Delicious food, nice service, trip a bit upscale, but okay for the quality.

Unfortunately, the food is not as authentic and tasty as the menu would have you hope. Spaetzle not scraped, very watered down and tasteless, burger soggy when served and unfortunately little attention to seasoning here too. Too bad. The sauce was good.

Celebrated my birthday with 30 guests and everyone was very nice & helpful, from booking to the end of the celebration. It is my favorite restaurant in Stuttgart.

The restaurant is comfortably furnished, the food tastes good and the beer is also tasty. The service is very friendly. What gave us a negative impression is the beer pricing. €5.40 for a bottle of beer, even though you're basically sitting at the source/at the brewing tanks, is incomprehensible.

World-class beers from Dinkelacker, Schwaben Bräu, and Sanwald. The food is truly delicious. The seating is very pleasant.

We have been here a few times, and the food is always very good but on our last visit the service was bad. We spoke in German to order, were polite, but unfortunately our waiter was abrupt with us from the get go. This was not the case with the German speaking tables around us. After we got the bill my husband decided not to tip (based on the unfriendly service, we still spent €80+ euros in an hour). Immediately the waiter asked "Where are you from?", my husband answered and he said "Alles Klar' (all clear...") without so much as a goodbye. Unfriendly, however you dice it. Will not return despite it being a good restaurant overall, as there are many nice German restaurants in the area...

Our regulars' table every 3 months was again very well served! It's nice that we can sit together in a cozy atmosphere from 5 p.m. to around 8 p.m.

Very friendly, patient and attentive, but not intrusive waitress - that's how friendly, professional service works. The brewery schnitzel with lukewarm potato salad from the menu was very tasty and sufficient. A salad as a side dish (like with the daily special) would be even better and therefore appropriate for the price. Ambiance very tidy and clean (including the toilets). Any time.

The Dinkelacker-Schwaben Bräu brewery restaurant is one of the few restaurants in Stuttgart that I can recommend. Where can you still find very good, home-made spaetzle, or who still bothers to make a real sauce these days? Here I can taste the effort put into preparing it. Where can you enjoy the very good beer 🍺 freshly tapped, directly at the "source"? The menu is traditional, not big, but there is something for everyone, including fish 🐟. Vegetarians are also taken into consideration, but what would a Swabian restaurant be without cheese spaetzle, which I love so much and with which you can lure me out from behind any oven.😋😋😋 The food is not “cheap”, but as they say in German, inexpensive! The service is very friendly and accommodating. The Rivas family tries to fulfill all wishes! The interior is cozy and decorated with many old photos. The only downer: Since word gets around about quality, it can happen that the noise level is a bit high for many guests, but I'm very sensitive about that anyway. When the weather is nice, there is also an outdoor area. As a special treat, tours of the brewery are offered in conjunction with the brewery, which I can only recommend. Reservations are necessary and are accepted at the brewery reception and in the restaurant. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to the restaurant.

The food is really, really good and every bite is a delight (the beetroot risotto was amazing!). Unfortunately - with many guests - it is very loud (you have to shout at each other at the table).

Having come to Germany for the first time (from Australia) we were not sure what to expect. The food and service was excellent. Our waitress (Salome(?)) was lovely. For us, speaking little to no German, her English was excellent. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great meal and Great service.

We went for dinner there last night. The food was great, the conditions were very nice. It also has non-alcoholic beer, which was very good. If I'm in Stuttgart again, I'd love to come by again.

We spent our Christmas party in "Carl's Braukeller" at BG Dinkelacker. Despite the large number of people, the food was of very good quality and we also really liked the ambience. Plus, the beer is in a class of its own! The staff was attentive and always friendly. The organization ran smoothly and uncomplicated. We can only warmly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back. Many thanks to Mr. Ribas-Heredia and his team for this great evening!

Yesterday we were in the next room of the restaurant with 30 people. Everyone ate dinner and I didn't find anyone who didn't enjoy the food. Everyone was happy with the successful evening. The service was top and very friendly. We will definitely be back with you after a hike.

We had a company event (lunch meeting) in the Brauerstüble with 18 people. The food was very good, the timing was almost perfect. The service was particularly outstanding. The staff was very careful to always close the door and be as quiet as possible. Highly recommended!

One of the best German restaurant in near Stuttgart Downtown area. It is not easy to find good German restaurants in big city area though. I highly recommend.

Neben der Brauerei in der es hergestellt wird, Bier zu trinken ist schon was Besonderes. Ebenerdig erreichbar, allerdings gibt es auch Plätze auf einer Empore. Nicht sichtbar, aber es gibt eine Behindertentoilette. Die Portionen sind für eine gute Grundlage ausreichen groß. Wir hatten nicht den Eindruck mit Fertigessen abgespeist zu werden, Uns hats geschmeckt Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich. Man hätte auch Wein trinken können.

A little quieter than similar breweries of this size, you can have a good chat in a very pleasant atmosphere. The service is excellent and the food and drinks are delicious. As soon as we have guests from out of town, I always like to bring them there to try local food and good beer. Absolute recommendation currently (October) is the beer festival ✌️

Food was great. It would have been nice if ketchup or mayo had been served with the schnitzel. And if 3 credit cards are rejected one after the other, there are legitimate doubts that the device works :-) But it worked with another payment device. Would love to come back.

Sono stato in questa birreria per cena con la mia ragazza in occasione di una gita a Stoccarda. Il ristorante si trova attaccato alla fabbrica poco fuori dal centro storico in una zona molto frequentata durante le ore serali. All'esterno sono presenti numerosi tavoli protetti da ombrelloni. All'interno sono disponibili moltissimi posti a sedere in perfetto stile tedesco. Noi abbiamo preso una grigliata mista per due persone servita all'interno di una padella. Tutta la carne era molto buona e gustosa. Ho accompagnato con una birra della casa leggera e rinfrescante. I prezzi sono onesti e in linea con la media nazionale. Consiglio di prenotare perché il locale è molto frequentato.

Great brewery in Stuttgart I went to this pub for dinner with my girlfriend during a trip to Stuttgart. The restaurant is located next to the factory just outside the historic center in a very busy area during the evening hours. Outside there are numerous tables protected by umbrellas. Inside there is plenty of seating available in perfect German style. We had a mixed grill for two people served in a pan. All the meat was very good and tasty. I accompanied it with a light and refreshing house beer. Prices are honest and in line with the national average. I recommend booking because the place is very popular.

Price-performance ratio is a disgrace!!!! 32€ for an approx. 180g onion roast. What a rip off. I will never eat there again, even though it was delicious and the service was great. I also got a free schnapps after my complaint, but it still doesn't change the fact that I went home hungry.

The food in this restaurant is simply delicious! Every dish tasted good. I would particularly like to highlight the beer, which was exceptionally fresh and went perfectly with the dishes. Brewery. This means that there should be good and not too expensive food and a lot of beer. Beer is. The food is quite good, but very few dishes and they are expensive. The service was quick. For the payment, I did not receive a voucher/receipt or anything else. The waiter probably thinks he's very good and took 10% directly. I can say that this was naughty. Sin. I have been here before and it was better from all points of view.

My wife and I came to Stuttgart for the first time and decided to find a good place for dinner. We went to this establishment and were very pleased. There were no queues and there were free tables. Welcoming and friendly staff. The food was very tasty, large portions. I also liked the local beer that is brewed here. Be sure to visit this establishment, I definitely recommend it!

As a hiking group, we reserved a table as a precaution. The weather was great, so we were able to eat outside. The service was friendly and very quick. The food was very good. We had some of the daily meals but also items from the menu. We can only recommend it.

Very cozy brewery restaurant. I chose tripe with fried potatoes. The tripe was perfect, the fried potatoes lacked salt, but could be seasoned. Very friendly service staff. Large selection on the menu.

Preis Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis, Pommes ungesalzen, Currywurst fade,schlecht gewürzt.Salat, Dressing mußte nachgeordert werden. Es kam eine Senf,Öl,Wasser Kreation ohne Geschmack.Fleischküchle sahen verkohlt und unappetitlich aus. Maultaschen hausgemacht hatten eine undefinierbare Füllung.Linsen und Spätzle wohl eher Convinin vom billigsten. Mhm das alkoholfreie Bier war trinkbar. Der Sanitärbereich sauber.Alles in allem,was ist passiert? Neuer Koch? Falscher Lieferant? Absolut nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Wiederholung zu den Bedingungen nicht denkbar.

Came spontaneously as a couple. In a big store like this there is always something for two. "Wait a few minutes, take a seat at the bar, etc." That's how you fight for guests. But the head waiter was so dismissive and resolute that it can only be rated poorly.

Jörg's service was/is amazing. We actually just wanted to drink a delicious beer, but due to the incredibly good service, we had several delicious beers and dinner too. We have an extremely good evening and this gentleman is the embodiment of PERFECT service. We stayed for dinner just because of him and it was very pleasant throughout.

I thought about it for a long time, but today's visit really annoyed me. We've been eating out almost every Saturday for weeks. Until then it was actually always good to very good. Two weeks ago, fried potatoes arrived that were completely burnt. Since mistakes are human, we gave them nicely packaged to the waitress, who saw it that way too but didn't feel compelled to pass it on or offer a small compensation. Today we had beef cheeks, which were totally tough and simply hadn't been braised long enough. I know what I'm talking about, I tried to address it nicely, the same waitress as last time just said that the kitchen can't do anything about it, it's because of the meat. Very unprofessional, although I have a lot of understanding, it was definitely our last visit.

We were on the Blaufüßlerweg as a group... ending in the brewery restaurant, where we had reserved in advance. The ambience and food as well as the service were top in every respect - we had a very good time.

The service was very friendly, attentive and also made a special request possible. The food was delicious and plentiful. A small star deduction for the ambience, as it was very loud in the room due to the many guests and conversation was quite tiring.

The four of us spent a very nice evening at the Dinkelacker. Good dinner (meat eaters and vegetarians), fine beetroot risotto, delicious cheese pätzle, good schnitzel, good wine, good beer, and extremely friendly staff (super nice waiter). I've been there several times and would love to come back.

We spent our New Year's dinner at Dinkelacker. The food was very tasty, but my Maultaschen were already cold and were only warmed up a little by the sauce. But it could also be because we were there with 18 people. It's a shame that there is no salad with the Maultaschen and you have to order it additionally. My tiramisu was also incredibly delicious. Feel free to come back during your lunch break to have something to eat.

Restaurant visit: There is a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant and the food came quickly and the dishes all looked good. And it won't be the last time I eat the Braumeisterschnitzel with potato salad. Delicious. Eigentlich kann man sowas nicht bewerten, den das Essen war so unterirdisch, das man nur die Hälfte essen konnte.- Es gab als Suppe "Kartoffelsuppe" wo schon der Verdacht aufkam sie ist aus Großküche, übertrumpft wurde das gannz nur noch vom Hauptgang, Schweinebraten mit Spätzle, der Schweinebraten war schlichtweg zäh, die Spätzle waren ok, daran konnt man sich satt essen, leider war die Soße vermutlich aus der Großpackung einer Kantinenküche. Die Nachspeise war schlichtweg lieblos dahin geknallt. Wir waren eine Gruppe von fast 80 Leuten aus dem Tourismus, wenn das eine Werbung für die gute schwäbische Küche gwesen sein sollte, dann ging es wohl total in die Hose. Eine Dame aus der Gruppe bekam Schnitzel mit Pommes Das scfhnitzel war eher eine Schuhsole und die Pommes waren trocken und schienen aufgewärmt. Nie wieder gehe das Leute wie wir da hin.

Wir waren heute (13.01.24) von 12:30 Uhr - 14:00 Uhr zu Gast. Das Restaurant ist gepflegt,sehr urig und gemütlich. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und 5 Minuten Fußweg sehr gut zu erreichen. Ich empfehle die Gaststätte,guten Gewissens und Herzens weiter. Die Küche ist super. Bedienung war eine super ,liebe Kellnerin. Meine Tochter darf,wegen Allergie nicht alles Essen.Sie konnte gut beraten,hat von ganz alleine alles bedacht und an die Küche weiter gegeben. Austausch von Komponenten oder weglassen,kein Problem.Speisekarte sehr übersichtlich und doch für jeden etwas dabei. Tip Top,solch ein tolles Personal in Küche und Restaurant findet man nicht überall. Essen war sehr lecker,keine lange Wartezeit, Getränke kamen zügig. Bedienung war nicht aufdringlich aber doch immer präsent,wenn etwas gebraucht wurde. Toiletten in einen sauberen Zustand. Einzige was etwas negativ auffiel, wofür aber das Personal nichts kann. Es war etwas zugig und kalt,wenn neue Gäste ewig in der Tür standen,anstatt direkt ins Restaurant zu kommen. Auf den Weg zu den Toiletten gab es kurz einen Kälteschock,weil der Gang ein offener (?) Flur ist. Gerne wieder. Ich freue mich schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Wir waren an Weihnachten mit einer großen Gruppe mit Kindern zu Besuch .Eswar alles super , eine wirklich sehr nette und geduldige Kellnerin, gutes Essen , keine lange Wartezeite- genau so soll ein Restaurantbesuch sein :-)

Wir waren vier Personen. Ich wurde vom Personal zweifach nicht beim bestellen der Getränke berücksichtigt. Nach der Bezahlung mit Karte ist mir anschließend aufgefallen das sich der Kellner (der mich zweifach beim bestellen ignoriert hatte) selbst etwas mehr Trinkgeld abgebucht hatte als abgesprochen. Gekonnt wurde mir auch kein Beleg angeboten, sonder dieser unauffällig direkt nach der Abbuchung vom Kellner selbst verschwinden gelassen. Absolute Frechheit. Sehr Schade das dieser eine Kellner den gesamten Abend ruiniert hatte. Ansonsten sehr schönes Ambiente, leckeres Bier und gutes Essen. Falls es die Inhaber interessiert, der Kellner (mit Brille) bediente am 23.12.23 gleich den zweiten Tisch rechts (relativ zum Eingang).

Gute Brauereigaststätte. Empfang ganz ok, könnte sympathischer sein. Bedienung dafür super! Speisen auf gut-bürgerlichen gutem Niveau. Getränke, Dinkelacker eben ;) Das Weihnachtsbier, welches nicht auf der Karte geführt wird, ist super. Auf jeden Fall probieren. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall für Bierliebhaber und guter deutscher Küche.

Sehr angenehmes Weihnachtsessen mit der Firma! Der Kellner total entspannt und zuvorkommend ! Und die Ente mit Maronen hervorragend ! Ich weiß schon warum ich immer wieder komme !
