Entrecôte in Berlin

Klassische französische Brasserie, exzellenter Service, hervorragendes Essen, die Zwiebelsuppe ist empfehlenswert, das Fleisch ist perfekt zubereitet.

Als Hobby-Koch (Bocuse und Robuchon folgend :-), mit französicher Küche aufgewachsen, wage ich folgende Aussage: Die Fischsuppe war als solche erkennbar ... naja, ok (ich war ja in D, nicht in F); der Coq au Vin war keiner - da gab es eine rote Sauce (Sosse), in welche eine Poularde aus dem Ofen beigefügt worden ist; nie war das Fleisch länger als 10 Minuten in dieser Sauce (Sosse), welcher auch der typische Weingeschmack fehlte - einfach kein Coq au Vin (eher Geflügel an roter Sauce/Sosse). Der Rotwein ist mit 30 Grad Temparatur serviert worden - eigentlich nicht trinkbar (13 Euro das Glas - unglaublich). Das Servierpersonal war auch noch beleidigt, dass ich kein Trinkgeld gegeben habe (77.80 Euro für eine Person). Die kommenden Monate werde ich öfter in Berlin sein, jedoch dieses Restaurant meiden.

Gutes Restaurant, aber mein Hauptgang kam erst nach 35 Minuten. Das ist inakzeptabel. Es gab Entenconfit, das war ganz okay. Die Pommes waren gut, aber was sie daneben serviert hatten, war deutsches Zeug, das – außer vielleicht für Deutsche – nicht akzeptabel war. 😂 Der Wein im Glas war wirklich gut, Glückwunsch zur Auswahl guter und bezahlbarer Weine. Sie haben sich bei allen, die den Fehler bemerkt haben, vielmals entschuldigt. Glückwunsch an das Team! Ich weiß das sehr zu schätzen.

Ein sehr angenehmes französisches Restaurant im Herzen Berlins, perfekt für ein schickes Abendessen; tadelloser und aufmerksamer Service.

Dieses Restaurant wurde mir von vielen Leuten empfohlen, daher waren meine Erwartungen vermutlich recht hoch. Leider wurden sie bei unserem Besuch nicht ganz erfüllt. Die Terrasse liegt direkt an einer befahrenen Straße. Zwar ist der Verkehr nicht extrem stark, dennoch hat man das Gefühl, fast auf der Straße zu sitzen. Die Austern wurden schnell serviert, waren für den Preis jedoch recht klein. Auf die Hauptgerichte mussten wir anschließend lange warten. Mein Entrecôte kam nur lauwarm an, das Gemüse war bereits fast kalt – und das bei 27 Grad Außentemperatur. Das Fleisch hatte ich medium bestellt, serviert wurde es jedoch eher durchgegart. Gerade bei einem Restaurant, das „Entrecôte“ im Namen trägt, erwarte ich hier deutlich mehr Perfektion. Lauwarmes, fettreiches Fleisch verliert leider viel von seinem Geschmack. Der Caesar Salat mit Hummer war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Die Portion war sehr klein, insbesondere was den Salat selbst betrifft. Zudem hatten wir vorab gefragt, ob der Hummer bereits ausgelöst sei, was bestätigt wurde. Tatsächlich war das jedoch nicht der Fall. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass die Getränke sehr schnell serviert wurden. Nachdem ich den Zustand meines Entrecôtes beim Kellner angesprochen hatte, wurde uns als Entschädigung ein Dessert angekündigt. Dieses wurde jedoch nicht gebracht. Eigentlich wollte ich noch die Crêpe Suzette bestellen, da ich sie gerne einmal probieren wollte, habe mich dann aber dagegen entschieden. Insgesamt war der Besuch für mich leider enttäuschend. Die beigefügten Bilder sprechen für sich. Ich werde nicht noch einmal kommen, da es in Berlin viele andere sehr gute französische Restaurants gibt.

Wir waren gestern zu dritt im Entrecote Berlin und haben für den Abend rund 250 € ausgegeben. Leider entsprachen weder die kulinarische Qualität noch die anschließende Bearbeitung unserer Beschwerde den Standards eines Restaurants dieser Preisklasse. Bereits während des Essens gab es Anlass zur Beanstandung: Die bestellten Nieren waren innen noch roh und mussten zurückgeschickt werden. Ein schwerwiegender Fehler, der bei Fleischgerichten einfach nicht vorkommen darf. Die Folgen folgten in der Nacht: Unmittelbar nach unserem Besuch litt ich unter massiven Symptomen einer Lebensmittelvergiftung, die mich die ganze Nacht (bis 4:00 Uhr morgens) wach hielten. Da ich außer der Fischsuppe und dem Rindfleisch Stroganoff nichts anderes gegessen hatte, liegt der Zusammenhang für mich auf der Hand. Besonders enttäuschend war die Reaktion der Geschäftsleitung auf meine schriftliche Beschwerde. Statt Einfühlungsvermögen oder Höflichkeit gegenüber einem zahlenden Gast erhielt ich lediglich eine kühle, fast bürokratische Antwort, die auf die lückenlose Kühlkette verwies. Wer in dieser Preisklasse arbeitet, sollte wissen, dass ein Gast nicht nur für das Produkt, sondern auch für ein sicheres Gesamterlebnis bezahlt. Wenn die Sorgfalt bei der Zubereitung schon mangelhaft ist (siehe die rohen Nieren), nützt auch die beste Dokumentation der Kühlkette nichts. Als Gast fühle ich mich hier nicht ernst genommen. Wer Wert auf Qualität, Sorgfalt und einen respektvollen Umgang mit Kundenbeschwerden legt, sollte sein Geld lieber woanders investieren. Wir werden dieses Restaurant definitiv nicht wieder besuchen.

Gutes Restaurant. Leckere (vor allem) Fleischspeisen und andere Klassiker. Etwas gehoben, aber nicht snobmäßig. Der Kellner hat mir erklären wollen dass ich nicht die Hauptspeisen zusammen mit der Vorspeise bestellen / aufgeben soll, das fand ich etwas übergriffig / bevormundend. War sicher nett gemeint, dass wir uns noch Zeit lassen können, aber kam etwas von oben herab rüber. Ansonsten sehr nett und aufmerksam der Kellner. Wir werden es nochmal probieren…..

Nichts auszusetzen, manche Preise sind vielleicht etwas hoch (die 10 € für die Flasche Wasser finde ich wirklich unverschämt), aber die Qualität des Essens und des Services ist unbestreitbar. Ich hatte ein wunderbares Abendessen.

So französisch, dass man sich fast wie in einer Pariser Brasserie fühlt – nur dass der Service hier noch freundlicher ist! Jedes einzelne Gericht war perfekt zubereitet, aber das Entrecôte war natürlich der absolute Höhepunkt! Die Schokoladenmousse ist einfach himmlisch!

Sehr gutes Hauptgericht, der Nachtisch mit Erdbeeren war etwas langweilig, die Erdbeeren noch nicht voll im Geschmack. Im Vergleich zu früher ist das Preisniniveau deutlich gestiegen. Und Ketchup für das Kind mit 0,60 € zu berechnen hat keinen Stil.

Wir haben köstlich gegessen und wurden gut bedient. Die Kellner erkundigten sich regelmäßig, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei. Die Tische standen recht eng beieinander, aber glücklicherweise konnten wir bald etwas weiter seitlich sitzen, anstatt im Durchgang.

Sehr leckeres Essen, tolle Karte, super Service. Preislich allerdings zu teuer, Tische sehr nah beieinander und sehr hoher Lärmpegel.

Wir hatten ein tolles Erlebnis im Entrecôte in Berlin. Wir probierten das Steak und das Dessert, beides war exzellent, von hoher Qualität und perfekt zubereitet. Der Service war aufmerksam und professionell, und die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Entrecôte in der Schützenstraße ist für mich seit Jahren eine feste Adresse, wann immer ich in Berlin bin. Dieses Restaurant steht für eine Küche auf höchstem Niveau: präzise, geschmackvoll, hochwertig und mit einer beeindruckenden Konstanz. Jeder Besuch ist ein Genuss. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch den außerordentlichen Service. Man wird hier nicht einfach nur bedient, sondern aufmerksam, freundlich und mit echter Professionalität begleitet. Genau diese Mischung aus kulinarischer Qualität, Gastfreundschaft und angenehmer Atmosphäre macht das Entrecôte für mich zu einem Ort, an den ich immer wieder mit großer Freude zurückkehre. Ich fühle mich dort jedes Mal ausgesprochen wohl. Das Ambiente ist stilvoll, die Küche exzellent, der Service vorbildlich – kurz gesagt: ein Restaurant, das in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt. Für mich ist es wirklich erstaunlich, dass dieses Haus noch keinen Michelin-Stern erhalten hat. Verdient wäre er aus meiner Sicht schon lange.

Please make sure you have a reservation ahead. It feels overcrowded given how small the place is, with small tables and seating that puts you right next to strangers. However, the service was excellent (especially for Germany), and the food was great, though it comes with a hefty bill.

We ate here on a recommendation and were thrilled! While rather unassuming from the outside, you immediately feel at home inside. A warm welcome in an authentic atmosphere. Very attentive service, textbook service... a blessing for any restaurateur to find such service still exists. Waitstaff who understand, love, and live their craft. The menu is very diverse, and the quality of the food is simply outstanding! Portion sizes are perfectly adequate. The only minor drawback is the very cramped seating. Of course, every euro counts, now more than ever, but barely 10cm of space between tables isn't ideal for everyone. But everything else was truly perfect.

Wonderful restaurant. The food tastes absolutely perfect; our Chateaubriand was superb, but what was even more impressive was the service. The staff are so attentive, professional, and friendly! It's really not easy to find service like this in Berlin. Truly first class! Our family, whom we invited here for a small celebration, were also completely impressed with the place.

We visited this wonderful restaurant with a small group on Friday. It was such a lovely evening, Paris in Berlin. The food and wine were excellent, and the service made it a long and unforgettable evening. We'll be back. Thank you, Basti, and thank you to the entire Entrecôte team.

True to the restaurant's name, we had entrecôte and were absolutely satisfied. The wine selection was also excellent. Very charming service in a classic bistro atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Top-notch food, fine dining, but the wines are disproportionately expensive compared to the food. Moreover, if you don't know anything about the wines, you can easily end up paying too much. Okay, we're in Berlin, and it's a long way to go... but! There are wines that retail for €20-30 that cost four to five times as much here, and there are very expensive wines here that retail for half as much. So, you should keep an eye on them. It's okay to charge more in restaurants, but the markup isn't the same everywhere. Good, inexpensive wines are certainly valued here. While very expensive wines are almost always listed at double the price. But yes, if you were to make things too expensive, some wines could become shelf warmers.

Good quality but slightly high prices The restaurant is 100% French: all the waiters are French, and even the menu is written in French as a first language. The place is very nice, the tables are spaced well apart, and the service is overall attentive and pleasant. The quality of the food is there and you can taste it, but the prices are slightly above average.

We had such a wonderful experience at Entrecôte. The service was outstanding, attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere truly makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a Parisian bistro. That is actually one of my favourite places in Berlin. Very good steaks (entrecôte) meat is tender and juicy , bravo. A good selection of wine and good service👌🏻 Interior is classy. For sure this is one of the places that I can recommend and wehere i can invite my friends without any doubt.

A highly recommended restaurant with an interesting menu and delicious dishes. Not exactly cheap, but upscale quality with commensurate pricing. A bit embarrassing/petty, though: our request for some butter on our bread was charged a euro. This is completely unusual at this level.

Every time we visit with family or friends, we’re blown away by the flavors and the excellent wine selection. I always go for the filet de boeuf with sauce béarnaise, and it never disappoints. Highly recommended for anyone craving a true taste of France.

I can't formulate it))), we wanted French food and we got it, but everything was somehow overdose. Everything was somehow salty and too concentrated taste, no matter how strange it may sound))) Everything was good, but in terms of food, something was missing or, on the contrary, too much. My wife said that she had the impression that a chef from the Middle East was preparing French recipes))

A stylish and attentive steakhouse. The taste and presentation were nice. Recommended. Long queues form after 18:00, which shows how popular it is. We were there with the company for our Christmas party. The meat was perfect 😊. The snails were excellent. Only one criticism: a few more cocktails or non-alcoholic specials would have been nice. Otherwise, everything was good 👍. I'd love to come back with my family. Second visit just before Easter. With family. It was worth it. Everyone was very satisfied 😊. We were there again with family and dog 🐕. In the summer, you can also dine outside the restaurant. Another fantastic evening. Thank you 🙏

A highly recommended French restaurant in Berlin: Entrecôte During my trade fair visit to Berlin, I searched online for a nearby restaurant that evening. I chose the French restaurant Entrecôte, whose menu on the website caught my attention, especially the classic steak frites. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted in French by the hostess, which immediately gave the ambiance an authentic touch. Even though I didn't have a reservation, I was immediately assigned a table, albeit with a certain time frame. Tip: Make a reservation! The atmosphere in the dining room pleasantly reminded me of a traditional Parisian brasserie. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. My order included escargots for starters, followed by steak frites with delicious pommes allumettes. For dessert, I expressed a desire for a scoop of vanilla ice cream with the crêpes Suzettes. No problem! Definitely try it. Overall, I can highly recommend the restaurant Entrecôte. It offers a successful combination of classic French cuisine, a pleasant ambiance, and attentive service. A truly worthwhile visit!

We headed towards Entrecôte with high expectations. Would it really be that good? We were escorted to our table and had a lovely seat. The children's drinks were included and we received a basket of delicious fresh bread on the table. I think to chew on it like that, because there was nothing with it. No butter, no olive oil, no spreads, nothing. We ordered our own drink - cremant de bourgogne according to the menu, but the waiter pedantic said cremant d'alsace - and a starter, and then the menu was taken from us. Away! No more chance to look further at what we were going to enjoy. So time to marvel at the black brigade, who ran around three turns with sweat on their foreheads. Almost bumping into each other, running fast and eating food that falls off plates, everything is possible when you are so busy. We therefore felt very reluctant to bother them. The wine was delicious and so were the starters. Fantastic! The layout could be better, but hey, we're in a French restaurant. The quality was great! Starter finished, then the menu for the main course arrived. A bit clumsy, but it can be done. We choose and then the long wait could begin. In the meantime, I've seen and laughed at enough clumsy Harrys. One eternity later the food arrived. Plates in the wrong place, extra plate forgotten, things didn't go well. Once again a delicious meal, I have never eaten so deliciously in France! 10 for la cuisine, great! We skipped dessert, then the bill came. The gentleman told us very clearly that it was WITHOUT service. Yes, we noticed that. He gave suggestions on how we could round up the bill. Yes, thank you for the cookie, greetings! White Brigade was great, Black Brigade was a flop. Delicious food, not cheap, take the service into account.
