Burger Nord in Herne

Just eating rubbish, it didn't taste good, delivery only came after 2 hours even though the app said 30 minutes. I will definitely never order it again and I won't recommend it to anyone else

I've never been there before but after 20 orders I haven't been disappointed once and can only recommend it.

The “old” website is still online where you can order and pay. Of course the food doesn’t come, after waiting 3 hours and writing back and forth you’re no longer hungry. It's no longer tasty either!!

The food is usually great, but something is often forgotten. They just forgot half of my bread the other day. They always try to make it up to you, but after a while it gets annoying. And communication is very, very difficult. In my opinion, the driver comes without any money, so sometimes you have to tip more than you want. A lot of potential in the store but unfortunately no implementation.

Disgusting food! Food only came after 2 hours! And to top it off, my wife and I got vomiting diarrhea! When you call, all you get is: I don't understand anything. It's better to sell inferior goods in your country!

I ordered online on the BurgerNord website. Order was placed at 7:19 p.m. After receiving no notification that the order was on the way by 8:28 p.m., we called the number listed on the website to inquire. This number is not in use! Two more numbers were found where no one could be reached either. The food was not delivered without notice! We previously paid via PayPal, where we then reported the order. However, there was no reaction from BurgerNord. Luckily we got our money back via PayPal. Of course we will never order there again!

First of all, I'm a customer with a lot of extra requests. First great point, I would be called and asked because everything wasn't clear whether it would be okay. Great. The supplier was super friendly and delivered very quickly. Added to this is the food, which tasted more like great, it was warm and exactly how I wanted it. All I can say is thank you for making me a regular customer LG

Preferably no star at all! Have ordered and the delivery is wrong - it's not the first time. We haven't had to call anymore since no one understands what you want from them anyway. Never again!

We ordered food at 8:13 p.m. and the food arrived at 11 p.m. after several phone calls back and forth. Even though the food is really tasty, I find it outrageous to wait almost 3 hours to eat.

I ate there today with a friend of mine, the service was good, the food was very tasty, I ordered there once and it was very tasty 😋 I'm happy to eat outside there again, you can only eat there in the summer because there's no table inside, but I ate there and enjoyed it thanks again

I would prefer not to give a star. First I forgot half of it and then something wrong was delivered. Then chicken wings were delivered as a gift, but everything was full of hair. Then you call them and not a word is understood because the gentlemen didn't speak German. I wouldn't recommend any!

What's going on there, Google keeps showing me that Burger Nord is open. If you drive there, the shop is closed

Delivery was faster than stated, the food was fresh and tasty, the delivery person was nice and very friendly. I will order there again.

I order there when I feel like a burger with fries. Super delicious and can't complain about it! (Only 2 times late after delivery time stated by Lieferando, otherwise always on time.) But the food tastes just great! Whether chicken or beef burger, both are really good and I only eat the sweet potato fries from there because I don't like any other ones anymore.

Food arrived before the stated delivery time. 40 minutes is also completely fine. The food arrived hot and the driver was very friendly. I was actually very skeptical because I already have two restaurants in Herne where I get very, very good and delicious burgers. However, the reviews here tempted me to give it a try. The cheeseburgers are amazing. Very very tasty. These soft buns and the top grilled burger meat are rounded off with fresh vegetables and a very tasty sauce. We also ordered the burgers with caramelized onions. Simply recommended. The homemade fries were delivered in a brilliant bag of fries and tasted very good too. They were also hot and crispy. 10/10 points and definitely not my last order❤️

We ordered offer 3 for a birthday party. Included were 18 hot wings, 30 filet bites, 2 beef burgers, 2 chicken burgers, 4 fries of your choice, 8 sauces of your choice and 4 drinks of your choice. The dishes were all very tasty. The delivery was on time at the requested time and the driver was very friendly.

The fries were great but the burger, the main highlight of the dish, was unfortunately a complete disappointment. More buns than anything else so only a quarter of my burger was filled with chicken. On top of that, it was tough and I had to put a lot of it aside because it was hard to eat. Unfortunately the taste is very, very weak. In addition, there was still a waiting time of over an hour.

Die bestellten Burger waren super. Leider waren die Pommes nicht mehr warm und matschig. Besser in Papiertüten liefern, dann bleiben sie schön knusprig.

Bin durch Lieferando auf den Laden aufmerksam geworden. Das Essen war sehr lecker - Frische grosse Patties - eigene Sauce und die Pommes waren auch gut. Wir werden wieder dort bestellen

Schnelle Lieferung und sehr leckerer Burger. Brot hat ne super Qualität und die curly fries hammer lecker. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Heilige Maria ist der Laden gut also es gibt echt viele gute Bürger in herne aber hier wird ja mal alles getoppt würde am liebsten 7 Sterne geben Lieferung pünktlich Lieferant freundlich QUALITÄT 1+++ Also hier bekommt man Qualität für sein Geld Pommes selbst gemacht Salat sieht aus wie frisch geerntet und der Burger ist sehr geil mein Tipp probiert es einfach aus ihr macht nicht falsch 😬👌

Haben heute was bestellt. Alles bestens, sehr höfliche Personal, essen war frisch. Kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Die Lieferzeit ist bisher auch immer total in Ordnung gewesen. Preis-Leistung ist auch gut. Wir sind zufrieden!
