Wir waren an mehreren Tagen nacheinander dort Essen. Der Service war an allen Tagen klasse, egal an welchem Tisch wir gesessen haben. .Das Essen war gut und reichlich. Die Fischgerichte waren gut, hätten aber etwas heißer sein können.

Actually a pretty nice inviting place to definitely have a great drink and delicious food in a chic atmosphere. My 4 year old had to go to the toilet. I asked if we could use the toilet. The first question from an employee was: Are you a guest? I said no, but unfortunately my little one had to. It was probably the boss - he was at least very accommodating and then opened the door to the toilet for us so that he could do his business. After we passed the counter outside again, another employee said: Give 1€ for the cleaner in our red coffee cash register. I felt compelled to do this and at the same time found it really shameful and shameful. I still understand asking adults to do this, children...? Especially since we had of course left everything clean as we found it... the boss was standing outside and didn't notice the incident. I thanked him again for allowing us to use the toilet...

I had dinner there as a couple two evenings in a row last week. We reserved a table the first evening, but not the next. Even though it was a holiday, it wasn't a problem. The service was first class, I have rarely felt so comfortable and welcome. The food came quickly, hot and lovingly prepared. On the second evening we sat outside, the owner sang live, it was a beautiful evening.

Highly recommended in terms of taste, great ambience and super friendly staff. In order to find the right wine for me, I was given several to try. The price is also okay.

Hello, with the many "positive" reviews, that makes me uncomfortable. But it also has to be said. We ate there today and had a burger and a large mixed salad with chicken breast strips. The burger was really tasty, as was the salad. Only the chicken meat for an additional €7.00 was so dry and tough and who knows when!! When the waiter asked if everything was OK, we said so. Of course nothing happened after that. Ergo, there was no tip either. Too bad!

Today we had lunch here. The outdoor area was already well attended, and some tables inside were occupied, but there were still free ones. We sat down inside and after a short time got the menu and decided on the asparagus with Wienerschnitzel and Duhner crab soup with salmon burger. The soup tasted excellent, it was only brought in a strange container, but it also had its charm. The salmon burger had a truly wonderful honey dill mustard sauce that went so well with the salmon. It was very nicely prepared and tasted excellent. We would eat here again. Also recommended with children, there is a changing table and the porridge is also made warm for you.

Sehr kundenorientierter und aufmerksamer Service. Trotz voll besetzten Lokal sehr kurze Wartezeiten. Die Gerichte schmecken sehr gut und sind hervorragend zubereitet. Weit weg von massenorientierter Abfertigung in der Hochsaison. Und diese trifft genau zu für heute am 1. Mai.

A very very nice shop! I was there today with my girlfriend. I had the chicken burger, my girlfriend had the solo asparagus. The chicken burger came with a large portion of fries. The bread was super delicious! The meat was really really good. The sauce is a dream. According to my friend, the asparagus was perfect and the hollandaise was very, very tasty. We were served by Denis, his service was really great, I have rarely felt so well looked after! A huge respect to him! Happy to come back on your next visit!

Ordered breaded plaice in an egg shell with salad. The plaice was of first class quality, extremely tender meat with a thin, crispy egg shell. The salad was fresh and crunchy with a spicy yogurt-garlic dressing. Price paid €21.00 for food without drink. For the quality, quantity and location, a reasonable but also high price. Service was attentive and courteous. Ambiance was quite pleasant, chairs were well upholstered, only one or two chairs were not 100% clean. Overall, a highly recommended culinary visit.

The staff was really people and dog friendly. Unfortunately I can't write anything about the food because we didn't eat anything there, we just sweetened our afternoon with coffee specialties and ice cream.

I was impressed at Björn's Beachbar not only because of the relaxed atmosphere, but above all because of the incredibly delicious sandwich that I ate there. Fresh, perfectly topped and simply really good – exactly my thing! What’s particularly cool is that the shop is run by my namesake Björn – and he not only has style, but also taste. You can immediately tell that the work here is done with heart. Friendly, relaxed, delicious – what more could you want? I'll definitely come by again. Just because of this sandwich!

We are currently eating at Björns Beach. It's a great atmosphere... The service is top...extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was very tasty and there was hardly any waiting time. We would like to come back at any time. A big compliment from us and highly recommended.

Rarely have we seen such a motivated staff, very friendly, attentive and service-oriented. Always keeping an eye on the guests, no wish remains unfulfilled. We can only recommend that the boss pay this staff well because he is really lucky with these employees, who do an excellent job even under the greatest stress. Rarely have I had a better schnitzel or better fried potatoes. Without a long wait, very well tempered and absolutely delicious. Service is excellent, you don't have to wait if you need a beer refill. We'll be back.

We had a very pleasant visit to this restaurant. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. The menu offers a good selection of dishes, complemented by a daily menu with changing recommendations - very appealing! Also positive: The restaurant is suitable for children and small children, as the waiting time after ordering was very short. The only small point of criticism: The food was a little too salty - but that can easily be adjusted. Overall, a successful visit that we would be happy to repeat!

Our second and last visit, table reserved for 7 people at 5:30 p.m., when we arrived all tables were occupied and had to wait about 15 minutes, well ok, so sat down at the table, ordered drinks and received them, ordered food, 3x burgers, 1x salmon, 1x beef fillet, 1x baked potato! Summary: Either the cook, if there is one there at all, has no sense of cooking points or it was just warmed up again! Burger meat about 3mm thick, dry edge and stone hard! The rinds and the salmon also died twice, not only fried well but dust dry! The complaint was not responded to with a burger price between €20 and €24 WITHOUT A SIDE, fries cost an extra €4! Since the restaurant was fully occupied, as I said, and was reserved for 5:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m., we were able to get to the table at around 6:15 p.m. We got our food, which lasted until around 6:40 p.m. and the cellar took in more drinks. They came immediately, but before the first sip we were asked to leave because there were still many guests outside who wanted a table. It was very unpleasant for the waiter, but his boss was breathing down his neck, who asked his staff to throw us out! When the bill came there was still a discussion until the last drinks were taken off the bill, for which she had no time to drink! For me it's a pure rip off, this shop is the only one + point, nice waiter, nice atmosphere! It's a shame that this Björni doesn't have to make a living from regular customers!

Like every year when our family visits from southern Germany, we reserve a table here. We enjoyed eating here until this evening. Today's visit will be our last. We reserved a table for 6 adults and a child 3 days ago for this evening. We were warmly welcomed and served. Shortly after we ate, the waitress asked us if we would like something more to drink. We were happy to accept the offer and reorder drinks. However, we didn't get to finish the drink or finish it. The drinks were on the table for maybe 1 minute before we were asked in a very rude manner by the owner of the restaurant to clear the table! At this point we had been sitting in the restaurant for 1 1/2 hours! Speechless, we asked what the reason was? We got the rude answer that he had to think economically!!! We lost our spit! Other guests would be waiting for the table! Not only we, but also the neighboring tables who noticed this felt it was a disgrace! I would like to note that we ordered 6 main courses - between €17 and €36 - and a children's menu, plus drinks! We would have liked to order dessert, but that was over! All I can say about the food is that all 4 burger patties were more than done, which is only mentioned in passing! We'll never come back! The customer is not honored here!

We spent a lovely evening in a very pleasant atmosphere. We would particularly like to highlight the excellent and friendly service, which made our stay very pleasant. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite meet our expectations. The veal liver was stringy and quite chewy, while the pasta with red snapper was more like a soup. We would have liked a little better preparation here. Nevertheless, overall we felt comfortable and would like to thank the team for the friendly hospitality.

Unfortunately, individual waiters were very unfriendly. Although one waiter told you to choose a seat (in the afternoon, the place was empty), the next waiter unfortunately rudely sent you to another table. Unfortunately, the waiter repeatedly didn't listen to how many people there were, so finding a table took a long time. We then left again given the unfriendliness. This is my personal experience.

It was very good again, we were a bit unlucky because a group of people came in between and it was a bit loud, but that's complaining at the highest level. Anyone who complains about the prices being too high hasn't tried the food yet, everything tasted great as always and the cooking point was, as always, a perfect landing. Here we rate the fish stall in front of the restaurant. Simply the best fish sandwiches in Cuxhaven. Shell-shaped rolls, super soft. Stem salmon and sherry matjes are simply next level in terms of taste. Super friendly service. We are looking forward to trying the Bruschettamatjes in July.

The sherry matjes and the plaice along with the side dishes were perfect. The service staff was very quick and nice. We would be happy to come back if we get the chance.

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und bekamen einen schönen Tisch zugewiesen, obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten. Die Servicekraft hatte großen Anteil daran, dass es ein toller Abend/Geburtstagsfeier wurde. Bezüglich des Essens gab er uns gute Tipps, war sehr aufmerksam und hat für so manchen Lacher gesorgt. Das Essen war sehr gut. Unsere Freunde waren ebenfalls begeistert. Waren an unserem letzten Tag nochmal bei Björn. Haben, obwohl genügend Plätze vorhanden, keinen schönen Platz zugewiesen bekommen. Haben uns auf Nachfrage umgesetzt. Der Servicekraft kann man nur sagen: Gäste erst ankommen lassen, die Möglichkeit bieten, aus Getränkekarte auszusuchen, um dann ganz entspannt die Atmosphäre und alles Weitere zu genießen. Keinen zusätzlichen Salat anbieten, der ohnehin beim Gericht dabei ist! Toll fanden wir, dass wir in Björns Beach ihn selber kennengelernt haben.

I had to discuss it with him first (absolute no-go!). Fresh fish can spoil quickly; that happens. But 1. it smelled so bad that you should have smelled it when it was roasting and 2. as a waiter you react differently The waiter was in an unbelievable mood anyway After waiting, the waiter came back and said that I would get a new fish. You are greeted with a very nice atmosphere. A large space that is decorated down to the smallest detail. The menu covers the most important things and there should be something for everyone. Unfortunately the price is a bit too high for the amount you get, so it doesn't give it a full 5 stars. Nevertheless, the overall picture is correct and we would definitely come back.

Outstanding! We've been coming here at Christmas time for so many years... even when our son was very small, we were lucky enough to always have food prepared for him that wasn't on the menu. Today, December 23rd, 24th we were here again: top service, best egg grog and the Camembert was a delight, but the best thing was the super friendly staff.. Keep it up! You are the best!!

Unfortunately we didn't experience 4.5 stars. The restaurant smelled like a toilet. The food was very oily, tasted very burnt and the staff moved the furniture around. I mentioned the burnt taste when paying and the waitress apologized with “Oh.. OK.” I actually should have let it go back. But I was extremely hungry and we wanted to move on quickly. We still had a long way home ahead of us.

Right at the entrance to the town with good parking options. Welcoming and courteous service, fireplace atmosphere that you can see and smell. The service is prompt, friendly and competent. The food is simply great, the quality and quantity are convincing and justify reasonable prices. The bread plate should be used as a starter for two people as it is good and plentiful. My pasta dish with redfish and seafood sauce was simply delicious. Convincing in every respect and recommended :) Keep it up, look forward to Björn's other restaurants :)

Wir waren in den Herbstferien vor Ort. Es war sehr voll. Dennoch bekamen wir ohne Reservierung einen Tisch. Die Bedienung war zügig und freundlich. Das Essen kam schnell und war schmackhaft. Nichts Außergewöhnliches, aber gut. Vielleicht etwas zu teuer, für uns noch okay.

Great atmosphere and super delicious food!

Everything is (almost) perfect, which is why it is one of our favorite restaurants. When we ordered, a group of > 50 people came after us. The noise level was then very high, so conversations stopped and we had to leave immediately after eating. Without cocktail - without dessert. Too bad. If necessary, better shield such large groups in the future. We'll be back! :)
