We came here after a hike, had made a reservation and 15 people were very well looked after with delicious food.

Wir hatten uns nach einer langen Wanderung auf ein leckeres Essen in diesem Hause gefreut. Es sollte ein gelungener Abschluss eines tollen Tages sein. Wir wurden leider sehr enttäuscht. Erstmal wurden wir sehr forsch von unserem ausgesuchten Tisch im Außenbereich vertrieben mit dem Hinweis das dieser schon reserviert ist. Es waren aber keine Reserviert Schilder auf den Tischen zu sehen. Nur Krüge mit Besteck die wohl darauf hinweisen sollen das diese nicht belegt werden durften. Wir hatten ein Braumeister Schnitzel und ein Rösti mit Lachs bestellt. Der Vorspeisen Salat war sehr lecker. Aber was dann kam war eine absolute Frechheit sondergleichen. Das Schnitzel stellte sich als billiges Pressfleisch aus der Industrie heraus. Die Champignon Sauce war ebenfalls ungenießbar aus der Packung. Jede Hausfrau hätte das besser hinbekommen. Das Rösti war in Ordnung aber es war eine Kinderportion. Leider kann man dieses Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade um das Geld. Dafür muss man nicht auswärts essen gehen.

After a long hike, we were looking forward to a wonderful and relaxing end to our day. When we took a seat on the outdoor terrace by the roadside, we were briskly asked if we had a reservation. There were no reserved signs on any of the tables. Only a beer mug with cutlery indicated this. In addition to beer, we also ordered rösti with salmon and a Braumeister schnitzel with pepper sauce. The appetizer salad was delicious. The rösti was also delicious, but the portion was more like a child's plate. The schnitzel, on the other hand, was an absolute disaster. The cheapest, overcooked, industrially pressed meat. The pepper sauce was inedible and extremely thick. You practically had to hunt for peppercorns. It's a real shame. We won't be returning here again. Edit: It's a shame that we're being portrayed as liars here. There were definitely no signs on the tables. Even a regular, who was greeted by name by the waitress, didn't realize that the tables were reserved. So your statement is definitely FALSE! It's shocking what you serve to your guests as supposedly good quality. I seriously question the skills of the kitchen. Even high-quality products require expert preparation.

Super delicious food, a very nice and varied menu, and fast, attentive staff. We hiked the Beer Trail and stopped here afterward. We'll be happy to do it again next time 👍😊

“Only jugs outside” this immortal description now unfortunately also applies to the small Kölsch at the bar or in the taproom. Unless...you're a regular!!!! This could be understood for outdoor areas, especially in times of staff shortages. However, for inside and especially for Kölsch, in a beer village, except for regular guests, sorry guys, we found it very questionable. We know the food from previous visits and it is consistently delicious. It's worth checking out seasonal characteristics. You should change the saying above the counter....!!!

We recently celebrated our small wedding there. We set the date with the owner before Christmas – everything was very straightforward. Christian offered us several menu suggestions, and we settled on one with minimal additions. The entire planning process was completely stress-free – a huge plus for an event like this ;-) We were able to bring the first crates the day before, and then decorate in peace on the morning of the wedding. The entire team actively supported us with all our needs – thank you again! The food was excellent and the service first-class. Many thanks to the entire team and Christian for an unforgettable evening! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

We have on December 21st. with 4 people a small. Christmas party with food and drinks was spent there And everything was super tasty, service was TOP And eat there really quickly. Gladly again... looking forward to the next time

My daughter had a cracked glass. Unfortunately, she only realized this when the glass was almost empty and she could see the bottom of the glass. Since you couldn't see whether there were any small splinters in it, I took the glass to the counter to simply hand it over and point it out. I would have ordered a new one at my own expense. The waitress was friendly, apologized and made us a new one straight away. Then boss came and asked what was going on? Took the contents out of the broken glass, poured it into a new glass, put it down and done. Hospitality and customer loyalty completely failed. Arrogance still has the edge over the guest.

Food good, staff friendly, prices okay. What more could you want? Keep it up.

Wir waren letztes Wochenende da, weil es uns schon öfter gefallen und geschmeckt hat. Es gab auch freie Tische auf der Terrasse, wo wir Platz nahmen. Es waren keine Reserviertschilder auf den Tischen. Etwas später kam eine Kellnerin, die unfreundlich fragte, ob wir reserviert hätten, was wir verneinten. Dann wurde uns sehr patzig mitgeteilt, dass man dann keinen Platz für uns hätte. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass keine Reserviertschilder auf den Tischen wären, wurde recht patzig geantwortet, dass man für sowas keine Zeit hätte. Für Kundenservice und Freundlichkeit sollte man in einer Gaststätte immer Zeit haben, aber davon hatte die Kellnerin bestimmt noch nie gehört. Wir werden die Gaststätte jedenfalls nicht mehr besuchen, denn wir gehen nur dorthin, wo Gäste gerne gesehen werden und den Eindruck hatten wir überhaupt nicht.

I was here for the second time today and, like the first time, I was totally impressed. The ambience suits the place. The food was super tasty and you definitely got full 😃. We were very disappointed. The food wasn't really good. We were there with 10 people. At one end of the table people asked for drinks and the rest of the group looked down the pipe and didn't get anything to drink. The table was so small that we sat very cramped and uncomfortable. A pity!

Fantastic ambience and delicious food

We were there for the first time and spontaneously got a table on a Saturday evening. I had the schnitzel with pepper sauce, fries and salad. It was really delicious and a good portion 👌🏻The sauce was great and the breading too 😋 The entire staff was very friendly and on point and the ambience and mood are also very nice. My companion had the Cordon Bleu, which was also very tasty, just a little dry, that can happen. First we had the sandwich with 2 dips. I wouldn't need such a large amount of the dip, half would easily be enough, even if you only use one 😉 Aioli didn't convince me at all, it tasted more like something with a creme fraiche base. I wouldn't order like that again. Still 5 stars and we will definitely come back and can definitely recommend the restaurant 👍🏻👍🏻

REPEAT OFFENDER. Booked by phone for lunch on Christmas Day. A table for 11 people was lovingly set. The service was competent, quick and courteous. The food was very tasty and the quantity was more than enough. The prices are absolutely fine. Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars, the system doesn't allow more. We will be back. Promised.

Wow! We used the catering for our daughter's baptism and the food was heavenly! The meat was so tender and the sauces were so delicious. The salads were super fresh and the side dishes were simply delicious. We will definitely choose Haus Kranenberg again next time. The delivery and assembly were problem-free and the staff was very friendly.

Discovered this restaurant by chance and didn't regret it. The service is attentive and friendly, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is very cozy. So a second visit is safe. So completely satisfied.

Wir haben zu zweit dort gegessen, das Essen war in Ordnung! Auf die Frage ob wir statt Pommes Bratkartoffeln haben können, meinte die Bedienung : ja kein Problem! Beim zahlen stellte ich dann fest das für die Umbuchung satte 3,50€ pro Essen berechnet worden ist! Da sind wir vorher nicht drauf hingewiesen worden! Und in der Speisekarte, 1 DIN A4 Blatt stand auch nix. Ein Mann vom Nachbartisch reichte mir daraufhin die gebundene Speisekarte, was die Bedienung mit einem: „was da drin steht, stimmt auch nicht immer“ abtat

Ich hatte das Herrensteak und war einfach begeistert so ein Steak hab ich nirgends bekommen einfach super alles frisch und super Qualität Danke und wir hoffen bis bald

Brauhaus halt leider viel TK ware schade

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal da und waren vom Essen sehr angetan. Tolle Qualität und gute Portionen. Die Bedienung im Ganzen ist top, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus Kranenberg ist ein gemütliches Brauhaus im Herzen von Bielstein. Im Sommer kann man schön draußen sitzen, im Inneren wartet eine Braustube. Das Essen ist gut bürgerlich und lecker. Service sehr freundlich. Für eine Feierlichkeit haben wir das Catering in Anspruch genommen, das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich, die Abwicklung unkompliziert.

Superessen und gute Getränke und nette Gesellschaft

Im Sommer kann man dort schön draußen sitzen. Essen ist prima und der Inhaber ist super Kundenorientiert.

Schön urige Atmosphäre im Brauhausstil innen, schöner Biergarten draußen. Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis, das Essen ist jedes Mal ein voller Genuss. Ich würd Mal sagen jut bürgerliche Küche und die Desserts zum schweben. Die Bedingungen sind Flott und Freundlich und der Gastwirt weiß wie man einen Zapfhahn bedient. 👍

Sehr gute Küche, üppige Portionen, herzlicher Service in einem schönen sauberen lebendigen Ambiente runden das Restaurant Kranenberg ab. Für jeden Geschmack hält die Speisekarte eine Vielzahl von leckeren Gerichten bereit, frisch zubereitet. Die Klientel spiegelt ein Durchschnitt durch die Gesellschaft, ob jung ob alt, hier findet jeder einen gemütlichen Platz. Es empfiehlt sich vorher zu reservieren.

Getränke Service schnell, Nette Bedienung. Essen ok, aber nicht herausragend, das Schnitzel wirkte nicht wie frisch paniert sondern vorbereitet. Das „Brauhaus“ hat eine Gute Lage im Ortskern.

Haben dort ein privat Konzert gespielt. Sind sehr gut bewirtet wurden. Danke für den Rundumservice!!
