We enjoyed the evening at the Brasserie. The service was superbly friendly and helpful, assisting to select very enjoyable wines. The food was great, though geared towards enjoying one of the full menus. As a an adult man, starter, main and dessert were not quite filling but very enjoyable. I had the Loup De Mer which was slightly over, but the crispy skin and interesting flavor combination saved it for me. You can also order Steak Frites with a superb Bernaise which I had not seen on the menu. Be prepared to spend quite a bit of money for high quality. Would definitely go again and try more of the menu.

You're not served – you're welcomed. This special atmosphere is transmitted to the entire team and makes the stay an unforgettable experience. I sincerely hope Tim Raue knows what an extraordinary person he has at his side in Markus. And then the food – simply fantastic. Creative, perfectly crafted, full of flavor and emotion. Every course was an experience that will stay with you forever and crown the evening. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, with pleasant service and some very good food at reasonable prices. I had a delicious fine de Claire oyster with a glass of the very good Cremant de Loire and followed by the equally delicious and beautifully presented bouillabaisse together with a glass of Côtes du Rhône Blanc. The excellent meal finished with an unusual raspberry tart with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and basil and a glass of Jurancon dessert wine. Recommended!

Last night's dinner (29/08/2025) at Brasserie Colette Berlin was truly exceptional! The ambience was superb, setting the tone for a fantastic evening. The food was sublime, and I highly recommend the Beef Wellington menu - the dishes are well thought out and the flavours are extraordinary. Every mouthful was a delight. Our main server, Leo, provided charming, brilliant, attentive and knowledgeable service, making our experience even more memorable. The champagne cuvee Colette 2018 was delicious, perfectly complementing our meal. Kudos to the restaurant manager Michael and the incredible kitchen and restaurant team for creating an unforgettable dining experience. We'll definitely be back! 5/5 stars without a doubt.

2nd time have been there. First time ( right after opening) service and the food was really good. The atmosphere is also good. Unfortunately 2nd time visit made me disappointed, first of all the dishes we had was a bit over salty , secondly service was poor. Waitress took the empty plates after our starters , our main dishes came and there were still a few small dirty plates on the table they did not take it. After 3rd visit to our table we asked them to take the dirty plates. My fillet was not medium to well, so I asked them to bring it medium to well it took 15 minutes to bring the dish again it was burnt. Still my favorite starter belongs to this restaurant but I am disappointed with food and service.

This was our third time at the brasserie, but unfortunately it wasn't 100% perfect. The service, or at least the person in charge of our table, was extremely incompetent. I can't describe it any other way. She spent the entire evening unable to remember whether she should speak to us in German or English, and brought the bill without being asked, even though we had ordered dessert. She apologized repeatedly, but this still had a negative impact on the evening. The food largely lived up to expectations, although the saltiness of the bouillon cube was very extreme. We know by now that Tim Raue likes to push the boundaries, and we love that too, but yesterday his team wasn't having the best day. Visually, the dishes were perfectly presented; the oysters and sea bass were excellent.

Since I'd already been to Restaurant Tim Raue, I wanted to try the brasserie as well. I went there for lunch. The food was delicious and absolutely reasonable. Of course, it's not quite the same experience as at Restaurant Tim Raue, but overall it's really top-notch.

A little bit of Paris, a little bit of Berlin – and a whole lot of Raue When you arrive in Berlin, hungry, and at the same time know that a full gourmet menu awaits you at the Tim Raue restaurant in the evening, then you need something that will make you culinary happy, but not immediately knock you out. Et voilà: The perfect lunch stop is Brasserie Colette by Tim Raue – located right next to KaDeWe and as beautiful inside as you'd hope a brasserie should be: lots of wood, a casually elegant vibe, Parisian nonchalance meets Berlin down-to-earthness. The menu? A mix of French classics with Raue's signature. From bouillabaisse to entrecôte – everything your bistro heart desires. Those who like can indulge themselves à la carte or tuck into "La sélection de Tim Raue" – a 5-course menu with dishes personally selected by Tim Raue. I immediately spot a handful of dishes I'd like to try, but – for once – I'm being sensible. After all, the full menu in the main restaurant is still on the agenda for the evening. So my culinary companion and I each opt for two courses à la carte – which is difficult enough, because the menu doesn't make it easy with its many little temptations. To start, I have the BOUILLABAISSE with saffron & rouille – classic, robust, really good. But the real highlight of the lunch is the MAROCÉAN PRAWN with pistachio, rose & lychee – a dish that smells of the Orient, of a spice market, of vacation. Absolutely delicious. For the main courses, I opt for the POURNIER FRICASSE with peas, carrots & egg yolk – comfort food à la Colette, but with style. My companion opts for the PULPO with veal head jus, Jerusalem artichokes, and pear – an honest, intense combination that doesn't overdo it, but does everything right. The bottom line? A wonderfully relaxed lunch that combines French savoir-vivre and Berlin coolness – and clearly bears Raue's signature. For anyone who wants to experience Tim Raue without immediately committing to the full menu, Brasserie Colette is the perfect introduction. Or rather: a delicious appetizer for more.

We love Colette! Yes, Tim Raue is omnipresent. And yes, as you know, the spices here are strong. But it's tasty. It's bold, but refined. Vi ledte efter en god Bouilllabaisse og blev ikke skuffede - tværtimod, den var fremragende. Tjeneren sagde det var hans anden dag på jobbet, men det kunne ikke mærkes. Han bidrog til en super god aften, med hans venlige, personlige og levende stil - meget stor ros til ham. Desværre havde vi en aftale vi skulle til, og kunne derfor ikke nå at få dessert. Gut essen kann man in Berlin an vielen Orten aber hier stimmt alles. Freundlicher Empfang durch die den ganzen Abend über sehr aufmerksame Bedienung (leider heute auch bei Toprestaurants keine Selbstverständlichkeit) Empfehlungen auf die man sich verlassen kann. Schweinebauch und Räucheraal mit Aubergine Chinakohl und Entenleberjus – klingt wild, war aber unerwartet harmonisch und lecker. Ebenso die Wildfang-Riesengarnele mit weißem Spargel, Estragon und Bouillabaisse Sauce. Nachtisch: Fromage blanc AOC, Blaubeere, Limetten und Zitronenmyrte. Statt der angebotenen Weinbegleitung ein formidabler weißer Chateauneuf du Pape. Wenn es einen besonderen Anlass gibt ist Colette eine sichere Adresse.

The service is excellent. Friendly, personal, and always available. The food raised our benchmark to a higher level. The beef fillet with Parmesan butter was simply perfect and melted in the mouth. If there's any criticism at all, it's the endive salad—the vinaigrette was a bit too acidic for me. But that's my personal impression and not really a criticism. Even though the restaurant isn't usually in our price range, we'll definitely be back for special occasions.

Unfortunately, I can't agree with other positive reviews. I recently went to the Colette Tim Raue restaurant in Berlin with a friend, and unfortunately, our visit was disappointing overall. The bouillabaisse was beautifully presented, but consisted of only a few pieces of seafood (which were definitely specially prepared) poured over a strong shellfish broth from a jug. The flavor was strongly reminiscent of concentrated shellfish paste and seemed unbalanced. The lemonade, advertised as "homemade," was, in my opinion, mineral water with syrup (the syrup had settled at the bottom of the glass), garnished with a slice of lime, orange, and a sprig of mint, which, however, barely distinguished the flavor. The drink tasted predominantly artificial. On the positive side, the tartare was not spicy upon request, which made it well-seasoned. The crème brûlée, on the other hand, had a very thick caramel crust, which made it difficult to enjoy. Overall, the menu seems virtually unchanged from my visit a few years ago, and given the high prices, I expected more culinary substance. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't worth the price. Therefore, I don't plan on returning.

We tried the la table dressée and were thrilled. The menu in April/May was amazing. A really great taste explosion! We also decided to try the menu more often if we liked it, as you absolutely can't complain about the price. The portion is absolutely sufficient for a lunch menu; you are full but not oversaturated. The lemonade was also very fruity and refreshing. The atmosphere is also really nice, you feel like you've been transported to Paris.

Wir waren aus einem besonderen Anlass in der Brasserie Colette und obwohl wir ein exzellentes Essen erwartet hatten, wurden unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Es war das beste Essen, das wir je gegessen haben – jeder Gang war perfekt abgestimmt, mit großer Sorgfalt zubereitet und geschmacklich außergewöhnlich. Ebenso herausragend war der Service: professionell, herzlich und durchgehend aufmerksam. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt – fast wie bei guten Freunden, nur mit kulinarischer Spitzenklasse. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Restaurantleiter, der sich Zeit für ein persönliches Gespräch nahm und uns viel über die Speisen und Weine erzählte. Auch die Weine waren hervorragend ausgewählt und haben das Essen perfekt ergänzt – jede Empfehlung war ein Volltreffer. Wir können nicht sagen, ob das Essen oder der Service das Highlight des Abends waren – alles war auf einem beeindruckend hohen Niveau. Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The restaurant is well located and offers a nice ambience. The service is always attentive, courteous and very friendly. That evening we decided on the menus, but á la card is also possible. The individual courses were incredibly tasty and very well prepared, requests regarding changes were taken into account and implemented. The portions in the menu are sufficient and in the end you are really full. Of course you could eat two plates of one or the other because it tastes really good. Conclusion of the whole thing: Clear recommendation, big praise to the chefs, great service team and a very successful evening. Gladly again when the time comes! Beautiful address in Berlin to spend a cozy evening full of flavors and nuances. We started with the iconic pistachio shrimp, and the subtly spicy bouillabaisse...A real treat. The dishes that followed were a real success, pistachio cannelloni, blue steak with béarnaise and pork and fish...excellent. small disappointment regarding the dessert, in particular the 1001 nights pear which is definitely too sweet and without subtlety, surprising when compared to the rest of the dinner. The service was impeccable except at the end when, visibly, the waiter seemed more concerned with his problems than with his service...but nothing too serious, however. I sincerely recommend this address.

French charm meets acrobatic cutlery ballet An evening with my two sons in the Colette Brasserie Berlin – From a culinary point of view we found it very clear: ooh là là! The menu is a poem, fried to perfection, the Wagyu beef fillet with flambéed parmesan butter, green asparagus, potato beignet & mango is a dream, as are the crème brûlée and the strawberry macaroons. But the real star of the evening? Our waiter. He actually managed to drop the cutlery three times - each time with a new elegant excuse and a grin that would have made even the grumpiest Berliner smile. Between fork thunderstorms and knife mambo, the service remained charming, attentive and wonderfully human. Conclusion: food was great, the atmosphere was wonderfully French with a Berlin touch, and the cutlery – well, it clearly made a big appearance. We'll come back and maybe we'll catch the cutlery ourselves.

A great culinary experience at Tim Rao's Brasserie - A visit to Tim Rao's brasserie turned out to be a particularly delicious experience. The dishes were not only beautiful to the eye but also full of rich, varied and special flavors - combinations that you don't find everywhere. I was also pleasantly surprised by the size of the portions, which were more generous than expected. The service was professional, courteous and fast. In short, a great culinary experience.

We dined with Jackie as our server, she was excellent, thoughtful, and helpful! We celebrated a birthday and bought a cookbook…everything was great! We enjoyed 2 bottles of white wine and lunch and desserts…everything was worth repeating. Service was thoughtful and personal. Food was great and well timed, oysters were excellent, and all three desserts were something special! Make your reservation and enjoy!

No one informed us that the restaurant was closing. Our wedding invitations, featuring this venue on September 19, have already been sent out. In June, we confirmed not only the reservation, but also the complete menu, the number of guests, and the drinks package in writing—with our signature. The fact that we haven't been able to reach anyone by email or phone despite repeated attempts is extremely frustrating and seems very unprofessional.

Shockingly bad for a 5 star hotel. My husband and I left after: we were asked if we wanted to give them our coats and they were tossed messily on a nearby chair. I ordered sparkling water and got still. And finally the coffees we got were from a machine (ok - one can accept that) but tasted horrible and didn’t look very nice either. 1 cappuccino, 1 latte, and a large bottle of water was 29 euros. We left soon after and went to Facil at the Mandala hotel for lunch which was relatively close to walk and amazing .

This is French restaurant but a little bit "à la mode allemande". The presentation of the dishes were really fine and the quantities were according to german standards which if fine, but too much for me. There was a bit of lack of "finesse" in the taste. I was entertaining American family members and wanting to show them what French cuisine was like. For them it was fine but for me (being French) I was disappointed even though it was so much better than almost all the German cuisine that I ever tasted. A good point for the good selection of French wine (rare in Germany) Price / quality ratio is not the great
