The burgers are top-notch, 5 stars for that. Only the fries need improvement. They're too hard (not crispy), without salt or seasoning, and the quality just doesn't match the burger at all—a shame. You could eat the fries with cheese sauce. One star deducted for that, and please get better fries. We'll definitely be back.

A really pleasant location by the train station. Plenty of parking behind it, too. The highlight is definitely the burgers, which are really delicious for the price. I love the legendary, mythical chili mayo! (I really need the recipe :D) The drink selection is also very diverse, from alcoholic cocktails to non-alcoholic iced teas, sodas, etc. There's something for everyone. Definitely worth a visit. :)

The food wasn't very tasty; the meat was salty. €26 for three doner kebabs is very expensive for this quality! I don't recommend it.

We ordered. Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review. First, there was a delay of over 20 minutes, then the burgers arrived grimy and covered in an oily mess. My second burger was a random one that wasn't ordered, instead of a chicken burger. Sorry, but it was absolutely terrible. I'm speaking for two people who felt the same way.

Incredibly delicious, hot, and original burgers. You can really taste the high quality of the ingredients and the individual components. The sauces are amazing! The goat cheese and beetroot burger is highly recommended! The atmosphere and friendly staff were a real plus. We'll definitely be back :)

I had a gluten-free cheeseburger, it was delicious! Ordering was no problem at all; the server was very knowledgeable about gluten intolerance. I'll definitely be eating there again.

The burgers are amazing, especially the Spicy Bacon BBQ Burger, grilled medium, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The Pan Pan burger buns are a perfect match and feel great in your hand. Add the hash browns and some chicken fingers, and it's simply fantastic. The service is fast, very friendly, and welcoming, and the food arrives quickly. When the place is full, it can sometimes take up to 40 minutes, but they are very accommodating. They want their guests to feel comfortable, and they do everything they can to make that happen. I find the consistently high quality and taste of the products remarkable. Even when the kitchen is pressed for time, everything is prepared properly. I always enjoy coming here, and BurgerWerk has become my go-to burger spot.

Very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. We were greeted and served warmly right away. Even though the kitchen was already closed, they prepared some delicious nachos especially for us – and they were even on the house! In the Wiehl area, Burgerwerk is my first choice!

The food is theoretically good, if you can actually get it. We ordered for pickup and received a call 20 minutes before the scheduled time informing us that it wouldn't work and we would receive our food an hour later... I haven't received a response or a voucher yet, even though I sent an email immediately...

Quaint, friendly, super-nice, cozy.

The food is tasty and the quality is good, but the patties are definitely not 140 grams. They look more like 80. The prices are also on the high side. I can easily eat until I'm full for €40 here. Delivery is twice or three times as expensive as anywhere else. You MUST pay extra for the packaging. Delivery is sometimes on time, sometimes not; delays of an hour do happen. The website is unfortunately extremely slow.

We had reserved a table for the wine festival at 4 p.m. That worked out so far. It was a wine festival, but not what the word suggests. Starting at 5:30 p.m., there was a table with eight wines listed. But the real shocker came when, just before 7 p.m., a condition came up, saying we had to leave by 7:30 p.m. because the table would be booked by someone else. So the evening had just begun, and we had to leave. Saturday evening was over. Many thanks to the burgerwek team for this. Even otherwise, no one knew what the other was doing. Dear management, you won't get regular customers like that. What a shame

A lovely restaurant. We were there for the wine festival with a meet5 group of six people and had reserved a table for that evening. Since some of the participants had to travel a long way, they booked hotel rooms. Everyone was very pleased with the food. We had found a suitable wine, and it was shaping up to be a lovely, long evening. At 7:00 p.m., the waiter informed us that they needed our table by 7:30 p.m. and that we should leave by then. The evening was ruined, and the mood was at rock bottom. They're inviting us to a wine festival, and we weren't informed of the time limit when we made our reservation.

I never review anything on Google, but this time I have to. I've never had such a good cheeseburger as the one I had there. Especially for the very reasonable price! The fries are also very, very good, and they don't skimp on the dip either. Very satisfied and will be back soon.

Despite the long wait, we received excellent service and, in recognition of the long wait, were given water and ice on the house. The service was more than super friendly and attentive. One star less because the fries were a bit cold, but we've been here several times and this hasn't been the case so far. It was just busy that day, so we understood. ☺️

Very attentive service! Gluten-free bread with trace information available. The server, who had celiac disease herself, was extremely well-informed and paid attention to every detail, such as no toasting. There's also an allergen card via QR code on the back of the menu—super convenient!

Burgers were prepared and not freshly made, for me it was not good

An experience for those who love surprises – unfortunately, not the good ones. Mixed up fries, mistook espresso for macchiato (cold, of course, because why not?), and forks? Probably in the witness protection program. If you like guessing what you're being served, this is the place for you. I, on the other hand, was just hungry.

The food is solid. The burger tastes very good! However, this burger joint doesn't stand out from the rest in any respect. They don't offer sweet potato fries. I find the price/performance ratio a bit too high. The iced tea is okay, but nothing more. We had to wait an hour for our food on a Tuesday (7:30-8:30 p.m.) 3.8 stars from me ;)

When I was there, there was nothing going on and no menu at the entrance!

I recently visited Burgerwerk. What struck me as positive was that everything was clean and I received a friendly welcome and service. The burger tasted good, but nothing special. What I didn't like were the over-salted fries and the inattentiveness of the staff. They brought new drinks, but didn't take away empty bottles or glasses. Furthermore, I don't think the price-performance ratio is good. Even though they use mostly fresh ingredients, I don't think the price of just under €14 for a small burger is justified at all. The fries, again, were a huge portion; the proportions aren't right. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with my second visit to Burgerwerk, which is why it will be my last.

We've been to Burgerwerk twice on a whim and will definitely find our way there again. The staff welcomes and serves guests very friendly. The restaurant is cozy, and you just feel at home. And most importantly: the burgers taste fantastic. Fresh and delicious. The menu has something for every taste. Highly recommended 🍔

We spontaneously stopped by Burgerwerk last weekend. The service was excellent, but the food didn't impress us. The fries were extremely oversalted and the brownie was dry. Furthermore, the coffee and latte macchiato were only lukewarm. There's still room for improvement here.

Super friendly staff and delicious food and drinks (homemade iced tea and lemonade). A big plus for us is that dogs are welcome. We're already looking forward to our next visit to Burgerwerk Wiehl!

After a long wait, we finally managed to pay Burgerwerk a visit. The staff was extremely friendly. The portions are generous, and there's no doubt that the dishes are 100% homemade. The ambiance invites you to linger and highlights its very own style. We're happy to have discovered a good place for burgers in the region. And especially that the restaurant, with its great location, has finally found someone who can realize its potential. We'll be happy to come back and will recommend it to others.

Friendly, funny, communicative, warm and so welcoming. It is by no means a given these days and is therefore all the more valuable. Eating here is really fun It's great! Good quality, freshly prepared and simply feel good cuisine at its finest. Exactly what you imagine comfort food to be. Changing offers, mottos and new ideas on the menu ensure that there is no chance of culinary boredom and you always have to weigh up between your personal favorites or something new. Of course it's not that easy for you hehe ;) In my numerous visits to this restaurant, it has never happened to me that there was no space, regardless of the time of day. We always see if things can work out somehow, in a friendly and solution-oriented manner. You can literally tell that every employee in this store is up for the job. The music is not too quiet, not too loud, creates a relaxed setting and contributes to a nice ambience. It is therefore possible for conversations to take place at any time without feeling disturbed. The drinks are always nice and cold and the cocktails are really tasty too! The bartenders know their stuff and seem as authentic in their manner as you would imagine a real bartender to be. The cocktails are always freshly mixed and you can watch the masters at work behind the counter. This store shows what it takes to be a place where you can simply have a good time. You arrive and just feel good. The idea of ​​offering a regulars' table is also brilliant, it's really fun and ensures that the place grows on you. In times when everything is moving faster and faster and humanity unfortunately all too often falls by the wayside, places like this are what we really need! A place where people come together to do what happens far too rarely these days: chat together, laugh and forget about time for a moment. You have to be prepared for a long search to find a place where the individual things fit together as well as they do here. I'm in love with this store, but you best just see for yourself.
