We had to wait a bit (15-20 minutes), but the employee (red hair) was very friendly and offered us ice cream on the house as compensation. The branch was quite clean and not very busy at the time.

So the waiting time and the service at the drive is one thing (bad) but the fact that you have to wait so long inside is terrible!!! Freshly prepared okay but not waiting 30 minutes is annoying

Unfortunately I ate there several times and unfortunately always had problems with diarrhea after eating. Never Burger King again as it didn't just happen in this branch. Vogelsdorf branch is no better. I don't understand why the employees or superiors play with the health of the customers. This is in a system catering establishment where all processes are regulated.

I ordered there via Uber Eats and received a completely wrong order from someone else, how could something like that happen ☹️

The parking lot is full for one reason only: people have to wait forever for their food! I've been waiting for almost 30 minutes now, apparently delivery services are being preferred. The customers are already arguing with each other because other people were “preferred”.

I'm at the branch with my sister this evening. The food in this restaurant is really so delicious and so hot, it comes so quickly! I can really recommend this place! I tried the food outside (also at my home), it was delivered so quickly and warm. The employers are very respectful and helpful. 10/10 from me

Underground hygienic conditions! At lunchtime, the ordering terminals are so dirty that you'll want to put on gloves. All the doors in the store look the same. Of course the soap dispensers in the toilet are also empty. It's probably no coincidence that... cannot see into the kitchen (as with other branches). The shop was almost completely empty at lunchtime (which was probably no coincidence) and yet we waited over 10 minutes for the cold burgers. All in all the worst and dirtiest Burger King in many years!!

Hello, Today I was at the branch in Mahlsdorf with my wife to get something to take home with us for a nice evening. That all worked out quite well. Since we've never had any problems ordering, we didn't think it would happen to us today. We took the order like the last few times and then went home. When we got home we were shocked! We had paid extra for sauces and there wasn't a single one in it. So I wouldn't be so mad if it had been included in a menu. It would have been annoying, but I wouldn't have paid extra for something I didn't get. We are really angry and disappointed in you.

The tortillas are really strong and Burger King should keep them in the range permanently as they are a great way to stand out. Unfortunately, the branch in Mahlsdorf is the slowest Burger King branch that I know of in Germany. Even if you are alone, you can easily wait 20 minutes in a “fast food” restaurant. If there are several people in the store, you can expect waiting times of more than half an hour.

I had dinner there today and can now understand all the other reviews. The waiting time for the food is really beyond good and bad. If you are traveling for work and want to spend your break there, you should really avoid this branch unless you have at least an hour to spare. The food itself was okay, but the portion of lattice potatoes was a joke. If you really want to be full, you should look for an alternative. For €14.50 I would have expected more.

Waiting times that don't go well over 30 minutes at all. And then 3 things were missing. My son wanted more food after another 40 minutes but I canceled the order. I'm still waiting for the money today!!!

Was the first at 11 a.m. and waited a whopping 40 minutes for my food - no cancellation possible. I was told I should just go if I didn't want to wait that long. You can also use the bottom drawer to make the juice shop.

Second time, been here. Both times on Friday, late afternoon and evening. On both days the food takes forever. Well over 20 minutes in the evening and 15 minutes in the afternoon! The Burger King was normally busy on both days. Sorry, but the employees can have soles on their shoes while working. Fries were hot and tasty, unfortunately the woppers were only lukewarm. Cola was cold and also carbonated, I've had a different experience at Burger King. It was last time at Alex, the store was packed, it didn't take nearly as long!

It doesn't work at all. 50 cents extra for tomatoes and I get a slice of tomato on it... small end piece of course! "I can't do anything now. That's just the way it is," I was answered. The burger was cold too.

This Burger King is right on the B1/5. We ordered via the terminal, which was quick and easy as always. Unfortunately the waiting time was 20 minutes. Quite long, even though it was completely empty. The food was warm and ok. There is sufficient parking space.

I am not one to give reviews but this place is absolutely awful. Firstly, they didn’t get my order right, secondly there was hair in my food. I don’t understand if the staff here do not know that working in any kind of food enterprise requires a lot of caution, i had to trash everything away cause i couldn’t eat it. I would give this place a 0/10, the management here really need to do better.

An order is not possible for a customer who cannot speak English. He also converted a cola into a milkshake. He didn't even give it to us but only after asking what was wrong with the drink. He wanted to withhold sauces from us and also wanted to give us other sauces instead of the one we had chosen. It's nice that there is a drive-in, but he wanted us to come to the front and the cars behind had to wait until we had our order. Otherwise we were asked to drive forward to wait.

Impractical bike racks for thick tires. Cashier was inexperienced. Invoice number: 103062733 Fusion ice cream doesn't have enough caramel in it and you could see that it was from Rewe in these small bottles.
