il Mio Ristorante in Neu-Ulm

Der Service war beim Verlassen des Restaurants etwas langsam. Insgesamt waren die Speisen köstlich und die Umgebung wunderschön. Es war ein herrlicher Sommerabend und die Terrasse war traumhaft.

Wir waren in der Vergangenheit sehr gerne dort beim Essen, da die Pizzen wirklich hervorragend sind. Zudem sind ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Bei unserem letzten Besuch war allerdings einiges im Argen. Wir waren mit 5 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen dort. Wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert. Allerdings war dieser noch nicht für uns hergerichtet, so dass wir warten mussten, bis wir einen Tisch bekamen. Die Bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und das Essen kam ebenfalls schnell. Allerdings waren auf einem Gericht Maden in nicht geringer Anzahl vorhanden (Gnocchi mit Gorgonzola-Soße mit Walnüssen darüber). Mir ist bewusst, dass Nüsse Naturprodukte sind und dies leider immer mal wieder vorkommen kann. Mich ärgert allerdings der Umgang mit dieser Situation. Das Gericht hatte ein Kind bestellt. Ein Erwachsener wäre mit dem Anblick der Krabbeltiere eventuell nicht so überfordert gewesen. Wir bekamen dann nochmals das selbe Gericht (ich musste aber explizit darauf hinweisen, dass es diesmal ohne Nüsse sein soll). Das Gericht wurde uns voll berechnet und eine Entschuldigung gab es ebenfalls nicht. Im Nachhinein würde ich anderst reagieren aber mit so vielen Kindern am Tisch war ich einfach nur froh, dass die anderen ihr Essen gegessen haben. Bei so einem Fehler (das es in der Küche schon nicht aufgefallen ist und auch der Bedienung nicht), gehört es sich, dass man sich entschuldigt, und dass das Gericht nicht berechnet wird. Eine nette Geste wäre natürlich auch eine Kugel Eis für jedes Kind gewesen. Die Kinder (es waren nicht alle unsere) haben dies natürlich auch daheim erzählt. Ist keine gute Werbung. Wir werden in nächster Zeit nicht mehr hin gehen. Nicht weil es nicht schmeckt, sondern weil es mich ärgert wie mit Fehlern umgegangen wird.

Die Portionen sind groß und lecker. Der Kellner (aus Aserbaidschan), der uns bediente, war wirklich sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Er gab uns tolle Empfehlungen aus der Speisekarte und kümmerte sich sehr um uns.

Hatten reserviert Sonntagnachmittag vor einem Konzert. Schöner Biergarten mit Kastanienbäumen sehr angenehm zum sitzen .Hatten 2 Pizza und 1 grossen Salat mit Thunfisch war alles sehr lecker. Preise sind voll in Ordnung. Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam ,essen kam sehr schnell,.Lokal und Biergarten war um 14.00 Uhr auch nicht voll .Wir würden wiederkommen .Vielen Dank nochmals für ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Die Location ist sehr sehr toll und optimal vor einem Konzert. Pizza ist sehr lecker. Der Salat hat leider geknirscht, der Lachs im Salat allerdings sehr lecker. Der Service war solala. Alle waren nett, allerdings konnte uns nicjt gesagt werden, wir das Saltimbocca alla Romana zubereitet wird. Das ist bei einem DER italienischen Gerichte schon enttäuschend. Alles in allem solide. 👍

Unser Essen war sehr lecker. Die Vorspeise kam sehr schnell. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Ja, das ist eine Sportgaststätte, aber mit live Musik bietet sie die tolle Atmosphäre an. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für eine Sportgaststätte überraschend gut. Hatte mit einer Enttäuschung gerechnet und wurde angenehm überrascht. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Servicepersonal. Essen gut. Die Location bietet sowohl für große Gruppen, als auch für Individualbesucher Gemütlichkeit. Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es sogar Livemusik. Eine mietbar Kegelbahn rundet das Angebot ab. Wir kommen wieder.👍👏

Die Pizzen sind geschmacklich sehr lecker. Das Ambiente auf der Terrasse ist OK, könnte etwas attraktiver gestaltet werden. Es gab Ecken mit altem Laub, Pflanzkübel mit abgestorben anmutenden Olivenbäume und die Tische und Stühle sind von durchschnittlicher Qualität. Das Essen überzeugt mit Qualität und geschmacklich. Wenn wir wieder in der Region sind, kommen wir für eine Pizza auf jeden Fall wieder vorbei.

SUPER LECKERES ESSEN!!!!! Also ich war im Il mio mit meiner ganzen Familie, leider ohne Reservierung und trotzdem einen Platz bekommen, obwohl es voll war. Essen war sehr gut und die Kellner waren sehr nett.

Bin von meiner Auswahl aus der Tageskarte begeistert. Die mit Ricotta gefüllten Ravioli mit Parmesan, grünem Spargel und Kirschtomaten um einen Burrata waren ein Gedicht.

Wir wollten zu fünft den Kindergeburtstag von 3 Brüdern im pupertären Alter feiern. Wir haben das Glück gehabt, dass wir spontan eine der drei Kegelbahnen im Keller anmieten konnten. Für die Zeit danach wurde uns ein Tisch freigehalten. Da der größte Teil von uns Ukrainisch als Muttersprache hat, dauerte das Lesen der Speisekarte etwas länger. Der Service ist darauf eingegangen und kam auf Bitte 10 Minuten später nochmal zum Bestellen vorbei. Das hat die Bestellung sehr entspannt gemacht. Das Essen war reichlich und die Getränke gut temperiert. Wir haben das Restaurant mit einer guten Erinnerung verlassen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend den uns euer Team geboten hat.

Die Fischgerichte sind einfach die besten in diesem Restaurant, alles ist sehr lecker.

Wir waren zu fünft mit einer Mädelsclique zum Essen hier. Alle Speisen, Desserts waren sehr schmackhaft, sowie der Rosèwein. Alle Essen kamen zügig vom Service. Jedoch waren wir beim bezahlen sehr enttäuscht vom 'Chefkellner'?!!! Wir hatten einen Gutschein über 80€ eingelöst und er hat den Restbetrag 20€ einfach einbehalten!!! Den dürfe er uns nicht ausbezahlen, zurückgeben??!! Hä, warum gibt er die Info bitte nicht vor dem bezahlen? Die Desserts hätten wir von den 20€ doch begleichen können? Dafür gibt es doch die Gutscheine??! Wir hatten alle einzeln bezahlt. Unverschämtheit! ---)Vielen Dank für die Erstattung im Nachhinein, den 20€ als Gutschein vom Chef!:-) Da kommen wir wieder;-)

War dort nun schon ein paar Mal. Wenn das Restaurant voll ist, ist der Service leider nicht ganz so gut, wenn es nicht so voll ist, ist er dafür gut. Am Ambiente lässt sich aber noch was machen. Das Essen ist lecker.

Tolles italienisches Restaurant! Bei jedem Besuch im "Il mio" sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen! Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker und frisch und der Service ist top! Heute haben wir eine besonders nette Geste erfahren: Unser Kellner, Anard, hat gefragt, ob jemand aus der Gruppe Geburtstag hat und das Geburtstagskind hat dann ein Tiramisu aufs Haus bekommen! Sehr leckeres Essen zu normalen Preisen. Das Personal ist freundlich aber sollte etwas aufmerksamer sein. Tipp: Bei einem Tisch, bei dem alle Gäste leere Gläser haben sollte man aktiv drauf zu gehen aus Gastronomen Sicht. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Ambiente. Es gibt genug Parkplätze vor dem Restaurant.

5 Sterne. Habe das Restaurant nicht gekannt. Somit waren die Erwartungen nicht hoch. Die Kegelbahn war super Getränke konnte man per Telefon runter bestellen. Essen durften wir an der Kegelbahnnicht, dafür oben im Restaurant Bereich. Die Atmosphäre war sehr schön, der Service war super. Das Essen kam innerhalb 15 Minuten, sehr heiß und sehr lecker. Freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch. ❤️

We had our Christmas party there yesterday with a pizza buffet! And it was a complete disaster. It was so badly organized that I ended up paying €20 for one slice of pizza and two glasses of Fanta because the pizza kept running out. Of course, with 60 people, that's understandable, but Il Mio should have baked something better! I kept going back to the waiters and asking when the pizza would arrive, and all I got was "soon, soon, soon." My little son was having a meltdown and crying from hunger! It was just sad! I pointed this out several times, but nothing was done!! Also, 70% of the people didn't eat pork, and they only served two Margherita pizzas for 60 people!!! They said there would be pizza until everyone was full, but there were only five of us, and none of us were full, and €100 was wasted! It would have been much easier if each person had ordered their own pizza, which would have cost significantly less, and everyone would have been satisfied! The organization was terrible, and the waiters couldn't have cared less!

Everything was great! It's just quite complicated to get to. Otherwise, I'd go again.

The carbonara was a disgrace to Italian cuisine… The egg was added to the pasta far too hot and unfortunately scrambled completely, leaving everything grainy and the spaghetti stuck together in a clump. There was also no guanciale, as it should be, but rather strips of bacon. They really need to brush up on their cooking basics. The plates weren't cleared, not even after we had paid. A real shame, because it's actually a cozy restaurant.

Last month we had a short trip to Neu-Ulm. We were driving from France. We arrived late, but the restaurant staff waited for us, which was so kind. We had the restaurant to ourselves, which was lovely. We had a good meal. The people were very friendly. A nice experience.

The waiters were very friendly. The ambiance surprised us—it's more of a sports bar. Not a big deal, but good to know. The food didn't really impress us—the vegetarian appetizer platter was bland except for the artichoke, the mussels were okay, and the penne arrabiata was unfortunately not spicy at all and had very little sauce.

Beautiful restaurant, good food, and very friendly service... We'll be back. The only thing is the noise level is very high...😵‍💫even with fewer people. Perhaps it could be muffled with acoustic panels or something similar!! That would make it more pleasant, given the noise level, which quickly rises...🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was not a good one. We reserved a table for 35 people for 7:00 p.m. When we arrived, the staff greeted us in a manner that suggested we weren't really welcome. After an hour of waiting, we pointed out that no orders had been taken yet. Neither drinks nor food. After another quarter of an hour, our orders were taken. Unfortunately, the first drink arrived quite late. We waited about an hour for our food, which was bearable given how busy the restaurant was. We were also aware that not everyone's food would arrive at the same time. Unfortunately, the bad mood and the repeated, obvious eye-rolling of the waiters, as well as the bad mood with which we were served, were completely unacceptable.

The food was okay, the service was terrible, the wait was very long, and ultimately, they were very unfriendly. Update: They're now taking legal action against negative reviews. Such actions are a shame...

There were two of us there. There also happened to be a wedding reception there. The waiter felt like 15 minutes to take our order. I had a mushroom pizza with extra pepperoni and arugula. As I started eating the pizza, I saw an ant on an arugula leaf—it can happen, I thought. A short time later, there was also a ladybug among the arugula leaves. That was a no-go. For me, the arugula hadn't been washed. The pizza itself tasted good. The waiter apologized and brought us two espressos on the house. Even though everything was great, insects in salad are not okay.

We were here on a Saturday evening before an event at the Rathiopharm Arena... The pizzeria looks rather unassuming and "shabby" from the outside... However, when you enter the dining room, you're greeted by a stylish Italian interior. The starter was delicious and there was a great selection of products. We ordered a pizza and a pasta dish. Both came at the same time and looked beautiful. The pizza was delicious, and the seafood pasta was generously prepared with it. What can I say... It was delicious and the prices were absolutely right. Just one thing to keep in mind: Make sure you reserve a table!

The pizzeria is located in a sports arena, with ample parking in front. The weather was good, and we were offered a seat outside. The outdoor area is beautifully designed and very spacious. We started with bruschetta. It was very fresh and delicious. The pasta (bolo) and pizza (four cheeses) were also very good, and the portions were also adequate. Up to this point, everything was good. After we finished eating, we were almost invisible to the waitress. Eventually, we managed to get our attention and pay. Card payment was accepted. When we asked for a receipt, the waitress became rude and refused to issue a receipt. We were then given an incorrect receipt, and among other things, the prices were incorrect. And it was precisely this moment that unfortunately ruined the good food and the great atmosphere – a shame, because it's exactly what ruins the whole experience.

We had reserved a table for two. We arrived – there's plenty of parking. We went in – no one was interested. After "intercepting" a waitress, she showed us to a seat, which was actually really nice. After that, we didn't see another waiter. I got the menus myself after 45 minutes. After another 45 minutes, we heard from the table next to us that an order could take up to 90 minutes before the food finally arrives. We got up and left. Conclusion: Nice beer garden – but that's it. We can't rate the food, but the prices are reasonable.

I've visited il Mio twice so far, and I don't know where the good reviews come from. Visit 1: About 10 people, made a reservation for 6 p.m. on a Sunday. Orders were taken, and the first pizzas arrived. After two pizzas were already on the table, I was told they were out of pizza dough. It can happen, so I ordered spaghetti carbonara, which was quite good, although I was left to eat alone, of course, since everyone else had already eaten. The promised dessert as compensation never arrived. The service (blonde young woman) was very unfriendly. Visit 2: Again, 9-10 people. This time there was plenty of pizza dough. The pizzas were all extremely pale, and some of them were still raw inside. Even after mine went back in the oven, it came back with only a slight increase in color. Service was again very poor. The waiter stood on the other side of the table while clearing the table and, without comment, gestured for the plate to be passed to him. All of the pizzas were not very tasty. Service was again poor. This was definitely our last visit.

What we experienced there was very extraordinary! After a major event, we spontaneously went there on Saturday evening to have something to eat without a reservation. The place is completely booked and packed! Unfortunately nothing can be done. When I asked if we could get four pizzas to take away, the boss and employees responded. Tables are rearranged and a table and four chairs are brought in from the terrace across the restaurant. Within a minute there was an additional table! Mega performance! Service comes, creates a new table in the system and takes our order. Due to the fact that it is really full, we expect a corresponding waiting time, as our drinks are already on the table. Five minutes later the first pizza, it continues every minute. Everything fresh, hot and incredibly delicious! Insane achievement accomplished there! As we say goodbye, we are escorted to the door and asked if we were happy with it. Great experience, great team, great performance in the kitchen and service. 10 out of five stars, but can only give a maximum of five stars here. Thank you very much for the perfect end to the day!

If you attend an event in the Ratiopharm Arena, it is definitely worth eating in the pizzeria right next to the parking lot beforehand. The pasta is amazing, the pizza is delicious and the salad is just good. The staff is very nice and you don't have to wait too long despite the store being full. Very important: reserve in advance! Absolute recommendation if you want to enjoy good Italian food. The prices are absolutely ok. We really liked it.

I would recommend making a reservation. The restaurant is large, bright and very spacious but not noisy. Pleasant atmosphere, conditions friendly and attentive. We had carpaccio as a starter and pizza special as a main course. Both were very tasty. The drinks and dessert selection is also sufficient. Everyone will find something here. We had a really great experience in this cozy pizzeria in Neu-Ulm. The pizza was excellent - we were particularly impressed by the Pizza Parma with its wafer-thin, aromatic ham and the Capricciosa with the perfect combination of artichokes, mushrooms and ham. The starters were also a delight: the caprese was wonderfully fresh with juicy tomatoes and creamy mozzarella, and the bruschetta had just the right mix of crusty bread and flavorful toppings. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and quick - you really feel welcome here. The atmosphere is cozy, ideal for a relaxing evening. We will definitely come back and can only recommend this restaurant

We went bowling. The staff was great, and the food after the bowling was also very good.

Six of us ate there. We received a friendly welcome and were shown to our tables. After being seated, the cards were placed on the table and we were able to read the menu. Drinks arrived promptly. The service was not very friendly and, when there was little to do, leaned against the counter with her hand on her head. A complete no-go. When we asked if we could wrap the pizza, a sheet of aluminum foil was carelessly placed on the greasy plate. Not very professional. One waiter was all the more friendly and very accommodating. The antipasti starter platter was an absolute flop. A pile of olives carelessly thrown in the middle, with salad placed on the outside. It was inedible. The various pizzas we tried were good. Nice and tasty high crust. Unfortunately, one pizza (Pizza Gamabaretti) was very oily. The pasta was okay but unfortunately the taste is not worth eating there again. As for the ambiance, two tables pushed together had different tablecloths (one was very faded). It didn't look good. Unfortunately, there was a 3-meter-tall Santa Claus standing in the corner who simply had no business being there. CONCLUSION: - Better to spend a few euros more and eat somewhere else. -
