Beautiful and atmospheric place — the ceiling decorated with flowers and lanterns looks amazing. But the service completely ruined the experience. We were a group of four and ordered two identical appetizers, yet they came with different ingredients. No utensils or napkins were brought until we asked. The table was never cleared, so when we ordered cocktails later, there was no space left for the glasses. We asked the waitress to remove the dirty dishes, but she seemed lost in her own thoughts and ignored us. Such a pity — the place is lovely, but the service was terrible. Won’t come back.

We stopped here looking for a late glass of wine. With the heaters and a blanket, it was nice to sit outside. The wine we ordered [1 glass of Pinot Blanc (€7), 1 glass of Kavalidere Emir (according to the menu: €6.50) for 0.2 each] was good. What was surprising, however, was that the Turkish wine appeared on the chip card for payment as €6.90. When asked why this amount had been charged, the "justification" was that the price on the 'outdated' menu was not the one that applied, but the price on the computer. This shouldn't be allowed without any indication on the menu!

Fantastic atmosphere, super delicious food (izmir Köfte), and very nice service. I would highly recommend this place.

I'm new to Münster and I'm trying all sorts of restaurants. I can't recommend this one. There's an unpleasantly annoyed employee on the left side of the entrance. After 40 minutes, the food arrived with the wrong sauce and side dish. What I got was good food. The ambiance isn't really my thing, and the service was abysmal.

Everything's actually very good and nice, but you pay about €3-4 more than you should. But that's the case in all restaurants with nice decor and presentation.

Everything is just right here. I was particularly impressed by how fast the service was. The drinks and appetizers arrived within 3 minutes, and the main course after 10. The taste was fantastic, too; I can hardly believe it took me so long to discover Kurdish food. I should also mention how good the vegetarian options are. The interior design is also really beautiful and harmonious. And the restrooms smell good. When do you ever walk into a restroom and think, "Wow, it smells good in here?"

You immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is pleasantly calm, thanks in part to the subtle background music – perfect for conversation and enjoyment. The food is truly outstanding! The Domates Soslu Köfte is particularly recommended – a real treat. The dishes are fresh, aromatic, and beautifully presented. A big compliment also to the staff: everyone is very courteous, attentive, and friendly. The tables are cleared quickly, the chefs are very polite, and the advice is excellent – ​​you always feel in good hands. Another plus point: The shop is wheelchair accessible and accessible via elevator over two floors – ideal for small and large groups. The restrooms are also clean and beautifully designed, which perfectly rounds off the harmonious overall impression. We will definitely be back – a place to feel good!

A very nice, coolly decorated restaurant in Münster's old town. Modern ordering process via mobile phone and pager or with the very friendly staff. Above all, the food is delicious with fresh ingredients. A great foray into Kurdish-Turkish cuisine. It's a shame Münster is so far away, otherwise I would definitely come here more often...

We had a delicious meal. Beautifully presented and delicious down to the last bite. The olive oil has an excellent flavor, nice and mild, aromatic, and goes perfectly with the food. My homemade iced tea was also delicious and nicely chilled, served in a beautiful glass. The food had to be picked up, which wasn't really my thing, but oh well. The service staff is friendly. I can recommend this place without hesitation. You can eat well here, and the price/performance ratio is good. The seating takes a bit of getting used to. Either high chairs or very small chairs, overall I find it a bit lacking in comfort. The lamps make up for that somewhat. It's also nice that you can see part of the kitchen and the large oven. That's really special. We learned and tasted new things. A great experience! No reservation required.

I recently had breakfast at Bona Me in Münster and was really impressed! The breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented and there was a large selection - including many vegetarian options, which I found particularly great. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive - you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. Ordering here is done in a very modern way using your cell phone: you scan a QR code at the table, choose everything at your leisure and then have the food brought straight to you. This is a bit reminiscent of Vapiano, only more digital and even more relaxed. Conclusion: Great atmosphere, delicious food and a well thought-out concept. I'll definitely be back!

I can say that it was much better than the bona'me I went to in Cologne! I would like to make a few notes to correct some missing things. Unfortunately, the tea was not hot enough. Another thing, the smoothie was good but could be better! I also wrote about the one in Cologne, welcoming the customers with a smile, welcoming them and informing them is the showcase of an establishment. Most of the satisfaction occurs here. You immediately feel welcome. The service was outstanding: Gian-Luca and Yasir in particular made the evening perfect. With their friendly, attentive and professional manner, they provided us with the best possible care. They always had a smile on their faces and took the time to respond to our wishes - big compliments to both of you! There is also no culinary wish left unfulfilled: the dishes were fresh, authentic and lovingly prepared. The variety on the menu definitely invites you to come back more often. Overall, an all-round successful evening - I can only warmly recommend the Bona'me Münster and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Been there 1 year ago in Münster and food was very good. Unfortunately today we didnt like the taste of food. Taste of pide was terrible and normally pide is made our of "meat" but this time it was no different then vegan. They've filled bread with salad and serve it as "pide". My sister in law ordered sish kebab and there was only 2-3 pieces of meat, which is unbelieveable. This is solely a meat dish and you can't serve it only with 3 pcs of meat and full plate bulgur. This place sucks now, not recomended anymore. Stay away!!!
