After a bike ride, I was really looking forward to some fries in a beer garden. I got a lukewarm, dried-out portion. I went there, explained the situation, and asked for a fresh one. A new one was made, and the server apologized politely. So far, so good. However, when I ate it, I realized that the old fries were among the fresh ones. Thank you so much for this rip-off... I won't be eating there again!!! The Maibock beer is recommended, though.

We were at the Brauwerk with a small group of six people. Upon our arrival, we immediately noticed the pleasant atmosphere. After a while, a waiter came over and took our order. At first glance, he actually seemed nice. However, from that point on, we were ignored by that same waiter. Various guests repeatedly approached him to complain that they, too, were being ignored, to which he simply complained loudly that he didn't have time. The noise alone was unpleasant, because you could hear him ranting throughout the entire restaurant instead of addressing his guests' criticisms. The drinks arrived. Expensive, but the beer was good, and the sparkling water was served in a large, reusable glass bottle from IKEA. It made a good and lasting impression. Nice. Eventually, our food arrived. This, however, was... Not so good. My friend had the pork loin with croquettes from the seasonal menu. €17.50. Instead, she received four croquettes that looked like they had simply been deep-fried from frozen ready-made food, along with three small pieces of pork loin, two of which were very dry. Not only was the portion size ridiculous for the price, but the quality was also far from adequate to justify charging such prices. My Cordon Bleu with fried potatoes, also from the seasonal menu, €18.50, was beautifully presented. The Cordon Bleu itself was delicious and apparently homemade. The fried potatoes were awful. Tasteless and apparently a slightly refined convenience product. Not recommended, and again: a ridiculous portion size for the price charged. The rest of the group ordered from the regular menu but had no major comments about the food, except that it was very expensive for what they got. So, mediocre food in small portions at enormously high prices. A salad that I ordered with it was unfortunately completely forgotten. Overall, not a recommendation, more of an annoyance. It's a shame, because at first glance the place seemed solid and the beers were really good.

I had a delicious meal here. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I enjoyed the food and the beer, so I can highly recommend this place. The beer garden also looks very well-kept and invites you to relax and linger.

So we went there for breakfast. The breakfast was incredibly awesome. The service was also impeccable. In my opinion, it's improved dramatically. I'd love to come back!

Ho voluto provare questa birreria con ristorante per cena ma non ci tornerei a mangiare (e a dirla tutta neanche a bere ..). Ho ordinato lo Schweinebraten ma non regge assolutamente il confronto con quelli bavaresi. Neanche gli Spätzle che lo accompagnavano erano granché. Sono rimasto deluso anche dalla birra, la Dunkel era troppo carbonata e la Maibock sciapa....

Also on Mother's Day we got a place for "spontaneous" ones🥇🙏! Otherwise, as always, food and drinks were delicious and served with a smile 😇The location in the Salinental is always worth a visit!

The organization in the beer garden is a disaster! Long waiting times and then suddenly the people without beepers who are queuing get their turn. €9.50 for a sausage salad that has no dressing at all, no salt and pepper. Sliced ​​sausage in the bowl, a few onions on it and nope! Half! sour cucumber as decoration - sorry, that's a joke, right? We didn't get the bread either. We can only praise the fries - they were very good! We could sense dissatisfaction among many people around us at the other tables. We're used to better things in there!

We can only recommend the Brauwerk and will definitely come back! The food is very tasty and you'll definitely be full! Service was very attentive and very friendly! We were there at peak time and waited a bit longer for the food... During this time we were able to try out the house beer, which is very tasty - my recommendation is the light one!

Very friendly and helpful service staff. There are enough places inside and outside. There is also a slightly more rustic area outside in the garden. Price/performance ratio for drinks and food in the restaurant was ok. There were four of us and the food came without a long wait. Delicious! There are stairs to the restaurant but you can also use an elevator. Can recommend the restaurant!

Ambience (to start with the best and that's the only reason I'm giving it three stars): Top! Nice beer garden, next to a river with a playground and saltworks. What more could you ask for? Eat: Mediocre at best. The portions are very manageable, but very expensive. Ketchup and mayonnaise, for example, cost extra (50 cent sachets). Simply snack food at rest stop level. Service: Almost non-existent. Two bored, lazy, gum-chewing guys in the two booths that are set up. Summary: It's a wonderful place to sit and the whole area has incredible potential. Unfortunately, from a gastronomic point of view, this is not taken advantage of in any way, which extremely detracts from the overall experience. Too bad!

Unfortunately the waiting time was over 30 minutes and there was no information from the service in between. Food was very tasty. Can gladly again

Thank you for the messy start to my 45th birthday. Table was reserved for breakfast in the morning for 3 people including table decorations (price was irrelevant). With two birthday children, we were looking forward to a nice breakfast in the Salinental. When we entered it was clear to us that our reservation had been canceled (no one could explain to us by whom). We accepted it and sat down at a free (undecorated) table. During the conversation at the table, the sentence "Apparently we canceled." The staff immediately said (who wasn't even at the table): "...not supposedly, I'm happy to show you..." That was it for us with Brauwerk. Unable to provide the agreed service and then interfere in guests' conversations.

We can absolutely recommend the Brauwerk. The food was delicious and plentiful. There's nothing wrong with it. The service is really great. The service staff introduced themselves by name 👍 a total of three people were concerned about our well-being. The only thing was that it was quite noisy since it was a Saturday evening and very busy. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach everything because it was only possible in the lower area with a wheelchair. The wheelchair toilet is on an outside corridor but easy to reach. All in all, it's just great and the salt pans are within reach We will definitely spend a nice evening there again with friends👍👍👍

We sat outside (downstairs), where you have to go to the booths yourself, which isn't a bad thing at all. If you want service you can also sit upstairs. We didn't eat anything but it was very busy which is a good indicator of good food and well brewed drinks.

The fried potatoes as the main course were cold and oversalted, waiting time 45 minutes. A cook was unavailable, that happened, but the service didn't mention it in advance - then you could have left or had a cold starter while waiting so as not to starve. No recommendation for food

In the summer I go there often because I spend a lot of time on my bike. I'm usually in the beer garden. There are delicious little dishes there. I usually get the sausage salad or a currywurst. The beer is also delicious. The staff is very friendly and the location is also very nice

Went there on Sunday to grab a bite to eat. The cheese spaetzle was good. Unfortunately the soup was very bland. Service was very attentive. A large number of the men's pisuars were defective or overflowing and accordingly the smell was present.

We only had drinks. It was pleasant and well attended

Waiter unfriendly. Ordered food at 1:45 p.m., two simple schnitzels. We got them at 2:35 p.m. When asked, the waiter said without apologizing or doing anything conciliatory that 45 minutes was pretty normal. Oh well. When asked, goulash is advertised as beef goulash, but is mixed with pork. Unfortunately tasteless and not worth the journey for us.

I went home hungry after my visit and was really annoyed. The prices are impressive and what you get for it is really more than cheeky. I ordered a large salad plate with chicken. I got a green salad that was the size of a hand. The salad consisted of not even a whole tomato, 3 slices of cucumber and a tablespoon of large coleslaw. Only the meat was okay. The dressing, on the other hand, was not good and tasted like Maggi. A slice of bread was only given upon request. I told the service that I was annoyed and they responded politely, but it would have been nice if they had gotten a small discount.

Yes, definitely buy the beer bread. Of course the beer is also great. We stood with the motorhome on the corresponding parking space. A tip to the owner: Please think about the plumbing! It's overdue

Unfortunately, I was once again far too crowded for brunch on site for a long time... The buffet was refilled very slowly, we arrived at 10 a.m. By 10:20 the first plates were already empty and it took a very long time to be refilled. I wasn't in a hurry but having to wait 15-20 minutes for rolls is too expensive for the price they charge. Apple crumble or tomato mozzarella were no longer brought after 11:30. The buffet officially runs until 1 p.m. Drinks or coffee (everything except black coffee) orders were no longer taken at the table and we had to go downstairs to order. If I come here for brunch, I have to be there before 10 a.m. to be at the buffet at 10 a.m. on time and take everything I want to try straight onto my plate, otherwise I don't have the chance to try everything... The staff at the egg distribution leaves a lot to be desired, always making pointed comments to the customers. The rest of the staff were still friendly and tried hard, but the whole thing would have to be better organized for the amount of people, especially since it takes place every Sunday.

Were in the beer garden where there were drinks. When I wanted to order something to eat, I was sent away on the grounds that there was “land under” in the kitchen. Maybe because of the good weather there were more visitors than expected. So don't expect to get something to eat in any case, and especially not in a timely manner.

I rate the brewery inside, the beer garden would get much worse ratings. In the restaurant the food was good, the service was very good, we had a dedicated wait staff who put us in a good mood and felt comfortable. Outside the next day, waiting times far too long, disorganized... and what I was very annoyed about, an XXL bratwurst for €5.50 in a roll, which, to put it bluntly, was half of a normal bratwurst at a snack bar. Not recommended.

Very motivated, nice staff - quick and careful. The food was great and it was beautifully presented. Great furnishings and everything was clean. That's how it should be .

Unfortunately I can only rate the food with one star because after over 50 minutes only the drinks were brought for me!!!

Probably the biggest restaurant in the area, reservations are required, food is good. A bit noisy for those who like to eat in peace.

The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Alex (chef), Mara, Paolo, and Ahmet (servers), and Barzan (bar). We were a small group (6 people). We'll definitely be back.

To pay 8 euros, gave 10. It didn't even occur to me to give something back...put it in my pocket, turned it over, and the waitress was gone.

The food was very good but the service was strange. First, 3 men at our pre-reserved table were practically thrown out😟. Then our order. When I asked if we could only eat here for a certain amount of time, the answer was an unfriendly 2 hours. Waiting time for food 54 minutes.🙄 Our question of how much longer was answered with a harsh: I said it would take time. What wasn't right 😵After we had finished eating and wanted to pay and it was finally our turn, the gentleman simply disappeared outside 🙄 so pay with another service. Our conclusion: The food was very good but the service left a lot to be desired🙄

The four of us had a delicious meal here.

We were at the RV park over the first weekend in March. And of course we went to eat at the brewery. The service was TOP on both days. Extremely friendly and very attentive without being intrusive. We'll definitely come back to eat :-) Regarding the motorhome parking space, I would also like to say that it is in a great location for a parking space. If I complain about rushing water and singing birds, as some here have done, I'd best stay in the city!!! The place is simple but has everything you need. We will see each other there again. Thank you for the lovely weekend in the building :-)

Update March 8, 2025: Unfortunately I have to deduct a star for the service because the waitress was very stressed, forgot something several times and had a rude tone. That wasn't the case in late summer 2024. Unfortunately the service has decreased :( Very nice location. I've been coming here off and on for years. You can see in the pictures... the light Brauwerk beer and my dessert - Keiserschmarrn with vanilla ice cream, vanilla sauce and cream. Very tasty 😋 For the main course I had the beer goulash with spaetzle - unfortunately no photo. But it looks exactly like the other guests’ photos 😉

The biggest shit, employees don't do anything... After standing in line for 30 minutes to order 1 beer, I left without a beer 🤦‍♂️ Guys, if you don't have any staff then close it!!! But the fact that people have to wait over 30 minutes for drinks that are then overpriced is really not okay!!! There is exactly 1 employee for drinks and 1 for food, it can't work in 17 degree sun. Think about it 😉👍

We were there during a bike ride to enjoy the first rays of sunshine. The terrace was totally cozy and of course correspondingly full. The service was very nice, funny and quick. Regional cuisine! We'll be back.

Very friendly service, the food tasted great and the own beer bread is highly recommended. The tables were a bit narrow so that you were almost sitting together with the neighboring table, but that didn't necessarily bother you too much (I'm sure it depends on the guests). It's definitely worth a visit there, the atmosphere is very impressive.

A great staff. I was at the spot to collect water because I urgently need fresh water. I took a card at the barrier and drove in. I filled up with fresh water and then wanted to pay for my card but there was no machine 😱🫣. So I went to pay at the restaurant. No success either because it was a rest day. It was now 10 p.m. and I wanted to drive further. I then knocked on the kitchen and was lucky that there was still staff there who helped me tremendously. You are the best and thank you again for the mega help.

Nice shop, good food and beer which I personally enjoyed. However, I have never experienced a managing director “chasing” and pushing his staff through the economy!!! And yes, I know that there is a somewhat harsher tone in the catering industry. I've already experienced it backstage with a star chef. BUT - fisticuffs are NOT possible at all.

The Brauwerk is one of the only restaurants in Bad Kreuznach that is open from Monday to Sunday from lunchtime to evening. Also because of the attractive location, it is my first choice when it comes to spontaneous business meals. The service is very friendly. The food, I recently had a schnitzel with pepper sauce, is delicious. Personally, I once took part in a brewing course here with friends, which was very interesting and entertaining.

A nice restaurant with its own small brewery located directly at the Salinenpark and the Nahe. The air is really good here when the graduation tower is in operation. In summer, a beautiful beer garden invites you to linger even in light rain. The food in the restaurant is good and varied. Typical beer garden food is offered in the beer garden. The home-baked beer bread is a special kind of delicacy. We bring one home with us every time we visit.

So I think it's great here. Great service, great beer and very good food.

Had a spontaneous brunch at the Brauwerk today. As always, it was a pleasure. Rich platters with sausage, cheese, fish and everything that goes into a good breakfast. Everything was always replenished quickly, whether coffee, juice or from the buffet. Bread and rolls were super tasty. The sweet corner was also very well served and everything was rounded off with fresh fruit and super delicious yoghurt. Requests are responded to very well and the service worked great as always. All in all, you should reserve a table. We can always recommend the Brauwerk.

We went to the Brauwerk for lunch on Christmas Day and chose the Christmas menu. That was the best decision because the menu was very, very good in terms of size and taste. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially since the breakfast brunch had just ended and there were a lot of guests present. Big thanks also to the kitchen, which gives everything on days like this🙏. We can always highly recommend this restaurant and would be happy to come back.

Our company Christmas party with 10 people was brilliant. Everyone had their food at the same time, whether it was fish, knuckle, schnitzel or salad. The quality was excellent and the service was top notch... absolutely recommended in a very cozy location.

About the food: everything is freshly cooked, served hot and the price is right, considering the quality The rest: Loud conversations between the service staff, sometimes even leading to arguments. The “management” doesn’t seem to have his colleagues on his side. Disorganized and not often at the table. If we notice that something has changed in the ambience and service, we would be happy to come back.

We had a great Advent brunch, with a lot of choice and a very cozy atmosphere. The staff was super nice and attentive, we felt very comfortable.

Staff friendly, table space is limited. Food for the price so-so. Schnitzel and beer sauce were very good. The salad was average and the Brauwerk-style potatoes were a disaster. I was wondering why they tasted so salty and found out that it was because of the diced ham. It's a shame, actually.
