Ganz nette Pizzen aber leider in unterschiedlicher Qualität. Mal sind sie lecker und gut gemacht. Mal sind sie sehr schlecht gemacht und von minderer Qualität. Es gibt wohl einen guten Koch und einen schlechten anders kann ich mir das nicht erklären. Bedienungen sind fast alle freundlich und es gefällt uns da.

wirklich keine schöne Atmosphäre! Innen wie aussen hat der Gastronomiebereich auf diesem Campingplatz nichts ansprechendes zu bieten. Lieblos zusammengewürfelte Tische und Stühle im Aussenbereich. Innen ist es auch eher ein Kneipenabklatsch aus den 80er Jahren. Kein Charm, nicht gemütlich, nicht einladend. Überall steht auch Gerümpel rum, leere Getränkekisten, vereinsamte Zapftheke, alte Schirme, ausgebrannte Kerzen, usw. Irgendwie schmuddelig. Das Essen könnte es vielleicht rausholen, aber auch da ist die Qualität niedriger als minder. Sie ist schlecht! Das Gyrosfleisch schmeckte faul! Pizzen sind völlig fettig und schwimmen vor Käse davon. Salate sind lieblos mit Dressing aus der Tube angerichtet. Das Bier war gut gekühlt, Radler auch. Wasser hingegen kommt in Gläsern ähnlich denen als Krankenhausgeschirr. Schade - denn die Lage im Grünen ist sehr schön, aber ein Besuch dort ist nicht lohnend für ein längeres Verweilen. Schon gar nicht um zu Essen oder zu trinken!

I want to give Martin a huge compliment. He is without a doubt one of the most attentive and friendly servers I have ever encountered. The moment you enter the bar, he greets you with a smile, and throughout the entire evening, he ensures that you want for nothing. Drinks are always refilled promptly, special requests are immediately fulfilled, and he even remembers his guests' favorite orders. You can tell that Martin is truly passionate about his job – he is professional, courteous, and creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Thanks to him, you really feel welcome as a guest. In short: Martin is a real asset to the bar and a prime example of what great service should be. Highly recommended.

It's okay for the price. It's not expensive. The pizzas are good. The staff is friendly.

The pizzas are mostly cheese, and not that great taste-wise. The interior isn't cozy, but the beer garden is quite nice in the summer.

I can't comment on the taste of the food, but the portions seemed generous from what I could see. The service was friendly, however, communication was a bit cumbersome. When ordering, you always have to state the number and price of the dish.

A few years ago, we held our monthly get-together here a few times, as the old location had closed. I was absolutely thrilled the first time, too. The food was delicious. The back area, where we had reserved tables, was nice and spacious, so we could stand up and gather in groups. The service was also very friendly and attentive. Everything was excellent. But the food and service deteriorated each time, so after a few attempts, we gave up on the location and now the get-together takes place elsewhere.

Waiting time far too long. Food delivered cold. Meat burnt and portions way too small. Thank you... but unfortunately not again. New food was brought to me. Also completely wrong. The fact that the man himself delivers the replacement order like that... is really a disgrace

Access to the toilet at its finest. Even one star is too much!!!! The money could have been invested better. There aren't many services here that you can order from, so we've ordered from Heaven several times and have always given them another chance. But every time the food comes far too late and twice they completely forgot about us. Every time an order is placed, something is forgotten AND done wrong. What wasn't supposed to be in the food was still put on it and vice versa: extra requests were ignored. They even forgot the drink that we were supposed to get as a gift too late (because we simply had to give it up because the last order was always forgotten or delivered incorrectly). The order was completely forgotten twice, and then after two hours we asked if there was anything else coming... Today the food was late again, the supposedly new driver couldn't find the address. According to my own statement, I only left the restaurant ten minutes ago (was with us twenty minutes after the phone call) and according to my calculations, preparing the food took 70/80 minutes. The food arrived cold and the fries weren't even properly fried. The gyros were far too little, laughable, a handful of meat in the middle of the silver bowl, no sauce... I can't find any more words for it. The pizza had onions on it that weren't supposed to go there. And the calzone was a hit, at first I thought “oh, lots of cheese” because it was the raw dough that was stretching!!! The thing wasn't even remotely finished, it was raw!!! (The main thing was burnt at the top) You can't tell anyone... then I threw it in the oven myself because I was just fuming by now. Well, we're really getting fed up, it's really outrageous. If I worked like that I wouldn't have a job anymore!

Wir haben jetzt mehrfach dort gegessen, es war alles nicht gut.Die Schnitzel waren mies, wie mehrfach aufgewärmt. Lediglich die Bedienung ist freundlich, der Wirt leider nicht.

Kann man mal auf einen Drink vorbeischauen,essen würde ich hier nichts.

Das Essen war gut und reichlich. Die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Nette Gespräche mit anderen Gästen geführt und einen schönen Abend gehabt. Zu uns waren die angestellten Damen und auch der Besitzer sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Man könnte sagen ein kleiner "Geheimtipp", da es sich (leider) etwas versteckt, im Eingangsbereich auf dem Gelände (hinter der Anmeldung) des Bielsteiner Campingplatzes befindet. Habe hier schon Gyros, Pizza und Schnitzel gegessen und kann nicht meckern. Die Auswahl ist gut, die Speisen lecker, die Portionen sind ausreichend groß und das alles zu fairen und günstigen Preisen, mit zusätzlichen Aktionstagen (preislichen Vergünstigungen) unter der Woche. Außerdem bekommt man hier auch immer ein leckeres, kühles und frisch gezapftes Bier aus Bielstein vom freundlichen Personal, in vollkommen ungezwungener Atmosphäre serviert.

Super Preisleistungsverhältniss, bei richtig guter Qualität, wer hier was zu meckern hat scheint ein Problem mit sich selbst zu haben. Guido Gausmann

Richtig geil vorallem das schnitzel🤤
