It was our first time there. The food was delicious, the service was good, the atmosphere pleasant, and the price was reasonable, as is typical for any good place. Good things come at a price. We made a reservation for a birthday. Parking was good!

It's worth a visit, I'd say. There's a lot to choose from, and I have to say the food looks appealing. Everyone has to find out for themselves how it tastes. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the pizza and pasta. The pasta was very thick, unlike usual.

Very good food and service. It was a bit pricey, but the food was worth every cent. Very tasty, with exceptional spices and beautifully presented. A place to feast and relax.

Why is the Buonissimo so good? Can I agree with the previous speaker? Does the ambiance seem "undercooled"? Is the food good? Very good? How's the wine? The appetizers? The main course? The dessert? So: We had (with the family): buffalo mozzarella with Bündnerfleisch, rosé, tortellini, pesto pasta, veal with white wine sauce, ice cream with limoncello, and a mixed cheese platter. Result: The service is attentive, fast, and unpretentious. The chef knows you after the second visit and recommends the "right" rosé to go with it. The entrée was "reduced" – in the sense of not overloaded with superfluous details (sauce), but the quality was beyond reproach. I tried everything – the tortellini, the pasta, the risotto – and there was nothing that gave cause for criticism. On the contrary: I had the veal a second time - and it was exactly as good as the first time. And yes: it comes at a price - in the sense of a reasonable price, not excessive in my opinion, but fairly calculated. The ambiance, with the long bar and the carefully set tables, doesn't seem cluttered, but also not uncomfortable. The kitchen managed to serve seven different meals for five people, perfectly cooked and hot. Sorry. Anyone who knows me knows that I'm a terrible guest - who can complain quickly. So, before I write something, I'd rather write nothing at all... If there's no reason to complain, that certainly carries weight in my world. The only problem: The Buonissimo is crying out for a speedy return. But that's easily solved ;-)....

This Italian restaurant promises an upscale dining experience. The ambiance looks high-end, but to me, it feels cold and unpersonal. The prices are definitely on the higher end of the scale for what's on offer. Expectations are set high, which makes it all the more disappointing when they're not met ☹️ The food was okay, not outstanding, and not worth the price in my opinion. I had the lunch special (pasta in paprika sauce and a Mista salad) - unfortunately, I was rewarded with a stomach ache after the meal. The service was okay, but here, too, the interpersonal sensitivity and appreciation of the guest are lacking. The food here is always delicious. For me, it's the best Italian restaurant. The wine is excellent and the prices aren't too high. The service is perfect. It's simply a pleasure to be here. We were here for dinner again, and everything was delicious again 😋

Unfortunately, the service has been declining significantly. We often go to Buonissimo, but the last few times we sat for an hour with empty plates and glasses. No one asked if we wanted dessert or an espresso, let alone another glass of wine. We ended up getting our own espresso at the counter. When Mr. Natale isn't serving, nothing happens. However, the food was very good. We'll probably find another Italian restaurant.

A very good Italian restaurant on the outskirts of Neu-Ulm. Reservations are recommended. When the place is full, the noise level is relatively high – it didn't bother us, but it might be relevant for those sensitive to noise.

Thanks to our FineDine voucher, we have been there again for a few years and really enjoyed it. We both ordered fish dishes, which were extremely tasty. The quantities aren't particularly generous, but they're just right and completely sufficient for us. The whole thing was rounded off very well by friendly, courteous service.

Italian? A very good address!!! Follow Francesco's recommendation and you won't regret it. The price is not cheap, although apart from the starter (in my opinion the price is too high) everything is justified! There is also pizza 🍕 but I can't say anything about that, although I haven't heard any complaints yet 😋 The ambience is a bit too loud for my taste - it used to be a furniture store. Still beautifully done. Table reservation is absolutely necessary! The staff is very friendly and extremely competent, helpful and accommodating. Recommended A++++

3 stars = mediocre, unfortunately it wasn't enough tonight. The service was limited to taking the order and putting drinks and dishes on and off. Little warmth and interest. The question of whether everything was okay is asked in a businesslike manner without any attention, while the plates are quickly cleared away - regardless of whether there is (no) reaction. There was also no offer of a digestif - then no espresso or grappa... That was what we had at home, apart from a tiramisu, which we also decided on. We are happy to pay the prices you ask, but we expect a little more commitment in return. A similar impression continues with the food. We expected more. Salad without announced Caesar dressing. Main course solidly mediocre without any kick. Overall, rather boring. Conclusion: It doesn't have to happen again so quickly for us.

Everything is only ideal for those with larger budgets.

Many thanks to the boss and the whole team for yesterday evening in your beautiful restaurant Bouissimo. The atmosphere was incredibly warm, the food was delicious and we felt like we were in Bella Italia. The food was served super quickly, even though the restaurant was full. The recommendation of lamb shank braised in Barolo sauce was a hit. In terms of taste and for the eye. The chestnut, pumpkin and porcini mushroom soup is highly recommended. The evening was rounded off with the delicious red wine Sfida from our own winery. We are often abroad, but every time we come home we love to be pampered with culinary delights at Bouissimo. If you want to experience Italy in Germany, you have to go to Neu-Ulm to the Buonissimo…

Very tasty food. From pizza to pasta to risotto, as well as starters and desserts, everything was perfect. Not exactly cheap, but absolutely fine for an upscale Italian restaurant...

Everything was actually great, including the service. When we wanted to pay we were very disappointed. We had to tell two waiters until the boss finally came to collect after half an hour. Dear boss, if you are so focused on collecting all the guests yourself and thus keeping an eye on the tips, then you must NOT neglect this activity. There was NO tip for that today

We were in this restaurant on business and were greeted very friendly and warmly as soon as we arrived. The waiter was attentive, kind and extremely accommodating throughout the evening, which raised the service to a very high level. The food was excellent – ​​the quality of the food was excellent and the taste was simply great. Every course was freshly prepared and we really enjoyed it. The ambience of the restaurant is very appealing. What was particularly pleasant was that despite being at full capacity, we were able to have a good chat without having to shout at each other, which is often a problem in many restaurants. Still by far the best (Italian) restaurant in Ulm/Neu-Ulm and probably even further...Risotto and pasta great. It always makes sense to take a look at the daily menu, as there are always excellent dishes. Very nice and competent staff, you can always ask for recommendations for wine and grappa. Owner Francesco anyway, but also the rest of the crew. I can judge it, I go there very often. I just got risotto with truffles and porcini mushrooms (I usually eat in a restaurant) and madre dios, it just tastes so good.

Excellent food at acceptable prices in a pleasant environment. Particularly noteworthy is the well-trained and very courteous staff. So the waiter got us a Passito di Pantelleria for dessert, even though sweet wines are not listed at all on the drinks menu. Big compliments to the kitchen and the service!

I had the pleasure of visiting Buonissimo and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the start I was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff. The atmosphere was welcoming and exuded an authentic Italian warmth. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. Every bite was a true feast for the senses. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. My personal favorite was the starter, which consisted of several parts, and the pizza with salmon and cherry tomatoes, an absolute delight. The selection of wines was also impressive and complemented the food perfectly. The service also deserves the highest praise. The staff was attentive, friendly and professional. My needs were always taken into account and I felt like a valued guest. I can fully recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit. By far one of the best Italian restaurants in the region. My wife and I come here for dinner regularly and have never been disappointed. The service staff is extremely friendly and what we appreciate most is that we always got something to eat even at a late hour (9 p.m.). We are already looking forward to the next visit!

And in all respects an Italian restaurant, friendly attentive staff, very professional, the owner Francesco, originally from Puglia, is very young but carries forward the tricolor flag in an exemplary way. As you can see from the photos inside the restaurant there is a point of sale of Italian products. Anyone who enters for the first time and reads the name of the restaurant will never forget it. The second time I went the pizza didn't satisfy me that much, yet it was a special pizza.

Il miglior ristorante di ULM senza ombra di dubbio! Il personale è preparatissimo e ti accoglie in maniera professionale, ma allo stesso tempo calorosa. Trovi il Made in Italy e il calore che gli italiani sanno dare. Hanno preposte del giorno che sono molto originali e buone. Vado a mangiare tutte le sere dopo lavoro e anche se arrivo sempre 10 minuti prima dell’orario di apertura mi fanno sempre accomodare. Che dire dovete andare a mangiare da loro e godervi dei momenti rilassanti e di buona cucina. Francesco.

Schöner 🇮🇹 Leckeres Essen - zur 5 fehlt noch ein wenig Service 1a - sehr freundlich Preislich: gehoben Portionsgrösse: mittelmäßig Ich hatte Pasta mit Salaiccia, Gorgonzola, Safran Es hat gut geschmeckt - für meinen Geschmack hat noch der „letzte“ Pfiff gefehlt Lachstatar: ebenfalls lecker - wie eine Art „sauer“ eingelegter Rollmops - nur eben mit Lachs👌 Schmeckt gut, Portionsgrösse war allerdings sehr übersichtlich. Der Vorspeisenteller war lecker, vielleicht ein wenig Oliven , Artischocke oder Kapern dazu , dann ist es perfekt Brot und Olivenöl - sehr gut - Brot frisch, knusprig 👌 Summa summarum : Leckerer Italiener mit noch etwas Luft nach oben🇮🇹

Wir hatten unsere Weihnachtsfeier im Buonissimo. Obwohl das Lokal komplett voll war, kam das Essen für alle zur gleichen Zeit, war sehr schön angerichtet und schmeckte hervorragend... ich kann nur sagen 10 von 10 für Essen und auch den Service. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, dass immer ein Lächeln übrig und nie gestresst wirkte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bester Italiener, sehr Nobel, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und höflich und eine Top Beratung sowohl zu Speisen als auch Wein. Das Essen war unglaublich genauso wie das Ambiente. Einfach nur eine 10/10

Waren das erste Mal da und wurden leider enttäuscht. Ein Kellner hat stark nach Schweiß gerochen, Getränke wurden nicht pünktlich zum Essen serviert, (unser Teller war schon fast aufgegessen und kam auch erst suf Anfrage) ein Messer einer Sitznachbarin fiel auf den Boden und wurde vergessen auszutauschen. Preis/Leistung ist nicht gegeben. Für den Preis müsste das Personal mehr auf Zack sein. Schade. Ich denk wir kommen nicht wieder 🤷🏻‍♀️

Das wahrscheinlich beste italienische Essen, dass ich seit Jahren in Deutschland genießen durfte. Vielen Dank Franco und das gesamte Buonissimo Team!

Wir waren mit der Familie beim Essen. Mein Lammkarree war lecker, mein Nachtisch auch. Die anderen Essen wurden auch für sehr gut befunden. Enttäuscht hat die Crème brûlée. Hier wurde zwar auf die Optik beim Servieren mit schönem Feuer gespielt, aber der Alkohol hat hier eigentlich nichts zu suchen. Zumal das Besondere an der Creme eine Karamellkruste ist. Diese war gar nicht gegeben. Daher gab es einen Abzug.

Getränke werden schnell gebracht, beim Essen dauert es lange. (Wartezeit auf die Vorspeise waren 75 min und Warmes Essen waren 95 min seit Bestellung) Das Restaurant war nicht einmal Voll weshalb man es nicht verstehen kann. Gäste die nach einem kommen bekommen ihr warmes Essen bevor man selber seine Vorspeise bekommt. Gefühlt werden als erstes die bedient die teueres Essen bestellen und mehr Umsatz machen. Die Portionen sind von der Größe vollkommen in Ordnung und es schmeckt auch sehr gut. Die Creme Brûlée wurde leider nicht karamellisiert, es wurde mit Alkohol flambiert was für die Optik gut ist allerdings dazu führt das es keine karamellisierte Schicht gibt und der Alkohol den Geschmack etwas verschlechtert. Evtl sollte man auch als Bedienung sagen das Alkohol auf dem Desert ist da nicht jeder Alkohol verträgt. Das Ambiente ist schön modern gehalten und man hat Platz zwischen den Tischen und ist nicht eingeengt. Auf die Frage welcher Parmesan angeboten wird konnte niemand eine richtige Aussage machen, was allerdings für ein gehobenes Restaurant nicht wirklich gut ist. Der Parmesan wo zu den Nudeln gereicht wird ist ein günstiger fertig geriebener Parmesan wie in jedem anderen Restaurant.

Das Restaurant liegt zwar im Gewerbegebiet mit Ausblick auf den Parkplatz, aber das Essen ist einfach super lecker. Innen sehr geräumig, außen nur ein paar Tische, aber nicht so idyllisch. Sehr guter Service. Nicht super billig, aber angesichts der Leistung auch nicht wirklich teuer

Nachdem man uns platziert hatte, dauerte es 20 Minuten bis wir bestellen konnten und dann auch nur nach Nachfrage bei der Bedienung, die uns sehr unfreundlich mitteilte, das Sie jetzt sowieso gekommen wäre. In der Zeit die wir gewartet haben, wurden Tische abgeräumt, Kinderstühle aufgeräumt usw. Ein Gast der etliche Minuten nach uns gekommen ist, mit Anzug, hatte bis dahin schon sein Getränk und seinen Vorspeisensalat. Wir haben kein Problem, wenn ein Lokal voll ist, zu warten, war es aber nicht. Man hätte zumindest die Getränke abfragen können. Leider sind wir keine Stammgäste, da wir weder in der Nähe wohnen oder arbeiten. Bisher sind wir gerne, wenn wir in der Nähe waren, hierher gegangen, das werden wir uns aber in Zukunft zweimal überlegen. Im Siedepunkt und 100 Grad in Böfingen wird man egal wie man angezogen ist sehr nett behandelt, da sollte man sich vielleicht mal ein Beispiel daran nehmen. Das Essen war wie immer gut.

Das Restaurant ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und das Personal auch nett und zuvorkommend, ich empfand es auch nicht als abgehoben. Die Atmosphäre war auch angenehm. Der Preis ist relativ hoch, dafür schmeckt man aber auch die Qualität des Essens. Ein Kritikpunkt wäre jedoch, dass alles relativ lange gedauert hat. Vor allem der Hauptgang und der Espresso danach. Sonst war alles super

Buonissimo ist eines der besten italienischen Restaurants in Neu-Ulm - wenn nicht sogar DAS beste ital. Restaurant in NU! Wir essen vegetarisch, weshalb ich zu Pizza, Risotto & Salat etwas sagen kann. Aber unsere Begleitungen, die Fisch & Fleisch essen, schwärmen auch sehr über das Essen. Highlight ist für viele, wenn sie das Parmesan-Leib da haben und ihre Pasta darin schwenken - das geschieht am Tisch und hat somit auch einen Showeffekt! Der Service ist außerordentlich gut & mit fast keinem anderen Restaurant zu vergleichen. So exquisit und zuvorkommend wird man selten bewirtet. Jeder Extrawunsch ist dort kein Problem! (Vor allem die wunderbare Servicekraft, der junge Herr mit den kurzen blonden Haaren ist mein absoluter Favorit!) Generell zaubern sie in der Küche - das ist nicht nur kochen. Die Nachspeisen sind ein Traum! Wir sind keine Wein-Trinker aber jeder Weinliebhaber ist dort an der richtigen Adresse! Von außen wirkt das Restaurant unscheinbar. Es ist in einer Einkaufsstraße zwischen Lidl, dm und co.; Aber wenn man das Restaurant betritt, vergisst man das und man lernt die Vorteile, wie bspw., dass es immer einen freien Parkplatz gibt, sehr zu schätzen & innen gibt es Stoffservietten & wunderbares, hochwertiges italian flair. Das Buonissimo ist eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants und ich kann es nur jedem von Herzen weiterempfehlen - Ihr werdet begeistert sein. Und ans Buonissimo-Team kann ich nur sagen: BRAVO!

Hier passt alles. Angefangen von einer freundlichen Begrüßung, der Service an sich und natürlich das Essen. Ein super Zeichen, wenn der Chef auch einmal mit anpackt und nicht nur sein Personal kommanidert. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍

Grazie per averci fatto gustare i vostri piatti squisiti. Tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato in queste die settimane è stato squisito, dal servizio al conto siamo soddisfattissimi. Il vino che ci hanno consigliato che viene prodotto dal Salento non è buono ma buonissimo, un nome una garanzia. Da quando abbiamo provato questo ristorante non c’è stato bisogno di trovarne un altro, siccome noi siamo dei buongustai, consigliamo a tutti di provarlo.

Alle sehr gastfreundlich und professionell, Location ist sehr schön und das essen war top und als Italiener habe ich viele italienische Restaurants probiert , ein paar davon waren Gut aber andere auch schlecht. Aber keiner davon war wie Buonissimo in Neu-Ulm. Einer der besten italienischen Restaurants wenn nicht der beste. SEHR SEHR ZUFRIEDEN.
