Please make sure you have a reservation ahead. It feels overcrowded given how small the place is, with small tables and seating that puts you right next to strangers. However, the service was excellent (especially for Germany), and the food was great, though it comes with a hefty bill.

We ate here on a recommendation and were thrilled! While rather unassuming from the outside, you immediately feel at home inside. A warm welcome in an authentic atmosphere. Very attentive service, textbook service... a blessing for any restaurateur to find such service still exists. Waitstaff who understand, love, and live their craft. The menu is very diverse, and the quality of the food is simply outstanding! Portion sizes are perfectly adequate. The only minor drawback is the very cramped seating. Of course, every euro counts, now more than ever, but barely 10cm of space between tables isn't ideal for everyone. But everything else was truly perfect.

True to the restaurant's name, we had entrecôte and were absolutely satisfied. The wine selection was also excellent. Very charming service in a classic bistro atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Top-notch food, fine dining, but the wines are disproportionately expensive compared to the food. Moreover, if you don't know anything about the wines, you can easily end up paying too much. Okay, we're in Berlin, and it's a long way to go... but! There are wines that retail for €20-30 that cost four to five times as much here, and there are very expensive wines here that retail for half as much. So, you should keep an eye on them. It's okay to charge more in restaurants, but the markup isn't the same everywhere. Good, inexpensive wines are certainly valued here. While very expensive wines are almost always listed at double the price. But yes, if you were to make things too expensive, some wines could become shelf warmers.

The place is very nice, the tables are spaced well apart, and the service is overall attentive and pleasant. That is actually one of my favourite places in Berlin. Very good steaks (entrecôte) meat is tender and juicy , bravo. A good selection of wine and good service👌🏻 Interior is classy. For sure this is one of the places that I can recommend and wehere i can invite my friends without any doubt.

We were there with the company for our Christmas party. The meat was perfect 😊. The snails were excellent. Only one criticism: a few more cocktails or non-alcoholic specials would have been nice. Otherwise, everything was good 👍. I'd love to come back with my family. Second visit just before Easter. With family. It was worth it. Everyone was very satisfied 😊. A highly recommended French restaurant in Berlin: Entrecôte During my trade fair visit to Berlin, I searched online for a nearby restaurant that evening. I chose the French restaurant Entrecôte, whose menu on the website caught my attention, especially the classic steak frites. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted in French by the hostess, which immediately gave the ambiance an authentic touch. Even though I didn't have a reservation, I was immediately assigned a table, albeit with a certain time frame. Tip: Make a reservation! The atmosphere in the dining room pleasantly reminded me of a traditional Parisian brasserie. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. My order included escargots for starters, followed by steak frites with delicious pommes allumettes. For dessert, I expressed a desire for a scoop of vanilla ice cream with the crêpes Suzettes. No problem! Definitely try it. Overall, I can highly recommend the restaurant Entrecôte. It offers a successful combination of classic French cuisine, a pleasant ambiance, and attentive service. A truly worthwhile visit!

We headed towards Entrecôte with high expectations. Would it really be that good? We were escorted to our table and had a lovely seat. The children's drinks were included and we received a basket of delicious fresh bread on the table. I think to chew on it like that, because there was nothing with it. No butter, no olive oil, no spreads, nothing. We ordered our own drink - cremant de bourgogne according to the menu, but the waiter pedantic said cremant d'alsace - and a starter, and then the menu was taken from us. Away! No more chance to look further at what we were going to enjoy. So time to marvel at the black brigade, who ran around three turns with sweat on their foreheads. Almost bumping into each other, running fast and eating food that falls off plates, everything is possible when you are so busy. We therefore felt very reluctant to bother them. The wine was delicious and so were the starters. Fantastic! The layout could be better, but hey, we're in a French restaurant. The quality was great! Starter finished, then the menu for the main course arrived. A bit clumsy, but it can be done. We choose and then the long wait could begin. In the meantime, I've seen and laughed at enough clumsy Harrys. One eternity later the food arrived. Plates in the wrong place, extra plate forgotten, things didn't go well. Once again a delicious meal, I have never eaten so deliciously in France! 10 for la cuisine, great! We skipped dessert, then the bill came. The gentleman told us very clearly that it was WITHOUT service. Yes, we noticed that. He gave suggestions on how we could round up the bill. Yes, thank you for the cookie, greetings! White Brigade was great, Black Brigade was a flop. Delicious food, not cheap, take the service into account.

We had the classic menu with a glass of wine each. Salad, bread and butter followed by steak and fries with Fred?? Sauce. Everything except the sauce was excellent, steak cooked to perfect medium rare as requested. The sauce was quite disgusting, sorry no other way to describe this dark brown congealed mess, nothing like what you get in London. We will definitely go back but remember to ask for the sauce on the side. Next time I’ll ask for

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Entrecôte in Berlin and it was a thoroughly positive experience. The service was exceptional: the staff were always courteous, attentive and made sure we felt completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. I chose the 350g entrecôte with matchstick potatoes and Béarnaise sauce – an excellent choice! The meat was perfectly cooked, with the ideal degree of doneness. I would particularly like to highlight the Béarnaise sauce, which was wonderfully creamy and perfectly balanced in terms of taste. The matchstick potatoes complemented the dish excellently and rounded off the experience. The wine – both red and white – was excellent and went perfectly with the food. As far as the prices are concerned, everything was within reason and absolutely justified for the quality of the food and the service. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant for anyone who wants to enjoy good meat and a pleasant evening.

The food itself was quite good despite the price, but the service was a disaster. This ruins a beautiful moment. How can the waiter say: "That's too little tip, better 100 euros more"? That's a disgrace!

If I had a restaurant, I would send my employees to Entrecote at least once to see how professional and friendly service is! Fast but not hectic... attentive but not intrusive... professionals! The food is of course also known to be good, steak fries are a must for every meat eater (and for vegetarians just the fries, they are world class!)

Called at 10 p.m., reserved for 10:30 p.m. Arrived; Even after what must have been a long and strenuous evening service, the service is world class: attentive, friendly, highly professional. Our starter, which we shared, came beautifully presented on two plates - not a given. Our moules-frites and coq au vin were delicious, even at such a late hour. We were perfectly looked after every step of the way from the moment we walked in the door until we left the door. There are professionals at work here, hats off to them. We'll definitely be back

The food was delicious, but the mussels were too salty. When we mentioned it, they kindly offered us a replacement, but we had already finished our meal. In the end, they gave us a complimentary crème brûlée, which was a lovely gesture. I recommend this place!

Hello, we went there on a weekday evening before entering the restaurant we would have looked at the price, it's really a tourist trap. The very friendly waiter (normal) when we go to pay he asks us is there something we give for the service we are nice like everything we say it's normal and there when I go to tell him to take 5 euros my man tells me 10 euros anyway and the waiter who takes us out that seems reasonable to me no but I'm dreaming. Generally I don't like to criticize but here.

My wife enjoyed the snails soup and her filet mignon. Our daughter also loved the filet mignon. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Great quality for fair prices.
