind the counter made a rather unfriendly impression and had private conversations loudly, which we found quite annoying even though we weren't even in the same room. Without this unpleasant backdrop, we would have liked to come more often.

Great burger place R with great service and the burgers are to die for. The Loaded Pommskies Special are recommended as a side dish. The offer is rarely found in this form - vegetarians also get their money's worth with various options and are always taken into account. 👍 We were there on Friday and there was even a happy hour. 🍻

I actually like the Bürgerwerk in Wiehl, but on Sunday I was extremely dissatisfied. We ordered a table for 5 people for 8 p.m. because we couldn't do it beforehand due to work reasons. So we still had 2 hours together, since it was supposed to be open until 10 p.m., at least that's what the official opening hours say... Before ordering our food, shortly after 8, we were asked if we would like more coffee, otherwise they would turn off the machine. I said that I like to drink coffee after dinner, but I would be fine without it. So the coffee machine was turned off. Although I was still eating, everyone else's plates were cleared away shortly after 9am. Mine then, as soon as I was finished. At 9:15 p.m. we were asked if we wanted one last round, which we said no as we still had drinks. We were then immediately charged. We then finished our drinks and left. Although the waitresses were friendly in their tone, I found this behavior outrageous and unacceptable. Too bad!!!

In my opinion the worst burger in the area. Patties were shoe soles through and neither juicy nor tender... for the Oberbergische Burger selection 0/10. Unfortunately, the cashier service was also a disaster. A small appeal here for training and how to deal properly with foreign customers. They apologized and sent me a voucher worth €50. This is a higher value than my original order was! So after this experience I have to say I'm impressed. I will now try the voucher for the second time and hope to be able to increase my star rating again :-) ************************* 08/11/2021: In short: We ordered there for the first time and also the last time. The delivery was late. The burgers looked very unappetizing after delivery and were also quite cold. The burger patty was missing from a burger. The fries were also pretty much the worst we've ever eaten. And it was far too expensive for that. Definitely not recommended.

We had lunch at the Burgerwerk in Wiehl and opted for the lunch menu. We were completely impressed with the price and the taste, and we'd be happy to return. The chili cheese beef macaron is highly recommended.

Danger! Cash payment is no longer possible for pre-orders or delivery. In terms of taste, the burgers are okay, but to fill you up you need at least a second patty and you can quickly reach 15 euros for a hamburger. Even ONE slice of tomato costs an extra euro.

We had a lovely evening in our reserved fireplace room. I would recommend making a reservation (also possible online), as the Burgerwerk fills up quickly and you might be left disappointed if you drop in spontaneously. For refreshments, we also had delicious elderflower-mint lemonade and a mango version. We'd love to come back!

The burgers are great. We were very satisfied on our first visit. Yesterday, however, we had to wait 90 minutes (from 7:40 p.m. to 9:10 p.m.) for our order. After 60 minutes, we were given nachos as compensation. If we'd known it would take another 30 minutes, we would have left immediately. Unfortunately, neither the reason nor the approximate waiting time were communicated. Everyone around us, who arrived much later, received their food before us. There were seven of us, so maybe that was a problem (the tables for two all received their food immediately). But that needs to be communicated. It's a shame, actually a cool place. But for us, it's a reason not to come back.

Unfortunately it wasn't so great today... I ordered online for the period 6:45 p.m.-7 p.m Unfortunately I didn't get food until almost 7:30 p.m. Several other customers who came at that time were also put off by saying it would take another 20-30 minutes... Of course, it can always be that there is a lot going on, but then I don't think it's so much fun to wait for the ordered food within a certain time frame... Now to eat... I specifically ordered the BBQ burger without cheese because I can't tolerate it. What was on it when I unpacked it at home? Cheese. Unfortunately I was able to dispose of it as it was. And to be honest, I didn't feel like driving from Gummersbach back to Wiehl to complain. Pommskie's falafel were unfortunately also very tasteless.
