Absolutely love Vapiano! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pasta tastes homemade, and the sauces are full of authentic Italian flavor. The staff are friendly and welcoming every time. Highly recommend the Carbonara — perfection!

We've been ordering our bowls here regularly for two years, both for ourselves and for clients. The delivery is always on time, the food is great, freshly prepared and varied, and the dressings are delicious. We're completely satisfied – it's a top-notch experience.

Unfortunately, the food arrived over half an hour late. Despite two calls trying to resolve the issue, the problem was never resolved, and the promised responses never arrived. Instead, the food arrived almost 40 minutes late, and the fish and meat were cold. This made the dishes inedible. The driver made a cheeky comment: "You could heat it up in the microwave." If I want to heat something up, I don't need to order it; I can just get something from the freezer at some store. It tastes better than this expensive cold food that was delivered late. When I called the restaurant, they refused to refund the cold food that was delivered much too late. I won't order from there again and can only recommend that anyone who wants hot meat or fish order elsewhere.

Sadly, we had to say goodbye to my brother today. We chose Scotty's Event Location as the venue for our final gathering after the funeral. Melania Pelekas created a dignified setting for us, ensuring that my brother remained very present even after the service, and that conversations revolved around his life's work and his actions. In addition to providing a fitting atmosphere, Ms. Pelekas also took excellent care of the catering for our guests. She gave us great advice in this regard as well, and we were pleased to see so many happy faces. Thank you so much for this dignified farewell and your warm hospitality. Thank you!!

Very pleasant atmosphere. The waitress and host are super friendly and very attentive. We felt very comfortable :)
