A great burgerplace next to a cozy park. Lots of options and customizable ingredients. Many different veggie and vegan burgers as well. The staff was friendly, helpful and gave us a good laugh. Definitely recommended when in the mood for a delicious burger and fries

My buddy and I had it on April 24th. a very bad 🍔 experience. We were served very nicely and it tasted very good, but an hour later the food (burger with fries) hit my stomach so badly that I first had diarrhea and then 10 minutes later I had to vomit several times. My friend also had a grumbling stomach and (luckily only at home) diarrhea. I wanted to ask if something similar had happened to other guests. Best regards A.R.

Pretty decent burger. I had the double Pattie one with double cheese too. I thought it was too cheesy tbh, could almost only taste the goooey cheese.

The order was taken quickly but unfortunately the wait was too long for two burgers and two beers. Had to ask again after over 30 minutes. Burgers are tasty in themselves, but the burger bun is too greasy for me. The meat was somehow almost fried. The sauces are good. Overall okay, but I'll probably get my burgers from Burgermeister again.

We were there spontaneously in the evening after 10 p.m. and got a table straight away. Food, ambience, service… top! Unreservedly recommended! Tip: definitely try the house IPA!

Delicious Burgers! Great music, nice vibe and delicious food. It’s kinda pricy, around 13€ for a burger, but they are very tasty. We had the chili cheezuz and the green boxi burger (both vegan), also my personal recommendations. Super yummy if you enjoy spicy food. We also had some sweet potato fries with peanut sauce. Good taste but a little too soft for my taste.

My personal place of pilgrimage! As a fan of the German hip hop and rap scene, I can't miss a visit to the Burgeramt whenever I'm in Berlin. You immerse yourself in an urban flair with a feel-good factor. Relaxing beats on your ears, colorful walls with music posters and an ultra-friendly staff. There is a large selection of vegetarian and vegan options. I have already tested the vegan burgers numerous times and can warmly recommend them. A little advice: during peak times or days, it's best to reserve in advance. Otherwise, bring some time. After every visit I take home a small, positive memory (free schnapps, graffiti scribbles...) and would like to take this opportunity to thank the Burgeramt team for it. You're great! Dear Burgeramt team, you don't just have the tastiest burgers, the crunchiest fries and the juiciest nuggets! You have the friendliest crew, best sound and coolest ambience. And what's more, you're child-friendly: there are freshly sharpened colored pencils and coloring pages for every child without asking. Extra requests are never a problem (just no greens on the young beef please!). After so many visits with you, it's like coming home! Thank you - you are amazing!

It is a beautiful restaurant that is run with a lot of love. Attentive service and great cuisine. The citizens are amazing. Mega soft and incredibly delicious and juicy. It has everything one could dream of in a citizen. Many thanks to the entire team, keep it up 🤤

Unfortunately I have to admit that I didn't find the burger tasty at all. It was cold when it arrived and just fell apart. I also ordered jalapeños and there were originally two jalapeños on it, which cost me €2.50 extra, wow.

Great burgers, they give a lot of fries, so you will definitely eat. They also have vegan options with beyond meat that are very tasty.

We ordered some fries and nachos and were average in taste. The nachos had cheese sauce instead of hard cheese, so it was disappointing. They said that were served with jalapeños but we didn’t find them. The fries were regular ones with a chilli tomato sauce that was not spicy at all. I was expecting more since I heard so many good things about this place. Unfortunately, I can’t say this is my fav burger place to go. Overall, was okay experience. Staff were friendly though but the music was too loud so we couldn’t talk while having our snacks.

Burgers and rap, a super cool mix. A rumbling stomach led us to Burgeramt by chance, and luckily it was the perfect choice. The ambiance: colorful tiles, wooden tables, the walls covered in concert posters and photos of famous rappers, rap music blaring from the speakers. Friendly and fast service (we received excellent advice), great burgers, and crispy fries. A definite recommendation.

We just love it here. Great burgers, awesome milkshakes and really good fries. Whether as a couple or with our friends, we enjoy spending time there.

Burger unfortunately not really good ☹️The bun can really only be described as such, sticky and tastes like it came out of a bag, good and cheap. The price is more than exaggerated. It's a shame that the standard of old can no longer be found.

The best burger place in Friedrichshain (and then some). You can choose to dine in, or grab a burger 🍔 + 🍟 in the "to go Burgeramt" 15 meter left from the dine in place. We dined inside and ordered two vegan burgers along with fries. You have plenty of burgers to choose from including some great vegan options with different ingredients. Along with classic fries and a variety of options like extra patties, cheese and more. All the food is very delicious and after living 2 years in the USA I can say that it is authentic too! If you want a great burger experience, you have to go to Burgeramt ❤️

The burgers fall apart as soon as you pick them up. They are tasty but for a burger place that's a big disappointment. Also VERY expensive!

The three of us spontaneously had dinner here last Friday and actually got a table straight away. Even though you sometimes sit a little close together, everything is very comfortable. The burgers were really delicious and ready super quickly. The best thing, however, was by far the service: When I walked in I was briefly worried that I wasn't "cool enough" and might therefore feel a bit uncomfortable, but I was completely wrong. Our waitress was really warm and in a good mood and gave everyone at the table perfect advice on their choice of food. It generally felt like you were talking to a good friend.

Cool restaurant, delicious food and lovely service (greetings to Ekin:-)). We felt completely comfortable. The restaurant looks great. Posters and pictures everywhere. The music is good and has a pleasant volume. We were warmly welcomed and served. Food was super tasty and large portions too. At the end there was a super delicious milkshake. My family was thrilled. We'll be back.

Four of us ate here. Unfortunately, the store offers a bit of space and is very narrow where we sat. I ordered a cheese burger to try something new. The burger was very tasty, as were the fries. Perfect for my taste, the rest of the group found the fries too salty. The store is therefore highly recommended for me, even if the prices are a bit steep, but still reasonable.

The best way to end an eventful day! Characterized by old school vibes and the spirit of the Berlin hip hop scene, Burgeramt creates a great ambience and attentive service. The food is top! One of the best burger restaurants in torn! Highly recommended!

We stumbled in there by chance - just amazing. Starting with the super cool ambience, the delicious burgers and above all the brilliant crispy fries - and the peanut sauce!!! Delicious!! We can also only recommend your own IPA beer! Nice service on top of that: a visit we will never forget! 👌🏻😎

Unfortunately I have to say goodbye to one of my favorite burger shops. Had dinner here again, hadn't been here for about a year. At first I was surprised that the prices remained almost the same. Ordered cheese bomb. Unfortunately the meat was so thin that I only tasted the sweet bun. The weight used to be on the menu, namely 160 grams for the simple burger. When we asked, the nice burger master said that the patties now only weigh 120 grams (weights are no longer listed). It feels like just 80. It's very sad that people are being ripped off so much these days.

The staff is extremely rude, The blonde girl kept rolling her eyes at us because we had a 1 year old baby girl who was crying and basically shouted that she won’t take our order unless we know what we want just because we were asking her something .. and the food isn’t even worth it and pricey, not coming back

Except for a wobbly table, everything fits perfectly here. Great food, great drinks, great service! Would love to come back here. Small update: since I'm now a regular guest here, all I can say is: keep it up. The first restaurant where the service, quality and price have simply remained constant. If there is no table available, you can sit at the bar first. Drinks arrive in no time, if there is a shortage, you will be informed right at the beginning that it will take a moment longer. Keep it up!

Super tasty burger. We were there on a Wednesday afternoon and after 5 minutes we had our burger. The burger was super tasty, my friend even said it was the tastiest burger he had ever eaten. Overall a good location. Only the quantity wasn't that much, you could easily have ordered two more. The store is definitely recommended.

They used to be the best burger in Berlin, but for some reason they decided to turn themselves into the most basic smash burger. Instead of the social bun and thick patty. You will now find super thin smash patty at most 50 grams of meat that you won’t even taste in the bun moreover there was meat bones inside our burger and I almost cracked a tooth. Undoubtedly now one of the worse burgers in Berlin. What a shame. Moreover I’m unhappy to report we only ate here today and we are now all suffering the effects of food poisoning. Stay away.

Very good, honest citizen station in Berlin near Ostbahnhof. Furnishings with great attention to detail (hip hop music). Service was very quick and attentive. We thought the chicken nuggets were outstanding. 😃😋. You should definitely pay a visit if you like burgers and fries. 👍 Perfectly upwards.

For 2 cheeseburgers, 1 portion of fries (without sauces) and 2 glasses of wine I paid €40.40 - a completely exorbitant price. The burgers were mediocre in taste, the sauceless fries were disappointing, and overall the quality just wasn't worth the price. There are many other burger joints in the area where you can eat much better. I definitely won't go here again.

Excellent burgers, friendly service and really nice atmosphere with old school rap music. Honestly, a burger is more than enough, none of us could finish our fries due to the size of the burgers.

Overall a very decent experience here. Prices weren’t bad, but could’ve come with chips. Was not hungry after a single burger tho. Generous portions and great tunes throughout. Staff very friendly and greeted with a smile. Happy to speak in English and in German. Got halloumi burger and milkshake, came to €17.50 which isn’t outrageous. Got free stickers too at the bar which I would highly recommend getting. Cool design of the bar including cool posters and edgy toilets.

UPDATE: Prices have risen like everywhere else, a burger with fries now costs around €15 to €20. However, still very tasty beyond meat burgers. I'd love to come again. UPDATE: Now 5 stars: I'm coming here more often now that the beyond meat burgers have become cheaper and cost less than €10. A little tip: if you pay with satispay on the weekend you get a 30% discount and if you pay with the Luca pay app you get a 10% discount. If you come here after 10 o'clock in the evening, you can get a burger and fries within 10 minutes. The beer and meat burger is truly the best burger you can get in the area. It's great grilled. The burger bun is still warm when you get it and the portion of fries is huge. A little tip from my side. I always order the special sauce with the fries. This is curry ketchup with mayo and onions in a small plastic packaging for €1.50! Old post: I always enjoy coming here again. However, I also have to say that the prices have increased infinitely. For a beyond meat burger you now pay at least €10 and with a few more things on top you can pay €12.90. I find that absolutely crazy. The burgers here used to cost €5 to €6. That has to be said. The fries are still extremely cheap. But please be careful. The portions are really huge. A medium portion is definitely a huge fat 500 g. Bag. I think the large portion feels like a kilo.

Was here for the second time, but the first time was only for the Marsimoto autograph hour. Since you weren't allowed to order anything and I absolutely had to try the "Green Berlin Burger" as a Green Berliner, I had to come again. The service was great, even at the autograph hour, you got free drinks, they were quick and very nice. The ambience is great, you didn't even know where to look. I really like posters like this etc. Eating took a while, or I was just extremely hungry and couldn't wait. Of course I had a Green Berlin Burger, I have to say I liked it despite the avocado cream. The portion was also ok. However, the price, phew.

We like to come here relatively often (mostly in the snack bar) and unfortunately we have to say that the quality has fluctuated quite a bit lately, which we find very unfortunate. From very tasty to rather disappointing, everything is there. Today unfortunately only 3 (well-intentioned) stars.. hopefully you will quickly find a consistent good quality again..

The service was super nice. Lots of selection of vegan and vegetarian burgers too. The atmosphere is very pleasant and you feel very comfortable.

Fast-forward 4 years I have given another try to the fries 🍟 in the takeout area. €4.50 for a small portion of fries I think it is a bit pricey. It would have help knowing in advance the size of the portion so one can decide whether or not to buy it. Review from 2019: We were surprised that we were charged 3.20€ for a regular glass of water that we ask for when we arrived. The service took ages and we waited an hour for a burguer, and the place was not even full. The last time we were here it was the same. The meat of the burguer was tasteless and the fried potatoes as well. Unfortunately, the takeout service is no different. Definetly not recommended, we are not coming back to this place.

A charming ambience awaits everyone who walks into this institutional burger joint. The service is super friendly and the burgers, fries and beer were really delicious and excellently made. Love this place, we wanted a table outside and the man who helped us was super friendly. We had some beers we were already drinking and he asked us to finish it as soon as possible but leaving us to sit on the table and order the food, human treat and warm atmosphere❤️ The food it's incredible and the portions are big Thanks for the nice dinner !!

I've been eating there for years, when it was just the little snack bar next door. The burger snails are still very good, as are the fries and the sauces. However, I have to complain about one thing. There used to be more extravagant burgers, such as: The Tzaziki Burger, the Teriyaki Burger. I miss them very much. I'll still come back, see you!

Tasty burger spot. We ordered cheese bomb so double meat, fried onion and mix of fries. Pretty okay, we were waiting around 25’ for this and I d say it’s too long. Few hours later we were in Vietnamese restaurant in the neighbourhood and in better time we got way more food. Still nice atmosphere - old school rap songs and posters on a walls.

Great burgers - really loved the cheesy cheese one, but we also tried the spicy chilly cheese that was great too. My favorite was cheese loaded fries - trully perfect! The vibe of the place was fun and chill - lots of great posters and music was very matching the general mood of the design.

Been there for the first time. Cool atmosphere, relaxed people. Ordering food was easy at a terminal, then there was a number that was called later. The tables were all full when we arrived, but we then joined other people, which is easy to do if you're open to it. The food was ready quickly, the staff were super nice people. The halloumi citizen and the fries were super tasty!!🤩 Absolute Berlin recommendation, we would love to come back!

For us, Burgeramt Friedrichshain is the best burger shop in Berlin! The selection of burgers is excellent, and the fries and nuggets are simply delicious. There is always great music playing in a relaxed hip-hop atmosphere, which makes the ambience perfect. The staff are super friendly and ensure a pleasant atmosphere every time. The location at Boxhagener Platz is ideal, and we now come here regularly – real regular customers. Particularly positive is the child-friendliness, which makes the Friedrichshain Citizens' Office a great place for the whole family. Absolutely recommended!

If you really want to ruin your Sunday, you should definitely go there! Waited over an hour for the food, then asked... waited again, there was a greeting from the kitchen (nicely meant, but cold!!! Sweet potato fries aren't really an excuse). We even had to sit for a quarter of an hour to pay relaxed.. We spent a total of 2 hours there. Worst experience ever

Been recommended the burgers from a Facebook group. Sublime is the only way to describe them, I genuinely don’t think I’ve eaten a better burger. Vibes are immaculate, I’m a massive lover of hip hop/rap music so it’s the perfect place to go for a bite to eat if that’s your vibe. Couldn’t get any better.
