Very tasty and awesome cocktails! Even non-alcoholic ones!

Delicious food, but somehow otherwise completely ugly place. Loud, restless music. You have to read the card using a QR code and order annoyingly on your cell phone, and you have to wait with a buzzer and pick up the food yourself. Still expensive enough

Delicious food including starter and main course. Ordering via barcode i.e. menu via cell phone - I find it cumbersome, but that's just the concept. You have to pick up food from the kitchen when the buzzer vibrates... Was called once for free (while eating), but it wasn't bad. Restaurant is beautifully decorated, we would love to come back.

There is no comparable atmosphere in Münster. Great service. Unfortunately, we had already eaten and could only enjoy the exceptional and excellent drinks and snacks/dessert. Made you want more.

Very tasty authentic food. The service is very attentive and really nice. The music is awesome :) It's also very clean and of course the toilets too (even smells good in the toilet haha) We'd love to come back. We feel in good hands and the ambience is strong.

It's an absolute disgrace. If you want to waste your money, you should go here. I thought they deserved a second chance and went again. The food was terrible. The conversation between the staff was very embarrassing. They were also very bad about hygiene.

No matter how many times I have eaten there, I have never seen any quality. The place is luxurious, the staff is unnecessary, the chatter between the staff does not suit you, your quality is decreasing, it is a money trap.

I went here for dinner with a friend. Unfortunately my choice wasn't that good, a fairly small portion for over €15. Some pasta stuffed with cheese. Luckily I would have had kofta as an extra, they were very tasty. The pide looked very tasty. My choice for the next visit.

Yes, what can I say...Don't be fooled, the food is mediocre at expensive prices and the service is actually simply non-existent. Everything is automated, the food seems to have been thawed and the music is crazy. Definitely not something to comfortably enjoy good food🤷🏻‍♀️... It was more fun writing this review here than paying €15 for a bit of dry menemen and even drier bread. It's better to keep looking ;)

It was a great breakfast!! There were many options that I enjoyed. If you want to try a Turkish breakfast you should visit this place :) quite nice ambient too.

The food was okay in my opinion not worth the money, the ice cream which was supposed to be sweet was slightly spicy and not ice cream, when we walked in the service was rather unfriendly but as we went on we were pleasantly surprised by the waitress. Conclusion: If the appearance of the restaurant is important to you, then it is worth recommending. However, if the food is more important to you, you should think again

You can do it, but you don't have to. Ambience is very good, kitchen is very quick. Nothing special in terms of taste. A good kebab shop does it better for half the price, looks better than it is. Order via app and pick up the food yourself so that the waiters don't have to bring it and spend their free time on what? Maybe I'm too old-fashioned at 30 years old. At least my first and last visit

Ordering via the app didn't work at all. None of the selected dishes were added to the shopping cart. But it got really bad after we tried it for a while in frustration. An employee we asked for help said with a shrug that she was sorry and there was nothing she could do. We left.

The behavior of the staff was very good and friendly. I have to say about the food: the quality of the food was very low. Izmir meatballs were salty and the second dish had no particular taste.

Relatively large restaurant with terrace in the middle of Munster Everything about it is a little different. Food is ordered via a waiter but must be collected from the kitchen yourself. The food is Kurdish, so all unknown dishes I ate chicken curry with coconut milk. The bread was not bread and the “rice” was not rice. But the main course tasted good and was nice and warm when I picked it up from the kitchen myself. Only go if you like “strange” dishes.

The food was delicious and we will definitely be back. What I think is a shame, however, is that you have to get your food yourself via a beeper. I think this detracts from the ambience and the prices should include this service. I also don't like the fact that you have to order your food via the app. It would be nice if you had the choice here. App option or card option with personal order taking by a waiter. This is just my/our personal opinion. Otherwise everything is very nice and tasty.

Went there today for brunch with my family at around 12 noon. The service, total disappointment! The young woman who was initially standing at the cash register was suddenly behind the food counter, snatched the order out of my hand, and then said she would do it (it was her job)... She huffed and puffed and gave me my order BACK without an apology or anything. I asked the waiter for sugar, he said he would bring some, then walked past us 4 times... I got the sugar myself. So I've been a regular at your place up until now, but if the service remains so unfriendly, I'll go somewhere else... I hope the service, especially the cashier today, should be friendly!!! Learn how to deal with customers.

It was our first time here, ordering via the app was very unusual at first, but it worked smoothly here. The service was extremely friendly. Pide and mixed salad, delicious and lovingly prepared, completely okay in terms of price. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

Chic restaurant with Turkish food. Everything clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff who pay attention to the guest and their needs. The food was plentiful and very tasty.

The food wasn't ready at first, but upon request it was even brought to the table, even though they don't actually have table service.

The food is delicious. 🙂 However, the service is reminiscent of McDonalds.😕 Everything works electronically via QR code and buzzer. Nothing works without a smartphone. I felt very left alone with the menu as I would have liked to ask about one thing or another. It took me 10 minutes to climb through. For me, personal contact is part of eating. This also includes the occasional question as to whether it tastes good. When paying we asked if it was tasty. I expressed my opinion there. It was pointed out to me that I could have asked someone. Sorry, that's not a service for me.

Reservations are definitely an advantage. Avocado Beyti was incredibly tasty, tacos are recommended and prices are okay too! I can only recommend it! Great atmosphere and super cool ordering service!

I give the food 5 stars, really tasty there. At least that's what I was able to experience in a previous restaurant visit. Now 1 1/2 months ago I wanted to reserve a table there for 10 people for today (August 30, 2024). I was told that there were so many seats and that a reservation was not necessary. Wrong thought, no chance anymore. Too bad! Conclusion: Not recommended for a planned visit to the restaurant, as reservations are apparently not possible. I'm thinking three times about eating there again...

The food is very tasty and the selection is very diverse. The portions can be larger. The location is simply a dream. The service seemed a bit stressed, but was otherwise OK.

Good food with courteous service, quick preparation and delivery of drinks to the table

We were there on Saturday evening and we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was very nice, the staff were super friendly and the food was great (whether it was a starter, main course or dessert). Drinks are brought to the table and you get your own food. We will definitely come back and look forward to our next visit 🥰.

It's only been a month since I came to Münster, but I've been eating here since I arrived. Beyti kebab and sausage pita were legendary. I also tried their appetizers today, the hummus was very good. I recommend it to those coming.

I was really impressed by the Bona'me restaurant! I was particularly impressed by the innovative concept. The focus here is not only on delicious food, but also on a unique atmosphere that makes the visit a real experience. The dishes not only taste excellent, but are also beautifully prepared. You can immediately tell that there is a lot of attention to detail here. Overall, the service was friendly and professional, although it took a little longer for the drinks to arrive. That was the only small downer. Otherwise a great restaurant that I would happily recommend!
