The shady courtyard of the Dinkel Brewery is the perfect place to enjoy Stublanger Lager beer. Self-service ensures short routes and no waiting time, so you can relax right from the first sip. The beer is wonderfully fresh, full-bodied, and fairly priced. A perfect place for anyone who appreciates good beer in a quiet atmosphere and enjoys uncomplicated outdoor seating.

Update 2025 Now 50 arrivals since 2012 – we are still thrilled with the atmosphere and the feeling of well-being we've achieved. We really like the new rooms (Nature). We admire the dedication with which the staff and Mr. Poth carry out their tasks during this challenging time (constantly full hotel and adherence to the COVID-19 regulations) – always friendly, courteous, and helpful. Thank you so much. We'll be back.

My wife and I have now enjoyed a candlelight dinner here four times. The food and accompanying drinks are top-notch. The staff is extremely friendly and competent. You can clearly tell they're having a great time. Please keep it up.
