Bistro Deluxe in Düsseldorf

Since it was raining during our visit, we couldn't sit outside. It was a bit dark inside. We were all looking forward to a delicious breakfast, and everyone tried something different. The latte macchiato was delicious, and the prosecco with orange juice was also really refreshing. I would have preferred the seeded rolls and the thick wheat rolls to be fresh and crispy. We had a plate for two people, but there were only three small pieces of butter, which was insufficient for the amount of bread. The same was true of the cream cheese, which we used instead. The same applies to two people: three pieces of feta, one piece of tomato, one slice of cucumber, and one strawberry. I didn't even try the cheese; it looked like cheap supermarket Edam, wafer-thin. The raw ham was okay, but the cooked ham was just molded ham with no flavor. Disappointing for €34.90.

Very pleasant atmosphere. The waitress and host are super friendly and very attentive. We felt very comfortable :)

Unfortunately, the food arrived over half an hour late. Despite two calls trying to resolve the issue, the problem was never resolved, and the promised responses never arrived. Instead, the food arrived almost 40 minutes late, and the fish and meat were cold. This made the dishes inedible. The driver made a cheeky comment: "You could heat it up in the microwave." If I want to heat something up, I don't need to order it; I can just get something from the freezer at some store. It tastes better than this expensive cold food that was delivered late. When I called the restaurant, they refused to refund the cold food that was delivered much too late. I won't order from there again and can only recommend that anyone who wants hot meat or fish order elsewhere.

Very good handling of the guests and really hospitable food very tasty

Two of us ate at Kytaro and felt completely at home. The food was truly excellent – ​​fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was also top-notch: the waiters were very attentive and friendly, without being intrusive. All the dishes we tried were truly delicious. We enjoyed it so much that we returned shortly afterward with friends – everything was perfect there too. A clear recommendation; we'll definitely be back!
