Das Fleisch war super saftig und die Burger hatten eine super Grösse, von der man gut sattgeworden ist! Daher waren die Preise auch sehr gerechtfertigt und überhaupt nicht überteuert.

Ich wollte heute um 20.20 Uhr noch was online in Wiehl bestellen. Bestellung ließ sich nicht abschließen, es sei kein Abholslot mehr verfügbar. Also habe ich angerufen und gefragt, ob ich telefonisch bestellen könnte. Antwort des Mitarbeiters: Ne, das geht nicht, dann sind wir für heute voll. Ich hab dann irritiert nachgefragt, ob das heißt, dass wir heute nichts zu essen mehr beim Burgerwerk bekommen könnten? Lapidare Antwort: Nein, heute leider nicht. Bin ehrlich gesagt etwas fassungslos, wie locker man als Gast/Besteller dort abgewimmelt wird. Ob ich dort nochmal bestelle, werde ich mir überlegen, man kann ja nie sicher sein, ob man überhaupt was bekommt. Man scheint es nicht nötig zu haben …..

Wir waren heute mit unserem Neffen und seiner Frau hier. Das war toll. Mega leckeres Essen, kalte Getränke und ein guter Kaffee. Tolle Kellner und der Preis absolut angemessen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden euch wieder besuchen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt bei euch. Macht weiter so! Mega!!!🥰

Die Burger sind wirklich sehr lecker und die Fritten mit topings sind auch sehr zu empfehlen. Aber denkt mal über eure Preisgestaltung beim Lieferservice nach, 5,50 Euro ist echt happig! Und auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß... Wenn ihr daran was ändert bestell ich auch gern öfters zum liefern.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und heiß und wurde zudem sehr schnell gebracht. Es gab vegetarische und vegane Optionen. Die Mitarbeitern waren sehr aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und ich würde definitiv wieder kommen.

Mega Location,, super nettes, aufmerksames Personal, immer um den Gast bemüht. Gute Burger. Das Küchenpersonal ist eingespielt, in den wenigen freien Sekunden zwischen 2 Bestellungen wird die Arbeitsplatte gewischt.

Super leckere Burger, frische Zutaten und ein richtig freundlicher Service trotz vielen Extras. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und das Essen war einfach top. Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren heute mit vier Personen im Burgerwerk. Anfangs war der Service auch noch gut und man ist aufmerksam auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Als der Laden voller wurde, wurden wir schon nicht mehr gefragt, ob wir was trinken wollen. Als das Essen dann kam, fehlten auf den Burgern z.B die extra Zutaten. Die Fritten waren zwar goldbraun aber anscheinend so oft frittiert dass sie von innen hohl waren. Das würde von uns auch angemerkt Allerdings kam da kein Entgegenkommen. Hier werde ich definitiv nicht noch mal essen.

Ich war mal wieder in diesem Burgerladen – und was soll ich sagen: Die Burger sind immer noch so gut, dass man ihnen fast alles verzeiht. Saftig, frisch, einfach ein Gedicht. Wenn es nur ums Essen gehen würde: glatte 10/10. ABER… diesmal hatte der Besuch auch etwas von einem kleinen Abenteuerfilm. Wir haben ungefähr eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet – genug Zeit, um über das Leben nachzudenken, Zukunftspläne zu schmieden und vermutlich nebenbei noch eine Sprache zu lernen. Unsere Getränke haben sich in der Zeit übrigens auch gedacht: „Wir sind dann mal weg.“ Ganze 35 Minuten standen wir vor leeren Gläsern und haben sie angestarrt, in der Hoffnung, sie füllen sich von selbst. Spoiler: Haben sie nicht. Erst nach aktivem „Hallo, wir existieren noch!“ an das Personal gab es Nachschub. Immerhin wurde uns gesagt, dass das Getränk aufs Haus geht – wahrscheinlich als Belohnung fürs Durchhalten. Plot Twist: Auf der Rechnung war es dann doch wieder da. Vielleicht ein Comeback, mit dem niemand gerechnet hat. Fazit: Das Essen ist überragend und der eigentliche Star des Abends. Der Service hingegen… sagen wir mal, ausbaufähig mit Potenzial für eine Fortsetzung. Ich komme trotzdem wieder – aber nehme beim nächsten Mal vielleicht vorsichtshalber ein Buch und eine Wasserflasche mit.

Ganz angenehme Location am Bahnhof. Auch ausreichend Parkplätze dahinter. Highlight sind natürlich die Burger, die wirklich lecker sind, für den Preis. Ich liebe die legendäre, sagenumwobene Chili Mayo! (Ich brauche eigentlich das Rezept :D) Auch die Getränkeauswahl ist sehr vielfältig, von alkoholischen Cocktails bis hin zu alkoholfreien Eistee's, Limonaden etc. Hier ist für jeden was dabei. Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch Wert. :)

Die Bürger sind Extraklasse, dafür 5 Sterne. Nur die Pommes sind verbesserungswürdig. Zu hart (nicht knusprig) ohne Salz oder Gewürz und passen von der Qualität Mal so gar nicht zum Bürger, schade. Man könnte die Pommes mit Käse Soße essen. Dafür 1 Stern Abzug und bitte holt euch bessere Pommes. Kommen gerne wieder.

Essen ist nicht ganz lecker Fleisch gesalzen 26 Euro für drei Döner, sehr teuer für diese Qualität! Ich empfehle nicht

Cocktails alle leider sehr wässrig mit sehr viel Eis Burger sind dafür super

Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker – mein Gott, ich habe noch nie in einem Burgerladen gesehen, dass dort so viel drin ist. Bei mir ist das Fleisch buchstäblich herausgefallen. Das Personal ist super und freundlich.

Der Bürger ist sehr lecker man merkt das es mit liebe zubereitet wird kann ich nur empfehlen und die Pommes sind auch sehr lecker

We ordered. Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review. First, there was a delay of over 20 minutes, then the burgers arrived grimy and covered in an oily mess. My second burger was a random one that wasn't ordered, instead of a chicken burger. Sorry, but it was absolutely terrible. I'm speaking for two people who felt the same way.

I've eaten at Burgerwerk twice now and both times it was fantastic. The burgers are tasty and a good size. What I especially appreciate is that they offer gluten-free burger buns. The staff is nice and friendly. All in all, very satisfied.

I had a gluten-free cheeseburger, it was delicious! Ordering was no problem at all; the server was very knowledgeable about gluten intolerance. I'll definitely be eating there again.

Incredibly delicious, hot, and original burgers. You can really taste the high quality of the ingredients and the individual components. The sauces are amazing! The goat cheese and beetroot burger is highly recommended! The atmosphere and friendly staff were a real plus. We'll definitely be back :)

The burgers are amazing, especially the Spicy Bacon BBQ Burger, grilled medium, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The Pan Pan burger buns are a perfect match and feel great in your hand. Add the hash browns and some chicken fingers, and it's simply fantastic. The service is fast, very friendly, and welcoming, and the food arrives quickly. When the place is full, it can sometimes take up to 40 minutes, but they are very accommodating. They want their guests to feel comfortable, and they do everything they can to make that happen. I find the consistently high quality and taste of the products remarkable. Even when the kitchen is pressed for time, everything is prepared properly. I always enjoy coming here, and BurgerWerk has become my go-to burger spot.

Very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. We were greeted and served warmly right away. Even though the kitchen was already closed, they prepared some delicious nachos especially for us – and they were even on the house! In the Wiehl area, Burgerwerk is my first choice!

I went there with my sisters and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly, the food was plentiful and delicious. The prices are also reasonable. I will definitely eat there again.

Food was very good, drinks were very good, and even longer waiting times were well compensated (thanks Tobi, plums with cream and cinnamon should be offered more often)

I can highly recommend Lucie and Tobi from the Winter Village; they have a very good atmosphere and delicious crêpes.

If you want amazing burgers, this is the place to go. We've never been disappointed. The service is always fantastic, too. From the moment you arrive until you leave, the service is top-notch. We always love coming back.

The food is theoretically good, if you can actually get it. We ordered for pickup and received a call 20 minutes before the scheduled time informing us that it wouldn't work and we would receive our food an hour later... I haven't received a response or a voucher yet, even though I sent an email immediately...

The food is tasty and the quality is good, but the patties are definitely not 140 grams. They look more like 80. The prices are also on the high side. I can easily eat until I'm full for €40 here. Delivery is twice or three times as expensive as anywhere else. You MUST pay extra for the packaging. Delivery is sometimes on time, sometimes not; delays of an hour do happen. The website is unfortunately extremely slow.

A lovely restaurant. We were there for the wine festival with a meet5 group of six people and had reserved a table for that evening. Since some of the participants had to travel a long way, they booked hotel rooms. Everyone was very pleased with the food. We had found a suitable wine, and it was shaping up to be a lovely, long evening. At 7:00 p.m., the waiter informed us that they needed our table by 7:30 p.m. and that we should leave by then. The evening was ruined, and the mood was at rock bottom. They're inviting us to a wine festival, and we weren't informed of the time limit when we made our reservation.

We had reserved a table for the wine festival at 4 p.m. That worked out so far. It was a wine festival, but not what the word suggests. Starting at 5:30 p.m., there was a table with eight wines listed. But the real shocker came when, just before 7 p.m., a condition came up, saying we had to leave by 7:30 p.m. because the table would be booked by someone else. So the evening had just begun, and we had to leave. Saturday evening was over. Many thanks to the burgerwek team for this. Even otherwise, no one knew what the other was doing. Dear management, you won't get regular customers like that. What a shame

I never review anything on Google, but this time I have to. I've never had such a good cheeseburger as the one I had there. Especially for the very reasonable price! The fries are also very, very good, and they don't skimp on the dip either. Very satisfied and will be back soon.

Despite the long wait, we received excellent service and, in recognition of the long wait, were given water and ice on the house. The service was more than super friendly and attentive. One star less because the fries were a bit cold, but we've been here several times and this hasn't been the case so far. It was just busy that day, so we understood. ☺️

Very attentive service! Gluten-free bread with trace information available. The server, who had celiac disease herself, was extremely well-informed and paid attention to every detail, such as no toasting. There's also an allergen card via QR code on the back of the menu—super convenient!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We received very friendly and courteous service. The children were immediately given something to draw. Although the children's menu only included one dessert, we were given two (one for each child) to avoid arguments. We would be happy to come back.

We ordered to take away. Everything was delicious and warm. It was almost like eating there. The sauces were even packaged separately, so the fries were fresh and crispy.

We ordered for delivery. The delivery arrived on time within the specified time frame. However, unfortunately, it was "incomplete." After our call, we were immediately informed that the missing product would be refunded. Ha, that wasn't the case!!! The missing product wasn't even in our shopping cart; we were informed of this after another call. So, it was our own fault!!! 🫣 It was indeed the case. An experience for those who love surprises – unfortunately, not the good ones. Mixed up fries, mistook espresso for macchiato (cold, of course, because why not?), and forks? Probably in the witness protection program. If you like guessing what you're being served, this is the place for you. I, on the other hand, was just hungry.

Very friendly and delicious. One minor downside: the burgers could be a bit bigger to be really filling, according to my kids.
