I ordered from there earlier, and although the food arrived a little late, it was still fresh, and they apologized. They even called me to ask if I was enjoying the food and if I needed anything. They offered to replace anything at the owner's expense if I wasn't happy with it. You hardly ever find that kind of friendly service these days. Besides that, the two burgers and the fries were really delicious. I would definitely order from there again, and if I'm ever in the area, I'll eat there too.

The order was paid for, but the delivery never arrived. They then falsely claimed to have been on site. A refund is still being refused. I will document the entire process, including call logs and times, and report and file a complaint accordingly.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The burger was burnt, the salad was already moldy, and even the hot dog was burnt. This simply shouldn't happen. I hope that the quality and quality control will be significantly improved in the future.

I called, ordered, and the food was ready 10 minutes later. The fries were delicious. But the burger was a disaster. The meat was full of gristle and burnt. Inedible.

It was good, but unfortunately, nothing more. Totally raw!

We ordered a coleslaw with our order, but it wasn't delivered. We called the number provided, and the employee said he would look into it and get back to us. Nothing has happened since. An hour and a half has passed. We've now eaten our burgers without the coleslaw. I don't know why no one at Lieferando is taking care of this, as they claimed they couldn't help us (but they can still collect their commission from the restaurant). Now, there's no point in delivering the coleslaw anymore.

Crispy burgers are great for firing.

With one of the best burger joints in Berlin, always ordered via Lieferando and arrived quickly. They also have burger portions with up to 450g of meat.

I ordered through Eats, then got a call and the order wasn't available. However, the owner didn't cancel the order.

In itself delicious burgers, BUT much more attention must be paid to hygiene and cooling, the salad is often not so fresh and the meat is often still completely raw

The burger was the most disgusting burger I've ever eaten or seen. The salad was bad, soggy, the sauce had a disgusting taste, and the meat looked disgusting too! Overall, it tasted terrible! I know where I'll never order food from again.

Definitely recommended, get the Chicago Burger.

We've ordered from there several times now. Delivery is either completely late or doesn't arrive at all. Every time you have questions, the only people on the phone are people you don't understand or don't speak German. The drivers have also been rude every time. They only wanted a receipt if you paid with cash, but they never gave one. I have no idea if they're running an illegal business or something else, but is it too much to ask for a receipt if something's missing or something else is going on? You need to know.

Biggest crap! I ordered 2 hours ago, nothing arrived. After calling, I was told, "I'm going home now, there were technical problems." I tracked the delivery, the food was ready a long time ago, they just didn't have a driver or something. It was just a shame. My number was stored on file, instead of calling, they told me nothing. Just looking for a quick buck and hoping to get away with it 😂😅😡 I think they'll just get a big bill, free orders, a big announcement, and probably minus tips.

The delivery driver was extremely rude. He almost caused an accident in front of my door with his Golf Mk4. He wasn't happy with giving me change; he almost didn't give me any change at all. The order cost €24.68 only after I asked. I paid with a €50 note and only got €22 back.

Basic things mean more money and that is also the matter of exploitation and disrespect towards the customer

Unfortunately the ambience isn't that nice, the boards weren't clean under the paper... the food was delicious and arrived quickly.

I ordered from Lieferando today. Unfortunately, the order came too late, the fries were undercooked and, last but not least, the salad on my burger was moldy. I called the restaurant to find a solution, but the gentleman brushed me off saying the salad was good and he didn't believe me, he also got angry and didn't help me. His solution was that I should contact Lieferando. I will never order from this restaurant again!

I ordered Danish hot dogs there yesterday and had to realize that it was in no way the food mentioned above, connoisseurs know that Danish hot dogs contain red sausages and that they were delivered know, like my freshly painted wall, that is an impertinence to offer something like Danish hot dogs and it disappointed me very much

We love the burgers and fries!! So delicious, always fresh and piping hot! I could order every day because there are so many different burgers, and they all taste great. We've tried almost all of them. 😂 We've already been there with friends and family, and they were also impressed! The people and drivers are really nice! Thank you <3<3

Went here for fries, I got a box with potato wedges and those were so salty it was bad. It was bloody expensive too. Never again!

Ordered today for the first and last time. I had a chicken nugget burger with fries and a drink. About the burger: The nuggets were never in the deep fryer, rather in the microwave, lukewarm. The bun was not on the toaster or grilled, totally cold and inedible. About the fries: There were fries, but it felt like there were only 10 of them. Definitely could have been more. My wife had a different menu but more fries. For the drink. It was delicious and nice and cold. At least something. In the end a 4 for the menu (school grade).

Hamburger meat was burnt, Instead of haloumi we had tofu, There was cartilage in the chicken patty, Don't even get me started on the sausage on the hot dog... For us the food was inedible and €40 ended up in the trash can.

The burgers are large and the salad is fresh, but unfortunately the meat was undercooked in some places. The mozzarella burger was dry and the bun was completely burnt. It's a shame ☹️

Absolutely fine for a delivery burger. If you feel like a burger, you can definitely order it.

Actually quite tasty. Unfortunately I broke a tooth on a hard piece of bone/cartilage in the super hard fried burger meat.

We recently ordered for the first time and found it really tasty. Fries and potato wedges were super spicy (although a little spicy, luckily the kids still liked them) and, above all, still crispy and warm despite the delivery. The burgers were also good (although the meat was a bit too dark for my taste). Delivery was even faster than expected at 30 minutes. But we found it quite expensive, just under €40 for two burger meals (with fries + drink) and one potato wedge.

I received my order over an hour later and then a burger was missing which wasn't even delivered afterward. I should contact you again tomorrow and then I'll get a burger for free. For just under 6 euros you get 6 nuggets and for another 6 euros you get 6 broccoli nuggets, which is such a disgrace and then they don't even deliver the forgotten burger. The broccoli nuggets weren't even filled but seemed to have completely run out.

The kids order food themselves and are promptly ripped off. Driver without change.... freely according to the motto, round up or you won't get the food. When we called and complained, we were assured that the driver would return the difference. Of course it didn't happen! Congratulations on the self-calculated tip of 4 euros (25 percent of the value of the goods), which now has a top rating. Soon you'll be able to eat your soggy fries yourself again. Nothing more will be ordered from you.

I've ordered for the third time now, it actually tastes pretty good, but today something strange happened - there was a dead bee between my fries, half fried or at least oily. Almost accidentally ate while watching the series. From a hygiene perspective, something like this is simply not possible!!!! I've been waiting in vain for an answer! That's a disgrace.

The food is super tasty and the service is super friendly. The food is always freshly made and still warm, the burgers are big enough and you don't have to order two burgers to get full like some other burger shops. For children there is usually a free Capri sun, or it's because you're a regular customer, I'm not sure. Overall, Burger City has really tasty food and the atmosphere is also very nice, but for me it's a little too dark, but that's probably just because it's not really my style.

Burgers quite good but chili cheese nuggets were just an empty shell. Contacted directly by email, apart from forwarding there was no response and no goodwill. Despite asking and taking a photo... then unfortunately the only option is to write it here.

I ordered for the first time today and can recommend the burgers. Very tasty and warm and delivered quickly. If you're looking for a good burger, you've come to the right place!

Good fries, solid burgers...but I won't have them delivered anymore because the delivery guy is racing through the 30 zones! I can understand that deliveries are wanted quickly and every customer is happy when it comes quickly, but that's really not possible!

Unfortunately, I haven't had the pleasure of being there and enjoying the ambience and the food on offer. But when Lieferando suggested I order there for the first time, I thought maybe I could give it a try. Said and done! I've been ordering there every two months for the past year and have tried everything out. Always to my satisfaction. In terms of taste, it arrived warm and I only forgot something once in 6 orders. Which I don't think is the end of the world. In terms of reliability and quality, everything else is extremely tasty and juicy, quality 1a+. I wish everyone a good appetite and that it stays that way. 😍👌

Wir haben heute das erste mal hier bestellt und es war Weltklasse! Jeden Wunsch umgesetzt, Pommes heiß&knackig und die Burger einfach sehr gut, der beste Burger seit langer Zeit! Weiter so :)

Super leckere Burger, so frisch, einfach richtig lecker.

Süßkartoffelpommes sind genauso gut wie im Greenhouse. Der Sauerkrautburger war Super/ Preise angemessen. Wir haben vor Ort gegessen.

Perfekter Laden, Service ist top, Atmosphäre ist 11/10 und wenn das Essen nicht super geil wäre, würde ich kein Review schreiben. Ihr Jungs macht das super. Allerdings schaff ich manchmal nicht mal den L Bruger 😅 Trotzdem, ich kann den Laden jedem empfehlen. Werde immer wieder kommen :)

Essen ist gut. Personal etwas verplant. Hatte auch leider nicht alle Bestellten Sachen in meiner Tüte und musste noch mal hin. Ärgerlich. Innen keine Sitzmölglichkeit, weil alles zugestellt ist (eigentlich 3 Tische). Draussen bei schönen Wetter kann man schön sitzen.

Die Burger sind einfach lecker - uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

Die Burger sind wirklich lecker und haben keine Standardbelegung. 1x erst dort gegessen, weil der Hunger so groß war. Sonst immer mitgenommen und Zuhause gegessen.

Super keckerer Burger und das auch spät in der Nacht. Absolut notwendig gewesen für die Region Hermsdorf und Glienicke. Der Eigentümer ist super nett und das Essen sehr lecker. Gerne wieder 😍😁

Die erste Lieferung kam innerhalb von 25 Minuten an. Leider hatten sie die Nuggets vergessen. Diese kamen dann auf Nachfrage 45 Minuten später. Keine Süßkartoffelpommes zum Burger nehmen. Die Portion war sehr klein und hat 5,60€ gekostet. Die Burger waren aber sehr gut.

Leckere Döner, sehr netter Service. Man kann vorbestellen und das essen ist immer fertig gewesen, wenn ich kam!

Beste Burger, ganz nette Leute- ob zum Mitnehmen oder zum Vorort-Essen, so lassen wir uns das schmecken!

Sehr leckere, frische und große Burger inkl. toll gewürzten Pommes

Habe burger bestellt...der vegi Bürger mit angeblichem Mozzarella petty hatte Mozzarella sticks stattdessen, war ohne Sauße und somit extrem trocken für 7+€ ein Witz...bei dem anderen Bürger war die hausgemachte sauße ganz lecker aber leider Rucola teilweise sehr hart und nicht gut gewaschen (oder der Salat hatte Sand drin).

Guter Burgerladen, uns hat es gut geschmeckt. Große Portion, und Pommes waren lecker und cross. Hatten über Lieferando bestellt, ist damit aber teurer als wenn man direkt im Laden anruft oder per Wats App bestellt. Wir werden sicher nochmal bestellen und andere Sachen bestellen.

Mega leckere Burger, Fries außen knusprig und innen so wie sie sein müssen. Die Preise für ein Menü um ca. 2€ erhöht, aber das Essen ist es wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Selten so gute Burger und Pommes und Saucen gegessen und sogar bestellte Lieferung. Eigentlich sogar besser als gut. Alles selbstgemacht, klasse!!!
