Ice cream shop inside the shopping center. The ice creams are very beautiful to look at and there are also very particular flavors in addition to the usual ones, which I wanted to try, as well as different sorbets. The consistency of the ice cream is also good, the taste a little less as well as being very heavy not only for me but also for the other people who tasted it. For 3 flavors €6, if I had paid €2 less, I would have rated it better but also for the quality/price I'm sorry but it didn't convince me!

Unfortunately my visit to this cafe was a disappointment. I originally said I wanted to take my coffee with me, but I had to sit down for a moment because I wanted to pass some time. Although the café was very empty, the behavior of the staff was unfortunately extremely unfriendly and dismissive. I felt so uncomfortable that I left the cafe early. The quality of the coffee was also not convincing - but the behavior of the staff was the biggest problem. I definitely won't come back here.

The employees were quite unfriendly not only to me, but also to the customer in front of me, about whom the employees then made slightly racist comments in front of her and said she couldn't speak German. In general they were annoyed and unfriendly. For the price of the ice cream it should taste better and the employees should definitely be friendlier. (This took place in the Schultheiss Quarter from Turmstrasse)

I spent 14 euros on two sundaes today and was sent away after I wanted to sit down because it would cost extra to be allowed to sit there. No joke

I won't be coming back to this place in the future. The reason is that the waitress was really rude, which made the whole experience quite uncomfortable. The ice cream they serve doesn't taste like what you'd expect from regular ice cream, and the coffee wasn't good either. Adding to the disappointment, the prices were quite high, making it feel like we didn't get our money's worth. All in all, it wasn't a pleasant experience, and I won't be returning.

Horrible service, unfriendly employees, only children can eat ice cream in a waffle at the table, even if you drink coffee. Even then you would have to order an ice cream sundae. No wonder the store is always empty. It's a shame...someone here doesn't know how to run a business. Maybe try another business. One star is already too many. Better go somewhere else.

Bin echt sehr enttäuscht wir haben 1× SchockoBecher Bestellt was habe ich bekommen 1 Kugel Schocko und 1 Kugel Vanille also 2. kugeln insgesamt die sehr kleine waren ein bisschen Schlagsahne paar schocko Streuseln für 6.50€ Wozu ? Echt ne Verar**** Sehr sehr Schade werde dort die mehr Bestellen.
