The guest is still king. Great atmosphere, good entertainment. It's nice when you can drink a Stublanger beer as a Stublanger. I can only recommend it

My wife and I have now enjoyed a candlelight dinner here four times. The food and accompanying drinks are top class. The staff is extremely friendly and competent. You can clearly tell that they are having a lot of fun. Please keep it up.

Can absolutely recommend this restaurant. Gives the impression of a ski hut. The landlord is totally friendly. I would very much like to come back

We had a very nice evening. Great food and courteous service. It tasted very good and we were able to choose from a wide selection of dishes. There are also one or two specialties that not every Indian restaurant has on the menu. We'd love to come back.

I had booked the expensive junior suite for one night as a Christmas present for my partner. The booking form stated that entry to the thermal baths was included in this booking. However, there was no mention of this no longer being valid after check-out. Furthermore, it also didn't specify which areas of the thermal baths could be used. Therefore, I even called back to find out more. There was no mention of the fact that entry to the thermal baths was only included until check-out. For personal reasons, we couldn't arrive until the evening before, but we had planned to go to the thermal baths on Sunday anyway. Once we got there, we were shocked to discover, after reading a flyer in our room, that the thermal baths visit was apparently only included until check-out. Since check-out had to be by 11 a.m. the next day and we wanted to have breakfast, a visit to the thermal baths was off the table for the following day. We tried twice to explain our problem to the receptionist, but were rudely turned away, arguing that we hadn't read the booking details properly. I even showed a member of staff on my phone that there was no indication anywhere in the booking form that the thermal spa visit was only included until checkout. But she wasn't interested in that at all. As a "goodwill gesture," she offered us the option of using the hotel's spa area. I'm not going to drive two hours here just to use the small spa area in the hotel when I actually want to spend a day at the thermal spa?! Given the price of an overnight stay in a junior suite, I find the whole thing a complete disgrace, and compensation would definitely be appropriate in our opinion. If this were my hotel, I would do everything in my power to ensure my guests go home satisfied. The hotel's reputation also increases through recommendations among friends. I, too, heard about the hotel through my parents. I can only shake my head at this. So I paid for the thermal baths the following day out of my own pocket, since the thermal baths were the whole point of the trip. We were pretty annoyed at how we were treated and will definitely not return here again, let alone recommend the hotel. It's a real shame. It was a very expensive Christmas present with little value.
