Bistro Deluxe in Düsseldorf

The man smells a bit and looks like a ferret. He scared me a little while I was ordering, but he calmed down once he started preparing my food. The food tastes delicious, but the man had trouble counting my money, even though I only paid with €5 in small change and a €5 note. On top of that, he served our pizzas on plates even though we ordered takeaway. I recommend keeping your distance from him, as he's a bit intimidating, but otherwise, the pizza here is good.

Scotti's is a fantastic place to celebrate! We recently rented the smaller room with the outdoor terrace for a double 50th birthday party. From the planning stages to the event itself and the final bill, everything was handled very professionally and courteously. Communication with the owner and the very attentive staff was excellent! We'd gladly book with them again!

Unfortunately, the food arrived over half an hour late. Despite two calls trying to resolve the issue, the problem was never resolved, and the promised responses never arrived. Instead, the food arrived almost 40 minutes late, and the fish and meat were cold. This made the dishes inedible. The driver made a cheeky comment: "You could heat it up in the microwave." If I want to heat something up, I don't need to order it; I can just get something from the freezer at some store. It tastes better than this expensive cold food that was delivered late. When I called the restaurant, they refused to refund the cold food that was delivered much too late. I won't order from there again and can only recommend that anyone who wants hot meat or fish order elsewhere.
