I had chosen the pollock fillet platter and wanted to order it. However, my order was rejected with the statement that this product was unavailable. Instead, I was advised to choose another dish from the counter (only from the counter). I understand that your employees have to sell prepared meals. However, a distinction should be made between the guest's wishes and the staff's instructions. Ultimately, I chose a different dish. The dishes were prepared by your employees with a slight annoyance. The employee's looks and dissatisfaction were palpable. When I received the first plate, I discovered that the fries were unfortunately cold, which I informed the employee. He even tried the fries himself but didn't provide any further feedback. Afterward, the shift manager or supervisor (gray, black beard, glasses) took over the conversation and reacted very negatively to my feedback. This reaction was so inappropriate that I felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to leave the restaurant. I want to emphasize that it's perfectly fine for customers to point out problems—for example, if food is cold. It's also understandable that employees have their own opinions. However, a shift supervisor or foreman should form their own opinion before ignoring feedback or reacting negatively to customers. I was very disappointed by this experience, and I would not visit the restaurant again based on it. In my opinion, this kind of customer treatment is not appropriate for a service-oriented restaurant. Other feedback already seems to confirm this. I strongly recommend that you review the situation internally and ensure that your employees respond in a customer-friendly and respectful manner.

Very tasty! The shrimp, in particular, were fresh and perfectly prepared, along with fantastic sauces that complemented the food perfectly. The location is also great—ideal for a quick break. Friendly service and a good selection. We'll be back! 🦐✨

I don't need to be back. The food was mediocre, the staff was poor. I don't have a problem with foreigners, but they should at least know where they work and what they're selling. And a little bit of commitment would be nice, too. The three men in the shop today seemed like they had landed there by chance. Only No. 4 seemed to have a bit more knowledge, but he was otherwise occupied.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Nordsee! The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared quickly. The fried fish and the shrimp box were particularly highlights! The staff were friendly, attentive, and created a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant was also extremely clean. I would definitely come back – highly recommended for anyone who loves fresh fish!

Disappointing experience at this branch I've always been satisfied with Nordsee – until this visit. Unfortunately, the fish was completely dry and overcooked, with some burnt spots. The mushroom sauce seemed slimy and unpleasantly thick, and the potatoes were rubbery (possibly pre-made potatoes from a jar). Only the herb sauce was edible. The staff seemed disinterested. Three out of four employees stood around idly, while one worked diligently. Communication was difficult, as hardly any German was spoken – I had to repeat myself several times and point to the picture on the menu. The counter didn't look particularly fresh, and the tables were dirty. Unfortunately, a thoroughly negative experience that will keep me from visiting this branch again. I'd like to highlight a young Asian employee who always seemed busy and diligent!

Fish cutlet, rice, and cola for the first time in a long time... I didn't choose any sauce, just lemon.

Very good meal, however the service is very poor, especially the big bald man with green glasses who is not at all friendly, even contemptuous with people who do not speak German. Avoid.

The food was delicious and the ambiance was very nice. Only the breaded dishes were a bit too greasy—perhaps that could be improved.

We visited the Nordsee again today after a long time – after being rather disappointed with our last visit, we spontaneously decided to give it another try. And we were truly pleasantly surprised! Despite the late hour (just before closing time), the staff was super friendly, attentive, and polite. We were even allowed to eat outside – really nice! The food was excellent: • The shrimp in batter were not only delicious, but also absolutely fairly priced. • The salmon burger was really big and very tasty – filling and high quality, definitely more than you'd expect from fast food. • The fries were a bit cold, but given the late hour, that's completely understandable – not a major drawback. The restrooms were also clean and well-maintained, which is unfortunately not always the case with fast food chains. Conclusion: A truly successful visit that completely changed our impression of the Nordsee. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing. Despite a noticeably large number of staff present, the service was extremely inattentive and disinterested. It felt like no one was truly responsible – inquiries were ignored or only half-heartedly answered. With so many staff, the process should have been much more professional. Another serious criticism: The floor in the restroom area was extremely slippery, presumably due to moisture or cleaning products. There was no warning or sign indicating the slippery surface. This is not only negligent, but potentially dangerous – it's really easy to fall there. Overall, a disappointing experience that unfortunately didn't leave a good impression.

The fish was bad, sitting in the display case too long and not warm. The service was poor. The Fanta and Coke were barely fizzy.

we ate for lunch (me and 4 of my friends). The choice of dishes varies, but not very wide. we all chose the hamburger with salmon, and although we had asked for two of these to be served without tomato, it wasn't possible, too bad. 03/23/25 Our request for the salmon frikadelle with just ketchup in the bun was honored. However, it had a strange, old, musty aftertaste. The tomato and cucumber in my herring bun had a moldy aftertaste. Please check and taste your ingredients regularly. My son was vomiting all night. My guess is it might have been the musty salmon bun. Otherwise, the service was polite and friendly. Nevertheless, the island of Lindau is definitely worth a visit.

The staff is not particularly motivated and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The food is nothing other than overpriced fast food. You definitely won't see us here again.

It's a shame for the fish and for the money: the salmon was totally dry and had probably been in the counter for hours, the fried potatoes were in fat and not edible. And that for almost 18 euros! No advertising for the North Sea, never again!

Food ok, service leaves something to be desired. I ordered a burger. The taste was good, but unfortunately it went cold quickly. This was due to the cold roll and the other cold side dishes. If the bun were preheated, the burger would be recommended. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the service. The gentleman at the take away seemed unmotivated and it gave me the impression that he was providing second-class service to the customers. With me he was a little friendlier and more accommodating. The whole food service also seemed dingy to me. So it irritated me that the outer layers of the packaging were opened along with the gloves for the fresh food. In this way the gloves could be left out straight away.

The staff (with one exception!) is unfortunately completely listless and chaotic... Everything in the display is empty and ordering a box inside is refused! The food looks good... as usual at North Sea. But the tables etc. haven't been wiped clean for a long time.

Had redfish fillet on Wednesday. Was more breading and Deep-frying fat as redfish. In terms of taste it was a catastrophe, the rat bass only tasted like frying fat and was mushy. Sorry, but the North Sea used to be good.

The North Sea is always good for a quick and good fish meal.

Was in the North Sea at lunchtime and there was a family in front of me. Orders could be placed relatively quickly. Unfortunately, both employees only spoke German very poorly and so we had to ask more often. It's not quite ideal. I took the redfish in the baguette and the pollack roll. The redfish was placed into the baguette with my hands (gloves were used) and broke several times. The pollock roll had more content. The Fanta overflowed during filling but the gentleman wasn't interested. I paid with the card and he turned to the new customers and asked if I could use the card and the answer was yes. Of course it didn't work and I called the gentleman again and asked to be allowed to pay. The two stars for the taste and the table was clean.

I got what I wanted. The food was warm, I didn't have to wait long.

Food was delicious, hot and fresh, but the ordering process was totally chaotic. And the shop was really dingy, tables weren't wiped, outdoor furniture was crammed inside next to the tables and chairs, it was cold and drafty because the entrance door was constantly left open; at outside temperatures in the minus range.

Let's put it this way, it wasn't good, but it wasn't much. Price-performance is simply no longer right.

The waitress didn't know the products on the menu and only filled the drinks halfway. This was the worst North Sea restaurant I've ever been to.

Fish was almost cold. The waitresses couldn't speak a word of German and didn't know what we wanted. The plate was very clear for just under €15. All in all, a solid failure.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews here before my visit! "Classic menu" in the restaurant (under "Men's Economy"): sparse display, drink only 3/4 full, no 🍋 in sight, one/two? small shreds of parsley on the potatoes. Loveless - very, very unfortunate! OK - the fish was warm - at least.

Ordered mix box, eaten cold, whole box full of potatoes. Only two shrimps and three fish fingers in the full box. Shrimp tough and potatoes bland. I ended up having to stay at home on the toilet the next day with a stomach ache. Never again…

Baked fish rolls are only available cold. Find the error. "The counter isn't heated." Subterranean statement, terrible service and disgusting tasting cold fried fish. If you see this North Sea branch in Lindau: Run away quickly and run far away!

A good restaurant from the North Sea that can get four stars, I personally find it cozy and the staff friendly. You don't deserve an extra point because of your friendliness and because some people here write so badly about the country. I'd love to come by again......

Today we had dinner at the North Sea Restaurant. Our coupon was accepted. The food was good. The grilled pollock was tender, the remoulade was delicious and the fried potatoes were not too greasy and tasted good. The chocolate pudding was also tasty and the drinks were well chilled. The food was hot. The employee served quickly and was friendly. The tables were clean, as were the toilets. The price-performance ratio is right. What more could you want in system catering! We'd love to come back!

We ordered die boxes with potatoes and prawns, paying €13.00 each. Basically mine were potatoes with 4 prawns and my daughter's 3. We reported it to the guy at the counter and he replied that he was wrong and that I had to add 1 of my shrimps to my daughter's. I asked him if he was joking and he said no. It is clear that the "favorable" treatment we received is because we are Italian. In fact we saw that other people had boxes full of fish. I would also like to point out that the person who served us also had long hair (as in the photo) and had not tied it up: super hygienic!!! Terrible experience, avoid if you can!

Food from the counter at 1:00 p.m. was very dried out and the side dishes were very limited, no rice, vegetables to choose from. Very difficult to communicate with staff. Unfortunately not like the usual North Sea quality.

The food was of poor quality. Mix box was burnt and tasteless. The seller was unfriendly and didn't want to redeem the voucher immediately. The toilet is closed.

They’re abusing Coupons and repeatedly try to make up random excuses to not be able to use them. They also love making wrong food that is completely different to what is on the coupon INTENTIONALLY.

Fish box is always lukewarm, poor communication, lots of potatoes and little fish for 6.90. Tables are not clean.

Kalter trockener fettiger Backfisch frei von Aromen und Geschmack. Auch Kartoffelspalten und Nuggets nur noch lauwarm und fettig. Salatblat als kleine labrige zugabe.

Öffnungszeiten werden nicht eingehalten. Es würde Personal fehlen. Kein Wunder, wer nur Mindestlohn zahlt bekommt in einer Gegen mit Vollbeschäftigung kein Personal. Das Personal das man doch bekommt arbeitet eben auch auf dem Level von Mindestlohn. Bei den Preisen müsste mehr drin sein. Die Snacks sind so sparsam belegt und lieblos angerichtet das mir eine Erfahrung gereicht hat. Nie mehr wieder. Update 2023: Es hat sich nichts geändert. Manches ist noch schlimmer geworden. Der Schrecken ist so offensichtlich das nun zum Glück in der Auslage schon zu sehen ist das man besser wieder geht. Als die kalten, bereits frittierten Pommes, einfach nochmal durchs Fett gezogen wurden in der Hoffnung die werden wieder warm bin ich einfach gegangen. Zum Glück hatte ich noch nicht bezahlt.

Also sorry Leute, die 2 Sterne gibt's nur für die freundliche Bedienung und den Sitzplatz in einer schönen Fußgängerzone. Ich habe in einer Nordsee-Filiale noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Die Kartoffelspalten waren matschig und schmeckten nach altem Frittenfett. Der Fisch war geschmacklos und auch die Remolade war kein kulinarisches Highlight. Tut mir wirklich Leid diese schlechte Bewertung abzugeben, aber ich hoffe es bewirkt was für viele hungrige Touristen nach uns. Denn Nordsee als Kette ist in der Regel echt gut.

En verdad me pareció un poco decepcionante con las expectativas que tenía, el salmón con papas estaba ok, sin más, me pareció muy caro para la cantidad si no mal recuerdo como 13-17 euros eso es la comida de dentro por decirlo de alguna manera. La comida que es más como “rápida” más para llevar fue otra decepción ya que quería una caja de shrimps and chips, tuve que esperar a que estuvieran listos los camarones rebozados y luego cuando había no habían patatas fritas entonces tuve que esperar a que estuviera listas también, y al momento que tenían todo me dieron solo 3 camarones, costaba 6,29 pero aunque tenga buena pinta a mi parecer no es lo que parece, las patatas fritas tampoco estaban muy buenas, honestamente lo único que lo salva es que la señora que me atención fue extremadamente amable.

Ein Stück ausgetrockener Lachs auf kaltem Spinat, dazu (k)alte Pommes und eine lätschige Cola (kaum Kohlensäure) für knapp 17€??? Das ist kein schönes Erlebnis. Immerhin war der Service bemüht.

Das Essen war warm und gut. Das Ambiente war so, wie in jedem anderen Nordsee auch. Was sehr positiv aufgefallen ist, war die Freundlichkeit und Gedult des Mitarbeiters!

Freundliche Leute, Essen geht so, Preis eher hoch.

Ich mag den Laden. Vor allem die Angebote mit den Coupons.

Für den schnellen Snack zwischendurch. Restaurant wie alle dieser Gastronomiekette.

린다우 시내 구경하다가 출출해서 간단히 먹기 위해 방문한 곳 입니다. 따뜻한 패티를 기대했지만 따뜻하지는 않아서 약간 실망했지만 간단히 배를 채우기에는 괜찮았습니다 Kustenbackfisch 로 바게트빵 사이에 생선튀김이 있는 샌드위치입니다. 튀김이 느끼할 수 있는데 바게트 빵이 느끼함을 잡아줍니다. 가격은 6.29유로 입니다.

Delicious food and really kind people! I forgot my back pack yesterday here, with all passports of my family. When I realized it might be here,I called them and they kept it for me. Can’t say how happy I am now to get back my bag!

Schön gelegen in der Fußgängerzone mit Sitzmöglichkeiten innen und im Außenbereich. Ich war 2 Mal dort, beim ersten mal war es ein absolut unfähiger Mitarbeiter der weder im Umgang mit den Gutscheinen, noch über seine Kasse Bescheid wusste. Meine Kartenzahlung würde nicht gehen.erst als ich darauf bestand dass meine Kontokarte geht und er es nochmal versuchen soll, kam ein Kollege, bei dem es sofort klappte. Das Essen war gut und mit Gutscheinen wirklich sehr günstig. Beim zweiten mal wollte ich ein Seelachsbrötchen mitnehmen, was mir der Mitarbeiter lieblos hinknallte...Auf meine Frage warum es nicht warm sondern eiskalt ist, kam nur ein "Das hätte ich vorher sagen müssen" Vielen Dank fürs Gespräch! Fazit, von 3 Mitarbeitern ist einer kompetent und freundlich, die anderen 2 wären vielleicht besser in einem Beruf ohne Kunden aufgehoben. Schade eigentlich für ein so schönes Restaurant.

Di tutti i nordsee questo è quello che ci ha deluso, insieme ad altri amici, proviamo varie pietanze e panini, così e così soprattutto i prezzi, un acqua naturale 50cl. euro 3,30!!

Correct pour de la restauration rapide. Portions suffisamment copieuses. Tarif sans exagération. Bien situé dans la rue piétonne... Du choix...

Nordsee hat schwer nachgelassen. Trockenes Alaskaseelachsfilet mit geschmacklosem Gemüse. Farbloser Brokkoli. Cola zum Menü nur 0,2 l mit wenig Kohlensäure. Schade eigentlich. Nordsee gehörte immer zu unseren Top-Schnell-Restaurants.

Ristorante self service con prezzi un po’ elevati visto la scarsa qualità del cibo e le porzioni non troppo abbondanti considerando la location!

Nordsee in tutti i suoi locali sparsi per la Germania, offre due soluzioni: il take away oppure tavoli interni. Noi abbiamo optato per la prima scegliendo due panini ed una confezione di gamberi fritti. Sia i panini che i gamberi erano buoni ed ottimo anche il prezzo per uno spuntino veloce. Abbiamo avuto quello che ci aspettavamo pertanto per noi è una buona scelta.
