Food at the buffet is only lukewarm, little choice. I had meat grilled with vegetables and it was really spicy without asking me first. The service is extremely unfriendly. And way too expensive for what is on offer.

Went to this store for the last time today, but I've noticed we've been there several times before. I absolutely can't understand how a store can get so run down. Plates dirty, food cold and bathed in fat. The sushi rice was already dried out and the ice cream was a mess. And they didn't make any progress with filling it up either. The seating options are worn out (which wasn't the end of the world) but it just fits the overall situation. We now paid €27 per person with a drink, actually ok if the ratio was right.

Osakii is a large, beautifully designed restaurant that offers Asian food in the form of a buffet selection (all-you-can-eat), although the evening buffet is more extensive and includes the Mongolian grill, which also costs more. I've eaten here several times, both for lunch and dinner, and I've always enjoyed it. There is a large selection of vegetarian dishes, fruit, ice cream and different meat and fish dishes. When the grill is open you can also have vegetables, meat and fish grilled, some of which are brought to the table by a robot :-) Here are some criticisms that should be improved. 1. The premises are not air conditioned and it was very warm. 2. Some dishes took a long time to refill 3. There was dirt on the floor next to the sink in the women's room. I can still recommend this restaurant because the food is really tasty, families sit in a child-friendly environment and there are different seating areas that have different characters.

Way too warm!!! I almost fell over because there is no air here! Please get air conditioning or something similar if your customers are really important to you. And the ice cream is way too soft this time. Last time it was way too hard. I definitely don't want to go here again!

Unfortunately, the Osakii has really worn off. The only good thing was the service. Normally I know that in the summer you cover the food at the buffet. Last year there were at least fans there because of all the insects. There were flies all over the sushi. The sight really didn't look appetizing. There were also dead flies in the grill selection. The ice cream was just a mushy melted mush. Really a shame..

So, the food was dry at 6:37 p.m. For a restaurant that is open until the evening there was no accommodation. Either way, you HAVE to pay €25.50 for the buffet and here is my result of the dishes = Melons dried out to yellow Chicken meat fried was good Noodles were hell....slimy consistency Even the lattice potatoes weren't cooked through but were well seasoned Of course I didn't eat everything, but the diarrhea greeted me... The boss was more focused on the money and although card payment is possible, she preferred cash. I have to say there was no response either. No new fresh food or clarification. Conclusion = Food is made in the morning and it feels like we have to eat it until the store closes unless the store is full then new food is made... well, a good strategy to save money but not a healthy one for our stomachs... (I completely forgot, Cola was non-carbonated)

The restaurant was a bitter disappointment. We approached the restaurant with anticipation and when we arrived there was only Metro goods covered in grease. The food was actually pure fat, nothing more. The service was almost non-existent. At the end we didn't even get fortune cookies

The food from the buffet for €24 was average, very fatty because a lot of it was fried. The service team wasn't outstanding either. The atmosphere is more like a waiting room. There are better Asian restaurants.

24.50 euros for the evening buffet is now normal. It's a shame that the selection leaves something to be desired. Dishes with high-quality ingredients are only sparsely refilled with longer breaks, e.g. Roasted duck breast. When it comes to sushi, I completely miss tuna. I'm also used to a larger selection of desserts. All in all, a nice evening with potential for improvement.

Evening buffet for 23, - is ok compared to the current general price structure in the catering industry. There are certainly higher quality Asian restaurants, and that's what you pay for. I was disappointed with the sushi offering, but you can't suit everyone's taste. The service was okay. If you don't want your clothes to smell strongly of food the next day, you should choose a spot near the front. Parking spaces are available in public, paid parking spaces.

Food was okay, even tasty, but nothing special. We were satisfied. The waitress was friendly, quick and conscientious. The seating was neat and clean, we liked the several areas to sit in, which offered good privacy.

Due to Corona, the prices at Osakii were also increased, which would be absolutely okay if the quality remained the same. Unfortunately, this is not the case here. On the contrary, the quality and selection has deteriorated very much. What a shame!

Were there for the first time for a family celebration. The food was good (some was cold or lukewarm). The staff were very attentive, helpful and nice. The food from the grill came quickly. Unfortunately there was no separate room or corner for a family celebration. We know restaurants that offer something like this. Parking spaces are very rare. There are parking spaces opposite for €1.40 per hour 😢😢😢 (public parking lot)

The selection at the buffet was exceptionally good on a Monday evening, especially the sushi. At around €20 for all-you-can-eat, you should remain objective when it comes to quality requirements. The duck is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, even slightly pink. 👍 The service attentive and friendly. We had a lovely evening, thank you very much.

Good food, nice ambience, good service

We were there on Valentine's Day and apparently that day overwhelmed the staff! At the beginning when I was eating, I suddenly wasn't feeling well and was actually able to eat very little (just bad luck). Accordingly, I left something on the plate because I couldn't force it in... The older waitress didn't like that at all, so when she was clearing it away she commented that I'd have the plate next time should eat up! Dear lady, if I thought that for your small selection, which (incidentally mentioned) was offered lukewarm at the buffet, it would still be a short and proud €50 (without drinks), I think they could have ignored whether I left a little something on the plate or not! After all, there was a good reason for it. Apart from that, I don't think it's at all professional to say such a sentence in public next to other guests... It's not what it used to be! Among other things, we were there at the beginning of the opening and discovered that even the soap in the men's toilet was empty when I wanted to wash my hands before eating. Not to bad as Asian food goes. I went here as a guest for the buffet, but I would not go as a first choice. Can only recommend if there was no other choice.

The staff were very nice. The food was cold to warm. The absolute hit is that you can't pay with an EC card. A robot brings the food, but you can't pay with a debit card. I thought I wasn't hearing properly. It was also annoying that loud music played every time the robot drove past us. Price performance is absolutely not right.

Not what it used to be... Yes, everything has become more expensive... and I'm happy to pay a higher price. But if at the same time the quality, selection, preparation and service decreased - it was the last time I visited this restaurant. Incidentally, we were there a few weeks in a row. We cannot therefore speak of an exception. In particular, the sushi that used to be so delicious has lost in quality and selection (more rice than fish - hardly any choice of sushi with fish). In my opinion, some of the sushi was no longer edible because the fish was already dry from lying around and was slightly curled at the edges. In the future I'll prefer to get good sushi from the 1-2 great sushi shops in KH, which hardly costs more... I no longer come for over-fried salmon and the glutamate buffet, lukewarm Diet Coke and only paying in cash (for months!!!!).

Overall good restaurant. The food could be a bit more typical of the country for my taste, so the finished dishes at the buffet aren't 100% mine because I'm missing a little something. The Mongolian grill is very good with good ingredients to choose from. The room design is very open and therefore unfortunately loud. The staff is really very friendly and attentive. I personally find the server robot funny but you have to like it. All in all, good price-performance ratio.

All liked it. The drinks arrived quickly, there was almost no wait. The food was delicious. What they sent out to grill, they quickly brought it ready. A little noisy, but in general this is normal when there are a lot of people in the room.

Went there recently and I have to agree with some of the other reviews. The quality has totally decreased, but the prices have risen significantly. What really upsets me here is the fact that you can't pay with EC or credit card in this restaurant either. The year is 2024. For the 21st century, it means the Middle Ages. Absolutely not possible. Not everyone has 200 - 300 euros in their wallet when eating out with several people. But the main thing is a serving robot for a few thousand euros. That makes sense. I won't go here anymore, like many other restaurants and cafés that don't want to accept card payments, even though most of them have a card reader, but it suddenly broke and you don't have a receipt from a cash register, just a piece of paper get some numbers on it.

Tisch und Besteck war teilweise nicht sauber, die Bedienung wirkte demotiviert (hat Bierdeckel für das Getränk am hinteren Platz quer über den Tisch geworfen anstatt zu dem Gast hinzugehen). Essen war ok, Beschilderung der Gerichte am Buffet stimmt größtenteils nicht überein, hätten zum Dessert gerne einen Espresso getrunken aber leider war der Kaffeeautomat kaputt! Also alles in allem hat dieses Osaki extrem nachgelassen, wir werden dort nicht mehr hingehen....schade...

War schon öfter hier, aber ich muss einfach sagen, daß das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis immer mehr abnimmt! Alles wird teurer, aber wer nicht auf Sushi steht oder sich nur mit Meeresfrüchten am Grill vollstopft, kann seine 26€ pro Person bestimmt besser anlegen! Die sonstige Auswahl am Büfett ist nämlich nicht mehr als Durchschnitt, wenn überhaupt! Zudem ist der Büfett Bereich meiner Meinung nach im Verhältnis zur Anzahl der Gäste viel zu eng und erfordert demzufolge stundenlanges anstehen durch das halbe Restaurant, dabei waren noch nicht annähernd alle Tische besetzt!

Essen war in Ordnung. Hatten dort Firmenweihnachtsfeier. Essen jedoch etwas zu fettig. Buffet hatte lange einzelne Leerstände. Rohes das zur Zubereitung abgegeben wird, wurde troz tischklammer (Nummer) falsch zurückgebracht teilweise.

Das Essen war qualitativ absolut schlecht, über die letzten Jahre hat die Qualität kontinuierlich nachgelassen. Das Fleisch war zäh, andere Speisen waren teilweise kalt oder ungenießbar. Zwar wurde regelmäßig nachgefüllt, dabei wurde aber z.B. offensichtlich schon nicht mehr frisches Sushi einfach wieder zum frischen dazugelegt. Ich habe mir durch das Essen sehr übel den Magen verdorben. Wir waren definitiv zum letzten Mal hier und können vom Besuch nur abraten.

Das Essen ist im großen und ganzen ok. Allerdings sind die Soßen zu den an dr Grillstation sehr langweilig. Hier fehlt es definitiv an Pep. Der Service ist ...bis auf ein zwei Ausnahmen überfordert. Die Herren ,die das Essen bringen sollten nicht mehr als 3 Teller tragen. Alles andere sieht sehr unprofessionell aus und es geht viel zu Bruch. Die Toiletten sind sauber allerdings nicht barrierefrei. Das Ambiente ist einfach und erinnert an eine Bahnhofshalle. Es ist relativ laut. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe.

Asiatisches Standardbuffet mit miserablem Sushi und modernem kühlem Ambiente.

Ich war heute zum ersten mal da , und wir hatten 4 x Buffet für je 25,90€ und dazu Getränke. Unser Zeitfenster war 13:30 Uhr bis 15 Uhr.Das Essen war sehr gut , was leer war wurde gleich wieder aufgefüllt , und es war von allem reichlich da. Die Bedienung sehr sehr freundlich, schnell ,und wenn ein Teller leer war wurde der ruck zuck weggeräumt. Mir hat es sehr gut geschmeckt und ich würde wieder hingehen. Auch vom Eis und Kuchen war immer genug da. Alles in allem sehr gut.

Wir gehen jetztschon einige Jahre hier hin. Am Anfang war ich begeistert von der Auswahl und dem Essen. Mittlerweile jedoch gar nicht mehr. Das Essen kommt mir eher vor wie in einer Kantine und das Ambiente genauso. Service ist soweit top, aber öeider stimmt das Essen für den Preis des Buffet für mich nicht.

Der Service war noch das Beste bei unserem heutigen Besuch. Sehr aufmerksam und es wurde des Öfteren nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Getränke waren zügig da. Die Speisen vom Buffet waren ok aber mehr auch nicht. Die Speisen, die man sich am Grill zubereiten lassen kann, waren teilweise stark angebrannt. Ich weiß nicht, ob es daran lag, dass heute wegen dem Weihnachtsgeschäft wirklich viel los war oder ob es dort immer so schmeckt.

Ich habe das Mittagsbuffet gegessen und war leider weder von der Auswahl der Speisen noch von deren Temperatur wirklich begeistert. Viele der Gerichte waren maximal lauwarm, viele hatten schon eine Konsistenz, die Indikator dafür war, dass die Dinge schon zu lange liegen. Klar, ist immer schwierig, Gerichte in Buffetform zu servieren und für Frische und perfekte Temperierung zu sorgen, aber ich als Gast kann nur das Ergebnis bewerten. Service war sehr aufmerksam und nett, das saalartige Ambiente hat mich noch nie angesprochen. Wenn die Qualität des Essens stimmt, kann man drüber hinwegsehen, das war aber dieses Mal eher nicht der Fall.

Preis/Leistung ist nicht stimmig. Essen wird einem von Servicekräften (vermutlich eher Aushilfen) in die Hände gedrückt ohne Wissen darüber, um welches Gericht es sich handelt. Erst kam nur ein Teil meines Essens an den Tisch, der Reis dazu wesentlich später, mein Essen durfte ich lauwarm zu mir nehmen. Das Rindfleisch war speckig und kaum essbar. Das Restaurant wird leider völlig überschätzt. Lediglich das Getränk aufs Haus als Reaktion auf meine Anmerkung war eine sehr freundliche Geste, und auch die Servicekräfte, die die Getränke und Speisen aufnahmen, waren sehr freundlich.

Abenbuffet hat stark nachgelassen. Fleischauswahl für Mongolen Grill sehr begrenzt, war mal mehr. Vier verschiedene "Meerestiere" und einmal Hühnchen. Rind und Lamm Fehlanzeige. Dessert Eis, Eis und Eis. Etwas Obst und gebackene Bananen. Auch eher dürftig gegenüber früher. Naja, es gibt ja noch mehr asiatische Buffets im Angebot, das nächste Mal dann woanders.

Die Auswahl beim Mittagessen am Buffet war gut. Leider war das Essen zu kalt, offenbar war die Wärme im Buffet nicht hoch genug eingestellt. Sehr schade. Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

One of the best all you can eat buffets that I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was really nice and relaxing even when it was getting busy. They had way more food options than I expected and everything I had was tasty. The price of feeding my whole family was well worth it.

Ich persönlich mag es da. Es ist immer wieder schön mit der Familie dort essen zu gehen und preislich ein Traum.

Mongolischer Grill, Buffet und Speisen à la carte - ganz nach Wunsch. Buffet ist teuer. Auf der Karte gibt es aber auch gute Hauptspeise für unter 15 Euro. Ist aber noch immer eine der beste Adressen, wenn man gut asiatisch essen möchte. Leider ist es oft sehr voll und dann auch sehr sehr laut. Schade, denn das Ambiente ist edel und sehr ansprechend.

TOP Restaurant. Sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und der Service 1 a. Wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Service wirklich top, immer jemand da der alles abräumt, immer da ist für Bestellungen. Ambiente wirklich nice. Essen Solala, naja all-you-can-eat halt. Aber nicht so als würde man sagen es ist schlecht. Wir kommen wieder!

Eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung, Buffet wurde 1,5 Stunden bevor geschlossen wird nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Servicekraft verteilt 2 Stunden den Treck ohne den Lappen auszuwaschen. Usw......

Waren hier seit geraumer Zeit noch mal, das Lokal war gut besucht, aber nicht zu voll. Service war schnell und zuvorkommend, das Lokal sauber. Das Essen war gewohnt lecker, allerdings müsste das Buffet öfter gefüllt werden, da während unseres Besuches kaum bis wenig Sushi oder Ente verfügbar war. Für den Preis wird man aber durchaus satt, ist aber im Allgemeinen noch Luft nach oben, war schon besser.

Chaotische Zustände. Zu viele Gäste wahrscheinlich zu wenig Personal. Buffet immer leer Keine Teller, keine Schälchen Tische voll mit fertigen Tellern , keiner räumt ab. Personal freundlich, Führung völlig überfordert und Planlos. Ich war jahrelang Stammgast, in Zukunft nie mehr.

Klar, wir sind hier nicht im „gehobenen“ Asia-Restaurant, aber es war wirklich Alles sehr schmackhaft. Quantität in Symbiose mit Qualität ist hier angesagt. Auch die frische Zubereitung durch die offene Küche ist gut. Sehr gepflegtes Lokal, freundlicher Service.

Don't let the store/restaurant front misguide you. It looks small on the outside but it is rather big inside and furnished in good taste. The hot and cold buffet offers a wide variety of Asian and Japanese food from Sushi to Mongolian food. There is something for every taste. They also offer a selection of tasty "neutral food" items such as chicken fingers, fish fingers, onion rings, french fries and so on. The price is very moderate for what they offer. We will come here again.

Only in town for one night and part of a two day meeting, I wanted to eat somewhere with my colleagues to help to cement the team ethos for the challenges coming up. The food was excellent quality, a great choice of dishes. If I am being overly critical, the buffet signs for each dish were only in German, so make sure you brush up on your food translations! The service was good, but there were times where we had empty glasses and plates that took time to be cleared and further drinks being offered. Overall, well worth a visit.

We, my wife, my daughter and myself, visited the restaurant for the first time yesterday, September 12th. Few colleagues of mine recommended the site so I was very curious to experience the atmosphere and the food they serve. In order not to be boring, here the most remarkable facts: Interieur nce, friendly, clean Very large, no A/C (at least yesterday) Waitress quick and friendly, received our order Only 2 meals came at the same time so we had to start earlier than my wife, who had to wait another 8 minutes The chopsticks ordered were forgotten, so we had to order again They were brought unwrapped by a more than unmotivated and lethargic waiter Fried noodles with veggies and chicken was average. Normally I would have identified the noodles al simply spaghettis. They looked and tasted like such, being a little bit shorter, though. My wife's curry rice was nice, too much to eat. Price for the noodles was 9 € which is more or less ok. Summary: Not too bad, but no exceptional experience. We are going to check again, maybe the "all you can eat" offer from the buffet or the sushi (it was too hot yesterday for sushi) shows better results.

The food is good, and the decor is nice. I am not a big fan of Asian buffets in Europe, but this place does it well. When I eat Asian food, it is now at this place.
