Bistro Çeșme in Gießen

Delicious food! Very friendly service. A superbly efficient team. Even for larger groups, the dishes are served simultaneously and with very high quality. We'll definitely be back!

I used to enjoy ordering from here, but unfortunately, I can no longer recommend the place. This is the second time I've ordered from here in a few months. The first time, after a long time, the pizza was very dry and inedible. It tasted like rubber. But since I'd had good experiences in the past, I tried again. Ordered online for pickup. When I got there, they said they didn't know anything and didn't have any pizza. They just grinned sheepishly. So I left. The place used to be very good, but they've probably let their success go to their heads and their quality has dropped, while their service is poor.

I was really disappointed with my visit to the Schnitzelhaus. The schnitzel was still raw in the middle – absolutely inedible and dangerous! I also found a hair in my food, which is simply unacceptable. My appetite was completely gone after that. Even though the service was friendly, that unfortunately couldn't make up for the poor quality of the food. I definitely won't be coming back.

Currently closed - Large space - similar to "Alt Giessen" - ordered a burger and beer - it was okay, but the price wasn't right
