Ordered here and there were no burgers at a price of 10 euros per burger, which is very, very annoying. No one answers calls here either, I can only advise against ordering here and I won't do it again.

I had dinner there today and can now understand all the other reviews. The waiting time for the food is really beyond good and bad. If you are traveling for work and want to spend your break there, you should really avoid this branch unless you have at least an hour to spare. The food itself was okay, but the portion of lattice potatoes was a joke. If you really want to be full, you should look for an alternative. For €14.50 I would have expected more.

This is ……the worst place in Germany, not in Berlin but in Germany. orders are waiting for more than 20 minutes and in 99% of cases your order is either wrong or incomplete. either hire more people or close this, reduce your costs. it can and must be much better

Waiting times that don't go well over 30 minutes at all. And then 3 things were missing. My son wanted more food after another 40 minutes but I canceled the order. I'm still waiting for the money today!!!

Was the first at 11 a.m. and waited a whopping 40 minutes for my food - no cancellation possible. I was told I should just go if I didn't want to wait that long. You can also use the bottom drawer to make the juice shop.

Second time, been here. Both times on Friday, late afternoon and evening. On both days the food takes forever. Well over 20 minutes in the evening and 15 minutes in the afternoon! The Burger King was normally busy on both days. Sorry, but the employees can have soles on their shoes while working. Fries were hot and tasty, unfortunately the woppers were only lukewarm. Cola was cold and also carbonated, I've had a different experience at Burger King. It was last time at Alex, the store was packed, it didn't take nearly as long!

It doesn't work at all. 50 cents extra for tomatoes and I get a slice of tomato on it... small end piece of course! "I can't do anything now. That's just the way it is," I was answered. The burger was cold too.

Ordered today and had it delivered with Lieferando. After 51 minutes, the Lieferando driver arrived and brought us the order, but 5 cheeseburgers were forgotten. Not the first time I've had problems with this Burger King.

Restaurant opens with one waiting staff and one in the kitchen. Waiting time for a simple menu (1 burger, cola fries) was 48 minutes. More complaints from customers and no money back. 6 people wanted their money back. The answer was, I don't have time. Creepy.

I've always enjoyed being a guest here, but in the last few weeks the restaurant has been closed well before closing time and you're left with locked doors. If you are no longer open after 10:30 p.m., please simply adjust your opening times on maps and at the door.

It was like this: The opening times say online and on site that it is open until 11 p.m. We were there at 10 p.m. and everything was too busy but the lights were on. After a call in which the employee very rudely asked what he should do now, we found out that it had closed much earlier. Overall, the food isn't really good, it's often overcooked, which makes it dry or burnt. But what really needs to be worked on is the cleanliness of the dining room. This Burger King is right on the B1/5. We ordered via the terminal, which was quick and easy as always. Unfortunately the waiting time was 20 minutes. Quite long, even though it was completely empty. The food was warm and ok. There is sufficient parking space.

I am not one to give reviews but this place is absolutely awful. Firstly, they didn’t get my order right, secondly there was hair in my food. I don’t understand if the staff here do not know that working in any kind of food enterprise requires a lot of caution, i had to trash everything away cause i couldn’t eat it. I would give this place a 0/10, the management here really need to do better.

It's nice that there is a drive-in, but he wanted us to come to the front and the cars behind had to wait until we had our order. Otherwise we were asked to drive forward to wait.

We waited almost 40 minutes for 1 Kids Box with fries and nuggets and 1x chilli cheese nuggets and small fries with all the trimmings. First of all, the chicken and chilli cheese nuggets were missing and to top it off we got stale Fuze tea from the machine which you couldn't drink because it had a thick consistency and a bitter taste. this branch is pure horror!!!

Please avoid this Burger King. I'm a huge fan of fast food but this place is the absolute worst. A branch that once again proves how difficult it seems to be to hire sensible employees. I had actually ordered food but had to pick it up myself after almost 3 hours because they didn't seem to make any effort to send it out and there seems to be only one supplier. The food was correspondingly cold, but what really topped it all off was the outrageous impudence of the employees on the phone and in the store. Food was typical Burger King or fast food typical. So okay. Service was very friendly and helpful, but it took forever. And my shakes were already warm when I got the food.

I ordered moments ago. They forgot my nuggets and won't answer the phone. Tried uber to either get my refund or my nuggets told there is nothing they can do. Even the drive-in was no longer served because the staff couldn't figure it out. People then came through the back door and were excited. If we hadn't already paid, we would have left again, as everything can only be done via the ordering terminals. For us it was the last time in this branch.
