Vegetarian but also delicious for animal eaters. Vegetarian sushi at its finest. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Were VERY satisfied.

I was initially impressed by the food at Buddha Kitchen Harburg after eating at the restaurant several times a long time ago. Unfortunately, the dishes are much smaller when you take them to go, which annoyed me. Last week I tried again and my former Liebingsbowl was very small, the noodles were soggy and everything seemed to have been put together and warmed up in the microwave. It was also suspiciously quick (I ordered it straight from the restaurant) and was VERY hot. The price had increased by €1. It's a shame, because the Buddha Kitchen was something special in Harburg's gastronomic offerings. I don't go there anymore.

I always enjoy being here. The food is a delight, so far every dish has been delicious. I'm not necessarily vegan or vegetarian, but I don't miss anything when it comes to food. The quantity is just right, the combinations are great. The rooms were warm in the summer and not well ventilated, so a point was deducted. The service is very nice, it just takes a moment. If you get involved, you'll have an excellent, delicious evening!

Discovered by chance and found to be good. There is something for every taste, homemade tea/lemonade is also recommended. Unfortunately the restaurant on this side street is disappearing, it definitely deserves more attention.

Varied selection, excellent taste, lots of colorful vegetables. The atmosphere is cozy, the decorations are not overloaded, you can have a quiet conversation without having to talk to loud background music. Very friendly, unobtrusive service, reserved but attentive. Naturally modern, without a “hipster attitude”, and the mix of guests is pleasantly diverse.

Since switching to vegan, we, as former regular customers, no longer have any reason to visit this location. It used to be one of the best Thai restaurants... but if you don't honor your regular customers, you're not worth the fare....

The food was good and very nicely prepared. The service was very friendly. The only drawback: the women's toilet said "honey-milk-soap". Inappropriate in a vegan restaurant. We went there again and this time there was "buttermilk lime" soap on the toilet. Too bad. Edit: On Lieferando, the information on some dishes states that they contain milk/egg. A product containing lactose is also marked on the menu on the website. If that's true, then what's vegan about the restaurant? If it is misinformation, then something should be changed, because vegans in particular are looking at allergens and additives.

I was there twice. The first time was excellent, the food was super tasty, fresh and the portion was almost huge, I was well full. Service very committed and friendly. That was 5 stars. I just ordered the same meal - it tasted just as excellent, but unfortunately there was really very little. I didn't even come close to being full (I'm female and have an average appetite). My companion didn't get enough either. We initially ordered takeaway, maybe. It was because the portions were so meager. In any case, it's disappointing to pay almost €30 for two dishes and not feel nearly full. The service was friendly, but seemed a bit disinterested this time.

Buddha Kitchen is becoming my favorite restaurant. Everything is just so delicious, beautifully presented and the prices are very reasonable. Here you get something for your money. The restaurant is very cozy and the staff is quick and friendly. Absolutely suitable for non-vegan people (like me), the food is just great and I don't miss the animal products.

I was here with a friend in early 2024 and we both loved the food. Although we are not vegan, we like to try new things. The food was beautifully prepared and was very tasty. Even special requests were implemented without any problems. The drinks were also refreshingly tasty and not too sweet. We give it a full five stars and will definitely come back.

Here you can enjoy vegan food in a very nice atmosphere. We can recommend every dish on the menu - but we were particularly impressed by the starters. The staff is also super nice and attentive. Small star deduction for the toilets, as they (typically Hamburg) could use a little more love. They are still clean!

Nice restaurant: nice service, original dishes. Bowls could be a little cheaper for lunch, but on the other hand they are worth the price. Remember the address, because it's easy to miss this gem in the row of houses.

Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant. Das Essen ist originell, vielfältig und eine Geschmacksexplosion. Der Service ist auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt Vorspeisen, Hauptspeisen und Nachspeisen, dazu leckere Getränke aller Art. Die Karte ist erlesen, aber man findet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Für den Preis bekommt man ein tolles Geschmackserlebnis geboten. Ich habe für 2 Vorspeisen, 1 Hauptspeise, 1 Nachspeise und ein alkoholisches Getränk knapp 40€ bezahlt (inkl. Trinkgeld). Leider war das Grüntee-Eis aus, welches ich gerne noch probiert hätte, aber das ist auch der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt. Ich war sehr begeistert von dem Sushi und den frittierten "Kuriositäten" alias Garnelen- und Chickenersatz. Alles in allem ein schönes Erlebnis

Ein sehr tolles Restaurant. Sehr gemütlich, der Service ist sehr freundlich und das Essen ist sehr lecker. Es ist zwar ein Veganes Restaurant, allerdings findet jeder was leckeres zu Essen, wenn es nicht gerade Fleisch sein muss.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen zu Gast im Buddha. Vom Cocktail über Vorspeisen zum Hauptgericht waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir haben mit Freude erfahren, wie vielfältig und geschmackvoll vegane Küche ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr leckeres und wundervoll angerichtet Essen. Der Service war zuvorkommend und total schnell. Die Toiletten befinden sich im Keller, der durch eine Treppe erreichbar ist.

Super Essen und freundliche Bedienung.

Ich bin ambivalent. Das Essen war richtig gut und das Restaurant gefällig eingerichtet. Leider gibt es keinerlei Nachtisch oder ähnliches. Der Service blieb leider weit hinter dem Essen zurück und war vor allem mehr am eigenen Handy interessiert, als an der Bewirtung. Wir sind dann für Nachbestellung immer zum Tresen gegangen und haben den jungen Mann beim Handydaddeln stören müssen.

Ihr habt ab heute einen Fan mehr! Habe den Laden zufällig entdeckt und mein Mittagessen dort geholt. Es war soooo gut! Die vielen positiven Rezensionen und tollen Fotos haben nicht zu viel versprochen! Auch wenn ich kein Veganer bin, ich werde definitiv öfter kommen. YUMMI!

Super Restaurant direkt am Harburger Rathaus! Das Essen zum bestellen ist schon super, aber als wir heute das erste Mal vor Ort gegessen haben, ist uns erst aufgefallen was für ein schönes und gepflegtes Restaurant die Buddha Kitchen überhaupt ist!

Asiatisch vegan und mal was anderes ausprobieren. Es hat sich gelohnt: 10/10 Ein Blick in die Speisekarte und ich war total überfordert. Zum Glück gab es eine Menge Bilder, nach denen man das Essen aussuchen konnte. So haben wir zu zweit acht verschiedene Vorspeisen bestellt und dazu zwei leckere Trà Chanh getrunken. Der Service war aufmerksam und sehr schnell hatten wir unsere Getränke und kurz danach das Essen auf dem Tisch. Alleine schon das Anrichten der Speisen war fantastisch, das Auge isst ja bekanntlich mit. Geschmacklich wirklich 1a und das obwohl ich mich nicht vegan ernähre und dem Speisenangebot anfänglich doch recht skeptisch gegenüber stand. Auf jeden Fall habe ich Buddha Kitchen seit meinem Besuch schon vielen Freunden empfohlen, weil mich das Essen rundherum überzeugt hat. Das wird sicherlich nicht mein letzter Besuch gewesen sein!

Sehr leckere Gerichte, wir waren positiv überrascht. Service ist freundlich und sehr schnell. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Tolle Speisekarte, in der viele Abbildungen dabei helfen, zu verstehen, was man da eigentlich bestellt. Das Essen kam sehr schnell, war super angerichtet und schmeckte großartig. Auch für Nicht-Veganer eine tolle kulinarische Erfahrung und kläre Empfehlung. Unbedingt mal ausprobieren.

Ambiente mittelmäßig. Die Atmosphäre auch durch das Licht eher kalt. Essen sehr lecker aber fettig. Milch ist deklariert aber es ist keine Milch in Verwendung. Es stellte sich heraus das Kokosmilch verwendet wird. Service war schnell und aufmerksam

Ich bin SÜCHTIG. Das ist für mich persönlich der beste Asiate, den ich in Hamburg bisher probiert habe. Vom ausgesprochen freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal mal ganz abgesehen. Wenn ich in Harburg bin, ist ein Besuch für mich ein Muss und nicht mehr wegzudenken.

Wir waren das erste Mal aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da. Wir haben mehrere Vorspeisen probiert und alle waren sehr lecker. Ich freue mich schon auf das Sushi, was ich nächstes Mal essen werde. 😋
