Bräustüble in Rothenburg ob der Tauber

Wir wurden gedrängt zu bestellen. Wurden unfreundlich behandelt. Und unser Rotwein war bei 30grad viel zu warm und ein Hinweis darauf wurde sauer abgewiesen.

Der Kuchen war lecker und der Kaffee okay (eine Bohne mehr hätte dem Geschmack gut getan). Sehr enttäuschend war jedoch der Service. Als Ausländer wird man überschwänglich vom Chef begrüßt und verabschiedet. Als Inländer erkannt, wird man hingegen weitgehend ignoriert. Es hätte in schöner Aufenthalt sein können, aber so hatte das Ganze einen unangenehmen Beigeschmack.

Eigentlich ein sehr schön gelegenes Lokal mit ansprechenden Speisen. Die zwei Jungs und die etwas ältere Bedienung sehr sehr nett!!! ABER der Chef ist eine absolute Vollkatastrophe!!! Wie man sich so verhalten kann gerade dem Personal gegenüber ist mir ein Rätsel. Never ever würde ich dieses Lokal betreten!!!!!

Mein absoluter Lieblingsort für einen Aperol Spritz! 🍹❤️ Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher, weil dieses Café einen ganz besonderen Charme und eine einzigartige Atmosphäre hat. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, das Personal herzlich und man fühlt sich jedes Mal willkommen. Für uns ist es nicht nur ein Café, sondern ein Ort voller schöner Momente, guter Gespräche und unvergesslicher Erinnerungen. Klare Empfehlung 🥂

Wir haben hier einen schönen Nachmittag/Abend mit verschiedenen Getränken verbracht. Die Preise waren komplett Fair und sowohl die Bedienung als auch der Besitzer des Lokals waren sehr zuvorkommend. Auch für Fragen rund um Rothenburg und weitere Empfehlungen war der Besitzer des Lokals offen und hat uns ein kleines Geschenk mit auf den Weg durch Rothenburg gegeben, was uns den Aufenthalt hier versüßt hat. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch sind wir mit Sicherheit wieder im Bräustüble!

Ein kleines, gemütliches Café mitten in der Altstadt, dessen freundlicher und zuvorkommender Besitzer uns netterweise einen Platz in einer schattigen Ecke anbot. Es war der perfekte Ort für eine Pause an einem sonnigen Tag. Der Preis für den Aperol Spritz schien zunächst etwas hoch, aber er hat sich absolut gelohnt – das Getränk enthielt so viel frisches Obst, dass es fast schon ein köstlicher Obstsalat war 😊

Der Besitzer raucht Kette auf der Terrasse, und als wir ihm sagten, dass uns der Rauch stört, schaute er uns nur gleichgültig an. Bitte nehmen Sie Rücksicht auf Nichtraucher. Meiden Sie dieses Lokal unbedingt!

Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Wir sind jedes Mal wenn wir in Rothenburg hier und trinken den mit Obst gefüllten Aperol! Für uns ein Highlight ☺️

Leider hatten wir mit meiner Familie eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant. Bereits beim Empfang wurden wir unfreundlich und abweisend behandelt. Besonders irritierend war, dass uns gesagt wurde, alle Tische seien reserviert, obwohl mehrere Tische sichtbar frei waren und währenddessen sogar weitere Tische frei wurden. Das Ganze geschah zudem genau in dem Moment, als wir an der Theke standen und etwas auswählen wollten. Statt uns freundlich zu empfangen oder eine kurze Erklärung anzubieten, hatten wir das Gefühl, möglichst schnell abgewiesen zu werden. Dadurch stellte sich für uns zwangsläufig die Frage, warum wir trotz offensichtlich freier Plätze keinen Tisch bekommen sollten. Der Umgang wirkte auf uns leider nicht nachvollziehbar und hinterließ ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl. Hinzu kam, dass auch die sichtbare Hygiene im Restaurant keinen guten Eindruck machte. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort als Familie nicht willkommen und nicht respektvoll behandelt gefühlt. Daher können wir das Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen

Wir waren am Nachmittag hier und hatten nur Getränke. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Service war sehr bemüht, die Wünsche der Gäste zu befriedigen. Alles im Allem ein gelungener Nachmittag.

Ein herrlicher Fleckchen mit viel Charme und tollem Ambiente, dass zum verweilen einlädt. Preis/Leistung stimmt, denn Optik, Geschmack und Qualität der Speisen & Getränke sind top. Ergänzend kommt noch der schnelle und aufmerksame Service und ein Betreiber, der seinen gastronomischen Betrieb sehr gut im Griff hat. 1 Stern Abzug, da es kein veganes Gericht gab, nur vegetarisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Auszeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder

Limoncello Spitz für 9,90 € scheint im ersten Moment recht teuer aber ist mit so viel Obst bestückt, dass ein Teller mit Besteck dazu gereicht wird. Toller, kleiner, aber sehr hübsch gestalteter "Biergarten". Gerne wieder.

War dreimal umsonst da gewesen. Jedesmal abgewiesen wegen geschlossen, zu spät oder keine Kapazitäten in der Bedienung da. Als letztes Mal unfreundlich abgewiesen.

Der erste Eindruck war super. Gute Weine. Guter Service. Aber wie der Chef mit seinem Personal umgeht, das geht garnicht. Das war sehr schlimm!!! Da hat der beste Wein nicht mehr geschmeckt. Wir haben schnell bezahlt und den beiden noch sehr jungen Bedingungen noch persönlich ein Trinkgeld gegeben. So kann man nicht mit seinem Personal umgehen. Gruselig und unter aller Sau

Die Würstchen und Biere sind sehr gut. Der Service des Besitzers ist hervorragend.

Ein nettes Lokal mit noch gesehenen Aperol, sehr fruchtig garniert. Das Essen war lecker. Das Lokal ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich habe hier in der schönen Abendsonne ein Glas Wein genossen. Freundlicher Mann, guter Wein. Die Käseplatte kann man sich sparen, die war leider nichts Besonderes. Lust auf einen Drink? Hier ist das völlig in Ordnung.

Mitten in der malerischen Altstadt gelegen, verbindet das Braustüble traditionelles Ambiente mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft. Besonders angenehm ist die entspannte Stimmung, egal ob man als Tourist vorbeischaut oder als Einheimischer Stammgast ist. 🍹 Der leckere Campari Ein besonderes Highlight war der hervorragend gemixte Campari. Fruchtig-herb, perfekt gekühlt und optisch ein echter Hingucker – serviert im eleganten Glas mit Eis und frischen grünen Trauben als Garnitur. Die Balance zwischen der angenehmen Bitterkeit des Campari und der fruchtigen Note war genau richtig – erfrischend, nicht zu süß und ideal für einen warmen Tag in der Altstadt. Ein rundum gelungener Besuch – gemütlich, lecker und absolut empfehlenswert. Wer in Rothenburg ob der Tauber unterwegs ist, sollte dem Braustüble definitiv einen Besuch abstatten!

Das Bräustüble war der perfekte Ort für einen gemütliches zusammen sein. Wir hatten im dazugehörigen Weinschoppen eine Weinprobe organisiert. Und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben ein richtig leckeres Vesper bekommen. Qualitativ top und mehr als ausreichend. Besonders positiv: Brot und Wasser wurden jederzeit nachgereicht, ohne dass man extra nachfragen musste. Das gesamte Personal war dabei ausgesprochen aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Man hat sich rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und angenehm ruhig, sodass man alles in Ruhe genießen konnte. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Gruseliger Laden, gruselig war auch das Personal. Wir hatten Kaffee für zwei Personen, aber die Desserts waren fad und matschig. Die Angestellten waren sehr aufdringlich und haben außerdem unsere Strudelbestellung vergessen. Die Preise waren überteuert.

Ich habe nichts gegessen, kann dazu also nichts sagen. Der Service bediente jemanden, der eindeutig nach uns gekommen war, und gab ihm sein Essen, bevor unsere Bestellung überhaupt aufgenommen wurde. Es war laut und unerträglich laut, vielleicht lag es aber auch daran, dass wir direkt hinter ihren Mikrowellen standen, in denen ich ihnen beim Zubereiten von allem, was sie servierten, zusehen konnte.

Der Besitzer ist unfreundlich, die Kuchen sind nur mittelmäßig. Nur Barzahlung.

Leider war unser Besuch im Bräustüble enttäuschend. Wir haben das Personal als sehr unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert erlebt. Insgesamt hatten wir das Gefühl, nicht wirklich willkommen zu sein.

We visit this place during our visit to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. We took coffee and dessert and enjoyed every minute we spent there. The hosts are very lovely people. Service is outstanding . Shalom from Israel !

A very cozy, charming little café. The cheesecake and apple pie were incredibly good, the espresso was delicious for coffee lovers like us, and the service was exceptionally friendly. We felt very comfortable and will gladly return!

The exterior is very attractive and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the interior is very worn and the food quality is poor. There are better restaurants in Rothenburg.

Unfortunately, not a great experience. €4.50 for a Kaufland fruit tea is outrageous. There were far too many tables inside for the size of the room. Absolutely overcrowded. The owner's treatment of the young employees wasn't great.

I went there alone for a drink in the afternoon and ordered a glass of local white wine and a water. The prices are rather expensive, but I enjoyed it. The wine was very good and the staff extremely friendly. I even received a free sip of another wine to compare. Highly recommended!

We got a huge shared platter with a wide variety of fruit, sausage, and cheese. It wasn't on the menu; I think they called it antipasti, and we had it for lunch. Great service, nice location. Nothing wrong with it.

Every time I came to Rothenburg I have to stop here. I very much enjoy the place. The cocktails are incredible. All of them come with a generous portion of delicious fruits on the glass. Special mention of the Aperol. They know how to prepare a delicious cocktail! I’ve never ate here so I cannot comment about it. Friendly and attentive service. The owner was very welcoming. I highly recommend here for the cocktails. The experience is amazing.

I wanted to have coffee with my family there at 11 a.m. There was only one table in the entire restaurant occupied by two people. When we politely asked if we could sit down, the answer was that everything was reserved. I find that highly unlikely. Then we asked to move on, even though we were clearly speaking. We were treated unkindly. We left and won't be back. Strange.

So for a quick Aperol and wine, it was great.

We did the wine tasting with three wines and a cheese platter for €15.90. We can't say anything negative about this family-run pub! We even got to try five wines, and our wine preferences were taken into consideration! Afterwards, we received a €5 voucher for the wine shop on the corner, which we redeemed immediately. We'll be back!

Owner unfriendly, excessive prices.

The 'goulash soup' for just under €9 is more like a thin sausage solyanka. No longer. It almost tastes like one too. Outrageous! Not recommended! The waitress couldn't do anything with my criticism. The solyanka is not part of the otherwise delicious Franconian cuisine. A well-made solyanka is also delicious, but not this so-called goulash soup.

A special place to enjoy a delicious Aperol cocktail. Cocktail is an understatement... The owners are two lovely people who put a lot of love into their restaurant. The visit is highly recommended if you like fresh fruit and an Aperol.

Cozy outdoor area in the old town, in the afternoon you can enjoy sunshine and a beautiful view when the weather is good. The Hugo and Aperol for €9.90 are quite expensive but almost reasonable given the quantity and ratio. You could actually leave out the many fruits that actually have no place in the drinks. The service was nice and quick, but you shouldn't wear jogging/training pants, I found that inappropriate.

Super cute place, nice to sit outside, the spritz drinks are served with lots of fruit. The cheese platter is highly recommended.

We were looking for a place to eat a typical bratwurst in a beautiful place that also tasted delicious. Looking at the average score of the reviews (3.3) it did not invite us to enter but finally we decided and we were totally right. Delicious food, also the potatoes with bacon. The only drawback is the prices: a little high, but no more than the rest of the establishments in Rothenburg.

On International Women's Day there was a rose for every woman.

Unfortunately the cakes and strudel were very cold! The boss apparently once had a high position in the military the way he treated his employees! Of course it was really tough that we paid 55 euros for the four of us!!! For 4 drinks, 2 pieces of cake, 2 pieces of strudel and a snowball! The price is absolutely excessive! Once and never again!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this cafe. Although the decor is charming and the food and drinks on offer are fine, the overall impression is significantly marred by the boss's behavior. His way of dealing with employees is unacceptable - loud and disrespectful. It was unpleasant to see the boss criticizing his employees inappropriately in the presence of guests. For a cafe that is meant to be a place to relax, this experience was anything but pleasant. As a guest, I expect the atmosphere to be respectful not only for me but also for the people who work there. I hope management rethinks its behavior and changes its approach to the team.

Don't expect a culinary highlight. But the friendliness and ambience are definitely worth a visit.

I visited here on December 26th, right after Christmas. The atmosphere was cozy, and the waitress was kind. she explained about the dessert in English. We enjoyed coffee, hot chocolate, and some desserts. As I was leaving the shop, they called me back and gave a sata chocolate as a gift. Thanks to them, I had an even happier christmas!

The owner's attention is spectacular. We had ordered a hot chocolate, it was snowing and I was very cold. While they were preparing it, I remembered to ask if I could pay by card, but the man told me they didn't accept it. I only had 1 euro in my wallet, and he told me to calm down. I felt so sorry that I went to find a cashier and made an additional purchase as a thank you. He has unmatched energy and his attention is too pleasant. I love this place, and I will definitely return in the summer.

We were there on December 28, 2924 and ate sausage and drank wine. It was great and we'll be back!

This restaurant is a small shop. That is very cute and warm. The storefront is beautifully decorated in a Christmas atmosphere that looks outstanding and has become a popular photo spot for passersby. Almost everyone stops to take impressive photos when they walk past the storefront. When we enter the store Meet the shop owner, an elderly woman who runs the shop alone at the time. She welcomed us with a smile and friendliness that made us feel very welcome. We ordered the city's famous dessert called Schneeball, which is delicious and delicious. Not too sweet There is also a delicious bakery and a great place to relax with a cup of coffee. As we sat and enjoyed the atmosphere in the shop. I can't understand the critical comments. Maybe there was also a change of operator, or some people have nothing better to do than leave sometimes insulting reviews. We (34 & 32) were there today and felt very comfortable. A chat with a nice older couple at the next table, an operator who sang a little Christmas carol and a really large and delicious cappuccino. Cheesecake was also nice. What was particularly striking was the warm and friendly nature of the staff.

Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. We wanted to sit down for a cozy drink, but were asked by the boss in a rude and annoyed tone what we even wanted. When we carefully asked whether he was stressed, the situation only became more uncomfortable: he took the cards out of our hands and suddenly claimed that all the tables were reserved. We had no choice but to leave the restaurant. It's a real shame, as the first impression of the atmosphere was very appealing - but unfortunately the service was a bitter disappointment.

This little cafe, located in a narrow side street, is very cute. The owner is still at work here and we were able to quench our thirst in the warm restaurant when the temperatures were already cool. Kellerbier and Silvaner were very good and tasty, the price was a bit too high, but we were guests in a really nice restaurant with super friendly people! See you soon.

20€ for 2 slices of cake and a coffee. Staff appeared moody and just tossed the plates on the table then sat down smoking behind us. Cake was okay but really nothing special.

Great attentive, friendly staff, we were allowed to choose a table and were served straight away. We liked the beer and the apple pie was very tasty 😋. We and our dog felt very comfortable.

I can't comment on the food because we weren't there to eat. Everything else was just great. We were traveling with a group of 9 people. As soon as we got there, the boss pushed all the tables together so we could sit together. Our hot drinks were prepared very quickly and tasted good. A place that can only be recommended. The landlord invites you with his kind, friendly manner and good sayings. The Aperol was something special.

Extremely poor customer service when we asked to take empty seats, just said he didn’t like us, was really pathetic in how he was dealing with us, ended up with us leaving Rothenburg with a lasting poor impression.

Only cakes and drinks when we were there. Apparently they lost their cook approx a month ago, and a guy who seems to be the owner can't stop complaining about it. Loudly. To every customer sitting there. And also to every person walking by. Sitting next to the door all day long, smoking the whole time, he's definitely disturbing everybody on the terrace.

Actually it could be so comfortable... We had a delicious piece of cake and the lady of the house was very nice. But unfortunately the host (?) was a real frightener of the guests and thus greatly disturbed the coziness. The gentleman sat next to the door the whole time, smoking and complaining about everything. "We don't have a chef, he's too expensive." When a potential guest wanted to move a table so that his companion in a wheelchair could sit at it, the unfriendly gentleman stopped him and said the table could not be moved. Of course they then looked for another restaurant. If the actually cozy little shop ever goes bankrupt, it will certainly be due to this unfriendly landlord. It would be a shame because the nice lady, the food and the location would definitely be recommended.

We were there for a few cool drinks on a hot summer day during the Taubertal Festival. Great location to sit outside. The Aperol Spritz is an experience with a great selection of fruits. The operator is very warm and funny and has a great way with his guests.

Taken on its own, the Bräustüble would be a quiet corner bar with a small selection of sweets and drinks in a good location. Unfortunately, a man who smelled of alcohol overshadowed our experience. For reasons unknown to us, he began to complain loudly about people seeking asylum in the context of a beautiful Friday afternoon. This situation lasted for several minutes and was very uncomfortable for everyone present. So we got up to pay in the restaurant. The gentleman seemed to be connected to the restaurant, as he sat next to the door all day.

Very tasty Aperol Spritz, and very tasty Limocello Spritz. Something different with lots of fruit. Very fast and friendly service. I can only recommend!!!

The food was pretty average, not bad, but didn’t really wow me either. Had the Schnitzel w/ spatzle. The Aperol spritz came with a fruit salad on top of it, which was a little much. The people watching is prime here, and everyone loves to walk up and take a picture with their Aperol Vespa.

THE BEST PLACE!!! The food is the most delicious in the world, but the owner's attention is unmatched!! I had never seen an Aperol Spritz served this way, that's why we came here, but for the food I would return 100 times over!

The negative reviews are definitely not understandable. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The drinks were richly garnished and very tasty. The dishes are prepared with love, tasteful and, above all, fresh. This corner with Italian flair is highly recommended. We'll definitely come back. Keep it up.

The bad reviews must have been bought by some evil competition. Drinks contain half a fruit salad. The starter plate also looks and smells great. My friend says it tastes the same too. Really very likeable boss. Everyone very attentive. Only the name is deceiving. It's an Italian restaurant.

Do not eat here super expensive for 4 ham and cheese sandwich 33.60 what we ordered did not correspond to what they brought. The bill on a piece of paper like in the old days in the town store

Worst restaurant in a long time, terrible service and outrageous prices. 20 euros for two beers and one (1) bratwurst?! At first you barely have time to open the chain before you're already pressed to order. When the single bratwurst for €12 was served, I had to ask twice whether it was perhaps half a portion. This was answered in the affirmative. A whole one was ordered. Also pays. I can only advise everyone to avoid this store.

Just great, we didn't have any cash with us and there is only cash there. The owner then said "no problem, drink, there is an ATM at the market square, we will be there until 8 p.m.😀😀😀 10 stars for that, everything was delicious and great... THANK YOU

We had a couple of good aperols for ca. 10 euro each. The cocktails were decorated with tasty fresh fruit and berries. Everything seemed to be nice, but the impression was spoiled by the manager, who shouted that the cafe was closed when we entered it to pay for our drinks. This was very random, having that the rest of the staff was extremely nice
