I had chosen the pollock fillet platter and wanted to order it. However, my order was rejected with the statement that this product was unavailable. Instead, I was advised to choose another dish from the counter (only from the counter). I understand that your employees have to sell prepared meals. However, a distinction should be made between the guest's wishes and the staff's instructions. Ultimately, I chose a different dish. The dishes were prepared by your employees with a slight annoyance. The employee's looks and dissatisfaction were palpable. When I received the first plate, I discovered that the fries were unfortunately cold, which I informed the employee. He even tried the fries himself but didn't provide any further feedback. Afterward, the shift manager or supervisor (gray, black beard, glasses) took over the conversation and reacted very negatively to my feedback. This reaction was so inappropriate that I felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to leave the restaurant. I want to emphasize that it's perfectly fine for customers to point out problems—for example, if food is cold. It's also understandable that employees have their own opinions. However, a shift supervisor or foreman should form their own opinion before ignoring feedback or reacting negatively to customers. I was very disappointed by this experience, and I would not visit the restaurant again based on it. In my opinion, this kind of customer treatment is not appropriate for a service-oriented restaurant. Other feedback already seems to confirm this. I strongly recommend that you review the situation internally and ensure that your employees respond in a customer-friendly and respectful manner.

The two of us went out to dinner for dinner. The service was prompt. Drinks came very quickly as well. We both ordered schnitzel. One with potato wedges, as per the menu, and the other with spaetzle. There were no fries (!) or croquettes. They said there was no deep fryer. The schnitzel was still quite greasy in the breading. The potato wedges were also greasy and not crispy. The spaetzle were dumplings. Unfortunately, they were also just reheated in water. They would have had more flavor if they had been fried. The side salad we ordered was too sour for our taste. We were quite disappointed.

We were guests today. The restaurant is beautifully located on Lake Constance. The staff was very friendly and the decor is very attractive. We each had a steak, the quality of the meat was top and it was cooked wonderfully medium. Unfortunately, my steak was totally over salted due to the sea salt that was sprinkled under and on the meat. That's why, despite the quality of the meat, I can only give it 1 star. When we asked if we liked it, I said that it was very salty. They wanted to pass it on to the kitchen. After dinner we ordered an espresso and a cappuccino. I'm not a person who looks for a fly in the ointment. But I would have liked to have had the cappuccino paid for on the house after the shortage. Personally, I think that's a shame and it was very difficult for me not to tip. But I couldn't tip for it. Unfortunately, the impression has now left a bitter taste in my mouth. But maybe we'll get there again. We would be happy to give you a second chance. As already written, the location is simply beautiful.

I often go to Gusti Di Vini because it's the perfect place to enjoy Sardinian specialties like delicious Inchiusa and Aragosta Rose. The staff is very customer-oriented, and the family trio are simply very friendly, top-notch restaurateurs with a passion for their work. The only small drawback is that the outdoor seating used to be more comfortable. But you'll still see me again and again. Best wishes.🤗🤗
