A maximum of 3 out of 13 guests received their food at the same time. The last of the 13 cleanings was served 1½ hours after the first even though all orders were placed at the same time. My pizza was called Diavolo, but it had less spiciness than a frozen Diavolo pizza from the doctor

Very good pizza and attentive staff. Tiramisu was very tasty and the portion was not spared. The waiter was also authentically friendly, attentive and humorous. I was less satisfied with the espresso; in my opinion it tasted too mild and basically flat. Here you should invest in a higher quality machine or better coffee, since the espresso leaves the last impression at an Italian dinner. The ambience is also not that great (typical for a sports bar). But it was clear in advance and therefore not a big deal. All in all, a good address for an Italian dinner!

Stopped here for dinner while passing through. Unplanned and not reserved, but that wasn't a problem. The staff was very nice and friendly. So we got a place for 3 people straight away. I can only recommend this Italian. The food was very tasty. If I'm nearby I'll definitely come back.

Were there in September '24. It was the last beautiful summer evening, which we of course spent outside on the enchanting terrace. The atmosphere there is created with attention to detail. The terrace is quite large, so the service has a lot to do when it's busy. The service was quite nice and as attentive as possible. Overall we had a great evening. The Funghi pizza was delicious, and the small mixed salad was just right. I would like to come by again

Pizza very good, tiramisu also very good. Ambiance of a sports center, got the most out of it but a little lacking in charm compared to other restaurants. But the taste of the food and friendliness of the service easily make up for it. Recommended

We were there last night with friends and family. We had reserved. There was already quite a lot going on. We had to wait until our table was prepared, then we sat for half an hour until the drinks were taken, we were able to order the food straight away, then it took another half hour for the drinks to arrive. Then the food came, everything except my husband's calzone, specially ordered without olives and artichokes, he had forgotten, remembered again, without olives and artichokes!!! 20 minutes later it came with olives and artichokes!!! So let it go back. Of course the rest was already finished eating. Then came another calzone, without olives and artichokes but burnt!!! It was so bitter that you couldn't eat it. Unfortunately, no one came to the table, we didn't get anything to drink or dessert. Finally we were able to pay, and what can I say, no excuses, nothing, paid the full price, even though the Calozone was 2/3 back Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with how a complaint is handled here. We paid almost €150 Too bad

Wir waren gestern Abend mit Freunden und Familie dort . Wir hatten reserviert . Es war schon ziemlich viel los . Wir mussten warten bis unser Tisch hergerichtet wurde , dann saßen wir bestimmt eine halbe Stunde bis die Getränke aufgenommen wurden , konnten das Essen gleich mitbestellen , hat dann bestimmt wieder ne halbe Stunde gedauert bis die Getränke kamen . Dann kamen die Essen , alles außer die Calzone von meinem Mann , extra bestellt ohne Oliven und Artischocken , hatte er vergessen , nochmal dran erinnert , das ohne Oliven und Artischocke!!! 20 min später kam sie , mit Oliven und Artischocken!!! Also zurückgehen lassen . Der Rest war natürlich schon fertig mit essen . Dan kam wieder eine calzone, ohne Oliven und Artischocken aber verbrannt !!! Es war so bitter das man es nicht essen konnte . Leider kam dann niemand mehr an den Tisch , wir bekamen nichts mehr zu trinken und auch keinen Nachtisch . Endlich konnten wir bezahlen , und was soll ich sagen , keine Entschuldigung nichts , den vollen Preis bezahlt , obwohl die Calozone 2/3 zurück ging Bin leider sehr enttäuscht wie man hier mit einer Reklamation umgeht . Wir haben fast 150€ bezahlt Schade

Very nice atmosphere under the trees, the food was super tasty and a decent portion. The service was very friendly with many guests. Today was perfect before the concert in the Ratiopharm Arena

We went there at 5 p.m. and just wanted to eat something quick on site. We were told they were completely full with reservations. No one was to be seen. When we asked whether it would be possible to at least order something quickly to take away, we were refused. According to them, the restaurant would now be completely full. Not a soul was in sight. In my opinion, a restaurant should show goodwill and at least prepare takeaway food while there is nothing going on.

It was our first time there and we didn't regret it. Plenty of seating inside and in the great garden. There are enough parking spaces. The staff very friendly. The food was super tasty. We recommend the restaurant 100%. Perfect

The pizza is very tasty, also the fish and huge portions, delivered quickly, when we arrived there was a pleasant atmosphere on the terrace, Italian music was playing, I can recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants to try Italian dishes in Ulm.

We, Tony and Barbara were in the great restaurant last night. Even though the restaurant was overcrowded, Enrico still gave us a wonderful table. He and all the other waiters and waitresses were as quick as weasels, very friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic. We ate a delicious appetizer platter and the fish platter. Instead of the vegetables we wanted garlic spaghetti. This was changed the same way, without any problems. It was a wonderful evening. Thanks again Enrico you are the best!!

Really very nice here, especially the terrace. The waitresses are super friendly and quick. Big compliments to the kitchen, the food is very tasty. The prices are all okay. The pizza here is perfect for people who like a thicker base or prefer a thicker crust. I personally prefer a thinner pizza, but everything tastes wonderful. See you next time!

Great Italian. Very tasteful, Spaghetti Vongole excellent! I can only recommend. We hope that this high standard can be maintained.

Had dinner with work colleagues, good and free parking. Not spectacular from the outside, but nicely and comfortably decorated inside and a nice beer garden outside. The food was also delicious, whether it was pizza or pasta, everyone enjoyed it

We were at an art night in the restaurant on a Tuesday evening. The ambience is really nice. However, it was very busy, which is why we often had to beg for drinks. After the art night at 8:30 p.m. we wanted to eat pizza. It was then said that pizza was no longer available. The tortellini and the penne with mushrooms were nothing special. The penne tasted really bitter from the spices. It's a real shame, they said there was delicious pizza there.

The grill plate was ok. For me, however, a small side dish was missing (potatoes, spaghetti or something else).

Leckeres Essen, freundliche Bedienung, auf der großen Terrasse sitzt man gut in direkter Nachbarschaft zu den Sportanlagen im Muthenhölzle, bei Veranstaltungen ist es etwas lebhafter im Umfeld - dies haben wir aber bisher nie als störend empfunden

I was there on June 25th. with friends at dinner. All dishes were delivered very quickly and hot. Everyone really enjoyed the food. Also the children. But there is a fly in the ointment. When we visited in the early evening it was still around 30° Celsius - it was just a warm day. We ordered 4 beers together (Hefeweizen, Kristallweizen and 2 Helle). All beers were delivered too warm. When I asked the waitress they just said “there is only bottled beer.” That's just the way it is." We then replied, "You can also keep bottled beer cold." Without reaction. By the way, the soft drinks were also not the right temperature. My guess is that the cooling isn't working. A beer in a restaurant should always be served between 6 and 8 degrees Celsius. I'll check back again in the next few weeks and report back.

Very tasty food at fair prices Pizza and pasta as well as meat and fish dishes and dessert are worth their price and recommended. Great consideration is given to intolerances. However, the price-performance ratio for the antipasti plates is not right. The same applies to drinks, if 2 wheat costs the same as a pizza, something is wrong. I don't quite understand the calculation behind €4.90 for a double espresso either. Nevertheless, we always enjoy coming to Il Mio, especially in summer with the beautiful beer garden.

The selection on the menu is excellent, as is the taste and quality. I was thrilled and would love to come back, very friendly service.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my visit to this pizzeria. The service left a lot to be desired, and although the pizza was OK, it didn't make up for the lack of service. I hope management can improve these points to provide future customers with a better experience.

A miserable service. We (two people) were there yesterday at 5 p.m. The employee was arrogant. We were there without a reservation and were disrespectfully sent away without any explanation, regardless of the fact that there were a lot of tables available. One star is too many! We're never coming back. The review refers to the disrespectful treatment of customers and not whether the tables were free or not!

I've been to this restaurant several times over the years... I also wrote a review two years ago... I was also very happy back then... Now I have to say I'm very disappointed... completely overpriced in my opinion! I paid an extra 2.50 euros each for garlic and pepperoni on my pizza (a total of 5 euros)! That makes 17.40 euros for a pizza... In a sports restaurant....! House wine…. €6.90 That's the equivalent of 3x 6.90 = €20.70 for one bottle (cheaper wine on the menu) i.e. €27.80 per liter All of this wouldn't be so bad for me... If I had been completely satisfied…..?

We visited this restaurant with my partner and I can say that I haven't eaten such delicious pizza for a long time! We will come back in any case!

A choice that impressed me positively. A restaurant with a cool atmosphere, nicely decorated. The service is quite good. The food is very tasty, especially the pizza is one of the best I have eaten in the Ulm and Nue Ulm area. I highly recommend.

Well, 1× Pizza Parma, 1× pizza with spicy salami and olives and 2× special 40 euros with a little tip I think is steep. Unfortunately, the olives were watery like they usually come from a jar or can. I think the waitress had a bad day. Facility but quite nice. Feel free to pay the bill, but then the quality should justify the price.

Had lunch with my husband's family today. Pizza was very tasty, well prepared, service was super friendly. Had a salad and a pizza, there were 12 of us and everyone came to the table almost at the same time. Price performance was also great! Unfortunately dessert didn't fit in anymore 😅 We would like to come again!! Thank you for the great hospitality.

We each had a pizza. A Parma and a Tonno. They were extremely tasty. The dough is super crispy and thin. Really recommended!!

Good Italian food, deserts are not made in the restaurant they are bought from supermarket

On my last visit to the bowling service they offer, the waiters refused to give me a receipment for the amount of 20Euro I payed. While this not honored gesture might have given you a very litte amount of profit by not paying taxes for this money, I must tell you, that you are losing profit on your business, because clients will not visit your center anymore with such an service. In Long term you loose clients and credibility. So if you want my advice as a client: 1. Be honest and ensure you earn your liivng for you and your family in a honored way. Not paying taxis is not only illegal but also a low moral value. 2. Ensure your customers are happy with your service, as this will bring you more profit in long term, than saving some cents from black money. I hope this helps you for the future. ps: This review will be deleted if you offer me the receipment of 20euro I payed today for the game of bowling with my friends, but did not get it.

An Italian like you want. The food was delicious and the team was very friendly and attentive. We left satisfied. The atmosphere is really nice. It's actually a sports center. But you don't notice it. Unfortunately it wasn't time for the beer garden yet. But it also looks very inviting. The Ratiopharm Arena is right in the neighborhood. So it makes sense to fortify yourself at il Mio before or after an event. It wasn't the last time we were there.

By chance, this summer, we are here for the fourth time via the Schlemmerblock. Service, service absolutely top. The staff is always present, very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, I miss the typical Italian side dishes, especially with pizza. My pizza was topped with homemade salami and cooked ham instead of salame italiano and prosciutto cotto. The atmosphere is tasteful and cozy for a sports restaurant. Overall, the pizzeria is highly recommended. We're coming a fifth time, even without a gourmet block.

Ambiente ist perfekt und so wie ich es mir wünsche! Pizza sehr lecker, Hauswein wirklich gut! Service sehr gut und aufmerksam!! Nur nächstes Mal nehmen wir für die Kinder einfach Pommes, weil es ein wenig kompliziert war, eine Pizza je zur Hälfte anders zu belegen...

Sehr gute Pizza, schade ist nur, das keine italienische Produkte, wie z.B. die Salami. Es wird eine einfache Hausmacher Salami verwendet. Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Eine Stunde Kegeln 20 Euro! Wucher! Nicht zu empfehlen. Die Anlage kann nicht eingestellt werden und die Bahnen haben Löcher.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit toller Ambiente. Das Restaurant ist etwas versteckt & der Parkplatz war nicht beleuchtet, sodass man im Dunkeln das Restaurant suchen musste. Die glutenfreie Pasta war allerdings wirklich ein Highlight. Der Service war ebenfalls top & freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Ich hatte als Hauptspeise eine Thunfisch pizza. Sie war knusprig und extrem lecker. Alle an meinem Tisch waren auch sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte als Nachspeise ein Schoko souffle. Es war sehr lecker und die Schokolade war noch flüssig warm.

Essen ist sehr lecker. Preise absolut in Ordnung. Ambiente entspricht dem Sportlerheim und ist leider nicht so toll. Aber gesamt eine gute Entscheidung, wenn man nicht alles schafft, dann bekommt man auch Behälter zur Mitnahme.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut. Wir werden das Restaurant auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen und können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Sehr leckeres Essen preiswert. Die Messer waren scharf. Das Fleisch war zart das Gemüse knackig und die Lasagne käsig und fluffig. Gerne wieder.

Super schnell war das Essen am Tisch. Pizza reichlich belegt, Lasagne saftig und lecker. An den Ort muss man sich aber erst hin verirren. Ohne Gutscheinbuch wären wir da nie gelandet. Preis-Leistung ok. Gerne wieder.

Von außen typisches Stadionrestaurant, innen aber dafür durchaus ansprechend gestaltet. Restaurant war sehr gut besucht, trotzdem sehr netter Service und rasche Bedienung. Unsere Pizza Speziale und die Lasagne waren sehr lecker und sehr heiß. Musik war OK, aber leider sehr laut. Man konnte sich gar nicht richtig unterhalten. Dabei soll sie ja im Hintergrund unterhalten. Etwas leiser wäre schön gewesen Im Sommer ist es bestimmt schön, draußen auf der Terrasse zu sitzen Fazit: Geheimtipp. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir gerne vorbei

Eine Gaststätte neben dem Ratiopharm Arena. Nettes Personal, gutes Essen. Besonders haben uns der hauseigener Vorspeiseteller und die Fischplatte gefallen. Ambiente ist sehr schlicht und einfach. Es gibt Parkplätze.

Die Auswahl ist riesig ambiente sehr schön alle 10 Personen mit kinder waren sehr zufrieden das wird ein neues stamm Lokal ps.kinder haben ihr Essen nach 5 min also rund um an alles gedacht

Sehr großes Lokal mit schönem Biergarten. Leider sind die Portionen ausgesprochen klein. Mit viel Hunger darf man hier nicht herkommen, außer man bestellt mehrere Gerichte. Die Qualität des Essens entschädigt auch nicht über die geringe Quantität. Es gibt bessere Italiener in Ulm und Neu-Ulm. Das osteuropäische Servicepersonal kann leider nicht sehr gut deutsch, wodurch es bei der Bestellung oft zu Missverständnissen kommt.

Meine Frau hatte einen Wolfsbarsch, der hervorragend geschmeckt hat. Der Beilagensalat, den wir getrennt bestellt hatten, war auch sehr lecker. Einzig der Teig meiner Pizza war wie Kaugummi und nicht so der Hit. Wie so oft: Beim nächsten Mal probiere ich die Nudeln. Da kann man beim Italiener nie was falsch machen :)

nach der Platzzuweisung haben wir nach 30 Minuten noch nicht mal Getränke bestellt. An den umliegenden Tischen gab es mehrere Beschwerden weil die Speisen nicht kamen. Wir sind dann mit 2 anderen Gästen vom Nebentisch unverrichteter Dinge wieder gegangen. Das schlimmste ist aber, dass die Plätze sofort wieder an neue Plätze vergeben wurden.

Gemütlich, ansprechende location an einem Sportplatz bzw. Wurfweite der ratiopharm Arena. Sehr leckere Speisen und tolle Auswahl in Verbindung mit ordentlichen Portionen.

Il ristorante si trova nei pressi di un complesso sportivo ed è arredato in modo moderno, piacevoli le pareti decorate con scritte tipiche dell’ italianità culinaria. La qualità del cibo è buona anche se i piatti sono troppo abbondanti a discapito della presentazione (piatti un po’ troppo carichi) Personale educato e gentile.
