There were two of us there. There also happened to be a wedding reception there. The waiter felt like 15 minutes to take our order. I had a mushroom pizza with extra pepperoni and arugula. As I started eating the pizza, I saw an ant on an arugula leaf—it can happen, I thought. A short time later, there was also a ladybug among the arugula leaves. That was a no-go. For me, the arugula hadn't been washed. The pizza itself tasted good. The waiter apologized and brought us two espressos on the house. Even though everything was great, insects in salad are not okay.

The pizzeria is located in a sports arena, with ample parking in front. The weather was good, and we were offered a seat outside. The outdoor area is beautifully designed and very spacious. We started with bruschetta. It was very fresh and delicious. The pasta (bolo) and pizza (four cheeses) were also very good, and the portions were also adequate. Up to this point, everything was good. After we finished eating, we were almost invisible to the waitress. Eventually, we managed to get our attention and pay. Card payment was accepted. When we asked for a receipt, the waitress became rude and refused to issue a receipt. We were then given an incorrect receipt, and among other things, the prices were incorrect. And it was precisely this moment that unfortunately ruined the good food and the great atmosphere – a shame, because it's exactly what ruins the whole experience.

We were here on a Saturday evening before an event at the Rathiopharm Arena... The pizzeria looks rather unassuming and "shabby" from the outside... However, when you enter the dining room, you're greeted by a stylish Italian interior. The starter was delicious and there was a great selection of products. We ordered a pizza and a pasta dish. Both came at the same time and looked beautiful. The pizza was delicious, and the seafood pasta was generously prepared with it. What can I say... It was delicious and the prices were absolutely right. Just one thing to keep in mind: Make sure you reserve a table!

Unfortunately, we ended up going to the Sido concert without food. I can't say anything about the food. The atmosphere is quite okay. We had reserved a table for two. We arrived – there's plenty of parking. We went in – no one was interested. After "intercepting" a waitress, she showed us to a seat, which was actually really nice. After that, we didn't see another waiter. I got the menus myself after 45 minutes. After another 45 minutes, we heard from the table next to us that an order could take up to 90 minutes before the food finally arrives. We got up and left. Conclusion: Nice beer garden – but that's it. We can't rate the food, but the prices are reasonable.

The beer garden is very nice. Unfortunately, the service was abysmal. We asked several times for cloths to wipe the tables, but they never arrived until the end. Waiters don't know what they've written down, and sometimes the drinks didn't arrive until after the meal. The waiters are simply overwhelmed, and there's no system. The pizza was doughy, the carpaccio was sliced ​​far too thick, and the bruschetta was only "seasoned" with balsamic vinegar. It could be better.

The club restaurant of TSV 1880 Neu-Ulm with excellent Italian cuisine should satisfy even the most discerning people.

I've visited il Mio twice so far, and I don't know where the good reviews come from. Visit 1: About 10 people, made a reservation for 6 p.m. on a Sunday. Orders were taken, and the first pizzas arrived. After two pizzas were already on the table, I was told they were out of pizza dough. It can happen, so I ordered spaghetti carbonara, which was quite good, although I was left to eat alone, of course, since everyone else had already eaten. The promised dessert as compensation never arrived. The service (blonde young woman) was very unfriendly. Visit 2: Again, 9-10 people. This time there was plenty of pizza dough. The pizzas were all extremely pale, and some of them were still raw inside. Even after mine went back in the oven, it came back with only a slight increase in color. Service was again very poor. The waiter stood on the other side of the table while clearing the table and, without comment, gestured for the plate to be passed to him. All of the pizzas were not very tasty. Service was again poor. This was definitely our last visit.

What we experienced there was very extraordinary! After a major event, we spontaneously went there on Saturday evening to have something to eat without a reservation. The place is completely booked and packed! Unfortunately nothing can be done. When I asked if we could get four pizzas to take away, the boss and employees responded. Tables are rearranged and a table and four chairs are brought in from the terrace across the restaurant. Within a minute there was an additional table! Mega performance! Service comes, creates a new table in the system and takes our order. Due to the fact that it is really full, we expect a corresponding waiting time, as our drinks are already on the table. Five minutes later the first pizza, it continues every minute. Everything fresh, hot and incredibly delicious! Insane achievement accomplished there! As we say goodbye, we are escorted to the door and asked if we were happy with it. Great experience, great team, great performance in the kitchen and service. 10 out of five stars, but can only give a maximum of five stars here. Thank you very much for the perfect end to the day!

If you attend an event in the Ratiopharm Arena, it is definitely worth eating in the pizzeria right next to the parking lot beforehand. The pasta is amazing, the pizza is delicious and the salad is just good. The staff is very nice and you don't have to wait too long despite the store being full. Very important: reserve in advance! Absolute recommendation if you want to enjoy good Italian food. The prices are absolutely ok. We really liked it.

We had a really great experience in this cozy pizzeria in Neu-Ulm. The pizza was excellent - we were particularly impressed by the Pizza Parma with its wafer-thin, aromatic ham and the Capricciosa with the perfect combination of artichokes, mushrooms and ham. The starters were also a delight: the caprese was wonderfully fresh with juicy tomatoes and creamy mozzarella, and the bruschetta had just the right mix of crusty bread and flavorful toppings. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and quick - you really feel welcome here. The atmosphere is cozy, ideal for a relaxing evening. We will definitely come back and can only recommend this restaurant

I was less satisfied with the espresso; in my opinion it tasted too mild and basically flat. Here you should invest in a higher quality machine or better coffee, since the espresso leaves the last impression at an Italian dinner. The ambience is also not that great (typical for a sports bar). But it was clear in advance and therefore not a big deal. All in all, a good address for an Italian dinner!

Were there in September '24. It was the last beautiful summer evening, which we of course spent outside on the enchanting terrace. The atmosphere there is created with attention to detail. The terrace is quite large, so the service has a lot to do when it's busy. The service was quite nice and as attentive as possible. Overall we had a great evening. Wir waren gestern Abend mit Freunden und Familie dort . Wir hatten reserviert . Es war schon ziemlich viel los . Wir mussten warten bis unser Tisch hergerichtet wurde , dann saßen wir bestimmt eine halbe Stunde bis die Getränke aufgenommen wurden , konnten das Essen gleich mitbestellen , hat dann bestimmt wieder ne halbe Stunde gedauert bis die Getränke kamen . Dann kamen die Essen , alles außer die Calzone von meinem Mann , extra bestellt ohne Oliven und Artischocken , hatte er vergessen , nochmal dran erinnert , das ohne Oliven und Artischocke!!! 20 min später kam sie , mit Oliven und Artischocken!!! Also zurückgehen lassen . Der Rest war natürlich schon fertig mit essen . Dan kam wieder eine calzone, ohne Oliven und Artischocken aber verbrannt !!! Es war so bitter das man es nicht essen konnte . Leider kam dann niemand mehr an den Tisch , wir bekamen nichts mehr zu trinken und auch keinen Nachtisch . Endlich konnten wir bezahlen , und was soll ich sagen , keine Entschuldigung nichts , den vollen Preis bezahlt , obwohl die Calozone 2/3 zurück ging Bin leider sehr enttäuscht wie man hier mit einer Reklamation umgeht . Wir haben fast 150€ bezahlt Schade

We had to wait until our table was prepared, then we sat for half an hour until the drinks were taken, we were able to order the food straight away, then it took another half hour for the drinks to arrive. Then the food came, everything except my husband's calzone, specially ordered without olives and artichokes, he had forgotten, remembered again, without olives and artichokes!!! 20 minutes later it came with olives and artichokes!!! So let it go back. Of course the rest was already finished eating. Then came another calzone, without olives and artichokes but burnt!!! It was so bitter that you couldn't eat it. Unfortunately, no one came to the table, we didn't get anything to drink or dessert. Finally we were able to pay, and what can I say, no excuses, nothing, paid the full price, even though the Calozone was 2/3 back Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with how a complaint is handled here. We paid almost €150 Too bad

We went there at 5 p.m. and just wanted to eat something quick on site. We were told they were completely full with reservations. No one was to be seen. When we asked whether it would be possible to at least order something quickly to take away, we were refused. According to them, the restaurant would now be completely full. Not a soul was in sight. In my opinion, a restaurant should show goodwill and at least prepare takeaway food while there is nothing going on.

We, Tony and Barbara were in the great restaurant last night. Even though the restaurant was overcrowded, Enrico still gave us a wonderful table. He and all the other waiters and waitresses were as quick as weasels, very friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic. We ate a delicious appetizer platter and the fish platter. Instead of the vegetables we wanted garlic spaghetti. This was changed the same way, without any problems. It was a wonderful evening. Thanks again Enrico you are the best!!

We were at an art night in the restaurant on a Tuesday evening. The ambience is really nice. However, it was very busy, which is why we often had to beg for drinks. After the art night at 8:30 p.m. we wanted to eat pizza. It was then said that pizza was no longer available. The tortellini and the penne with mushrooms were nothing special. The penne tasted really bitter from the spices. It's a real shame, they said there was delicious pizza there.

The grill plate was ok. For me, however, a small side dish was missing (potatoes, spaghetti or something else).

I was there on June 25th. with friends at dinner. All dishes were delivered very quickly and hot. Everyone really enjoyed the food. Also the children. But there is a fly in the ointment. When we visited in the early evening it was still around 30° Celsius - it was just a warm day. We ordered 4 beers together (Hefeweizen, Kristallweizen and 2 Helle). All beers were delivered too warm. When I asked the waitress they just said “there is only bottled beer.” That's just the way it is." We then replied, "You can also keep bottled beer cold." Without reaction. By the way, the soft drinks were also not the right temperature. My guess is that the cooling isn't working. A beer in a restaurant should always be served between 6 and 8 degrees Celsius. I'll check back again in the next few weeks and report back.

Very tasty food at fair prices Pizza and pasta as well as meat and fish dishes and dessert are worth their price and recommended. Great consideration is given to intolerances. However, the price-performance ratio for the antipasti plates is not right. The same applies to drinks, if 2 wheat costs the same as a pizza, something is wrong. I don't quite understand the calculation behind €4.90 for a double espresso either. Nevertheless, we always enjoy coming to Il Mio, especially in summer with the beautiful beer garden.
